My experience here was good starting from Monica warmly welcoming me when I entered the clinic. She was polite and sweet which is nice of her..Then I went to the consulting room with Dr Mai. At first, when she saw me it was awkward because she didnt say hello or anything instead starting the conversation with so then let me help myself with why am I here. And she was nice throughout the conversation..I came for Hifu treatment which require me to have numbing cream for at least 30mins. However, I was with the cream for like 50 mins (almost an hour). Its almost like they forgot that I was there waiting in the room with the cream on my face. Maybe they were busy with another patient..At the time of the treatment, I would say Dr Mai was very detailed when she did the Hifu treatment for me. She knows what she is doing and thats great. The treatment was not painful at all and the machine they use is legit..After the treatment, there will be the following appointment from the Dr to see the progress. And I like that they dont force you to buy the cream or product they recommended after the treatment..If this is your first time, you will be charged 55aed for that and it has no reason provided so prepare for that..There is plenty of paid parking at the front of the clinic.

I have tried several laser clinics across Dubai and I must say that I had the best results with Omnicare. Not only are their machines of top quality but also their technicians are great especially Ghazal who is extremely attentive and kind to her customers. I also want to thank the receptionists, Lilian and Chaima, who always welcome us with the biggest smiles and ensure that we’re satisfied with the service. Thank you Omnicare team! Highly recommend.

I have to share my bad experience with this clinic. I inquired a tattoo removal sessions and hoped for proper care but the stuff wasnt informative and they were doing my sessions every 3-4 weeks witch later I found out it shouldnt happen as it will burn the skin and slow down the process. Your skin needs 8-12 weeks to recover. After the first 2-3 removal sessions, I didnt see any results on my tattoo. When I mentioned this at my next appointment, the doctor ended up burning my skin. Its been a year now, my tattoo is still in the process of removing as the area was scared from those first few sessions.I definitely wouldnt recommend them for tattoo removals.

Ghazal is doing my laser hair removal and the results are amazing. I had visible results after first session and it is only getting better and better. Great service and pleasant experience overall.

I have been visiting this clinic since 2019 Initially it was laser hair removal , i am really pleased with the results and the high technology laser machine that they use and also the therapist Very is efficient and professionals in what they do . Booking if appointment has been always convenient . The staff are extremely helpfully , Claude is an amazing staff , she is really helpfully in suggesting treatments if your in any doubt . As per her suggestion I had my teeth clean up and cool sculpting done and I am really amazed with the results . My experience at Omnicare was good. I’m a patient of Dr Ola since she was in her previous clinic and I just follow her since then.She is the sweetest and takes her time to explain every details and making sure that you are comfortable before she start the treatment.She only recommended a treatment that I really it and I trust her very much.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! Terrible service, one hour waiting time for a facial booked for my daughter!!! Reception team is very unhelpful - i have advised them 5 times i was in a hurry, yet still a huge delay. Facial is of poor quality, many areas left unattended. It really is unacceptable how bad the reception and organization is : everything about this procedure was discussed online in details, and yet i had to reexplain everything in person a number of times. Honestly, what an awful experience. Not worth either time or money.

The laser machine is great and the lady Abigail who does laser is really good. But the last maintenance session I had they wanted to charge me 800 dhs for 1 session even though I’ve done more than 20 sessions and have been coming here since 2020.

I walked in for tattoo removal session, and I want to give my feedback, one staff nurse was un professional at all and when it comes to the procedure I didnt see any difference or little effect on my tattoo, I have done many session earlier and I know how it should be next day post session,. Waste of time and money. Disappointed.With regards to your feedback about my experience for tattoo removal I have my pictures, and I noticed no changes in my eyebrow so it can heal , it looks normal with no any skin changes as I used to get from previous tattoo removal session, its not my first time , no changes no crusting till now as I didnt do anything. Really disappointing clinic and service. Never recommend.Unprofessional staff , they called me to fix my issue and follow up with another doctor, and they promised to review the issue . When I called to book an appointment ,the receptionist ignored me.OMG extremely unprofessional

I moved to Dubai and was looking for my new place for my facials. After advice from a friend, I made an appointment at the Omnicare clinic. And I was not disappointed ! The welcome was wonderful, as for the doctor Mai El ayed who took care of me : a real professional. She was perfectly able to listen to me, advise me, and give me the care I needed. And all with kindness (and without pain!). Her assistant was just as super nice, and the result is up to my expectations. ! I have definitely found the best place to take care of myself in Dubai.

