I have been coming here since years for laser and other services. but today I tried the facial here with ward, she is so professional and I loved the hydra facial and definitely will be coming back for doing my facials with her.

Great location with easy parking but I only go here cause of Dr Tara, I trust her with my face and lips blindly! Highly recommend here 🙏🏻

Biggest mistake I have done 1 year ago when they caused me this burn (level 3) in my lower leg that time I didn’t call the police and complain about what happenedI’m have been long time client, doing laser teeth cleaning etc,I decided to do cellulite treatment and the terapist wasn’t trained well about the machine she put something under my leg so the machine will keep giving heat and I kept telling her it’s hot she kept pushing my leg on it Bcz that’s how the machine supposed to work she said , till it get this burnAfter 1 day it gets water inside and I went there to show them, they removed the water and told me ‘no worries let it cover than we ll fix this ‘So after 1 year waiting and buying by my self scar removal creams and gel ,this is how it become .I called them and they didn’t even believe me this happened in their clinic,they didn’t even make a note of this issue and I have to explain my self again and again to their therapist ,After all the conversation they decided to do Derma pen from they r side 1 time only and nothing has changed,They said let it heal and come back , so went to and show the doctor again and she told me only by laser can remove this scar and they ll let the manager to call me , if they ll do it from their side bcz they can only do it in rashidiya brunch1 month has been passed like this entire summer I couldn’t even wear short, shirt in Dubai hit bcz of thisI have been calling the clinic to talk to manager for 1 month , they call me and I have to explain all the story againJust bcz they don’t wanna do laser treatment that the doctor told me that can be the solution but they do it in Rashida brunchI felt my self that I’m begging for free treatmentExactly it’s they r mistake to repair and they don’t even give good costemer servicesIt’s my mistake that I’m still giving them a chance and going to barsha branch doing my teeth cleaning last Sunday which I have paid forThey don’t deserve

Really happy with Anisha John‘s service and their laser results. I have been to other places and haven’t seen the result due to fair hair complexion and I’ve done my second procedure here and already see amazing result. Happy with the prices too

I had the consultation with Sarah since I started 5 months ago though out she has been caring and supportive and keeps checking back with me to make sure the results are up to my expectations. Do yourself a favour, and do not come here. Absolutely terrible experience all-round. I booked a laser appointment and specifically asked for the Candela GMP. I went for the first session, and left. I had a terrible reaction and thought it could be because it was my first time. I went for the second session, and they took me into a different room with a different tech. So I asked if it was the GMP, they said no and that even the first session wasnt the GMP.They used a machine on my body, which I did not consent to. When I escalated the issue and asked for a refund for the package, they refused to do so and said it was my fault.Granted, they did compensate me with a free session, which I of course appreciated.Then, I went for the second session which was great. The following session I specifically asked for the same tech from the good session. I called the call center and asked them to make a note. She said they did - I get to the center at the time of the appointment, and it is of course with a different tech. Not only was she rushing the session, she kept touching the laser head on my skin, which is such a NO-NO!! They also dont change the head. I kept kindly asking her not to, and she said that it is better that way.I booked a following session and specifically asked for the tech AGAIN. The person at the call center said she booked it with the tech I requested, and also made a note. I also asked for the size of the head, so I can purchase my own. She said she will find out and will call me back. 4 days go by, no one calls. I get a call today from someone confirming my appointment. I find out 1) the tech is on leave, and it is booked with someone else 2) there is no note on my inquiry regarding the laser head.She said she will look into it and will call me back again. HOURS pass by, and nothing. I call back - someone else answers. Calls me by a different name, and tells me I have a facial appointment booked as well - which I did NOT book. She also has no record of my previous conversations with her.All in all - avoid coming here at all costs. I am only waiting to finish the package I paid for, and will never ever return. I have never experienced anything like this and it is quite shocking the multiple positive reviews.

I am going there for hair laser removal services and Anisha John was my laser therapist for the past session and she was really good. She took enough time so she doesn’t miss any part and she was great.

