The salon is amazing, very beautiful and clean. I have been getting laser hair removal there for a year. I had tried many other places before, but this is the first time I see actual results. Joy is extremely meticulous and ensures thorough treatment. She is careful in selecting the laser settings to avoid burns. Ive had several nurses here, but Joy is truly the best. I highly recommend it.

Great facial treatment by Diana. Her knowledge and experience are just amazing. She gave me so many tips on how to take care of my skin.

I have been coming to this clinic for about 6 months now and did several procedures for my skin. Dr. Raghad was the best in helping me with my acne. I had the worst experience, after waiting more than 30min , they took me upstairs to start the hydra facial once she started she told me ops sorry the steamer are not working we need to move u to other room , so they moved me to other room and then started again with the cleaning , then she was like ops the other steamer not working too , how u supposed to clean the face without u open pores for proper facial ? Then when the was the time to pay they charge me full amount when was just half service , actually I believe I should’ve not pay at all for this kind of experience I won’t never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone .

Maris is simply the best. From the moment you walk in her reception staff are super friendly, always smiling. I had my virgin eyebrows done and a retouch which is free.She will listen to you, understand what you want and gives really good advice. I have a high pain threshold but with the numbing cream she puts before the procedure I basically felt almost nothing.The place is super clean with a very relaxing atmosphere. I left leaving pampered. She provides A clear set of instructions for aftercare and even provides the post procedure ointment.Ive gotten loads of compliments on my brows and have recommended Maris dozens of times. One thing: dont try to book at short notice, she has a huge waiting list because she gives every client lots of time and attention.Highly recommended!

The number one place for beauty/skin care. Dr Rania is one of if not probably the best doctor ever. She has so much knowledge about skin care it’s amazing. She puts you at ease tells you what areas you need working, so on and so forth. I’ve been doing radio frequency & peeling with her it’s my second session and I can already see the difference. I trust Dr Rania not only because she’s good at her profession Mashallah but because she god-fearing and will not tell you to do something you don’t need. My experience was bad with Maris. I did microblading with one technician and it was good but when I came back for the touch up session I got shocked that the previous technician had left the clinic and they hired a new one. Her way of drawing is waytoo different comparing to the previous technician. I didnt like the result at all. Shr made myeyebrows look soo fake. Its just like I used a premanent marker on them! So disappointed.

I write google reviews to help other people avoid the experiences I’ve had. I’ve tried 2 other clinics in Dubai for injections and this place tops any other place I have tried by a long shot. The doctor (Dr. Rania) is absolutely amazing and she was recommending the best volume for the shape of my lips, which ended up looking amazing. I also did microblading here and, again, I’ve tried it in one other place and I wasn’t happy with it and had to have it removed so I was hesitant from that experience but the technician (Francielly) here is so good at what she does and so attentive! I’ve found the right clinic now so I’ll be coming back when I need it.

I can only recommend massages with Dani. lymphatic drainage massages but also “relaxing massages” for neck and back.. her hands are magic, after a massage with her you feel relax, lighter, no more swelling, retention, bloating.. and the body is “shaped”.

Laser: Underarm & BikiniI had my second session of Laser at Mari’s today.I tried two types of lasers before coming here and I saw a huge difference in the procedure, as well as the results.The laser used at Mari’s is Candela Gentle Max Pro. Just would like to start of by saying a massive thank you to giselle for doing my eyebrow she did nothing but an amazing and perfection job that left me speechless.I had booked my initial appointment a year ago with maries but with the pandamic I had to postpone, this was so stressful and to add more stress I later found out maries don’t do brows anymore for patient and when she does it’s with a different price and so on.However regardless of everyhing, the clinic was nothing but beyond beautiful, the staff were really welcoming, I honestly walked in so nervous but immediately left all my worries at the door and trusted my brows with them, the staff from the receptionists girls and the lovely lady who helped with registration and who was with me till giselle came I can’t thank you all enough.Honestly I can’t write how perfect my brows are, anyone who knows me, knows that my brows are like my babies 🙈 like literally.For anyone thinking of getting there brows done at this clinic, let me tell you plain and simpe, GO FOR IT!! I did all the research for you ☺️ trust me it’s nothing but worth it!!!I came in with one brows higher then the other, thinner then the other and giselle worked her magic!! I read one review who was also worried that maries won’t be able to do her brows, to that lady if you yet haven’t, giselle skills is just as amazing as maries afterall she was trained by her, she won’t do anything without discussing anything with you and untill your satisfied.You guys are really amazing and if it wasn’t for the pandamic I would definitely be travelling to use on a regular basis for all the other great service provided at Maris clinic.A great big THNAK YOU!!!

