Doctor Milena gave me proper consultation about my skin issue and create a protocol or the treatment.First time I had tried BTL laser and I can see the results straight away after procedure! I have been a loyal client of Milena Clinic for over two years, regularly receiving Botox, Spherogel, facials, and brow services. However, my recent experience in August left me deeply disappointed and upset.I had an appointment for Spherogel with Dr. Olga, who had previously provided me with outstanding results in April. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Dr. Olga was unavailable, and I was informed that only she could perform this procedure.Later on I was informed that Dr. Milena can do Spherogel for me. I expressed my hesitation and even offered to wait if she was not confident in performing the procedure. Sadly, the result was disappointing—there was no rejuvenating effect around my eyes, and my tired look remained unchanged.Before my August procedure, in additionI had undergone mesotherapy on Dr. Milenas recommendation, which I believed would enhance the Spherogel results. On contrary there was ZERO improvement.What’s more concerning is the clinics follow-up policy. After each appointment, clients are supposed to receive a follow-up message to ensure satisfaction, yet this protocol seems to be overlooked when appointments are with Dr. Milena. Is it because she is the owner? Or because she is above making mistakes?After my August’s procedure I gave my feedback to the administrator. Dr. Milena did send me a message, but it lacked an apology or acknowledgment of my experience.One week ago I came back to Dubai and I returned to see Dr. Olga, who, despite her professionalism and kindness, informed me that there was nothing she could do to fix the results of the Spherogel. She suggested waiting four months and offered one complimentary mesotherapy session under my eyes, but this hardly feels sufficient given the circumstances!To this day, I have not been contacted again from Dr. Milena. It seems there is a stark difference in how the clinic treats influencers/bloggers and regular clients like myself.I hope my feedback serves as a constructive critique for improvement. I believe every client deserves to feel valued and heard, regardless of their social media presence.Happy to share screenshots or videos as a proof if it’s required.MY ANSWER TO YOUR BELOW ANSWER:Dear Milena Aesthetic Clinic Team,I appreciate your response, but I feel compelled to clarify a few points. I was the one who explicitly stated that I did not want any corrections if there were risks involved—this is documented in our messages.While I would be more than willing to share the voice message from Dr. Milena, I understand there is no option to do so here. However, I find it unprofessional that there has been no acknowledgement and apology regarding the unsatisfactory results of the Spherogel procedure until today.The only picture of my eyes you have, is the one that was done by Dr Olga last Friday. That picture was done after the complimentary mesotherapy.Please note the same day Dr Olga did for me Botox in the eyes area, since the Botox that was done by Dr. Milena 3 weeks ago didn’t have any effect (but the Botox effect I can understand).I do not wish to engage in a discussion that seems to have no resolution. While I understand that mistakes can happen, an immediate apology is not just a courtesy—it is a necessity in maintaining a professional relationship with your clients.Thanks.

One of best place in UAE, I have been to other clinics but the professionalism and care I see here is amazing. Doctors are very friendly and they provide best cost effective solution. This is the clinic which you can trust, amazing results and most highly tech modern palace in the town for your face and body. I got my Botox done by Dr. Olga and I am very happy with results. Highly recommended to everybody who wants best results for their body&face.

Great atmosphere, the variety of services provided is one of a kind, but most importantly the staff is professional and knowledgeable, Dr. Milena should definitely become one of your Must visit every now and then specialist, my skin has improved in just a few visits🙏cosmetologist Hanifa is a wonderful specialist, offering variety of treatments to make your face glowing! Great follow up by the admin staff, checking every time on your overall condition after each procedure! Also, you can chose your products to look after your skin on daily basis from your home , they offer a great choice of best products. I’ve been to this place a few times and tried different services.The last time I did a full face Botox (as recommend by the doctor) but had the worst result with my eyebrows dropping and not being able to smile properly. They also have a tendency of delaying appointments, once I had to wait for 40 minutes to be attended.I did have a good experience with BBL but the result of the two sessions that I had lasted around 2 weeks only.For sure it’s overpriced. But the interior and marketing is cool.

Milena and her team are just impeccable! I keep visiting both of her salon and clinic for few years now and every time I go there I leave supper happy. Results are visible immediately with every facial you do. So far I have done treatments with Ludmila, Adriana and Valerya. They are extremely thorough and I just love to do my facials with them. You will pay slightly more but they dont compromise on quality unlike most of the salons here in Dubai. I can only recommend over and over again ❤️

I liked everything, the price corresponds to the quality. I did mechanical cleaning, peeling and am planning more hardware therapy. Before the procedure, the doctor made recommendations on how best to start treating the problem I was dealing with. I liked the fact that they wrote a list of tests that need to be taken and come with them to the next procedure for the correct selection of further care! I plan to continue visiting this clinic.

I was in the clinic for treatment from Dr. Sofia. Arrived at the appointed time. Unfortunately I waited until 1.30. Doctor Sophia said she had an urgent patient. And she promised to give a discount for the long wait. They gave me HUFU. The effect did not last long. Dr. Sofia said that the effect will appear in a month, which I hope for. When paying, they told me the price as before. I said that they promised me a discount. They said it was already at a discount. Then they still gave me a minimal discount. Treatment is more expensive than in Switzerland. I asked if there was a cream with a lifting effect. They sold me a very expensive cream and serum. The effect is zero. None of what I was told is true. I wrote to the doctor later. I wanted to ask if there is anything against age spots. There is no answer. I wrote to the clinic and asked if they had any other doctors. They said yes. On the clinic’s page there is no clear information about which specialists work, what services they offer, or the price. A little disappointed. I was going to fly in specially, but now I don’t know. If you pay, you want quality and honest treatment.