I don’t recommend the hydro facial AT ALL. Please steer away from this clinic. They brought in a new specialist for the hydro facial, her name is ward, arabic woman with blonde hair. She started the facial by wiping my face with random products with no consistency. She does everything very quickly and doesn’t clean anything she just piles the products. In the middle of the facial she went to charge her phone then came back to continue without changing the glove !!!! This is highly unsanitary!!!!. After that she applied the mask and roles a metal tool that should heat up and it takes time. BUT in her case she did it in 1 min only. When i told her that it takes longer she said “my hand is light thats why you didn’t feel it” what a poor excuse. I’m never doing the hydrofacial again. And it isn’t worth the price at all.

Very clean and welcoming environment especially very cooperative and friendly technicians. They informed me of my skin type and what to expect after each session. Highly recommended

Been going there for the last 5 month for laser and everytime 1 or 2 hrs delay from my appointment time, no one to talk to, will finish my package and i will never step in this place again! One good thing the staff are nice especially manjoo

Timing wise they are not punctual but i have a great time with the skin specialist rose, shes very nice and gentle, i recommend her for any type of facials

Dont waste your time here. I made an appointment for laser session 645pm and had to wait till 8pm and number didnt came. Staff was careless and had no interest to think and manage reputation of the clinic. Dont waste your time.. n never recommend

Next time you call applicants to your center, do them the courtesy of choosing someone who knows how to conduct a professional interview and treat people with respect. Make it clear upfront that you’re looking for someone who can work every single evening, handle every section, and even go out to promote your services—regardless of whether they have a family or personal commitments. And be honest about the fact that they’ll be dealing with an interviewer who lacks basic courtesy and seems only interested in offering a laughably low salary, showing just how little you value the applicants time and skills.

Amazing experience with Rajila she is doing my laser and she made me feel so comfortable and no pain. She gives great advice a d i will always do with her. Highly recommended.

I would like to rate this clinic to 0 , they are not professional at all , liers when u call them they say something and when u go u find another thing I went there for a massage after a surgery I had wound open and the nurse came back to me after she let me 30 min waiting for her to give me a plaster for my nose and she said «  it’s my meal break and I came back respect for you » imagine !! Also when she was doing my massage she don’t know even what she is doing I’ve been to a lot of clinics around the world and I can tell when a person is experiencing , also the stuff they speak in really rude way between each other they don’t respect each other , this clinic is big big NO

SCAAAAM - I did hair-transplant procedure 6 months ago, and the results are horrible.First the doctor said they will do something in the consultancy meeting when they took your full money. But on procedure day you will not find any doctor there only technician, and the technician did wrong precedure against what the doctor said and I informed many times during the procedure by this and they said we know what we are doing.And last few months going back & forth with them to fix it, no help, no response and today went to them and they told me we will not do anything and if you want to complain go complain anywhere.Needless to say I am opening a legal case on them now, if not to get my right at least to prevent them from hurting other people.

I did laser there and i always do it there. Their packages are great but honestly this one time Manju did my laser and she was so genuine doing every detail with care taking her time which i believe would lead to better results.Also quite friendly and smiley 🥺

I had a highly disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff are unprofessional and the lack of coordination is astounding. I went for melasma treatment and ended up wasting my time and money. Each visit was a hassle, with long wait times of at least 2 hours, only to find out there was no clear reason for my appointment. The doctor and clinic manager provided conflicting information, and the customer care team scheduled appointments without informing the doctor. Despite my patience as a patient, the disorganization was unacceptable. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place for you. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone seeking effective and professional medical care. They are only interested in doing business, with no regard for the time and money of their patients. Additionally, there is no assurance on the effectiveness of their treatments.