I was amazed how beautifully designed and organized the clinic is, the cleanness and the place is what gave me the sense of comfort, additionally the professionalism led by Mari is superb.That is definitely a place where you feel good about the second you enter.The vitamin B complex iv therapy is certainly well worth it, also I’m doing a PRP with ANTEAGE treatment for face and hair! Can’t recommend enough, sending all my friends and family. 5/5 well deserved!

I did RF microneedling sessions. Didn’t see difference from the first session; however my skin got irritated a while after my second session. When I decided to cancel my third session; the person in contact didn’t even care to understand why or to call to check. She only validates that there are no side effects. Apparently it is only about the money they can generate.

She was so attentive and explained everything to me as if it was my first in her office.I repeat this statement once again, whatever microblading i have done before was not to be called microblading. Maris!I remember you calling me as soon as I had posted this review which was a year ago asking me to delete it.It actually took you 6 months to respond to my complaint, and when you did so, youre falsely accusing me of posting a fake review.The sad part is after all this time you didnt learn your lesson, where you should be apologizing to your client(s) for the bad service, and to promise to improve next time around.In fact, this stubborn aggressiveness of yours only proves how unprofessional you are.I wonder how you wouldve handled the situation if you were in any other part of the world, but the likes of you somehow think its okay to react this way here.Consider this your last warning: if you falsely accuse me again, Ill report you to both our Consumer Rights and Police authorities for defamation.Its funny, you run after me AND charge me AED 1,000 for a lowly service to get free marketing off me, which you claim you did for free, for something you wanted me to do, and then you mess it up with your incompetence and poor quality, and then blame me - YOUR CLIENT - for it.If thats not the worst experience to have in the ENTIRE world, let alone Dubai, I dont know what is.I feel sorry for you, your employees and future clients to say the least.-‐‐----‐----I was very disappointed with the first session as it was done by trainees who didnt speak any English while I was reassured they were experts at the time of booking an appointment.For the touch up session; although I had arrived on time , Maris applied the numbing cream and made me wait for over an hour in a claustrophobic room; She only showed up after the second time I asked for her.At the end, Maris did do a good job but I will not be considering to ever going back since the quality and service had been very inconsistent.

I like my eyebrows after the microblading; they look natural but one thing disappoints me everytime i go there which istheir service. Their service is so bad! Imagine booking an appointment at 12 and starting your service at 2!! 2 hours late. Why? Because the receptionist got mixed up which is ofc not my problem but still they make me wait for 2 hours as if i have nothing after. The work of microblading is so good but their service will make me think twice to make microblading in future again with them.

I would like to know if anyone has done their eyebrows at Maris clinic recently with the new technician? (Not miss. Mari herself) I am finally trying to overcome my fear to do my eyebrows after 2 years and after such a looong search I finally decided to go with it and put my trust in Maris Clinic (before Covid), Now that im vaccinated, i called the clinic and found out that Miss. They posted a treatment for liver cleansing on Instagram so inquired throught Instagram message about the cost etc. They just sent me all the treatment they offer like a bot system and asked me to call and I did try calling 3 times the phone doesnt work. I mean just send it through Instagram message portal?? Why did you even bother spend money on the ad. Horrible service from the start so forget even if I considered to show up!

Worst experience ever! Do not go there and do not get fooled by their team, I paid a big price for my mistake or going there:I went there for a microblading, and ended up being told i need a laser removal of my old microblading....tragically, i ended up having permanent RED tattoo on my eybrows... it was a total failure, psychologically traumatizing...and I still have the red stains until now under my hair, showing...THE WORST OF ALL: their team wouldnt apologize and wouldnt even compensate.no remorse whatsover, although im a medical doctor and i wasnt arguing with them for the sake of arguing. i was deeply disappointed. when complaining to the owner and manager, i realized she was just an arrogant person on a power trip... Do not got here.

Me and my sister did our eyebrows with this company before Corona, and after many issues with their management I resolved the problem, one being that due to Corona my sisters travel plans had changed and needed her touch up at a later date which they agreed on and now that she still can not travel outside. They are cancelling her touch-up and will not allow anyone else to use this.As a customer I have helped this lady settle a dispute with some of my friends who were also unsatisfied customers and still she is insisting on being unfair and rude.I am so sick of companies not understanding what customer service is, do not open a business if you have no idea how to treat a customer. Absolutely appaled once again. Never again!!!And please do not contact me to remove my review, which you do to alot of your customers.I am fed up of this company and their outright rudeness and incompetence.