My laser technician is Abigail B. and she’s honestly the loveliest person - very attentive and patient!The treatment itself seems to be working well! In three sessions there was a noticeable change in the quantity and texture of my hair~It gets progressively painful with each session but it’s definitely worth it, and you can always ask your technician to slow down when you need a breather.There’s also lots of offers you can watch out for on their Instagram page! Dr.Ola is my to go to!, shes one of the best doctors I have dealt with in Dubai!. She gives you enough time to understand the procedure, allows you time to search it up, never rushes into any treatment and the results are just simply AMAZING as she transforms every face naturally beautiful in time.

I have had two bad experiences at this clinic:1- I have had soft light treatment with suboptimal results within less than a month of treatment. This was not influenced by individual factors as I have had treatments elsewhere with lower energy and better results.2- I have waited for 45 minutes before I was seen at this appointment although I was 10 minutes early. Two different justifications I have received for this were: a- The staff were held up in a meeting b- The technician was not informed that she had a waiting client

I took my daughter in to get her ears pierced and Nurse Monica was beyond incredible! She is a sweet-natured person who helped my daughter feel comfortable from the very beginning; she used numbing cream, took the time to explain the process to us, and was extremely gentle. We’ve had to return a couple times because my daughter seems to have a rare allergy and Monica has continuously given her the same level of phenomenal care. I can’t say enough about Nurse Monica and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their or their child’s ears pierced.

I underwent a Laser treatment at Omnicare and I cannot be more happier to give a rave review to this clinic. Very clean, friendly staff, prompt service. I have a very sensitive skin so I was really worried as I didnt know what to expect. But, Im glad I chose to go there. I would really appreciate and like to thanks the laser therapist Ms.Apigal for her efficiency while doing the laser sessions. Trying other clinics and did with different laser therapist, didn’t give me the same results as with Apigal. I felt that when Apigal took a vacation the other clinic ruined my beard. She is well organized with time management; she always finishes on time, and she don’t take that much. She doesn’t care about money where else she focuses on the results unlike other clinics. I know that they are two Apigal in the clinic I am not saying about the Apigal wearing hijab, the other one. Both I heard good feedback about them, but I can’t judge until I try. Thank you Apigal. I recommend you guys to try her laser session.

Superb clinic with friendly and accommodating Doctor and staff. I had subcision and Rf laser done today for deep acne scars which was administered by Dr. Mai Ahmed, she’s brilliant and very professional. Most importantly, she’s done it thoroughly and diligently with care. She made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure and I see noticeable effect right after it!!! (We all want to see what we paid for don’t we? 😉) I also want to commend her nurse Ghazal who’s absolutely superior in her profession. She was the FIRST who did blood extraction from my other arm without any difficulties and pain. I have thin veins that’s always been a challenge for blood extraction. UNHAPPY WITH RESULTS!!!!!!!I was doing laser hair removal 7 times and i still have hair like i never did anything. First time when i went there they told me i need to have 6 sessions and my hair will be gone, when i called to say I am not happy with results they told me I have to have 3 or 4 sessions more. Girls who is working there are nice but results are not good at all and clinic do not worry if customer is not happy. I decided to change clinic and machine.