I recently visited the laser clinic and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff had terrible attitudes and were consistently unhelpful. Not only did they lack basic customer service skills, but they also caused significant delays during my appointments, making me late on multiple occasions. Additionally, they always changed the price for me, even though I always received the same service. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service. Buthaina was too rude, and the other lady was playing on her phone while talking to me. At the end, the manager Dr.Nadin solved the problem.ps; i highly recommend staff Anisha for laser

The service is 0 , i went there to do botox they let me wait for more than 5 hours , then the result was not satisfied at all .I come back to do the reattach , they let me again wait for 2 hours even I informed them that i have work i a should leave early, the staff choose the customers who will be first and let the others wait .I will never recommend this clinic for anyone and i will never visit it again

Came here for scaling and polishing with Dr. John and it was honestly one of the quickest and pain-free services I’ve ever had at a dental center. The clinic itself was very clean and the dental room was very spacious and had a bathroom inside!Dr. John was very caring and attentive to my problems and addressed them on the spot. He also fixed an issue that I had with my teeth from another dental provider. Will definitely be coming here whenever I need to see a dentist.

Even in my last appointment they kept me waiting for 30 minutes. And today my appointment was at 30_7_23 7:45 pm kept me waiting down for 45 minutes with no one. When I came up to reception to ask whats going on. They said people have full body laser. If they have full body laser how can you give appointment to other customers at the same time. I have been to barsha branch many time. I never had any problems there. But in this Jumeirah branch second time and its the same very unprofessional staff. They dont know how to handle the customers. And they simply tell you to take a appointment for next day? Ohh seriously? How can you say like this? Many other customers left angry like this in front of me.Waisted my whole time In this clinic to hear my appointment from you? What you think i should leave my work and come here everyday to ask if today i can get the appointment on a right time.Worst clinic ever. I hope this msg reaches to the management who is responsible for this clinic I hope to get back there reply. If not then this is not a standard company. So please dont use this clinic. There are many more also with good offers. So kindly dont use this .

I went and wanted to make fillers and Botox, but I had a budget with me which was 1.5 k AED.Then Sara took me in for a consultation and we talked a lot until she convinced me to take RRS, she talked about how magical it is and how the results is immediate, but as I said above I had a budget, so we decided to only make RRS.And as she said … when we finished the injection It showed a little of glow results, that’s okay, but I’ve been told I should wait 2 days and I will see more resultNow after 4 days there is litterly nothing I can’t see any change.So I went and used my budget on nothing.No changes at all.!I even texted the office before making this review, but no reply.

In every step of the way at the clinic she was checking on me & was making sure I am okay. She helped console me when I was worried about the swelling on my face. She had recommended the RSS for my face, along with the Jalupro for my under eyes, and they are the best things I’ve done! and I’m so glad I trusted her because my face looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you Sarah for doing all that you do with such love & care!Now for my doctor, who did all the above procedures along with fillers, Dr Tooba, thank you so much for your patience with me. Despite being in so much pain and making her wait 2 hours till I let her continue working on me and she was so patient and waited for me. I’ve put her through a lot and she was so kind to me. Her work is great too!And to all the beautiful nurses that work with Dr Tooba! The sweetest girls!Much love to all of you.Thank you thank you thank you!

The clinic opens 9 am and my appointment is at 9 am , the stuff and the team must be ready before 9 am !! Same as any company or Clinics management that they must be prepared and all of them in theirs positions before the gust arrives!In my situation! I took permission from my work for 30 min to do face lasier! But what’s happened? The stuff still on the way , and the receptionist telling us that wait until my colleague(the Arabic lady wearing abaya ) she’s late to much .arrive because I can’t manage all of you and we are only 7 patients!!!In my side I have limited time and it’s not acceptable to wait and waste my time on clinic that won’t be on time and prepared their time ,I’m telling my complain because it’s the happened severals time every time when I come same situation.Hope the manager make everything right

Was my fav beauty clinic for laser and facial session. However my last facial appointment Ive waited for 2 hours cause i was double booked with other customers and the customer service were not bothered at all and they didnt notify the therapist and the clinic was about to close at 9 PM and the customer service agents almost left and no one informed the therapist that i was still waiting for my appointment. and the therapist was leaving the clinic while i was still waiting for my appointment. it was a complete disaster. and yet no one bothered to apologies for the poor service that i had encountered. very disappointing experience.
