Carolina is amazing. Done a few slimming treatments with her and she’s TOP! All treatments were really, really good, tried endosphere , massage and madero therapy, which is her specialty and it is simply AMAZING! I have been suffering from acne for a long time. Despite undergoing many intensive procedures at various well-known clinics, the problems with my skin remained the same. That changed when I found Dr.Orsi . Those who, like me, struggle with acne, inflammation, redness, rosacea and enlarged closed pores know how difficult it is to resolve this issue. During the consultation, Dr. Orsi presented her protocol and assured me that after 3 sessions, my skin would change as I desired. Last week, I had my first session, and for the first time in years, I see my skin looking like this. My pores, which were visible from a distance, no longer show up even up close. I can no longer find my pores in the mirror. ))) The redness, rosacea, and inflammation have decreased by 80%. I recently had my facial done with Viktoria and I liked how clean and smooth my face is after. I also had the Advalight laser treatment with Dr. Asima and I really loved the results. It was painless and had no downtime highly recommended! The staff was really nice and I loved their matcha drink.

Called to book an appointment with the owner on February found the nearest appointment at April booked it, only for April to come and they canceled because of an emergency saying they will reschedule they didn’t agree to reschedule me with Orsi reached many times and poor response suggesting to book with other therapists definitely don’t recommendThey are many clinics with better treatments, i did contact you and you couldn’t arrange an appointment for April till now ? Doesn’t make sense

I had an excellent facial treatment at Orskin clinic with the therapist Mme Barbarie, she is very professional and gave me the best advises for my skin. They are using very professional products and good quality. The ambiance and the staff are very pleasant, I definitely recommend this Clinc for any skin type treatment.

I typically don’t like to leave negative reviews, but in this case I felt it was necessary.This week I had a 6pm appointment at Orskin, prior to which I had received multiple reminders. Knowing how busy they are, I made sure to leave work an early, navigated my way through awful traffic and arrived just before 6 o’clock. After waiting for a while, I asked the receptionist if she can check to see when my appointment is due to start. The owner, Orsi, approached me shortly after to show me to the treatment room, but my therapist had still not arrived. I therefore pointed out that since we receive several reminders to arrive on time, the least we expect is to also be seen on time. Immediately, her entire manner changed. She became aggressive, argumentative and defensive. She insisted that they were not late and that 15 minutes is ‘no big deal’ – the latter of which I found to be very disrespectful to my time. Furthermore, she then turned the tables and said that the only reason my appointment was running late is because I am complaining instead of getting ready. Frankly, I was shocked and couldn’t believe that she was arguing with me for several minutes over a legitimate customer feedback. In the end, she maintained that the delay is no big deal, stormed out, and shut the door before I had a chance to respond. When my therapist arrived, I apologized and told her there was no way I was going ahead after being spoken to like that.To make matters worse, when I came down, Orsi was sitting at the reception but refused to look up or acknowledge me. I informed the receptionist that I am not going ahead with my appointment and that this is no way to deal with clients. I addressed Orsi as well, but all the while, she kept her head down and refused to address or acknowledge me; very rude and passive aggressive behavior in my opinion. The receptionist did say however that I would be receiving a call from their manager to see ‘what they can do’, but of course that call never came.To be perfectly honest, none of this should really come as a shock, as Orsi has never shown much respect when it comes to people’s time. I have been an on/off client for a short while, but know several of her longstanding clients very well, all of which have said multiple times that she has been late to appointments, late cancelled on numerous occasions and even bumped them to no-doubt accommodate those she considers ‘important clients’ – a.k.a – bloggers and social media influencers. I’m sure that if I had been one of those clients or was in traditional clothing, I would have received a much better reception and compensation for any inconvenience caused. I also know of one client who had arrived for an appointment and then told then and there by Orsi that she won’t be able to see her that day.Bear in mind readers, the clinic is likely to respond to this review and do one of two things: 1. Downplay my experience OR 2. Deny that any of this ever happened – let me assure you with 100% certainty that they are all accurate and true. In fact, the high turnover of both her clients and employees is a testament to how she runs her business and her lack of respect and consideration for others.

I had the best facial ever and cannot recommend ORSKIN enough. Victoria, who was my therapist, has hands of an angel. She was so gentle, kind, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that prior to my facial we did a consultation where we analyzed my skin through very advanced technology. A tailored facial for my skin followed which I enjoyed from beginning to end. The small added gestures such as arm scrub and massage while a face mask was worn or the red LED mattress that I was laying on during the whole treatment just made the whole experience even more unique. The clinic is clean and with advanced high end technology. The sweet lady at the reception, Feruze, just added the last bit of sweetness to my amazing experience and I left with a very impressed and happy heart and mind. I can’t wait to be back next month!

I believe this is the first time Ive felt compelled to share a negative review, but I must in this instance. I visited Orskin seeking their recommendation for a treatment to give my skin a glow, as I have an event in three days and my skin was sunburnt. I also mentioned that I had been recommended the PRF treatment. Since PRF needs to be done by a doctor, they hadnt scheduled me for it, and the doctor was about to leave.Ultimately, they suggested a soft peel with PRF, and the doctor stayed overtime to perform the procedure, albeit in a rush due to her next appointment. She spent only five minutes with me. While I understand it was not booked and is a quick treatment, her haste resulted in a bruise around my eye. The doctor immediately blamed me, claiming I moved, though I wasnt even informed of the risk of bruising. Had I known, I wouldnt have proceeded with the treatment so close to my event.Moreover, I was advised to purchase a cream for 400 DHS to treat the bruise, with the assurance it would clear up in two days. Unfortunately, the bruise has not healed, and I now have to attend my event with a black eye, 3000 DHS out of pocket.

