Most terrible experience.Every time they are changing and increasing price for same procedure.Couple of times requested to do not give for service anyone expect Filipina lady.Now second time they gave me same indian lady. She knows nothing, second time she messed up on my face.In the reception young slim arabic lady also was so rude and unprofessional.I would never come back to this clinic and i would never advice anyone, especially that indian lady who is doing lazer and has zero knowledge and understanding. Yesterday i had my 1st hydra facial (Glass skin plus) done there, i was honestly very nervous trying a new clinic, the booking process was very easy, the customer care was great the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, she helped me decide on my next appointment too.The technician who did the hydra facial was very sweet, she explained the procedure and was extremely careful while applying the products & pressure, we did derma-pen, collagen mask and mesotherapy, it was all done professionally and I can’t wait to see the outcome in the coming days.The procedure was not painful as it imagined and i recommend it if you had sun damaged skin or you just need to refresh after the summer break.They have different treatments and offers make sure to check their instagram account for details and booking.

I was really impressed with Menal, amazing warm service, very knowledgeable and privided me with all the info and recommendations i needed .

I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon, which I expected to be experienced and professional based on the number of followers on Instagram. The prices are attractive but it’s because the sessions are clearly rushed: they forgot to treat the entire left back side of my body. Additionally, I was charged extra because I hadnt shaved certain areas of my body before the laser session, as I wanted to first consult with the doctor to see if it could be treated (thin hairs area). The practitioner kept checking the time throughout the session which resulted in a stressful atmosphere.Furthermore, I opted for injections, but the result was not what I had requested (not natural). I reached out to the clinic several times to inquire about correcting it, but unfortunately I never got any answer…Overall, I do not recommend this place at all, the recurrent offers are attractive but I’d rather pay more and go to a clinic with better quality and professionalism.

Sadly my first experience with the clinic was not as expected. The reception staff were amazing and welcoming, 2 starts for them. However, the doctor Dr. Maya didn’t take the time to explain to me what the procedure is like and what to expect during and after , i just signed the consent form and was put into the doctors room like a lab rat ! Can’t tell if there will be any benefits from this micro-needling session but I will wait and pray and will definitely not return to this clinic.

I avail the laser package for armpit and bikini area. 1st laser therapist was good and gentle. The 2nd time I booked for laser the therapist was different, BURN MY TATTOO! Such a negligence! The tattoo is far from my armpit and there’s no way a professional person can hit it by accident. I reported it to them and asked me to visit the clinic. the dermatologist say apply this ointment which you can buy from the pharmacy. (I bought and doesn’t really help as the tattoo was already scarred and damage) now i want to take my last appointment (as the package is 3 sessions) texted the WhatsApp twice for appointment and no response. Oh well, that’s how they take care of their customer. When things gone messy they just ignore. There’s no accountability… so be careful

I do not recommend at all. Prices are attractive yes but you have similar offers elsewhere as well. I was treated several times in a very bad way. The process was rushed and nobody took time to explain me anything. Also, I came on time and the doctor was late so the 2 women who had appointment scheduled after me did their treatment before, why ?? I suspected it’s because they were local women … 0 explanation and 0 apologies. I’ll never come back and don’t recommend this place at all.

Went last week to do Glass Skin Facial and it was amazing!! The therapist was great and friendly. The facial had hydrafacial to start with by cleaning the skin, removing the black/white heads then sucking all the inside clogs from the pores. Following by contouring and collagen stimulating and finally, mesotherapy with deramapen. The prices were affordable compared to other Jumaira clinics I tried. The clinic is clean and quiet. The downside is the traffic is nightmare on the road where the clinic resides and the parking is another sad story.I’m planning to visit them again for facials❤️

