Great hospital with excellent location. Theres free valet parking so no issues with parking. The hospital looks like its well maintained, and staff are very welcoming. I discovered this hospital due to Dr. Mansour which is a long time doctor of mine and referred me to Mr. Imran who is doing my physio Therapy. He is probably one of the best ones out there. Also, scheduling is not an issue as Marian always follows up and gives me reminder for every visit. Shes very efficient and really friendly to talk to. Always an excellent experience going there.

However, when I sought a second opinion from Dr. Kris, he provided me with a comprehensive explanation of my chances and, in most cases, indicated that surgery was not necessary. I have been to Novomed for hair transplant. Its been fantastic hospitality and care by Dr Fadi and Dr. Priscilla. I am not at my 4th day and their follow up , post operative care is awesome. I hope for the best results

I had a very bad experience with this center and would not recommend dealing with them at all. After my hair transplant, one of the nurses removed the scabs on the 5th day instead of the 10th day as recommended. Following this mistake, the centers management was uncooperative and showed no concern despite the fact that I had paid the full amount. Their work relies entirely on advertisements, but the quality of service is terrible. My sincere advice is to avoid dealing with this center under any circumstances. Extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior!

I was here at novomed centre in marina branch , hospital is very pretty , very neat and clean and tidy . I was here in the cosmetic dermatology department . The doctor gave me consultation in a very good way . I wanted to get a treatment to boost collagen in my skin but I did not want fillers and Botox , she respected my ideas , and helped me understand what can be best for me , we decided to go for PRP micro needling and it wasn’t very painful , everyone in the staff is very nice , they got me coffee and tried to keep me calm , the entire procedure was smooth , I did not mind it at all

The best clinic in Dubai. I saw Dr. Feruza. She was ver y thorough and explained everything about my case. I did my bloodtest, the nurse who took my blood was very profesional. From the receptionist until the nurses and staff are all friendly. Overall my experience was exemptional.

Ive had appointments with a GP and a few specialists here. The staff, of which I only had appointments with European female doctors and specialists, are professional, friendly and approachable, take their time to examine you and understand your input, and explain their processes and findings.The venue is clean, bright, spaced out and quite pleasant to visit. Theres free valet parking, otherwise you can quickly walk over from Dubai Marina mall next door if youre doing some shopping, eating or enjoying a coffee.Unlike some other clinics, it felt like the specialists were there to help me rather than quickly get me out the door to make a quick buck, although there seems to almost feel like theres a push to see if theres any other specialists they can pass you onto (which might be good or bad considering Novomed can be one of the more expensive clinics).A negative point is that some of the female reception staff can be cold, disinterested and not pleasant.

Novomed is one of the few places with a holistic doctor. I cannot praise Dr Astrid enough, she is the most thorough and patient doctor, explaining everything in detail and connects all the dots so it all makes sense.

I would like to give my overwhelming appreciation to Dr. Nagham, she has been very professional with dealing with my medical condition. She has discussed every step of the procedure ensuring that I understand all of it and assures me that all my concerns will be addressed. Would like to thank Dr. Bashir also who recommended me to Dr. Nagham, he ensured that all necessary procedure like x-ray is done before he escalated my case to Dr. Nagham. We went to the bovines Marina clinic to do the trucheck health screening, which cost a lot of money. We didn’t receive any results for a few weeks and upon following up I was told that my husband was ineligible for the test due to a previous health condition (which was disclosed and discussed with Dr Heidi during the screening stage) and that my blood test sample (taken at/by the clinic) wasn’t enough to return any results. After 3 months of waiting, I asked for a refund which was agreed to. Today, still no refund and I have followed up at least 3 times with no reply given. Absolutely awful experience

I go to Tallulah for my facials at Novomed. I wouldnt go to anyone else, I specifically visit the centre so she can treat my skin. I have acne prone skin so finding someone who understands and can treat it effectively is so important. She is so knowledgeable and really does make the whole experience from start to finish a pleasure.

In general, its a fairly decent clinic, certainly better than many others. Like in most places, youll find that doctors come and go, each with their own backgrounds and approaches—some might over-prescribe, others less so, and theres a bit of variability in their qualifications and expertise. That said, I’ve had quite positive experiences with Catherine Fati, Emad Elatassi, and Amer Mansour. The Marina branch seems to primarily handle consultations and routine tests, but they’re well set up to refer you elsewhere for more advanced examinations if needed.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Novomed. I tried to book an appointment with Dr. Tallulah, only to be told I couldn’t schedule with her. This has caused a massive inconvenience, as I fly in specifically for her treatments. She is the only practitioner I trust with my skin, and it’s frustrating not being able to see her. Novomed has seriously let me down, and I am deeply disappointed. I’ll now be looking to follow Dr. Tallulah wherever she goes. Please keep me updated with this information.