Very disappointed!!!!After booking my appointment one week ahead for 11:30am the clinic contacted me one day before and asked can they reschedule it for 12:00 and of course I agreed. It is not my first time being at the Omnicare clinic. I booked the same treatment (Fraxel laser for upper lip that takes no more than 5minutes). I arrived 5 minutes before 12:00 and I was told to wait for the doctor. I literally waited more than 50 minutes (with numbing cream on my face) for the doctor to come, but he never did. I was told hes late because he had an emergency and after that 3 different personnel told me hes coming in 5 minutes during 30minutes of time (I was obviously lied to). This was the issue they knew beforehand and I wasnt informed. In all honesty, they wasted 2 hours of my life and my job because I had to reschedule all my meetings to be there. (2h - driving there and waiting) I couldnt wait any longer because I had to show up on my meeting. No one contacted me after I had to leave the clinic, and I find it very unprofessional and disrespectful!!I was willing to give them one more chance after my last treatment didnt go well, and I had allergic reaction from their cream, but this today really disappointed me and Im sure I wont be coming back.

The stuff in Omnicare are so professional and friendly !The girls at the reception are so polite !Dr Mai is excellent at her field and explains everything in a very nice way and during the procedure of hair PRP she is gentle with the scalp and always reassures you !Jess makes you feel so comfortable with the whole procedure of PRP from the blood test until you finish the procedure and is very professional too.Last but no least , Abbie is amazing in laser hair removal !Overall happy patient !

Im a regular client in Omnicare and every time I go out happy. Mrs Abigail is a great beautician. She is always very detailed with the laser and face treatments. Booking is very easy and I always get a quick response. They have also a lot of packages and special offers, so being pretty doesnt break the bank I can honestly recommend this clinic.

I did around 10 sessions at Omnicare back in 2019 even though i live in AD but I liked the treatment and the technicians. and now I wanted to continue and take more sessions. Unfortunately i had to reschedule my appointment several times due to some circumstances that are out of my control and I was surprised with the reply: “as per our Clinic New Policy, missing or cancelling less than 12 hours to your scheduled confirmed appointment will result to a charge of 50% of the services reserved. But management gave you a special consideration to waive that fee for today only.“I find this very disrespectful and very inconvenient..I feel uncomfortable going to a clinic which its main focus is money and not the patient. i am never going back.

I been coming to Omnicare Medical Centre for months. The clinic is clean and sterilized . I love how convenient it is to book an appointment through WhatsApp application. The receptionist are friendly and Dr Karina makes sure she follows up on the improvement of my laser.I usually do underarms , half legs , bikini and upper lip and now I only need to come back for maintenance every 2 months. I had an amazing experience at the clinic. The staff are friendly and very quick to assist. Doctor Olivera took me in without me waiting for to long and she was very explicit about the procedure. I did the Cool Sculpturing procedure which took me about an hour and half with the preparations. Had a blast. Basically the ladies made my day. Now waiting for my stubborn fat to slowly reduce.

I just had my first visit (out of expected 3-4) for Root Canal Treatment and I recommend Dr. Laith AlJanabi - smooth and professional, good skills as you would want to expect from a dentist on a serious treatment. As it turned out my tooth was totally dead and I had inflammation behind the root endings of the tooth (felt the pain while eating but the tooth did not respond to cold/warm). After the first treatment I got antibiotics and the pain is gone. Hopefully it will heal completely this the next visit.

I came to Omnicare medical center to make PRP, I never did I before and actually was a bit scared if there will be bruises after procedure(injections), but talented doctor Olivera did her job in the best way! I’m so surprised with this procedure cause my skin looks and feels amazing now! It’s more hydrated, even skin tone. This procedure boost collagen regeneration, while revitalizing and rejuvenating the skin at a cellular level. Really good laser hair removal. But girls BE CAREFUL specially if you are CREW because my whole treatment was for nothing(almost 7 sessions) ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET APPOINTMENTS. Whoever answer the whatsapp its super rude and this person already knows ahead that theres never gonna be any cancelations. So if you don’t wanna waste time and money better go to a place with more availability.And to clarify yes its true I didn’t go the 7 sessions to your clinic but I was planning to finish 10 sessions with you guys.This doesn’t change the fact that I couldn’t finish my sessions(I am glad you are proud to make me waste my time because you are a busy clinic)ANYWAYS BE CAREFUL WITH THE WAITING LIST GIRLS. Its a waste of money. And the hair will start growing.

