Initially, if you’re seeking a natural look with expert knowledge, Dr Halah is absolutely superb. If you prefer a bit ‘over the top’ or pronounced changes, quite large Russian style lips etc., you will be better off elsewhere.Dr Halah has a fantastic eye for greatly enhancing natural beauty, symmetry, reversing ageing etc. but she will not put her name on over-done looks, which I understand and totally respect.The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, light and clean, and everyone from reception to nurses are really lovely and welcoming. It’s in an extremely private location, so nobody will see you going there, and there’s even a makeup station and makeup artist to fix you before you leave.Definitely one of the finer clinics in Dubai. The other recommended clinic is Aeon at Palm Jumeirah. But for the downtown end of Dubai, Ouronyx is delightful.

I can recommend this clinic 100%. Very good doctors who advise you for a long time and make you feel that you are in good hands. This place is stunning, such a beautiful clinic and the staff are super attentive and welcoming. I had a wonderful pregnancy facial here and I came out feeling totally refreshed. I’ll be booking again for future treatments!

Sadly this place did not work for me. I’ve been getting Botox done for several years, so I know exactly the effect I am looking for when it’s done by an experienced practitioner who understands the individual and unique features of one’s facial mobility very well. Ouronyx has all the “bells and whistles”… beautiful facility, high-tech photography, makeup artist post-session, etc. But these are all just superficial perks to make you feel like you are paying for and getting a premium experience.I’ve had 2x sessions with the same practitioner, both times she misjudged the location of where the Botox should have been injected on my face to achieve the best result. It was clear to me she did not understand my facial structure well, despite all the fancy photography techniques. It’s a terrible outcome and not something I take lightly, given it’s my face, it’s a lot of money, and nothing could be done to fix it except for wait for the effect of the Botox to wear off.I give 3 stars because the clinic tried to make things right with me (they refunded me for the poor results, they offered a free facial), but I won’t be recommending this place at least for Botox. Perhaps they are better for their other services.

A close friend recommended treatments at this clinic and it certainly exceeded expectations.The space itself is elegant and luxurious but unlike some in Dubai, very peaceful and relaxing.I was greeted on arrival and introduced to Petra, who then spent time diagnosing my skin first to ensure the facial was tailored exactly to my needs. The treatment itself was incredible, Petra used a combination of massage and radiofrequency to hydrate and firm the skin. After just an hour, I left looking years younger!My skin has never looked better, Ill definitely be back.

Had a great facial here, did a chemical peel with Petra and was so amazed. not only is the facility beautiful and so unique but the warmth and expertise of the staff is incredible. Definitely coming back!

Ouronyx feels like the most luxurious five star retreat in Dubai! I had the most amazing experience when I had the Neogen Plasma facial. Dr Hala was so knowledgeable and informative about the procedure, my skin (had such a good consultation) plus she I knew I was in good hands as her own skin literally looks like glass and a great product of what she does. Lucy and the team looked after me so well and the services they provide around the skin treatments are amazing. I can’t wait to come back for another treatment!

I’m not one to usually review but Ouronyx truly deserves it. By far the best experience i’ve had at a clinic in and out of Dubai. I had the neogen procedure done by Dr Halah and it genuinely has improved my adult acne and scarring. I’ve been through various procedures and struggled for so long, I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for Dr Halah recommending and performing this procedure for me; thank you! The ultimate luxury Dubai Skincare experience. The clinic is in a very scenic curvy glass part of the building. Such a privilege to see the last Zaha Hadid design from the inside. Amazing artworks as well. The Skinceuticals chemical peel was phenomenal, I’ve not experienced skin this smooth before, and with no redness or irritation at all. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, highly recommended! Thank you Petra for a wonderful experience.

Dr hala is a magician, she fixed my old botched filler and the result is super natural and exactly what I wanted. The staff is very professional and friendly and their 3d scan is really interesting as they analyze your face and offer tailored treatment plans based on what you’re looking for.

I’ve visited this clinic on several occasions now and the service, treatments and ambience is impeccable. I love the relaxation room where you can unwind before having treatments. Dr Hala has always made me feel comfortable and nurse Lucy explains all pre treatment info so I’m at ease during every visit!
