My recent endeavour to find a skilled dermatologist while my usual doctor was out of the country led me to Al Wasel’s hidden gem, LaVie clinic.With public parking just outside the door, LaVie clinic surprises with lovely quietness and elegance. A spacious sitting room offers comfortable chairs, chilled water and friendly front desk service. I was greeted with a cup of tea to keep me motivated through filling the introduction form.My doctor, Dr. Wessam Hawaz didn’t keep me waiting like other places I visited, he was ready for me. My consultation probably lasted longer than the suggested procedure. Equipped with a mirror in one hand and a phone in another, I discussed my face and latest treatments with Dr. Wessam, because in science I trust.Dr. Wessam suggested a minimal approach to corrections in appearance, suggesting Botox for the upper face and simple lifting fillers for the lower, supporting his opinion by study, research and experience. I left the clinic feeling better and looking fresher straight away.Good news: they are open on Friday

Worst clinic i ever dealt with !!!!!!! I booked for a doctor that comes from lebanon And i was told its free consultation before leave they made me pay 1000 AED CONSULTATION !!! I was so shocked and i paid and even after i left i texted them i said maybe its a mistake or smthg i texted them they told me yes its 1000 but when i called to book they said its for free !!! And that’s not the end the doctor saw my case and told me he will get back to me I kep trying to contact him and he is ignoring me i tried to contact the clinic the same ! Last thing i called no one answered i texted them whatsapp they told me we have a meeting when its finish we will call you and no one called !! Like why do you even take 1000 aed consultation if the doctor dissapear or HAVE NO SOLUTION thata crazy!!! WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!!

Great prices and laser machines. However, the management was horrible. After booking, no one called/emailed/texted me to confirm my bookings. When I show up, nothing was booked. I end up waiting hours before they squeeze me in between their other appointments. In one occasion, they apologized for the mix up and booked my next appointment super early in the morning to be the first customer in to avoid any waiting. One month later on that day, no one was at the clinic but the cleaner. I stayed there for an hour waiting for anyone to show up. I would think twice before coming to this place again. I might be the only one who had a bad experience here so dont let my comment deter you. Read other comments too. Im simply sharing my experience.

Dr. Alka is very skilled and experienced dentist who helped resolve my dental problems very efficiently. Last time we visited her for single sitting RCT which was painless and had have no issues till date. Clinic maintains high standards of hygiene and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was asking around for excellent Plastic Surgeons in Lebanon and I’ve been given few names which I have contacted and coincidently found out that both visit the same clinic in Dubai. I also got in touch with the clinic to take an appointment with one of them but found that the second is visiting earlier. I paid him a visit following the advice of the coordinator meanwhile waiting for the second doctor to arrive so I decide and finalize my procedure. The surprise I never expect which is legally not permitted is that the coordinator shared every single detail with both doctors to an extend that one of them whom I haven’t visited yet texted me offensively quoting that he can’t be my doctor because I have visited another doctor in the same clinic and when I got in touch with the clinic asking for clarification after calling maybe 12 times no one answered my calls so I texted them on whatsapp to be surprised by the doctor I visited answering back from the clinic coordinator whatsapp number.More to the story is that I was given double the amount by the clinic coordinator while the doctor quoted me exactly half the price.Where is the privacy? Where is the professionalism we are used to in UAE? Why the lack of confidentiality? Why the attention to the bloggers visiting the clinic only? Why waiting for my appointment 2 hours?I wonder if now before going with the procedure (which I’d never do with such unprofessionals) and all this took place how about about post operations??? No one calls back or even follow up.Horrible place and shocking experience.Not at all recommended
