I did laser treatment and doctor was really amazing. She’s doing it from her heart, it’ so rare these days. Very clean place, good machines. I really had wonderful experience with a doctor and want to recommend to all my friends. BUT ladies on reception are unbelievable, ruining all reputation of clinic and this doctor. So rude in texting and not warm in person. I feel so much hidden negativity from them like never before. They are trying to play with prices for some reason ( but price is really good to be honest). These women are absolutely not professional in their job. I hope owner is reding this and for sake of this business will change these 2 people.

Very bad experience! We had an appointment at 11pm but waited until 12:40am almost 2hrs waiting for the dermatologist. Why they booked an appointment at 11pm if they cannot accommodate the patient. What is the essence of prior booking if they let you wait for more than 1 hr. Not recommended!

I usually go to another clinic but it is too far from my house, I was trying to find something closer, so I decided to start with a hydra facial and have a consultation with Dr. Samreen, conclusion, I had other treatments, and I left very happy and I will return to continue with the process of any of them.

Dr. SAMREEN explain everything in a very clear manner. She is always kind and friendly. All of the staff is great. I have good experience with them. Prices are also reasonable.

I have recommended few friends there. They have the same concerns. We are happy about your hospitality.. ultimately we come for service. Please improve your services along with your sales and hospitality. Are you guys using original Candela. Or it’s replica of candela. I saw an add in alibaba. Like your machine.
