HONEST REVIEW: I have been going to Lucia since I first moved to Dubai. They are the only doctors I allow to touch my face. I have done fillers & botox there since 5 years and the results have always been NATURAL & amazing. I also started doing laser and facial treatments for my skin as I do have hormonal acne and they always advise you on exactly what you need and they will never advise you to do too much. I feel safe with them and their expertise. Dr Radmila & Dr Alessandro are amazing.

Its not my first time at the clinic for a reason.I started coming to Dr.Rada when I was still single for various treatments and now Im bringing my teenage son here to see JJ regularly and she has helped his teenage skin tremendously.Dr.Rada is my go to doctor for Botox and anything that she thinks my skin requires. Save your money. as a 50 year women who has routinely gotten botox since my 20s, not once have i ever spent spent thousands on basic botox. i was glad to pay it but it has left one of my eyelids drooping over my eye with severe, almost blinding ptosis and the other eye arched up into my hairline like an evil villain. with the hype and expense, you would expect a professional injector. i am essentially facially disfigured and now need to wait months for these horrifying results to wear off. i feel ashamed of this new look and cannot believe i paid for this.

So i took a while to write a review, not to be influenced by the frustration i had but If there was less than 1 star rating, I would have given that. I have experimented and tried alot of different aesthetic clinics bit this by far was the most unprofessional place I have ever visited, by a mile!I did ultherapy for myself and peel for my mom. Absolute disappointment. Dr. Evana seemed in a hurry for me to get it done, and later I went for followups twice, would wait for 45min to see her for two minutes, one of which times, she was sitting leisurely on the sofa scrolling on her phone and having coffee and when I went up to her to get it over with, one of the nurses asked me to come along while the busy doctor kept sitting there. Icing on the cake, both our treatments were a bust and showed ZERO results. I expect basic decency towards clients, honest advise on treatments, and some shred of professionalism.Dont waste your time or money at this place.

I had chin filler injected by one of the surgeons here, and it ended up being a huge regret. It took me multiple sessions of filler removal to undo the results, and honestly, it cost me more than the original procedure itself. My chin looked overly masculine and wide, which was not the look I wanted at all. I felt I had no choice but to get it removed.

I have made an appointment since december 2024 with dr Radmika! and now we are in Jan 2025! i clld to ask again which day it was because i forgot before 4 days of my app i just randomly clld all of a sudden they tellme she will be traveling !!! and again i could b on the waiting list! im shocked tbh! this wouldnt have happened if i was famous or a celebrity but anyways very bad as a first time patient thats the way i get ofcourse i wont book again.

I visited for an express hydrafacial before my travels, but from the moment I arrived, the front desk clerk was unwelcoming and had a negative attitude. Additionally, the woman who performed my facial made several unkind comments about my skin, which left me feeling insecure and unhappy.Its important to feel comfortable and supported when seeking skincare treatments, especially when addressing concerns. Unfortunately, this experience was far from that. The service was overpriced, and I left feeling dissatisfied with the facial itself. It seems like this clinic may be overhyped; while they might cater well to celebrities, the staffs demeanor felt elitist, as if they viewed clients as lesser.To the receptionist who sat there in her fake loro piana shoes projecting her insecurity: its disappointing to encounter such attitudes in a service environment. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic and won’t be returning. Also she was judging my outfit so hard cz i looked super bummy in sweats and a hoodie but its just that chrome hearts drip what can i say.

