The reception was good and the service was quick. Tha place was crowded so it took us few extra minutes waiting but other than that we immediately got into our appointment. The workers are always on their feet trying to get everyone into their appointments. Serious work environment. I took an IV drip and they kept checking on me few times around the clock.

Al Noor Center is bad in dealing. It is a material center. I had a gastric capsule transaction, and the capsule was not installed. An amount was deducted from me, Tabby and Tamara. On the second day, I asked the center to cancel the transaction for personal reasons. This transaction was dated 10/11/2024, and the request was not canceled. I contacted the specialists more than five times until now, dated 10/12/2024, in order to benefit from the second installment, and the second installment was deducted. I hope that those dealing with this center do not deal with this center because it is a cosmetic center and does not have any specialization in gastric capsules.Quality and Control, they have all the information. I spoke to Ahmed from Quality and Control, and all the promises were without implementation, and the credibility is zero.

I’ve been a loyal client of Noor Al Mamzer Medical Clinic for almost 5 years, referring several friends and family members over the years. However, my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing.In September 2024, the clinic offered a package for a procedure, and after insisting several times, they assured me that I could cancel anytime and receive a full refund. Trusting their word, I purchased the package. Unfortunately, when I decided to cancel, I was informed that there were fees associated with the cancellation—completely contradicting what their staff had promised.What’s worse is that I’ve been chasing them for over 2.5 months just to get the cancellation process started. This level of unprofessionalism and inability to deliver on their promises is unacceptable.I will not be returning to this clinic again. It’s shocking and disappointing to see such a lack of integrity and professionalism from a place I once trusted.

The service I received was good and I didnt feel any pain during my rootcanal treatment. The doctors were also very friendly and highly experienced.

The clinic is good staff & doctor are nice. Good that they have free water juices & tea while you wait for your turn, only my concern is we wait a bit longer for our turn to see the doctor maybe because that time its a bit crowded. Try to manage the patience schedule so waiting time will not b a burden rather than that everything is good. I recommend this clinic.

One start is tooo much for this clinic, The worst clinic ever, the customer service is 0 and unprofessional at all, the clinic is so small with 100 staff asking you millions of questions million times, the only good doctor for plastic procedures left and the rest are not well trained. My friend got her lip filler with one of the doctors and she got the worst results, when she went for retouch “she was told that its normal to have a side of your lips bigger than the other” this is the funniest respond ive ever heard.They always change the doctors you booked with claiming that they are busy.You will have to wait 30 mins in each step. Starting from meeting the doctor to, waiting for the responsible of payment, to waiting for the nurse to put the numbing cream, to the product preparation to finally the doctor to do the procedure.They play with pricing the product and services, as ive been given an attractive price for a specific product then ive been told different when i visited the clinic.Am talking as someone working in a big hospital in dubai who works in customer service for 10 years, and for such country and comparing to different high quality clinics for same procedures, the prices are the same but with the worst customer service and doctor’s training.Please reconsider booking with this clinic as its going to be your nightmare and a big regret.

I am disappointed with the services I received at this clinic. My experience was far below expectationsinitially I booked an appointment with a specific doctor, but upon arrival, I was assigned a different doctor without any prior notification. Additionally, I was quoted 1000 aed for lip filler via WhatsApp, but when I arrived at the clinic, I was unexpectedly asked to pay AED 1,300. When I inquired about the additional AED 300, the staff explained that it was a discounted price but I had never requested or been informed of any discount. This was misleading and unprofessional.After my first visit, I noticed that one side of my lips was noticeably larger than the other. So I booked a touch up appointment and again after I arrived only i find out that the doctor I had initially scheduled with was unavailable with an unscheduled procedure for an other person, but I fail to understand why this should affect me. After complaining, I was reassigned to the original doctor.Despite the touch-up, my lips still appear uneven, and when I addressed this with the doctor, I was told that there was nothing more she could do. I was advised to wait a week, but if the issue remained, I would need to dissolve the filler at an additional cost of 300 aed.This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Will talk about our experience: The staff are completely unprofessional and there is no polite way to deal with customers, and their communication team hysterically follows up with customers and sends messages that are out of the scope of work causing inconvenience to the customers. I contacted call centre team to speak to the management to file a complaint against the public relations staff, but the call was disconnected and they did not allow me to speak to the management And with in a funny way, deal with my request.