Podiatrist Doctor Louise is my favorite doctor in Dubai, always professional and sincerely caring, sharing generously her knowledge and all possible solutions for helping to fix my feet, ankles and walking patterns, teaching how to walk properly, showing which exercises could help to strengthen the muscles that needed for fixing my feet alignments and to correct my wrong walking habits. Every visit to her is very informative and inspires you to look after your feet/toes/ankles to be at their best.

I have visited this clinic which is 17th of January 2024. First of all, the staff were really kind and helpful and we just sat there approximately 10 minutes which this shows that they do there job as fast as they can so you wouldnt be waiting for long. Dr. Tara Brandawil for my hair treatments. She was a very kind and knowledgeable. She advised me in the correct way to have my treatment.

I just had a HydraFacial with Tallulah, and she is absolutely amazing! It’s clear she loves her job, and her attention to detail is outstanding. She explained every step of the process thoroughly, making me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was a normal visitor at novomed i book an appointment a couple days before new years i confirmed the appointment and everything but the day i went the told me the appointment was cancelled and that they already called but they never did so i let it slide for that time and they booked me an appointment for January 10 monday which is today after i reached they told me they had not placed my appointment with the doctor and their was no availability please fix your system not acceptable

Visited Novomed few times in past 2 years for different reasons. Always pleasant and positive experience. Doctors are highly professional, all the recommendations I was given had positive results and treatments assigned addressed my health concerns . Nurses and reception staff is friendly, professional very efficient. All the procedures, tests were done very fast. Never had to wait for more then 2-3 min for anything. It was easy to make appointment with required specialist while calling on the phone, in my case specialists were available in 2-3 working days. Sometimes even next day. Has a pharmacy on same floor, which is very convenient . Overall comparing to other medical facilities in Duabi and other countries I am very satisfied with Novomed Marina.

My partner had some ear related issues, and Dr Emad Elatassi was absolutely superb. From correct diagnosis to on the spot treatment. All done in good spirit and humour. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Frustrating experience at the clinic after Dr. Mark Janoweski (Amazing Doctor) prescribed tests. on Saturday after fasting for 12 hours and holding in urine and stool for the tests. Upon asking for containers to collect samples, I was directed to wait and then to pay first before receiving the containers. Despite requesting to get the containers first and pay later, I was told that it was clinic policy to pay first. Eventually gave up and went to the toilet. Later contacted the manager, expressing my frustration with the managements focus on finances over patient care. The manager apologized but emphasized that the nurse was following clinic policy. When asked for the managers credentials, there was no immediate response.

Always a pleasant experience doing my skin care treatments with Anna Nadolska. She listens to my concerns and advises otherwise if a treatment is not suited for my skin type. I only go to her for my chemical peels. Her assistant is also super attentive and follows up for any concerns. Highly recommend Anna!!

I heard Novomed’s name through Professor Haluk’s arrival. One of the best physician’s that i ever encountered with; great explanation in an understandable way. Thanks to Novomed for a great doctor and hospital experience.

I had an appointment with a doctor at Novomed Dubai Marina. To say the least, 600 AED for just one appointment is not cheap, given that its just a quick talk with a doctor (5 minutes talk, he perscribed some medication and thats it). We booked a follow up two weeks later. Upon re-confirming, I was told the follow up would cost me another 600 AED, as they consider a follow up only up to 7 or 10 days after the initial meeting with the doctor (of course depending on who youre talking to from the clinic, as I got two different answers from two different personnel). I was informed that The team would contact me, just to have the team (the member from the team didnt even bother to tell me who I was talking to) tell me that indeed I have to pay for a follow up, even after I informed them that the medication I was given not only didnt do anything, it made the situation even worse.Ive read good things about them online, but my personal experience was bad to say the least.

Very professional, went to do tests and did not succeed unfortunately because they told us it would be a problem to send it as the recipient is having a certain holiday so it could of been a loss of money I deeply thank their honesty, I’ll be definitely back to do the test in a better time 🙏

Dr Alhiba is a wonderful, caring, patient peadiatric dentist. We were on our way to move but before we moved she made sure my sons teeth was 100% correct before we travelled. I had inflammation with ingrown nails. A very painful one. Podiatrist Dr. Louise Montels hands worked like magic. No pain. Cutting the ingrown part. Clearing the wound. Releasing the puss. Her fingers were skillfully maneuvring as if dancing around the pain, mesmerising it - challenging the body to cooperate and naturally produce the painkiller substance: endorphine. And it worked! My toe was numb at the end. I am on my path to healing. Excellent job!!