Lucia Clinic is the best clinic for exceptional services in Dubai. I cannot recommend any other place more highly! I have visited for various treatments several times, but the Emsculpt service they offer was out of this world! They are super professional, and the way they manage the process is really impressive. I went for lip filler with Dr. Leonard in May 2022. I didn’t immediately write a review about my bad experience because I was new to these procedures and while I felt very unhappy with my experience I wanted to leave an informed review. I had previously only had lip filler once before this visit, much of the filler from my first time had metabolized and I needed a top up.The session went so quickly I didn’t have time to even absorb what had happened. Dr Leonard jabbed me with the needle a few times in the lip and was finished in less than 90 SECONDS and told me I could go. Again this was so fast I didn’t have time to ask how much filler her had put in I just went to the bathroom to look at the results. I had taken before pictures and knew from past experience that swelling in the area always makes the lips look bigger after the procedure than the final result. But to my HORROR they looked EXACTLY the same. Thinking I must be delusional I compared the before and after picture and I was certain there was no change.I then emailed the clinic assuming there had been a communication error on my part, I had told Dr. Leonard I wanted to look natural maybe he understood that to mean microscopic change and only put a small amount of the syringe in to my lips. However the clinic told me he had used .9ml which 90% of the syringe. I was confused, where did the filler go if not in my lips? (This would become evident later). I made an appointment to come back the next day to talk with the doctor about my results.When I returned I felt like my concerns were dismissed. He told me that was what a whole syringe looked like and he’d be happy to put a whole second one in for full price. Thankfully I declined. I knew from past experience that one syringe on me had made a HUGE difference, I have very small lips.I have since had lip filler with a competent injector and only .5ml achieved very noticeable and great results.About 6 months after this very unfortunate appointment with Dr. Leonard I had to get filler dissolved that that was above my upper lip. At the time I wasn’t sure if Lucia clinic was lying to me about the amount of filler injected but after noticing this very unattractive lumps above my lips I have to conclude Dr. Leonard did put most of a syringe in but in his 90 second application he took no care in where he injected and the filler was placed well outside my lips. (subsequent lip appointments I have had have take more than 15min).

I believe it is just fair enough to express my very disappointment regarding my visit/procedure done at the clinic. I booked my consultation first - they kept me waiting over half an hour. And they would keep me waiting even longer if I do not say to receptionist that I have 10 more mins only, otherwise I will have to leave. Consultation is AED 525,- (redeemable later on). Booked 2 injectable procedures with the same doctor later on that week. Again, kept me waiting over 20 mins!!! I am extremely busy, I come on time, as I respect and value ppls time and I expect the same, especially at clinic like this. However even bigger disappointment is that after all that waiting you have a doctor in rush with injection in hand running between 2 patients and I almost felt I bothered him to find a time to do my procedures. I felt so uncomfortable, so I canceled one and did just one, not to waste the consultation deposit! Its my face and I did not want someone stressed and rushed!!! It is not fun, it is not pleasant and I need a doctor I can trust, I can relay on and feel safe that he has the best intentions. It is my face in the end of the day and I am willing to pay such a money to someone with professional and a bit individual personal approach - this is the way how you build clientele happy and willing to be faithful coming back. Otherwise after I have experienced - why would I be ever willing to do it to my self again? Stressful, uncomfortable, late and so on.Dubai is a hub of beauty clinics, choice is endless, so hopefully I will be more lucky somewhere else. Lucia Clinic for me - never again, unfollowed.

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating for every communication I had. I saw Dr Aliya for my first visit and she treated me the same day, which was convenient for me. I saw improvements to my skin instantly and the next day it even better. I was very impressed with the treatment and service.

The location is accessible in Jumeirah just few minutes away from downtown, the building itself is clean and neat like a hotel, very accomodating. All staff are friendly and very professional. And the best thing is my treatment was superb.

The price of any treatment provided at that clinic is approx twice the price than anywhere else. They charge you 500Dhs for what they call the initial consultation and it does not matter whether your questions and concerns are answered during that session and whether you get value for the money you spend, you will be charged regardless. They claim that this amount is redeemable provided that you proceed with a treatment within a month and with the same doctor that you did the initial consultation with. They will agree for some people to circumvent these rules and for some others to not. In the end, a basic treatment will cost you twice as much than what it would cost you at a reputable clinic in Paris or London.

