I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. Despite claiming to be “fully booked,” the place was nearly empty when I arrived, with plenty of available rooms and hardly any clients. They kept me waiting for an unnecessarily long time, even though there was no apparent reason or rush.The most frustrating part was how they treated me during the consultation. Once the scheduled time was up, they hurried me out of the room without addressing all my concerns, making it clear they prioritize time limits over client care.The receptionist lacked professionalism and seemed untrained in proper client interaction. The attitude was dismissive, and the communication style made me feel unwelcome and unimportant.Honestly, the only thing keeping this clinic afloat is Dr. Randa. Without her expertise and reputation, I doubt they would have any clients. The rest of the clinic’s management and staff need serious improvement in how they treat patients. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The clinic has a good vibes very clean and staff are all friendly and approachable. they will make you feel home ,for the services they will attend all your needs through out your full service needspecially the clinic doctor is all amazing super kind. i will make sure to post this on my social media and recommend to all my friends and family...keep it up the good vibes and good bless..

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. First, I was left waiting for over an hour past my appointment time, which was incredibly frustrating. When I was finally seen, the doctor seemed completely rushed and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on me, they were constantly running from room to room, barely spending any time with me or answering my questions. It felt like I was just another number on the schedule, and the lack of attention made me feel undervalued as a patient. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care.

I had a great experience with Dr Alaa Aboubakr. She’s amazing, friendly and so professional. I tried a lot of things with her and everything is amazing. I tried a new treatment for stretch marks and it’s magical I feel so much difference.

Its frustrating when you dont get the results you were hoping for, especially after trying to discuss and improve the outcome. Its disappointing when a doctor doesnt listen or engage in a constructive conversation. It must have been a shock to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially after being a regular visitor to the clinic. Its totally understandable that youre feeling very upset about it.

The worst clinic in Dubai! I first came to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend. Im from Italy and I expect the service and everything else to be of a high standard. The reception staff has a very low level of education, they are not polite at all, they don’t know how to communicate! They cant give me complete information about what I need. And the price is higher than in another clinic. Please do not waste your time and do not visit this clinic.

Was my second visit to this clinic as a way to give it another chance however I left more disappointed. I checked their IG page and was looking for something similar to the micro-needling where I found the morpheus8 technology. I booked an appointment with one of the male doctors, the treatment was for the face and neck , many spots were not covered with the device, and half of the neck was neglected. Plus, those treatments dont come cheap. I was about to recommend it to my siblings and friends but not anymore.

My experience at the clinic was disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which set a negative tone for the entire visit. Additionally, the clinic lacked privacy and was overcrowded, making the environment uncomfortable and chaotic. I hope these issues are addressed to improve future experiences for others.

Dr. Firas did a nice job, however I was really disappointed with my visit at Los Angeles Aesthetic Medical Center as they made me wait over an hour! I got inside after an hour and a half, which is completely unacceptable. I expected better!

Very bad experience. The doctors will see you first time and make you wait for hours. All they care about is to sell and make money. After the first appointment they will keep delaying the follow appointments and as a patient you won’t get best results as the follow up will be after a month or two. The doctors will change the schedule based on their circumstances but if you wait for an appointment a month and as a patient you have circumstance then do not care and will give you another appointment after months.They do not care about the patient or their treatments or retaining them. All they care about is filing their slots. For aesthetics if you cannot get proper follows the money spent is a waste. The packages we buy and we do not get good results.

Bad in appointment management!I waited for more than an hour ! And my treatment took exactly 10 minutes maximum. The waiting area is full the parking is full and the treatment rooms are full! They really need to be better in arranging appointments..They told me this time you will have 50% discount and after the treatment they said it’s only for Botox !!! They need to be clear!

I had an appointment at LA clinic yesterday. I was received by Chaima and the doctor. You will find all the treatments you need!I did the jaw line, chin, temples and nasolabial fold. Basically I fear the pain and it was the first time, the doctor did magic I felt absolutely NOTHING. They are so attentive and caring. Im going back very soon 🫶🏻😍I recommend! 🙏💕

We noticed that the lip filler we used last time and had touched up didnt last even a month! So, I verified today with reception if the Dr has changed my filler from Teoxane, she replied sure she changed it to Restylane!! I was wondering why and how my doctor decided to switch up the filler that brought me to her in the first place??! And I was charged the same, if not more amount of money? Thats ridiculous, and the receptionist didnt even try to help me out by suggesting an alternative; she just tried to convince me that the doctor could switch brands of filler without informing me. Since my most recent appointment cost more than AED 7,000, I believe I am entitled to know whether or not any changes were made to my Botox or filler brands. My 5 friends who started visiting the clinic after I referred them are likewise discouraged from returning for filler and botox treatments!

I did the most amazing facial here! She’s the Hungarian lady with more than 20 years of experience, she’s booked out in advance so i would advice to get in early for bookings! I’ll be doing my sculptra next week too, love the staff and everything there is professional!

