Ive tried various services at Paramount Clinic, including dental treatments, and all of them have been exceptional—from the warm welcome to the outstanding care provided by the doctors. Recently, I visited the clinic for a facial treatment to address issues with pores and dullness. Dr. Hana carefully examined my skin and customized a treatment plan. She performed RF microneedling and dermapen treatments on my face and neck, taking her time and working with professionalism and confidence. Dr. Hana is highly experienced, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for visible results.

We arrived at 4:00 for our appointment, but we had to wait an hour before starting the procedure. My friend, who didn’t have an appointment, was told by Rana (Dr. Ali’s assistant) that she could be accommodated between patients. However, despite waiting for 2 hours, we noticed that Rana accepted three patients who arrived after us, while we were still waiting inside….I eventually spoke up and requested to see Dr. Ali. Just two minutes later, we were supposed to start the procedure, but as soon as we entered the room, Dr. Ali asked us to leave and insisted on treating my friend alone. This was surprising because we have always stayed in the room together during past visits, and he never required us to do it separately.Dr. Ali’s behavior was extremely rude, and such conduct is unacceptable regardless of his skills. Due to this poor attitude, I will not be returning to this place. No matter how skilled he may be, his consistent lack of respect and professionalism makes it impossible for me to continue seeking care at this clinic.

This is my second visit to this clinic, and regardless of whether I arrive early or late, the waiting time to see the doctor is too much. It is simply unacceptable to wait over 40 minutes to see a doctor, especially when we patients have other appointments and commitments. Keeping patients waiting for such a long time is very disrespectful.Today, I had to request to see the doctor asap or else im leaving. As soon as the doctor finally arrived, she mentioned, “اوه انتي اللي دوم منفسة” Excuse me? First of all, this is only my second visit, and during my first, I was completely normal regardless of the wait back then. Second, its inappropriate to make patients wait so much for a service (bare in mind im not in the wait list) and then offer such unprofessional comments. Dr. Hana, you are a great dermatologist. But you are neither a family member nor a friend to make such remarks on your patients.This was my second visit and will certainly be my last.

Very disappointed in the clinic, everytime I book an appointment at a certain time, when the times come for my appointment confirmation they tell me a different time. Last time I said strictly that my appointment is at 4:30, they said it’s booked and they put me for 5:15 which I explained that it’s not suitable for me. She told ok then come and will let the doctor see you before 5:00. I came before 4:30, they applied the numbing cream from 4:46 until 5:24 and I still didn’t see the doctor until around 5:45. It it wasn’t my follow up appointment which I needed I swear I wouldn’t have stayed and this is the last time I’ll visit, because it is not the first time they mess up my appointment time

I am deeply frustrated with the consistent lack of punctuality and respect for our time at this clinic. Despite having scheduled appointments, we are always kept waiting for hours before being seen. It seems that appointments mean nothing here, as Dr. Ali continuously accepts patients regardless of how busy his schedule is, leading to significant delays for everyone else.Every visit turns into a long and exhausting wait, and even when we try to be patient, it’s incredibly discouraging to see other patients being taken in ahead of us without explanation. It’s clear that there is no proper system in place to manage appointments or respect the time of those who book in advance.Whenever we’ve spoken up to address the excessive waiting times, the staff quickly informs Dr. Ali, who then sees us, but by that point, he appears visibly annoyed and rushed. His demeanor shifts from calm to curt, making it evident that he is more concerned with keeping the flow of patients moving than providing quality care. Instead of a sincere apology or attempt to address our concerns, were met with an impatient attitude that only adds to the negative experience.

I had Botox done on 21 May, and the clinic had the audacity to tell me to call them after Eid al-Adha to book a touch-up. They should have a proper system in place to automatically schedule follow-ups for their clients. Why on earth should I be the one chasing them for an appointment?But that is not even the half of it—it is been 61 days, and despite countless attempts to reach out the clinic and the assistant and the doctor, no one has bothered to return my calls or even acknowledge my requests for a touch-up. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.It is shocking that they do not have a basic automatic system to remind clients about their appointments. A reputable clinic should make sure that everything is booked and confirmed without putting the burden on the client. To top it all off, they are charging prices without including VAT, which is deceptive and unfair. The way their pricing system is, feels like a scam. This place is a total disappointment and unprofessional.

Excellent treatment, but it is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Ali, and if I get an appointment, it will be without specifying the time. How do I know when I should go? The clinic is clean and tidy, and the first time you enter the reception, they open the breath with pills and fines, and the nurse who works on the laser is very polite and works justly. The clinic is the first time I enter it and I look like I am done leaving it 😍❤️🥰