I have known Dr Rada for years she is the most gifted and forward looking doctor I have ever come across.Her humanity and incredible knowledge about skin rejuvenation is remarkable.She is in constant training attending all most relevant conferences on skin rejuvenations. The staff is not friendly. I visited the clinic for a hydra facial more than four times and felt that they were rude. During my last visit, I had to wait for 45 minutes for a booked appointment, and none of the receptionists provided information about the waiting time or the reason for the delay without being apologetic. After 30 minutes of waiting, one of the staff members informed me that there was a patient inside and I would have to wait for an additional 5 minutes. However, even after 10 more minutes of waiting, I still did not enter. Upon leaving the clinic, one of the staff members called to inform me that the therapist was available now. She did not apologize for the delay when I mentioned that I had left for another appointment and hung up the phone.

This place is an absolute scam! i came for consultation which literally costs me 520 dirhams and I met Dr Ivana whom i am not sure she is even a doctor she hasn’t even looked deeply on my injury for the treatment she has spent only 10 mins with me for consultation and instantly asked for CO2 treatment!. nurses were applying treatment and didn’t know even how much it costs! when i asked they told me it’s around 3K imagine! i asked them to stop it since they didnt have my consent for the treatment and payment from beginning! where the hell are we

Lucia is absolutely beautiful, professional, and 5-Star treatment worthy. I came for laser hair removal and I was so pleased with the phenomenal equipment they have available for this treatment. It was fast, easy, painless and perfectly described to me how to care for my skin after this procedure. I believe because of this amazing machine I had no burning or redness after (with quite sensitive skin).The waiting area and center is architecturally inspiring and gorgeous. I was offered a beverage upon entering and then guided step by step through your process and post treatment plan.I highly recommend Lucia for Dubais best beauty treatment hub! 💖

The place is beautiful. When I first walked in, I noticed it was very clean. My consultation was with Dr Alessandro, he was friendly and polite and answered all my questions with clarity. I had a facial done with Jelly - she was amazing! Super nice and gave me the best facial! She was explaining to me each product and the benefits of it throughout the facial. I also really liked Maya. She was really vibrant and was wonderful to speak to.

Had a great experience at Lucia Clinic. Booked a hydrafacial treatment few days ago and left really satisfied with results. Skin texture and tone improved a lot. My therapist was super attentive and friendly. Also other team members made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely come back.

Girls on reception are kind. But doctor didn’t amuse me. I think your staff should be more caring about your patients who actually pays money in there. Very cold attitude. And no one still called me back to reschedule my follow up appointment, which is was canceled by doctor for some reason. So definitely not recommended place to go. Too much show off, too many celebrities maybe but doesn’t mean your staff knows how to work with people and do GREAT job to attract customers and keep them. Overrated.

I just want to give a big shout out to Dr. Leonard, his nurse Fema, all the other nurses and to the staff. I had my surgery done here and the care and support they gave me was just wonderful. Even after the surgery, they never failed to call me and make sure that everything is going well. Everybody was so nice! And to Dr. Leonard! You are the best in what you do! He knows exactly what’s best and right for you while concentrating on your goals. They even put up with my very extroverted 3 year old daughter every time I visit with her. She’s very extra and they handle her very well!😃

Good facials (hydra facial) and laser.I dont like their botox/ fillers - they put to much and rushing appointment. Not giving it the thought it needs.Also they open at 9am - however they dont answer the phone until 9.30am usually....

Amazing Doctor Aliya is my favorite doctor ever! She is so kind and professional, she takes great care of my skin and every treatment we did. We did Botox, fillers, lips, and it all went fantastic. Very natural, beautiful result. She is an artist and will never do too much or recommend treatments without careful protocol. Only what really works for you and I can assure you she is really the best!