The Dr is young and the clinic is not geared up for even simple clod and flu sicknesses. The Dr was looking for light to see the throat and they didnt have a light so on my suggestion they used the mobile flash light to see my throat. I think the Dr has just finished her studies in the UAE and doesnt have much experience. The nurse was not professional and didnt take my temperature and only did so when I said no one took my temperature😑Update: The clinic is very proactive! Which is amazing for Dubai.. They contacted me and assured me that the issues will be dealt with immediately. I am impressed 😁 and will go for other treatments soon and am sure that I will have a better experience.

I’ve been going to OmniCare for well over a year & absolutely love the technicians & their work, however after a recent communication about my appt have decided will never go there again.While I understand things happen & appointments have to be tweaked at times for business matter, I would assume I would be advised ahead of time of a time change. I had received a text to change the date of my appt & I responded the day I initially booked is the only day I can do.The lady stated she will try & keep my date. 2 days before my appointment, I had reached out to my technician to confirm the time & she confirmed it’s still as originally booked.Following day I receive a msg from reception number to confirm my appointment, however it was a different time.I stated I cannot do that & asked why it has been changed, they stated I agreed to changing the time, which was not true. After going back & fourth, was basically told can do only 5pm or to change the date.All I can say is after over a year of service, will move on to another clinic because even if the technician is good at her job, the entire experience matters. From booking an appointment to leaving after the session. My experience with them changing my appointment timing without consent 1 day before my appt was more of a hassle than it ever should have. Very disappointed.

I went in for botox for the frown line son my forehead. Dr. Olivera was such a professional. She explained to me the whole process and told me that I needed very little amount of botox which is what I actually wanted. Her hand was so smooth. Within 7 minutes she performed the whole procedure it was painless and even 2 days after the procedure there were no brusises. I am super impressed by the service and will definitely go back. Highly recommend this place for botox.

Absolutely a disappointment.After I drove 30’ to reach the clinic for an appointment, I was told that I have to pay 55 dirhams registration fee (fee which I was not informed in advance about it). I tried to understand what is the reason behind this registration fee since I have never experienced in Dubai something like that, however the girl from the Reception couldn’t give me a valid answer, all what she could say was “it’s from the administration”.I absolutely refuse to pay something that doesn’t make any sense, out of principle.I will mention the fact that one my friend was announced when she enquired about the booking price, about this fee which turned her off also

Did my lip fillers with Dr Mohammad Tayeh, it’s day 4 now, and I am more than happy! As it was my first time doing fillers, he took time to explain everything and whole procedure was with minimum pain! Swelling almost completely calmed down already, and I have only one bruised spot at my lower lip! Higly recomen!

I bring my wife to his clinic but the bad thing is she did some things in her face like facial things because they had a promotion and discount, then after two weeks she started feeling etching on her face when I visit other doctor he said that they are using cheap products when ever they have discount. its very bad place and when I tried to speak to the manager, one philipino girl spoke and said no Arabic no Arabic her name Is carin I told her I want complain she said later now nothing here. very bad place please. no one should go there they will give you cheap products and I guarantee that they are doing this all the time.

