I booked with them and they confirmed my appointment. After reaching there they said no there’s no appointment. And the dr is fully booked and there’s long waiting. I was shocked how many people were there. Very obvious in the photo. In addition the call center made me feel am booking with trump. Can’t say more….

WORTH PLACE EVER !!!! 700 AED for an Deep facial cleaning, I asked 3 times the price no one told me, after the treatment and at the payment time they are telling me 700 !!!!! Add on top of that the worth experience ever, she just destroyed my face, she was no gentle, and very rude !

My experience seems to be different from a lot of reviews on here and I hesitate to write this review but perhaps I was a one off situation.I came to this location specifically to get some recommendations on treatments etc for my skin because of the reviews I had seen. Moreover, I had done surgery at another Novomed location and had a great experience.My first impression was great as the valet service was excellent. They were quick and efficient. That unfortunately was not the case from the moment I walked into Novomed. There was a receptionist in the far left corner that asked if I had an appointment to which I replied and she told me to go upstairs and wait (no greetings or anything else). For someone who has never been here before, it was a strange welcome and moreover confusing since nobody even bothered to guide me to where I needed to go. When I asked for directions, she gave them quickly and off I went to navigate the place by myself. Seemed like at the time I showed up nobody was also behind their desks :/When I got upstairs same thing, I met an assistant or nurse?? coming down the stairs as I reached the top and she stopped me and asked who I was here to see. Once again lack of professionalism, no greetings nothing just straight to the point. I was told to sit down and did. A few minutes later a lady in another corner shouts out are you coming? I didnt realize it was me who she was speaking to because I had never seen or met this woman before and she was outright rude. She brought me in an office and sat me down then sat behind the desk which I then realized this woman wasnt random but rather Dr. Anna herself. It would have been nice to have her introduce herself. To make matters worse, she didnt seem like she wanted to be there. Maybe this is the way she is but she didnt seem professional or kind or welcoming in any way, she was very cold and dismissive. I felt like I was a burden just sitting in her office the entire time. I asked the questions I needed to and she was quick to answer. When I probed for more details on the options she was suggesting shed sigh and repeat herself rudely as if I was asking for too much. She barely provided information nor did she analyze my skin up close to make an accurate diagnosis nor did she inform me about packages etc . Just told me to ask the ladies outside.The only person I met at this location that was kind enough to talk to me like a human being was Aya at the reception (shes the reason I came to this location as she was helpful via whatsapp and in person). I have been to another novomed location for surgery which is why I opted to trust the brand, but I dont think Ill ever be returning after this encounter.

I recently had a wonderful experience with laser hair removal in Dubai. The centers staff were professional and attentive, ensuring that I felt at ease during each session. The laser hair removal process was quick and produced visible results.

This was my 2nd session with Dr.Souzan for tattoo removal. She is wonderful!! Patient + responsive doctor . I began tattoo removal in Miami and when I moved here I wanted the same laser machine (Pico Enlighten) I had an extremely difficult time finding a Dubai clinic that had this device. I found one (EuroMed) but after 1 session I got horrible blisters , it seemed I was a bit burned. So I searched for a new clinic and found Novamed. With Dr. Souzan i have not experienced blistering (just the normal swelling and redness). HIGHLY recommend for tattoo removal here (they’re careful to use ice therapy during treatment and it helps so much with discomfort) ❤️

For someone like myself who had an overdone experience with filler (only to lose thousands and hate the result) coming to Novomed was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Carmelo has made me feel in safe hands, is not after the money like every other doctor in Dubai, is honest, straightforward, kind, attentive, and truthful. Without him, I’m not sure what could have spiralled and how low my confidence could have fallen. There’s no doctors I know who would address my extensive queries over/over again and have the patience to do so (I am certainly not easy given how I have felt about myself!) I also would like to thank Anna, whom I saw for a skin analysis/consultation; whom was neither pushy or forcing me in anyway to get an immediate treatment. She also in fact was very truthful towards my skin needs, which made me feel comfortable opening up to her regarding my hormonal acne. I genuinely hope more people in Dubai read this specific review to know at Novomed you are not a dollar sign, you’re an actual patient with needs that are listened to. And the best part is, you aren’t felt you have to “enhance” yourself in any shape or form.

Dr. Souzan Alzouabi is the most amazing doctor in the field of cosmetology. I have been to 7 famous doctors in Dubai but no one ever did botox, fillers, hyaluronic acid, etc like Dr. Souzan did. No one can believe I am in my mid 40s. Dr. Souzan is very gentle (I usually dont even need my face to be numbed), very caring, and is always updating her patients on prevention and solutions.

What I really experienced in this clinic was all about making money instead of helping out. The receptionist one of them was rude and very unwelcoming. I have paid for 4 sessions, and when the 4th session was for free, they again wanted me to pay as they said this is a different service which was not agreed. And later i visit again, first question they ask is about money rather what are the benefits for the customer. Apart from all that doctor suzan was helpful, but rest of the team i WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Dr razan is very good, she immediately knows what you came for but the prescription meds are medecines found in USA and not found in uae so the whole service for us is a waste of money as we cant get them here not only that but also the pharmacy they sendsus to dont know how the meds r used and their doses are not written on themAnother aspect is their customer service which is terrible.. No one picks the phone, we paid for laser sessions but we cant take them as no one picks the phone to book the appointment.No respect for patient time as you have to sit for hrs to see Dr razanSadly even though we love Dr razan service but we will leave the clinic and find somewhere elseThe star is only for Dr razan and her laser technician who as well is v good as both deserve to have a good team around them