Posting on behalf of my wife:I was extremely disappointed at the level of care I received at Lucia Clinic. I went in with high expectations. Treatments are not cheap at all. I booked in to see a dermatologist and was actually told upon arriving that I would see an aesthetician. The price was not lower though.The front desk staff was not pleasant. Very much judging based on appearances. For the price the clinic is charging, I would expect a little more class. Some of the staff gave a lot more attention to other male patients who appeared to be showing off. Please dont judge a book by its cover and treat each patient the same!I did a micro-needling treatment. It was not my first time. I never had issues with pain during this treatment and it was always well managed by the dermatologist I was seeing abroad, with proper use of the anaesthetic cream. This time around though, I was on the verge of crying, with one of the worst pain I have felt. I got out of the appointment complement shook, in pain, and in shock of what had just happened. I believe that either 1. the anaesthetic cream used was not strong enough OR 2. it was not left on for long enough OR 3. the settings on the machine used must have been too strong. I am no expert in how to operate these machines and would expect the person administrating the treatment to handle it with proper care according to the patients needs. I could not breath because of how bad the pain was. The aesthetician did not give me a second to breath. It should NOT hurt that much!! As I said it was not my first time and it was absolutely agonizing.I wish the standards were as high as the cost of the treatments there.Positive point:-- I was given the nurses WhatsApp contact info to reach out to in case of issues after the treatment and the aesthetician reached out next day to ask how I was doing. This was something I did appreciate and reassured me.-- Results are great however I will not do it again at that place due to poor pain management.-- The villa where the clinic is located is absolutely stunning however if the treatments and care are not as good, its not what will make me go back.

Wow wow wow! I am so pleasantly surprised at how beautifully i was dealt with. I got an apt with Dr Radmila for consultation, the dr was being very thorough but as we were speaking, she had to rush out due to an emergency. The clinic immediately offered me a 500 dhs worth of voucher for waiting/understanding which I was able.to redeem immediately. The doc then came back and spent atleast 60 mins more in what was a very delightful and thorough consultation. I am forever a fan and will surely be using their services in the near future. Everyone at the reception/nurses are suprr duper nice. I am blown away by the thoughtfulness and kindness shown by the clinic!!

I booked an appointment at the clinic specifically asking for a doctor who can help me with neck line fillers.I saw Huda Kattan from Huda beauty get rid of the neck lines at this clinic and it was my last hope to get rid of mine as well.Without mentioning any names, the doctor told me not to do anything with my face and that I need liposuction by grabbing me aggressively by my stomach. I told him I am not interested in liposuction and that I came specifically for neck line fillers.The doctor told me he “doesnt know” what will help me and offered to try botox first, when asking how many units I need to understand the cost, he arrogantly blunted “as many as needed” … 2,625 dhs wasted and no effect whatsoever. I wouldve put 1 star as it really a big disappointment and waste of money but the clinic is nice.But if I come to fix 1 small issue and it can’t be fixed by such knowledgeable doctor at such a professional clinic then why would I try anything else?

Went in Dec for a facial and didn’t feel it was good at all… below mediocre (especially for the price!) Had to book somewhere else straight after as it was of no benefit nor even covered the basics of putting cream on neck!

Beautiful and kind staff, very nice, clean, chic Place and most importantly: the best results.They are following the Health and Safety Protocols and take care of you all the time and informing you about the procedure.I needed to remove some Skin tags and get some consultation for my face.The therapist in charge (Jelena) greeted me from the door, showed me around, asked about my health background and explained to me how they will remove it. After it finished, she told me all about the after care and how to prevent them from coming back. (I find very comforting when they actually educate you on these matters). I had a terrible experience with Dr Evana. I had an under eye filler which was lumpy and asymmetrical to the other side. Not only that but shes very impatient and unfriendly. She doesnt address my concerns and needs and is very arrogant in her responses. I have never had such an awful experience. The clinic is nice and receptionists are friendly, but definitely not recommending this dr to anyone after my disastrous experience.

