Just had a chin filler and collagen threads treatment here, was very happy with the result as my chin looks very natural but the shape is more pointy and it really enhance and soften my face. Dr. Ahmad was did a great job and he was super friendly, warm and very enlightening making me feel at ease throughout the treatment, def will come back again, thank you!!

Ive been coming to Silk Clinic for quite sometime now. My skin was not always the best as I had some scars and little age spots. With Dr. Ahmads recommendation I went through a series of treatment and my did he turn my skin around. Dr. Ahmad recommended treatments that will work for me and did not try to upsell me on other things that were not beneficial to my skin. My skin went from dull with scars to a much rejuvenated glow, its like I got new skin. I am very happy with my results and highly recommend you start your skincare journey with Dr. Ahmad. The staff was also super nice and professional.

Very satisfied with the reception service and the nurse who also did my treatment, it was painful the micro needling however I’m loving the result and was worth it. I only have a small feedback for the doctor, I wish he showed more empathy and be careful the way he directed an issue. Yes I know I have acne scars and I need few treatments but the way he did his face and said to me “ yeah you need many treatments” didn’t feel right and made me feel uncomfortable.But will definitely come back despite this.

Shout out to silk clinic, I am skeptical when it comes to my face so I was following silk clinic in instagram over a year. Finally took a courage to give a try and they exceeded my expectations. Dubai is full of beauty clinics and it’s hard to find the best one. If you are one of them ladies I bet it will be one of your best decisions to trust the nurses and the doctors there. From the lady in the reception to the doctor, wow they will make you feel that you belong. And not to forget my nurse miss CY a lady from Philippines is so kind and soft spoken. My pain endurance is very low and she made sure that I am comfortable while doing my prp for acne scarring. GREAT JOB SILK CLINIC!!!!

I went for veneers and 3 crowns and this was the best experience ever. Service and nurses are excellent and Dr Tasni Nasr is amazing. She is a top notch professional. I have had dozens of interventions in my teeth and this was the best ever. Absolutely 5* doctor.

It was the first Botox shots I got and Dr Ahmad did a very good job. He consulted me honestly and did not push to the max. We did 2 steps / appointments and I am very happy and can’t wait to come back to get the update.I am pleased and very happy with the results for the Korean Botox.

What a great experience at Silk clinics, first they respect appointments time. Second I had a swollen gums, it was very sore and also sensitive teeth from past veneers done by another clinic. I had a permapen+ LC treatment in silk clinic. OMG, I am extremely happy with the results! I have been doing this treatment for few years now and tried many places but this one was the one I love the most and my face shows improvement after only one session. It was little painful and the redness lasted few days but after that my skin peeled and hello glow:)!! I dont know the name of the nurse who did it but she was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you. I will definitely do it again!

Nice clinic. I’ve been doing Botox and filler, hydrfacial, and laser hair removal for a couple of years with them . Recently I fixed my teeth. No complaints at all. They always do a good job. The nurses and doctors are very good.

I always come here for my hydrafacials and it’s one of the best in Dubai. The prices are amazing and so is the quality of the facials. They use excellent equipment and products which you can trust fully and be relaxed and enjoy their services. Chris, who does my facials is always gentle with my skin and she does a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend.

I have tried hydra facials in different clinics, but the session I had at Silk Clinic was by far the best one. Ms Chris was very gentle with my face and took alot of care in doing the treatment. Secondly the staff who arrange appointments are very accomodating when it comes to any changes, and very quick with responses. I am happy with the service and looking forward to going back for another treatment.

Did a teeth whitening session with Dr Tasnim and omg couldnt be happier with the results! She did an awesome cleaning before the whitening treatment which really helped decrease my gums bleeding! The whitening results still look great up till now (few weeks later). She also gave me great advice to maintain my results. During the whitening she made sure to cover my gums well and so i felt absolutely no pain or sensitivity.

Very unsatisfactory service. Went to get a hydrafacial and microdermabrasion and it was by far the worst one I’ve gotten. The technician used the suction like it was her first day at work. She skipped half the steps of the facial purely because I came through Groupon. When I gave feedback, the owner took it personally and instead of acting on it she started mocking us for not spending enough money and giggled with her fellow doctor throughout the discussion. Unprofessional and unwelcoming. Don’t recommend it at all.UPDATE: Notice how she gives the same response to all bad reviews stating that the individual didn’t even visit the salon? So not only do they provide a bad service, they also lie to customers. They need to learn how to accept how to take criticism and better themselves rather than lying and denying customer visits.