I went to the Omnicare medical center and gave the lady in the reception my insurance company name,, she reply “we are not dealing with “Nextcare” directly” ,, you need to pay cash and after that we will give you a reimbursement form so you can take your money back from insurance company, While they are one of the Nextcare’s network.Anyway, When I finished and went to the reception, I paid and they reject to give me the reimbursement form they said because you didn’t talk about yourself and the problem was for someone else ,, while I opened my file on their system and the problem was for me dealing with that person I have mentioned with doctor.I have been spoken to the insurance company and I told them what exactly happened, they told me as per your insurance.1- You can’t send as the reimbursement form directly that mean the reception’s lady didn’t even check your insurance file before she told you that!!2- My insurance is covered for that kind of therapy, and they are on our network so they should send the request to us and we will tell them what is the procedure if the doctor don’t want to deal with us, so we will find a lot of solution after that.The doctor was great as will the customer service, But I think there’s miscommunication between admins on Omnicare and Nextcare, She told me something and what happened is something else and they didn’t even contact with my insurance company to know if its covered or not, and to ask about the procedures.Finally, I paid the bill from my pocket while they didnt mentioned to me before I went to doctor that he don’t like to deal with this insurance company !!

Terrible experience and here is why ;1.I got an appointment for Dr.Nadia Ahmad for my overweight issue. She is Obesity Medicine Specialist , we had a good chat, she put me in couple of test plus detailed blood test and i paid 650 + 1500 Aed (for blood test), she did advice me a medicine with saying that there is not much option in Dubai so this medicine is kind of my only option if i dont like to go for off label medicines. And when i asked about the cost of this medicine she clearly told me that monthly dose will be around 700 Aed.2.She gave my her phone number and told me that pls text me through whats app when ever you feel like you like to talk. We also agreed on that waiting for blood results to start to use medicine. She also said that blood results will take around 2 weeks, and she will contact with me.3.No body contacted with me for a while and then i texted her through whats app asking if there is any update on my blood results. No answer!and then i went to pharmacy to ask about this medicine. Monthly cost of it is 5000 Aed! I texted again Dr.Nadia and asked about the price since she told me will be around 700Aed per month. No Answer!4.And then i called to center ask for my blood results, they send me via email.5.Today is 1 month already no reply or anything from Dr.Nadia and they are calling me to arrange another appointment and pay another 650 Aed.So this is the story of mine with the Obesity medicine specialist who doesnt even know the price of the medicine which she offers.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Doctor Diloram Melikova are only qualified to give antibiotics, if that did not helped she don’t know what to do next and will tell you to continue taking antibiotics untill you die!!! She prescribed us antibiotics and my son was still having temperature 39.8-40 every day and she told us keep drinking antibiotic pills which did not show any result and she was monitoring him for 2weeks. We came with common cold and we end up having PNEUMONIA!!! My son end up admitting in Emirates Hospital with emergency situation!!! I Have all medical report which I am going to post on all social media platforms! Don’t go to any private clinics guys especially with your baby infants they don’t have any equipment to do blood test, x-ray etc and in the big hospitals it will be done on spot and results will be ready in 10 minutes.

I’m very comfortable with the laser treatment provided and Donna the therapist is very experienced and provided me with the proper therapy after her careful assessment to my skin

Phsyciatrist Mohammed wafik aid is the worst Doctor I have ever met , my second session was 15 minutes long although it supposed to be 45- 60 minutes , he havent even tried to understand my problem , he just prescribe the medication ,and in the next session he asked me about the medication , not to mention that he talk with patient in impolite way , I just have wasted my time ,energy and money .Moreover friend of mine she was diagnosed with OCD and he treated her for 5 year with only medication and once she he stopped the medication she relapsed ...

Dr Mohammad Wafeek Eid is one of those psychiatric whom you will have to visit another psychiatric after meeting him because he has the ability to make the patient feel so sick and so sorry for visiting him and wasting all the money on him. You could end up paying almost 4500 AED for only a urine test that could cost you less than 300 AED ANYWHERE ELSE! And you are forced to see a psychiatric EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE ONLY ASKING FOR VITAMINS TEST!I don’t really care about all the hype of the doctor’s past experiences because what truly matters is his present reputation & how he actually treats his patients which is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful as he only cares about the medicine and not at all about the patients story!