Amazing clinic. I have been going there for past six months, recently have done Hydra facial and would highly recommend it. What I like the most is their professionalism, knowledge, place is very well maintained, people are nice and you feel like home. You can easily park in front which makes it easy to access. Tried to book an appointment before heading back to the U.K. but was very rudely spoken to by a receptionist, finally when I did arrive for my consultation the manager decided she wanted to talk regarding my complaint during my consultation time which I would have been charged for, this then went into my potential treatment time which I was then told the Dr had no time. From the start service was bad, wish I didn’t go as waste of time and taxi money there and back. Do not recommend at all as not professional. Also saw a team who were highly editing pictures (walking by the reception you can see the computers in office) before being added to social media pages, why would you need a team to edit pictures so much if the work was good enough? Trust your gut and look elsewhere.

The Clinic was an amazing place to visit; once I entered, the atmosphere felt great while the receptionists were very kind. I was visiting Dr. Aliya for different types of facial treatments and she was a very comforting and kind person, she also gave incredible advice that would never harm you which was almost like she was giving caring advice to her own daughter.On the same day, I met Dr. Alessandro for Plastic Surgery relating to excess skin removal and upon meeting him, I found him to be a very nice and consoling man who was very respectful. I saw him as a professional and he told me wether I should do a procedure now or later.Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would recommend 100% of the time.

My wife and I booked an appointment one month backWe arrived in time and were taken to the rooms for treatmentThe same therapist/ machine was used to alternate and my wife was kept waiting for long periods without any treatment while the therapist attended to meVery unprofessional and will not return again!!!10 the September 2019.. UPDATED.The clinic called us immediately after our review to clarify and offered a free session. We did avail after 2 months and the treatment was carried out in a professional manner, leaving a satisfied feeling. It is safe to say that they do care about client feedback... This is the best clinic ever, I did many treatments in Lucia and outside, nothing even close to the professional team in this clinic, reasonable prices compared to other clinics and most importantly you get value for your money and great results. UPDATE:As soon as my posted my experience with the therapist, I got a call from Dr Radmila, Founder of Lucia Clinic who was profusely apologetic and explained the miscommunication that had occurred. She was very empathetic and invited me to the clinic for a hydra facial . My verdict? I absolutely loved it. My skin felt incredible after my facial – plump, bright, soft, and smooth. As someone who has dry and sensitive skin, it felt like a much-needed drink of water. I didn’t need to wear any makeup at all, and all of my fine lines were gone. Whether you’re looking for routine maintenance or have a red carpet event in a day, a hydrafacial is a great treatment.  Do it on its own or combined with others to give your skin a natural glow that will last for a week. I will definitely be doing this treatment consistently with Lucia Clinic.Such a breath of fresh air to see such incredible customer service and ensuring the customer is happy. Most unprofessional and disappointing experience where they don’t value client time or money! I went to this clinic after recommendations from Huda, Mona and many influencers. How could you refuse to do facial after I have taken and confirmed the appointment for an Hydra Facial. After she saw I was upset Lucy is like ok ok i will do it for you but I can only do express facial. I don’t want you pity facial and rushing on my face and mind you i was willing to pay a lot for this famous Hydra Facial!! Do not recommend it at all and in the end it was a pure waste of my valuable as I learn everything about Botox, fillers and PRP and did not even get my treatment.

Great experience overall, Dr Alejandra in particular is amazing, she’s responsible for both my coolsculpt and emsculpt treatments and I saw results immediately. Also when I had the emtone treatment for my thighs, she was very considerate when it was painful and she was very cautious not to touch my thigh tattoo.

I have been visiting Lucia Clinic for the past 6 years and I am not intending to change it for as long as they exist.Dr Radmila is a highly professional and carefull dermatologist who I trust fully, as well as other doctors in the clinic she recommends to me. All procedures I did on my face in he past years went without side effects and I always looked and felt better. My favourite treatment is Venus Freeze for face (followed by LED light) and I am aiming at doing it at least once a month because it does wonders to the skin on the long run. Their skilled and kind therapists are all doing their work really professionally, while my favourite one is Nunzia. Their staff is regular on conferences and trainings, so the newest treatments and procedures are always to find in the clinic if Dr. Radmila finds them good. I always felt at home there and that’s why I keep coming back, because that really matters. Bilja, Ana and Ivana, who coordinate the work and clients in the clinic, are lovely and friendly ladies that make sure everyone gets their time, even in the busiest of hours. I keep recommending this clinic to all of my friends and many who had things done were very happy with results.