Based on my hydra facial experience i did Oxygeneo facial .It is a utter waste of money .It did nothing on the face .Zero Value treatment. They are not even checking the skin before doing a procedure to check whether it is necessary to do or never give suggestions.No after care instructions .

My best friend and I had booked a facial through Groupon worth 150 dhs - hydrafacial and microdermabrasion. We had called in and booked for the same time but once we reached at the clinic they mentioned that only one technician is available. I had specifically called in and asked for it to be at the same time. Anyways, one of us had to start with the facial and my friend decided to go first. Nothing was done properly and the technician seemed extremely amateur. Water was dripping off my friends face on the sides, no proper suction for the microdermabrasion. My friend kept asking the technician to increase the suction power but it looked like the machine wasn’t even doing it’s job properly. In the middle of the session we tried giving feedback to the receptionist but looked like she took offense to it and said that what else do you expect in 150 dhs. What are we supposed to reply to this? Lol is this a joke? No blackhead removal no nothing. Just some light suction and a lame massage with light after that. When we asked why no blackhead removal, she mentioned that there are more expensive packages that involve that, 300 dhs, 500 dhs that involve longer duration of the facial. Sorry but this is basic. I had my session after my friends but i refused to even get it done. The receptionist, who’s apparently the owner too, offered to get it done by the doctor on site, no thank you. She then got offended by that because doctors are only offered to VIP clients. So guys, if you are not a VIP please don’t expect a doctor to treat you. And don’t come with a Groupon, you won’t be treated nicely. I wonder how this place has a 4.9 rating. Bet that they’re fake/paid reviews.UPDATE: So the clinic replied saying that Im not a patient of theirs. This is really bizarre hahah. Darling, start by satisfying your customers instead of being in denial. Acting like you dont remember my visit will not help you. I was treated with the utmost disrespect, and this is what they do to further put me down. Great going. Worst customer service and the worst so called technician/doctors that they hire.

The worst and unprofessional place.I did 6 sessions of laser and my hair growth increased even more all over my body. I requested for refund but their manager is not ready to meet me or answer my calls since they did wrong. I was told to get my hormones tested which I did and got negative results even though I was promised to get refunded if my results come negative, they are hiding and aren’t answering my calls or meeting me when I go to their clinic. They are not even acknowledging my complain against their clinic. It’s been 3 months since their manager is on some sort of leave. What kind of a manager stays away from the clinic and is never present in the clinic. Very dissatisfied, I have posted a picture too you can see exactly what my results were after 6 sessions of laser on fair skin color.

I waited to complete 3 sessions of full body laser to provide this review.Cons:Absolutely no covid precautions.-They do not provide disposable covering sheet while doing full body laser. It’s so uncomfortable while when I did it in VLCC they provide you a sheet to not feel completely naked.-They reuse razors. I saw the female pick up a used razor and I told her not to use it on me. This is honestly so unhygienic that it scared me.-They charge extra for numbing cream for bikini which was included in vlcc package that I did earlier. In fact, I’ve never heard of being charged extra for numbing cream as I have multiple friends doing full body in various clinics.-They don’t sanitize the sheet you lay on or they should atleast put a disposable sheet on it. Especially due to covid, all this should be prioritised.Pro:The Machine they use for laser is good and shows results.Best of all is the laser technician MS JISTY . She is amazing! Better than all the places I’ve been. She is so kind and she takes extra caution not to burn you. She makes the whole process so much easier.The clinic would be nothing without MS JISTY, they are lucky to have such an amazing employee.Ms Hadeel the owner of the clinic , is very good At convincing and sales. But beware, After my second session , I had red blisters all over me. This honestly scared me as it looked like measles and was hard on the eyes. Ms Hadeel told me it was nothing and the redder it gets the better results are. She said she had informed their clinic dermatologist and was told the same.I wasn’t convinced and consulted a dermatologist outside and was told this was dangerous , it was due to immediate sun exposure after laser and can cause marks once the swelling reduces. I was prescribed ointments and was asked to undertake other remedies as well. This was the only reason those blisters reduced . I was told if I had not applied those ointments that early, I’d have had those blister marks forever all over my body.I’d recommend to consult outside if you face such issues.This is a new clinic, hopefully they change these certain things to make it extra assuring about client safety.

I merely mentioned you are very unprofessional and that is absolutely true!I waited for 30 mins while both your receptionists were chatting away with a client and neither had the common sense to ask me if i needed anything. I walked out and neither bothered again. And coming from a hospitality industry, Id never revisit.I hope this is clear now!