A very warm welcome upon arrival, therapist was thorough and really understood what I wanted to achieve with my skin.

The best clinic in Dubai I have visited so far, advanced technology, friendly staff and super clean environment. I appreciate their personal approach. I was treated by Dr. Asima who properly explained every detail of my treatment and really took her time during the procedure. I dont like when a doctor is rushing due to high number of patients but this was not the case. She is extremely precise and also makes sure to see you in a few follow up sessions to evaluate the results. I absolutely love coming here for my monthly facials. From the lovely staff, special teas and even gluten free cookies and snacks while u wait. They have everything you need to to perfect everything on your face and body. During the massage there is numerous massages on your face, neck and arms while your waiting in a mask or under the steam! The treatments here are A++ you have to check them out for a wonderful experience!! Thanks again to everyone at Orskin!

I’ve been coming to OrSkin for over a year and nothing I have tried did not impress me. The treatments are amazing. The staff is very very friendly. The ambience is wonderful. Today I tried the advalight and literally immediately after the treatment the doctor showed me how the redness in my face subsidized significantly I was very impressed. I can’t wait to go for my next session and also try their other amazing treatments because they are always evolving and adding new state of the art treatments.

There was soft music, the ambiance was very calming and the place smelt great- the staff is very nice, hospitable and accommodating- The facial i had left my skin smooth and the massage was beyond great!Bad:- It is a bit overpriced- I wouldve wanted to do more things to see an actual face transformation but I didnt get suggestionsBut I would say it was a positive experience overall. I suggest you visit :)UPDATE 1:The clinic manager contacted me and kindly considered my case and helped me accordingly. I will share my detailed and honest experience in July after visiting.ORIGINALI heard so much about Orsi and i tried to book an appointment with her a month in advance to make sure i find availability.However, I was shocked to hear from the staff that Orsi doesnt personally perform the treatments and only handles consultations. Apparently, her therapists are the ones who carry out the actual treatments.This came as a surprise because my friend had received facials from Orsi, and I had even seen her performing treatments on Instagram. Moreover, some reviews mentioned that they had received treatments directly from her.This inconsistency made me question if there was some form of discrimination.To make matters worse, I went to great lengths to arrange this appointment. I informed the staff that Im flying to Dubai for only 4 days and I even made an international call to secure my slot. I was genuinely excited about visiting this clinic, but they failed to take these factors into consideration and simply rejected my request. Sadly, this means I wont be visiting them anymore.I dont typically leave negative reviews as its not something I enjoy doing, but in this case, I believe its important to share my experience.Customer service should always be a priority, and when patients are not treated equally, there are always other places to go to :)

I went for a deep cleaning, me friend has adviced me, i left red which is normal. However since that day its been two months i have dark spots due to the extraction, scaring and underskin bumps on my chin which never happened to me. I really loved this place and went for my first time trusting them.

Everytime I go to Orskin Clinic I feel I’m at home. The staff is very welcoming and I just enjoy sitting in the waiting area before my treatment. I have been going to Orsi for years and she has done wonders to my skin! My mom, sister, and I have seen and still see amazing results!

Absolutely the very best Clinic in Dubai… the professionalism of the Founder Orsi is beyond this world. Super clean, very homey clinic with very kind staff. After more than 2 months of the cleansing I still have inflamed spots that won’t go away. I also did forma with a different therapist, where they managed to burn my neck. When I complained about it, all I heard was crickets. I also informed the therapist that did the cleansing about the spots, and she snapped back at me that it’s because I don’t trust her on the products she was trying to sell me, even though I had already informed her I’m using all those ingredients today in my skin routine. Overall the experience was horrible. They charge according to “high end” clinics but they neither have the staff or facilities for it.

Ive been going to Orsi for about 3 years, and my skin has never looked better! Ive lived in Dubai for 21 years, and have tried countless facials. Never once did I go back a 2nd time to anywhere except Orsi. I go every 2 weeks. Every time she does something different depending on what my skin needs at the time. Each facial is totally customized and I leave glowing every single time. Even though she has gone from a 1 room practice in another salon to having her own salon with multiple rooms, the service has not changed and in fact has improved with the addition of different protocols, new product ranges and even body services. Try her out. You will NOT be disappointed!

Maybe they perform well in some of their services but the body facial i do not recommend. It ruins and damages your skin instead of making it glow. The next day after tteatment, my skin was so dry, rough and bumps were developed in spite of all the moisturizers i apply. A nice hamman treatment at the Talisse is better and more value tgat this.

Im regularly coming from Abu Dhabi for Orskin clinik since 2 years for the facial massages and facial treatments.For the first time in my life I tried butt facial and i was surprised by the result. Butt facial was conducted on branded cosmetic DMK. the skin noticeably tightened, became elastic and less cellulite after the Dmk body enzyme mask.My skin became softer , hydrated, and lighter.Removes dead skin cells after micropeel.After 30 min of Dmk mask i really felt tight my skin on butt and tighs .This mask is an anticellulate. Thanks for therapist for a pleasant lymphatic massage after procedure.