Worst clinic ever for my mum’s treatment for her face. This clinic is there for the least qualified doctors who could not make it anywhere so they got a job here. Even the nurses are so bad they dont know anything dont even know english . Only Dr Mai is good for making people buy the procedures and services but doesnt do them she is extremely rude. The health protocols are ridiculous. The nurses and doctors are roaming around with open hair and long nails. This is a health clinic or for fashion. I work myself in a dental clinic and the protocol here is hideous. No professionalism and no protocols followed . If you are doing procedure with one doctor next time another will do and they wont even know what procedure they were doing on u. Dont come ever it is the worst clinic ever eventhough UAE health rules are very strict. They are very rude when we try to point it out they will be hostile. I saw someone in the reviews say that they did surgery even when UAE doesnt allow!

I had a Allurion Smart Balloon done in 28 July 2024 right from the start I could feel that the procedure was not done correctly and there was a problem with the gastric balloon it self. I’ve been told that I should loss nearly 5% of my body weight and the balloon should last for minimum 4 month. On 22nd October 2024 I lost the balloon passed out In the very normal way. Which mean I had it inside my stomach for less than 3 month and I only lost 3KG I am not sure what has happened but for sure spending 10 thousand dirhams was total waste of money and time and all the money I’ve paid for the un-necessary supplements which was around aed 2650 dhs was a way to abuse my need to lose weight but not to achieve my desired results. Very very disappointed with the whole experience

Not to sure about the services itself but the time Managment is ridiculous. If you have booked an appointment for a specific time do not expect that there will be availability. They will make you seat and wait for over an hour without any updates or apologise.There are many associates that are walking around. For sure busy with something. But no one cares about delays.

20 days ago, I was supposed to undergo an Andolift treatment for my abdomen. The total cost of the treatment was 7500 AED. I paid 500 AED in cash and 7000 AED through Tabby, with the first installment of 1750 AED already paid.When I went to the hospital for the treatment, the doctor there told me that, since I had previously had heart surgery, I couldn’t undergo this treatment without my cardiologist’s approval. Therefore, I did not proceed with the treatment and went to my cardiologist to get his permission. My cardiologist did not approve it.I then asked the Noor Al-Mamzar clinic to refund my money, and they told me to wait for their accountant to call me. On November 9, 2024, I went to the clinic, and they said they would refund my money.However, today I saw that they canceled my payment with Tabby and charged me 476 AED. When I asked why I was charged, they told me they would call the police. I waited for an hour in the clinic, but the police never showed up.In short, this clinic stole 976 AED from me and refused to refund it. They are thieves and don’t care about their clients; they only care about money. I regret trusting them based solely on Instagram advertisements without doing proper research.”

Dr. Loay is an exceptional doctor, he addressed all of my concerns and the surgery went smoothly. The center is very attentive to the patients’ needs and quick to respond.

From today I will tell everyone about my unpleasant experience with this clinic. I have been in Dubai for 20 years. And I know my rights and responsibilities well. Firstly, the doctor did not show up for the free consultation. One consultant said that the doctor had an operation on Sunday. Another consultant said that the doctor had a day off. If the doctor is not present at the consultation, then why conduct it? Tests were taken without the doctors consent. Another consultant tried to sell pills at twice the price, assuring that I have dry skin. My whole life I have had oily skin. All messages were saved in screenshots that the operation would be at 10 am. On August 1, 2024, we arrived at the clinic, writing down the time. At 10 am, no one came to us. At 10.30 am, the operation did not start. At 11.15 am we asked where the doctor was? The nurse uncertainly answered that perhaps he would come only in 40 minutes. No one was sure that he would come in 40 minutes. Since the operation did not start at 10am, I left the hospital. We immediately informed the clinic about the cancellation of the operation, as such disrespect should not happen. The face of the Clinic - ignoring the refund of money, not answering calls. Allah sees everything and there is a limit to everything. We will complain to higher authorities. After such a clinic, you will stop trusting other clinics. I advise you never to contact this clinic.

She did sinus hijama and migraine hijama for me last month, although she recommended 4 sessions to see results ALHAMDULILLAH I started seeing improvement after 2 weeks of my first session. The offer is affordable, 150AED for the session and number of cups is unlimited which is good, because if it is more expensive I will not be able to come for all sessions. I decided to try the fat reduction injections at Noor Al Mamzar Medical Center and I am happy with the progress so far.The results from the injections have been positive and I am looking forward to continuing the treatment.I still have two injection sessions and four laser sessions pending and Iam excited to see further improvements.