I went to the Renew Clinic PLUS for a facial procedure,but it did not go as planned. I asked the doctor for a natural outcome, but she dramatically altered the structure of my face, made me look masculine, and utterly destroyed my face.I immediately contacted the clinic, and the person in charge of booking advised me to wait for the swelling to subside and noted that this was usual. I followed the advise and waited for a week, but nothing changed.I then continued to communicate with the person in charge of bookings and was utterly upset and stressed by what had been done to me. She said that the manager would contact me and that everything would be resolved. I waited, but there was no call was received or messages.I then followed up on this numerous times personally, but the clinics staff and the owner dont seem to be concerned about the welfare of their patients and kept ignoring me.I sought out another doctor in a last-ditch effort and requested help.I called the clinic about it, and they asked me to send them a copy of the doctors invoice for the repair(more than AED 1000).I then shared the invoice with Renew Clinique Plus.After waiting, I got no response and no one answered my calls.Not only have they destroyed my face, but they were also merely blocking my calls before. I then called the Renew Clinique Plus from a different number and spoke with the booking coordinator, who apologetically indicated that she had shared all of the images, videos, and my concerns with the owner and had followed up multiple times, but she was unsure of the reason why there had been no follow-up.It is obvious that the clinics owner of Renew Clinique Plus doesnt care about her clients problems or accept responsibility when they arise as its been nearly a month of calls , message and follow ups but no calls from her end or management .Which on her part is quite careless.As a result, Im writing this review to all clients who wish to go with any services with Renew Clinique Plus. Before doing anything, please be aware of this and do your proper research on the doctor and be aware or how careless and management and Owner are.I wont suggest this clinic to anyone.It is obvious that the clinics owner doesnt care about her clients problems or accept responsibility when they arise.Which on her part is quite careless.I do not intend to put a stop to this matter because I will make sure that it is documented and that compensation is given for all the stress and harm they have caused, not to mention the sum paid after the AED3,000 AE I paid to their clinic to have their practitioners work corrected.Ill soon be releasing the before-and-after photos and the entire conversation so that any new patients can see how the RENEW CLINIQUE treats their clients and how they can see for themselves.

I visited twice for chin the first time and temple the second, Ilooked through the reviews and heard dr marwa is good but oh my god she is really bad. First of all, my first appointment they had me waiting for 4 hours. and for my second appointment for aroung 1 hour and 45 min. Second of all, the doctor did my fillers in a minute she did not take her time because she just wanted to get it done with. My filler is botched and looks like a big circle near my eyebrows. Horrible experience, please do not visit them. save ur money and ur face

I love Dr Marwa! I went to this Clinic a few months ago for a facial which was great and also had a free consultation with Dr Marwa. I had been looking for a place to do fillers for a long time and couldn’t find one where they wouldnt pressure me to do so many things just to take as much money from me as they could. Dr Marwa was very different which is the main reason I chose this Clinic for my fillers. She was very honest and advised me on what would be beneficial for me and told me that some things i had wanted to do was just not a good idea in my case. Definitely gained my trust. I ended up doing lip and cheek fillers and I am very happy with the results. I havent encountered such a friendly and profesional doctor in Dubai. She really knows what she is doing. I will be back for sure!

Terrible clinic and unprofessional doctor! My husband went for Botox and the doctor ( Dr Safaa) was so unprofessional talking with her colleague all the time about having lunch and personal things!!! She was not focused while dealing with needles on someone face and eyes!!!!! the botox syringe got broken and leaked botox inside my husband eyes !!!!!! If you care about your health avoid this place !!!!!!

Very bad experience in this clinic! I came for my third laser session, and felt pain after the specialist finished one side of my leg. She tried to fix the power, but it was hurt more and more. Then I noticed that laser flash left red dots on my skin, asked to stop the session and call for the manager. Couple of people came, said that it is ok when you burn the skin during laser, applied some Aloe vera gel. The clinics doctor made a prescription for fucicort cream and told me that its nothing serious. After I went to my dermatologist, she told me that they should apply fucicort cream immediately, and confirms that my skin was burn deeply inside. Now almost 48 hour passed, and I still have red spots.I spent money for the session, for my dermatologist, for 4 tubes of different creams, pain relief and anti inflammation tablets. And it was my birthday, which I spent lying in my bed with treatments and bands.Really unprofessional staff, stay away from this clinic!