I had my first consultation ending August, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get the surgery done until I came across multiple videos from Dr Samir and his team on TikTok .then I went back again to the branch in Marina , I met Hala who guided me , then I spoke to Dr Samir who explained the entire process. I must say I was scary but they made me realize the benefits, the safety measures and all for me to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Then I spoke to the dietician Mays . I made payments and I did all the tests . I had my op on 7th October, today is exactly 14days post op and I don’t have any negative effects, or illness . They always checked up on me and give advises . Even at the clinic doctor Samir came to check how I was doing and all .. Novomed is indeed good in caring for their patients..! No bruses, it was rather quick and even I have expected swelling, it looks phenomenal! For Botox it is hard to say yet as results really show after a week or so but again there are no bruising which is a win! She won me for life as a go to for any of injections. Waste of time and money. Came here because I’ve been struggling with dieting all my life without success. To the point where my thoughts were 24/7 about food and was affecting all points of my life so I wanted to start the weight loss injections. Skinny doctor could not relate and instead of prescribing me the medication sent me to a nutricionist for further diets.. Finally got my prescription for saxenda for my PCOS somewhere else. I’ve been on it for 2 months lost 7kg and feeling finally like a normal person but not thanks to novamed.

She has great patience to listen, caring, and is great a professional.Also, the supporting staff from the housekeeping guy to all, like the nurses and receptionist are good and make it the best maternity clinic in Dubai.Note: Clinic is very hygienic, stylish and spacious with good views of Marina, JLT and sheikh Zayed road. What an amazing experience, first of all I was shocked at how many different services they provide and how big the facility is. I had actually gone for a facial which was amazing but more than that I was really happy with no waiting and really fast service of receptionist to fill in the forms. Finally about my Facial Rachel was amazing and I literally came out glowing.

The experience was super easy, we got in quite fast with the great help of the whole team that helped us during this stressful emergency! UPDATE : The clinic has called me back few days later, confirmed that they fixed the insurance claim, everything is approved so I can proceed with the tests. When I came back, they again struggled to confirm with their billing/insurance departments for 45 mins as their multiple claims seem to be now confusing themselves if everything was properly approved (and my insurance people as well, they were surprised why they keep approving and the clinic was cancelling & resubmitting the same claims). Nevertheless, I guess they finally managed to get all sorted after some more cancelled & resubmitted claims even after I left again, this time just paying my deductible as it should have been at the first time and finally having my tests. I still appreciate the effort of the clinic to fix their mishap hence increasing my rating a bit, but overall this has been a challenging experience for a supposed routine procedure. I hope they take some lessons learned.ORIGINAL : I tried to book a checkup package, the clinic insisted I have to pay cash up front and chase after reimbursement w my insurance, saying they dont have direct billing for their checkup packages even though they are a participating network provider for Cigna Insurance. I confirmed with my insurance via email that the clinic can send their package for a preapproval that Novomed confirmed to them they do in fact have direct billing (?), but the clinic kept refusing me that I have to pay cash via various employees at reception/nurse/billing/insurance departments. I then tried to go through one by one with doctor appointments and request some tests at least manually, I started with endocronology because I already have preexisting conditions (PCOS & various breast/ovary cysts to monitor every year) as well as chronic fatigue complaints, which I also provided to the doctor with my prior hospital records to support, my insurance rejected half of the tests because the clinic seem to have filed all of the tests under only wellness category and omitted even my existing diagnosis, and then gave me a 4K AED quote for all the regular blood tests including even blood sugar and breast ultrasound which is ridiculous. My insurance confirmed me I had coverage to most of the lab/breast screening that seem to have been rejected (%10 copay with no upper limit), but the clinic filed them under wrong categories/missing diagnosis. All in all, this whole thing took 3 days of my already precious time and effort with clinic visits and dozens of phone calls with no results, which I could have gone to another network provider as I already did in previous years and be done with an extensive checkup through insurance without any hassle with much more qualified doctors & diagnostics. I wanted to have this service at Novomed because I am happy with my dermatologist there, but this has proved to me that they lack the proficiency and it is not a proper medical institution to even have an annual checkup or some simple tests.

I struggled with pincer nail deformity for so long, and thanks to Dr. Louise Montels skill and compassionate care, my toenail has healed beautifully. I was really worried about continuing the medical treatment I was receiving in Australia when I moved to Dubai for work. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the treatment options offered by Novomed were actually better than I would receive in Australia. If ever I had pain out of the ordinary or some kind of concern, I was seen by him the same day.Having a major surgery is stressful physically and mentally, but when you have the level of care and support that I’ve had from Dr Mansour and his team, you feel like the battle is half won. I really can’t thank him enough for his high level of expertise, care and support.I’m now 5 months post surgery and my operated leg feels stronger than my non operated leg. I had my pre anaesthesia appointment today at umm sequim, before surgery next week. My first interaction was Huda on reception, she was polite, professional and welcoming. Then a lovely nurse (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name) took my stats and talked me through the minor details, she was such a warm and kind lady, great communication and a credit to novomed. My next encounter was Dr Read, he was very professional, easy to communicate with and a fantastic bed side manner. And finally a different nurse took my bloods, again a very nice lady, happy and professional. I’m feeling confident and at ease about my surgery next Monday with Dr Basil.