Before doing any procedure in this clinic, please make your due diligence regarding the treatment you are planning to do and confirm the correct standards and procedures.Also, check online for the price of the medicines / supplements they are trying to upsell.I find it strange that there are a lot of 5 star and 1 star reviews without anything in between, which is probably easy to explain

I was very scared about everything but the moment I stepped in and started plan with doctors everything was so much better everyone is nice and respectful and stuff so come and meet them and will se I am right

You don’t even deserve one star for your unprofessional services you provide the quality of the nurses and the doctor super cheap and not qualified plus they did for me the surgery in their clinic as its not allowed as per Dubai Health Department authorities and against the law ! Plus i asked for sick leave one day and they did not approve it ! Their marketing is totally different than what they do imagine they showed me one video of other Dr from Brazil doing the surgery and as if they are the one doing it i paid 6K and i regret paying this amount for such clinic. I don’t recommend anyone to even think of visiting this clinic!!!!!Dont do my mistake in trusting such clinics

Saw their promotion online for teeth cleaning and polishing so I booked our appointment the next day. Me and my husband.We just finished now and the experience was bad.Dr. Yasmin was our dentist. She asked me what treatment I am going to do today. I replied, cleaning and polishing. She offered whitening and I said not now. She replied, why not we have promotion now, so I said maybe next time.She asked what promotion I saw and how much I am paying for it.The whole process took her less than 10 minutes! She was rough! Not gentle at all! And I can feel that she is in a hurry.This is not my first time going to dental cleaning in UAE but by far this is the worst experience pushing me to make this review.I respect all dentists profession and what theyve been through to get their degrees but with her, she does not work from the heart. If i have paid more, then i might get better experience.For noor who put out promotions, make sure that your doctors and dentists are happy with it and not compromising the services that the clients will get.Dr. Yasmin is not happy at all for what i am paying for and i really felt it while I am sitting on that chair! Never again! My next visit will always depend on the initial visits on any clinic.I am on my way home very disappointed.

As my father was a patient my there for treatment and he is old and was under pain pressure and the medical center let him sign for package payment he is not a ware and do not know about tabby what is it exactly, he do not understand English and he do not know what is tabby, they have discounted from him for package for several times, he was wondering why his account is discounted every month. Once I asked to pay back for his money they do not answer and when We tried to call them they ignore our calls. As I have called their supervisor he said they will pay back but he ignored also us. Be careful of signing you without knowing for tabby like my father trick they did. They do not give back the money that they has taken and now they are not pretending to give back the money. I recommend every one to be aware pf stealing money by signing tabby for not doing any treatment done by them. My father’s age They found it as a chance to steal his money.

My experience with Noor Al Mamzar Center located in is considered a very good experience. Firslty i have special Thanks and appreciation for the expert Doctor Yahya Raslan . Then about the center the reception and the support team have the beautiful experience in receiving the patient with smiling faces, respect and appreciation that makes the patient happy to be in the center. I only have a comment on the organization of appointments for both the patient and the doctor. The center needs more organization and arrangement in the appointments. We understand that every patient needs his time with the doctor, but not at the expense of the other patient, because they are all patients here and there is no difference between them. It is possible that some patients have enough time to ask questions that cause them to take time from the patient next to them. As for others, they are busy with other things and can barely find a time to treat themselves. As for the doctors privacy, we hope that the center provides each doctor with a private room that no one else is allowed to encroach on, even if it is to treat another patient. Because it will also cause delays and the patient to become upset due to the delay that happend because of the doctor room is occupied by another patient and another doctor.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Noor Al Mamzar Medical Centre – Dubai, Mamzar. Their advertising is completely misleading and far from the reality of their actual service. I was promised top-notch care and quick, efficient service, but what I experienced was the exact opposite.First, the wait times were horrendous. Despite their claim of minimal wait times, I was left sitting in the waiting room for over an hour past my appointment time. When I finally saw the doctor, the consultation felt rushed and unprofessional. The staff was unhelpful and seemed more interested in getting through as many patients as possible rather than providing quality care.Furthermore, the treatment recommendations felt like a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services and products. It’s clear they are more focused on profit than patient care. The entire experience felt like a scam.I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. Their deceptive advertising and subpar service are unacceptable. Save your time and money and find a clinic that truly values and respects its patients

The worst place ever , not professionals no customer service keep calling for sales calls regretted the day I went to them for hejama and body laser they technician is rude gave me burns all my legs when I asked for the machine I usually get she refused and said this what we have . Have no patience.and I. Reception is a mess not corporative and don’t know what they are doing like your are in a fish market! They also harrsing my sisters by calls and txt even when they asked to stop .