One of the best clinics I’ve visited. I’ve done my third laser session and very Surprised by the results!!from my second session had good results and less hair.I also did lip fillers with dr. Marwa and happy with the natural volume I ended up with.

If I could give them 0 I would give them 0 only. The worst the worst clinic I have ever been in entire Dubai. They never follow appointment timings I waited more than 40 mins 3 times. And they are totally fine with that, front of me their staffs administration and their doctor chit chatting and I am here waiting. No one stand up within 40 min to make thing faster until I start to argue with them. I had appointment at 1:30 pm and they start my laser session at 2:10pm, I would understand if they had client etc but the lady was just fixing machine in the other room which is not even related to lazer machine and I was there waiting for them 40mins. It happened to me everyone 3 times. I will never suggest any of my friends or colleagues to go to them. They are new and that’s how they are doing customer service then idk what to say anymore. Instead of spending money on diffent Tik Tok influencer better fix ur internal operation towards customer satisfaction So people will come for ur other services The lady who does lazer nice as per customer service but she’s not very professional she left few parts as well. Overall I don’t suggest anyone to go it’s was such a disappointment !!!

The clinic is so clean, the staff is so professional, experienced and their prices are unbeatable. Also, if you are on vacation and do not have a car, it is a only 10 minute walk from the mall of the emirates. Very good place for botox.

They took me 30min late for my appointment. I did laser and hydrafacial. First of all I was so surprised on the recent reviews! Because no Morrocan receptionist is there at the moment. Another review said - don’t spend money on Tik Tok influencers better improve your costumer service! I’m a content creator on Tik Tok and IG - no one payed me for my visit! I chose myself this clinic and I contacted them directly! I wanted to get the volume on my lips, so I went and just look at the picture of my lips! I’m so happy with the result!! It’s so strange that someone from multiple accounts will leave bad reviews at the same time to the new clinic! Every clinic has their own mistakes at the beginning with the stuff or services, but there’s always a way to communicate and complain on the spot and understand the situation. But when some ppl try to lie and assume about few stuff that don’t even exist it’s insane. Whoever it is I know you are reading this. Please don’t waste your money for laser here. The person who did it for me wasn’t precise and tried to finish up the appointment really fast without much care and burned me a little . There are better places out there with more professional attitude. I feel for the reviews as well. As they are new it’s better to wait for some time before using their services.

Bad service, terrible organization.I had a consultation booked at 12pm; the day before the appointment, I received a message saying my appointment was at 1pm, to which I replied this is wrong; then got a new appointment at 11am instead. The next day, I went to the clinic at 11am to find out the Dr is not here and will only arrive one hour later. It was a total waste of time. Then later on I received a call to ask if I wanted to confirm my laser appointment ?? Which I had never even made !!! Totally unprofessional and badly organized.

Very bad products and service I don’t recommend.I put Botox the dr said it will stay 5 months and I’m in my 3 month and it went awayMy biggest problem wasn’t this was the hyaluronic lips the doctor put very wrong and it has a ball, I went 2 times to try to figure out but still with a ball not equal one side of my mouth.I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Came in for laser hair removal session, the technician was fantastic however the laser machine is absolutely terrible, not one single hair was burnt off by the laser, I’ve contact them to let them no but no appropriate response has been made.

Hello, I came to see you for the full body laser package, it was very badly done, from places that were not flashed but also almost zero intensity which did not change anything for me, I find that no professional at all, a session that normally lasts lasted more than an hour, it lasts less than 30 min, it’s sloppy work without professionalismAfter 2 weeks I can see the half of my body wasn’t flash it, don’t loose your money there, not professional at all
