Very good and clean clinic. Friendly and professional staff. Ive had 2 sessions with Ghazala, shes very friendly and gentle. She explains every step she takes and has given me good advice on how to manage my acne problems. I recommend her with my eyes closed.

I went to this place based on a friends recommendation, for anti-wrinkle injections.In the 10 years that I’ve been receiving these types of injections, I have never experienced bruising until I went to this clinic. First time the Dr(?) managed to give me a black eye and i had bruises all over my forehead for at least a week (even longer for my eye). As I went back for the touch-up, the manager/owner did my treatment as the other Dr(?) did not want to give me more bruises .. the manager was just Ok - still managed to give me at least two bruises at the points of injection.I will not return and do not recommend this clinic as there are many many other places (reputable dermatology clinics) for this purpose.I will point out that I also had a facial which was very pleasant and the lady who did it was absolutely lovely. The reception staff are very friendly and professional too.

I chose Portofino for their serious consultation, the doctors are very knowledgeable and experienced and I always got the results i asked for. The price is very good for the level of quality so I recommend 1000+. I do co2 laser and morpheus with them. Very good results !

I contacted Portofino a few days ago for a double chin treatment and lip fillers.They gave me an appointment very quickly, and the team was very welcoming.I would like to specifically thank Dr. Samar for her patience and kindness. She listened to me carefully before the Hyfo session. I am a regular client here, and this review is an honest opinion based on my experience (nobody has asked me to write this). The technicians at Portofino are excellent, professional, patient, gentle and knowledgeable. I am really happy that I found somewhere trustworthy to go for laser hair removal (Shaolin is wonderful!) and MRF and skincare (Monika is my fav, she’s so good at what she does!).They often offer packages for the things you practically need multiple sessions for.

The staff is very supportive, co-operative and all the services provided are great. I have done procedures of laser hair removal and facial, having no complaints and the results were great. Booking appointments is also very flexible and easy. One of the best clinics in the area.

Very disappointed in the level of service here. I had a hydra facial that was super rushed and done in less than 30 mins!! When I went back home I looked at my skin and its like I hadn’t had anything done to it.. the customer service plus the professionalism wasn’t up to par at all.. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this clinic. If you’re looking to get anything done, consider elsewhere.

I recently went to this center with my wife. We were not at all satisfied with the hair removal service, which was very expensive. The strange thing was that in a beauty and skin care center, we didnt see any staff or doctors who were attractive or had good skin. So its clear that no one comes to this center for skin and beauty services.

Initially, I was nervous and left, but Dr. Sabias reassuring words—You have tried all treatments, just trust us and try this once. You wont regret it—stuck with me. I had already tried herbal remedies, seen three dermatologists over six years, and used many expensive products, none of which worked.So, I decided to give it another shot and returned to the clinic and signed up for three sessions each of Hydrafacial and Hydra Acne treatment. Today, I finished my last session and my skin has significantly improved, and I don’t regret my decision.Most of my sessions were with therapist Menuka, who is excellent and guides you through each step. Absolutely the worst clinic I have visited in dubai.I regret paying a package in advance, for anyone who wants to take bundle package with this salon I suggest you to take a second look at it. My service was done by sabeen I can tell she is unprofessional full of attitude and asks client to be kind ?? I am not there to be lectured about how I should behave. she never calls back after major services, and keep pushing you to buy different products/services even after you just have purchased. I have done PRP, MRF and carbon laser with them. I don’t see their products are working much.

I have been a consistent client for facial care and other enhancing treatments at Portofino aesthetic clinic. I consistently appreciate the services provided by Menuka, who is exceptionally professional. And I had my botox and fillers done with Dr. Sabin, and it turned out incredibly natural. She really listened to what I wanted, aiming for a natural look without any puffiness. You could see the results after just one day, but honestly, it was after a week that I was truly surprised by how effective it was. I highly recommend her; she takes her time and gives you excellent care. I came back for a touch up after one week and she still taking the time to analyse my skin without trying to add other treatment. I like her sincerity.

One of the worst experiences I had with this clinic. Went in for CO2 scar removal on my back ended up with no difference after 2 weeks. When I asked them to show me the difference they see... they got nervous and never responded back with the doctors opinion. They asked me to come back to clinic and instead of a doctor looking at it... when i went back in, they brought their owner to look at it WITH ABSOLUTE RUDE BEHAVIOUR. Im not sure if she has the licence to check my skin. Im getting that verified now.IT IS NUTS THIS CLINIC CANNOT TAKE CRICTICISM OR HAVE THE ABILITY TO RESPOND APPROPRIATELY.I WONT EVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. USELESS MACHINCES AND STAFF.

I went fot mezotherapy and was really afraid because it might be painful but it was not at all i didnt feel a thing the doctor that did my treatment had a really nice way of doing the treatment (Dr. Tasneem) i would highly recommend.