Highly recommended. Just when I taught that I was botox resistant (because the last few treatments didnt work for me in other clinics), I saw Dr. Aliya and she gave me great results. I also did EMTONE, definitely worth doing.

I do not recommend scheduling with Dr. Evana! She will do treatments you never initially asked for and charge more accordingly. I felt they just want to add on more purchases instead of suggesting what is essentially required for the customer.

Dr Radmila and Dr Evana are my doctors for the past few years and they transformed my skin completely. They took time to educate me about skin care and change my routine. Now my skin looks better then ever, and my acne problems are just ugly past. I would never ever change Lucia clinic and I tried so many in the past. This one is the best by far.

It was totally painless and the therapist made me feel very comfortable. I have been going to Lucia Clinic for some time and have always been pleased with my results, the cleanliness, it’s tranquility and the friendly and welcoming staff. I could have easily written a review over this time as it is warranted however I must share my latest experience with Dr. Dragana. I saw her based on the recommendation of a friend and was extremely happy. Dr. Dragana not only made what I felt were honest recommendations (nothing overtly over the top); the procedure was easy, very little pain (and I am beyond sensitive!); no bruising (which I feel is amazing because I almost always bruise) and the results were completely natural yet there was a marked improvement that I could easily see. I like that Dr. Dragana is a plastic surgeon and despite me not having gone under the knife, I felt like she had a that extra knowledge and her eye was spot on. She is completely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Lucia Clinic and in particular Dr. Dragana. You won’t be disappointed.

The worst service and experience in Dubai I’ve had in 4 years. Rude receptionist with an attitude , they’ve rescheduled my appointment 3 times because the doctor is always traveling. I was getting the PRP plasma treatment, the doctor comes 1.5 hour late, doesn’t apologize, doesn’t even say hello, finishes her job in 5 minutes (leaving big bruises on my face after doing such harsh injections) then rush chatting outside with someone(not clients). The clinic was empty yet they make it seem like they are always busy. Would NEVER go back and don’t recommend it to anyone! Very disappointed! Rude, far from professional! They don’t care about their customers satisfaction or results.

Lucia Clinic was like my second home when I used to live in Dubai. Dr Radmila saved me when I had skin problems. I am proud of my skin now and everyone compliments me all the time. I was always against any needles in my face but then I have started doing Botox and fillers few years ago and after I relocated I would come to Dubai and Lucia clinic only for the treatments. It is very difficult to find a proper clinic that can provide results and you can trust. The results are just phenomenal and immediate, you can see it straight away and lasts for a long time. I have been in Dubai for many years and have gotten botox and fillers done by many other clinics and doctors which have given me many problems in the past .. I have done Ultherapy at the Lucia Clinic about 3 month agoI have heard many promising things about Ultherapy so I decided to try. I did my due diligence about finding the right doctor and who has the genuine Ultherapy machine.Although I have seen some immediate results right after the procedure, now, after 3 months I can really see the difference.I was a little concerned that it is quite expensive, but after I have seen the results, I can say that it is worth it, considering that the results last min. one year and a half.Im happy with my choice and I highly recommend Lucia Clinic for Ultherapy.

The clinic was super clean, staaf were welcoming and professional.It was really nice meeting Dr. Radmila dermatology specialist. My friend wanted to do botox so we came to the clinic for the first time. The doctor was super lovely and professional at botox injection like she knew exactly what she was doing. As a result my friend was really happy of the outcome.

Ive tried many clinics in Dubai to treat my skin but Lucia is by far the best. Ive tried their hydrafacial and also the baby fraxel treatment which made my skin amazing. I had a lot of acne scarring and large pores. Prices are also reasonable as Ive found a lot of clinics in Dubai overcharge for their services. Today i had an amazing experience doing Ultherapy in Lucia clinic with therapist Jelena.