I had botox treatments with Dr. Randa several times, and the last time she did it, the botox started stinging me like someone was burning me with fire, my eyes started watering up, and the doctor inquired if I was on my period. What is the connection here? Im not sure!After the procedure, I had one brow higher than the other and a visible dimple on my left brow, giving the impression that I had a thread lift rather than botox. Also, my left eye feels heavy! During my most recent appointment, I spent AED 10,000 on a full face treatment, specifically to get rid of my sad looking lips, which was clearly visible to me; however, nothing has changed in my face, and I have simply wasted my money. I spoke with one of the receptionists there, and she promised to contact me back but she failed to call me again! So, I decided to write my review now.Good luck charging other people this exorbitant amount and delivering mediocre results.

Clinic is nice, personnel pleasant, results good. I just have 2 remarks, which would improve the experience to a 5star rating. More 1 on 1 time at a calm phase, so that the client doesn’t feel rushed and as if on conveyor belt. Going through the procedure and listening to what the patient has to say is crucial. Secondly, giving tips and instructions pre-intervention, after booking is made. Because for example taking arnica AFTER procedure is useless, it has to be taken min 5 days prior, as well as dietary changes starting within a week prior, which significantly change the swelling and healing process (after fillers for example).

Got my Botox done from Dr Waseem. Very easy and painless with amazing results. Dr Waseem was friendly and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be back again.

Horrible! The person who deals with inquiries should be fired! Rude and unhelpful. Half an hour on WhatsApp trying to inquire and make a booking. Whoever on the other end was extremely un pleasant and obnoxious I ended up changing my mind about visiting that place! In a city like dubai, there are a lot of first class clinics where I can spend my money in without having to go though this low level of customer service or lack thereof. Shame!

Lovely clinic with new machines and great staff. Anna the laser therapist is very professional and very kind. I highly recommend her for your laser appointments (not painful too:) ) You’ll see the results of the laser after 2 sessions .Considering to start doing facials at this clinic !

I did treatment/secret with RF needling with Dr Saba Hashmi absolutely loved the results my skin feels great. As aspected from Dr saba. She is amazing, professional and i love that her treatments are catered to ur needs and not just for selling products. She has been doing my treatments for almost 10 years now and i follow her where ever she goes. Worth trying she respects u as a client and helps u get the correct treatments suitable for ur skin. Sometimes she will recommend combinations if required.

Hey, I’m Iryna and I moved to Dubai like 5 months ago, all this time I couldn’t find the really good clinic to continue my treatment which I used to do before.I was so lucky to find the Los Angeles clinic on Instagram. I decided to try the treatment PRP for face,neck,hands and to stop the hair falling. From the first second I realized that I did the right choice! The clinic is very nice from outside and inside, everyone is very polite and very kind with you. The Doctors are very professional, I feel myself very comfortable and calm. Highly recommended this clinic.

I had Botox, chin filler, lip filler and under eye filler with Dr. Randa 2 weeks ago and came today to dissolve it all. I specifically asked her that I don’t want too much in my chin and now it’s huge and it’s not going down even after 2 weeks have passed. For my undereye I didn’t ask for it but she recommended it, she told me she will do it in a natural way but the area has been overfilled and it looks puffy under my eyes. The worst of all is the baby botox which I requested it looks so bad I can’t even go out because it changed my look. I wanted to still be able to move my brows but I can’t move them at all and it gave me heavy eyelids. I look angry and mean and if I could dissolve botox I would have but now I have to live like this for the next 3 months. Spent over 6000 for these procedures. What a waste of time and money.

With respect to the doctor but the clinic and staff in call center and receptionist need to improve how to manage appointments and they need to tell the patients the expected waiting time because they kept me waiting for very long time without an apology!

This place has no respect for patients time and runs the worst appointment scheduling ever!! I read the other reviews that said the same but i chose not believe it until i try it and guess what they were right and the clinic knows about this but dont care.For my case specifically I am not talking about 10 ot 15 mins delay, i have been waiting in the lobby for my appointment for an HOUR AND 45 MINS!!!I dont care if this place is good or not as youve got to respect your patients time before anything.

I go to Ildi in the past 17 years, she makes wonders when it comes to facial. She treated me when I had acne issues and now treating my 12 years old helping her to prevent any Derma related issues on the face.She does traditional facial not putting products on the top of each other but cleaning the face and recommend the right product to be used.Best professional ever!

First of all the receptionist were very very friendy , Dr Ali is the best doctor , my appointment was at 3 i had to wait nearly 40mins , i wasnt angry or anything and i dont blame the dr for being busy but before going there i was reading the reviews about the waiting time and all, i just wish they wouldnt let anyone wait so much, but as staff and dr all thumbs up but waiting time thumbs down

WORST APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT CLINIC IN DUBAI. This clinic doesnt respect the patients time, every time i visit i have to wait for at least an hour. They kicked me out of my laser session just because another patient was waiting outside and they are the ones who made me wait for 40 minutes in the first place. I dont advise anyone to visit.

While the drs are good and getting an appointment is very difficult and when u get an appointment the waiting time on average is 40-60min so it’s pointless.. probably the last time I come here and will look for another clinic
