First I would like to say congratulations on this amazing concept and well designed Aesthetic Clinic. I was welcomed in a very warm way, spoke freely with the receptionist, offered me a glass of organic fresh water along with the charming calm background music. Then greeted by the marketing manager Ms Shereen and along with Mr Tarik and later on the one and only Dr Iman came in person to explain more of what services they can offer me. I have to admit i was amazed with the services they provide. After i got to be introduced to the services we went and sat up on the terrace for a de-brief on my selected service and then went down to my booked room to start my beard laser work. Simply smooth, simply adjustable and super amazed again with the room size and operational equipments. Now Im super excited for my next visit, which is soon. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of ME.

This clinic is a God send. I had horrible botched under eye filler that looked bruised and swollen for many months and would never go out without dissolving, the doctor fixed this issue and now I finally have nice looking under eyes. The whole team is very professional and very friendly including the doctor of course. She’s extremely gentle, nice, smiling, approachable and answers all questions gladly and explains thoroughly the procedure. I feel sooo happy choosing her and the ultrasound machine REALLY helps because it tells her exactly where she has to inject since it scans all the filler in your face so she doesn’t inject just blindly

I can not praise doctor Iman Itani enough. She has completely transformed my skin. She suggested I do 6 sessions of RF microoneedling, based on her assessment of my skin. I started seeing small results from the first session and post second session my skin completely transformed and looks smoother with a huge reduction in pore size and fine lines.

I have a very good experience with this clinic! I did a couple of skin enhancements like Botox, facial, carbon peel treatment and I am more than satisfied with the results. I don’t think I can trust another Doctor how I trust Dr. Iman about my skin and face. She’s amazing in what she does!

I had an ultrasound filler dissolving procedure in this clinic and am very happy with my experience. At first I thought the price was too expensive compared to other places, however, now when I know what the process is like, I realise that the whole experience is definitely worth it!- The interior design of the clinic, a choice of colours and overall atmosphere is very aesthetically pleasing, welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable.- The ladies at the reception, a coffee lady and nurses are very polite, professional and customer-oriented.As to my actual procedure, I was surprised how amazingly professional and detail oriented Dr. Iman was! I have never heard of her before nor have I heard of the clinic, I just found them via Google while looking for a filler dissolving places in Dubai, but I am very glad that I have met her! It felt like she listens to your needs and hears them. I find it difficult to trust someone in procedures related to my face but in this case, I just had no doubts and throughout the process I felt like I was cared for. She was very thorough and careful with the ultrasound scanning device which she was using to make sure that the hyaluronidase is injected directly in the filler, so that she could have a better control of the needle to avoid all tiny blood vessels and veins, as it could cause bleeding and bruising otherwise. I highly recommend this place for someone who is looking for the ultrasound filler dissolving, and I am planning to come back for a different procedure in the near future. The above is my personal experience based on my personal expectations and perception.

I had really bad chin fillers somewhere else i felt my chin was widened and long i didnot need it it was triangular and pointy it was really ugly i went to the dr that injected me she dissolved it twice but no effect copz she dissolved it blindly and apparently i turned out to be injected superficially and had a swelling or something like a lump on my chin i felt really disappointed and depressed started looking for ultra sound guidance filler dissolving i came across dr iman itani and it was the best decision i made and the best thing that happened to me she was able to dissolve my chin with he help of ultra sound she helped me restore my natural features again i cant thank her enough she is honest and kind and a good listener she gives all her time and attention to her patients and she is very patient and precise with what she is doing i appreciate everything she has done to me she is the best. and every amount i payed there was worth it. thank you dr iman and thanks to your staff all of you are amazing i felt like family thanks alot and god bless you

I visited doctor iman for consultationFor few things regarding issues i have in my Face ,, we ended up doing full face dissolving fillers as i had remaining from old filler specially my chin area i had alot of left overs and i wasnt comfortable with the shape we removed everything with ultrasound so she triggered the effected areas only very smart way in my case was perfect thing to doReally appreciate such doctor as she was very understanding and comfortable to discuss with ,, i was worried to have swollen face next dayBut not i manage to go to work with minimum bruises that can be hide with make upAnd I already can see my natural faceSo happy to meet her now i have a clear plan to work on my skin texture 🧚‍♂️

Came in for a skin consultation with Dr. Iman. She recommended a full hydrafacial with Ms. Mela and it was the best experience.Mela was really gentle but at the same time gave the right amount of pressure to extract the blocked comedones. My skin was cleaned really nicely and well taken care of by Ms. Mela.She also gave me post-op instructions and skin recommendations.The whole vibe and customer service of the clinic was 100%.
