Extremely impolite & unprofessional treatment, whether the nursing staff, the recptionists or the doctorAn appointment was made & confirmedYet when arrived at the clinic they denied the appointment, and said that the doctor was sleeping at homeWhen I showed them the confirmation messageThey were perplexed and started changing their words to buy some time till they wake the doctor upIts quite a shame honestly !!!