Worst facial ever. Claims to have done microdermabrasion and radio frequency treatments but they were not done. Whole thing seemed like a sham. Rude and unhelpful receptionist. Dont go if you are not based in the uae- they will not value your business

Worse clinic in Dubai! The less I can say it’s big fraud!!My advise: don’t pay any of their offers in advance, once you do it don’t expect them to call you to schedule your coming appointments, you should do it by yourself otherwise they will forget about you!This is what happened with me, I paid one of their offers (3 sessions scarlet+ 3 sessions meso), did the first session and the second one I was supposed to do it after 1 month they texted me on same day to cancel my appointment without any explanation.. I’ve tried to call clinic many times they never answer so after sometime I got tired of this unprofessional behavior I just wanted to cancel this offer and to get refunded but still they never answered... Since I was outside the country I couldn’t go directly to clinic to speak to them and the worse when I wanted to share my review on their Instagram page, they deleted my reviews and at the end they blocked me!!If this is not fraud, I don’t know what to call it!So to anyone considering this clinic, think again. There are multiple better options across Dubai.

A staff who doesnt know what to do and how to speak. They suggested the wrong treatment for my mother and when she asked for a fix the manager threatened to call the security. Because of them her skin has been damaged for a month and has developed dark patches due to reaction. Every consultant has their own story and said the other solution was wrong. This was a horrible experience with doctors acting like sales people.

Their paid add popped up on Instagram for a facial offer AED 449. Booked an appointment for their facial at 13:00 o’clock on 11.11.2020I came exactly on time, receptionist asked me to wait, ok I asked her where’s the washroom she replied it’s out, ok where out I asked her, she was like straight and right, ok thanks. I came back didn’t want to take a sit as I was driving for around 35mins so I stood. Time 13:15 I asked if I had to wait for long, receptionist went to check came out laughing mmmm 10-15 mins, I was like 10-15 mins are you serious? You could’ve call me before my appointment to come later, she just Ignored me. I asked if they can switch on the AC as it was really hot she did, with an attitude. Time 13:30 I asked again (I couldn’t leave as I had a birthday partY next day and cmon I drove all the way from Marina) a lady came out saying we have a client with a very big problem that’s why it will take time and I was like how long time ? You could’ve called me and told me to come later just because I came with an offer you people treat me like this, she just turned away and left me without an answer. Time 13:45 I gave up, thought of leaving for a such disrespectful behavior but then they moved that patient from the room to another and at 13:50 I entered ( YES I WAITED FOR A 50 MINUTED AND ALL THOSE TIME I DIDNT HEAR ANY SORRY FROM THEM) That’s absolutely fine I understand I came with an offer. I went inside the room the nurse asked me if she should clean my make up ( Of course you have to, I had BB cream on) she cleaned, then she applied scrub and at that time I felt she’s not confident enough I just kept quiet ( I drove all the way, waited for a 50 mins and can’t leave now) Then she started with microdermabrasion she was so slow and was scared to pull it and of course if you do it slow you’ll just hurt for nothing still I’m shut, she didn’t even do my forehead or chin area only not a problem)))) I’m very patient the it’s time for a manual blackheads removal she directly started with my right side of a nose the way she pressed all of a sudden it really made me cry (I know it’s not an easy procedure, I’ll have tears and snot) she asked me if it hurt, I said of course it did you pressed all of a sudden without even preparing me for it she said ok and as if on purpose started doing it so slow to annoy me (((( I asked her if there’s any other nurse to continue as I’m not comfortable with her, she said no it’s only me I kept quiet and asked how long have you been working because I feel you are not confident enough to treat me she said three days I asked her if it was three days in this clinic or total she ignored me and continued. I said that is it, enough for today let me speak with their management maybe she doesn’t even know what’s happening in the clinic and got up, I even said thank you I won’t continue, the same lady who spoke to me earlier ( don’t know who she was she never Introduced herself) entered to the room and was like what ? I said I’m not happy with a treatment she said with her two hands up “oh what can I do“ I know she means you came with an offer and still not happy. I ignored her answer and asked if I can speak to the management she went to another room and a man came out. He put his hands on his sides ( didn’t greet or introduced himself) - WHAT? I asked if he was a manager he said yes, well you don’t look like a manager I replied. Not look like a manager??? His attitude changed and raised his voice I said yes. He said so ??? I started telling him that I waited for 50 mins and a nurse wasn’t confident if there was somebody else to do, he ignored me and walked to open the main door. He raised his voice what do you want ??? I said you don’t talk to me like that !! (all those people were looking at me while he was humiliating me) He stood next to the door I had to leave in tears and called to police, they advised to call to DHA and DED consumer rights. They have to shut their clinic and get a training on how to treat a client, ladies pls don’t run for a cheap price run for a better service.
