Dr Rami is the best of the best! Dr Rami is the only person I would trust with my face, he is an absolute master of the art of tweakments - I am consistently complimented on how young and how natural I look and how it’s great that I haven’t felt the need to have anything done… when I’ve pretty much had everything done!!!He works with absolute precision and experience, I never get bruising or swelling, or even feel the needle when he’s injecting. He’s got a very tasteful eye and aesthetic - I trust his recommendations, particularly on things I’d have never have considered before - but SO glad I’ve gone ahead with what he’s said! Don’t worry you will never look “done” or “pulled” with him, he works with you to optimise and perfect what you’ve got!Can highly recommend him for buccal fat removals, upper blephs, lip & face fillers & skin boosters! He also had a lovely manner and not pushy at all, so there’s no pressure to do anything in a consultation - so I’d definitely recommend doing a consult with him if you’re thinking of having anything done 100%.

I had a procedure to remove basal cell carcinoma’s from my nose and chest. The procedure was smooth and pain free. The one on my nose was done using MOHS technique and laboratory testing was done there and then at the clinic. Dr Dany Touma is clearly a very highly skilled surgeon and the whole team at the clinic were very professional and very pleasant in their dealings with me. They all come highly recommended from my experience.

Can’t recommend Dr Rami enough. The moment you are in his presence you feel comfortable and know you can trust his recommendation. I have previously had a bad experience with other clinics which is why I wanted the piece of mine to be with an expert.

I tried so many things to get rid of acne on my face. I underwent a six-month treatment with vitamin A and was even prescribed antibiotics from dermatologyst, but after a while, everything would come back again. However, I am lucky to found Skin Expert Clinic and Dr. Dany Touma, I tried a laser treatment with Dr. Zainab for the first time and was shocked. Lovely clinic and staff were friendly and confirmed appointments. Dr Rami performed excellent surgery on my very hooded eyelids. There were minimal marks from the stitching. I had little swelling with a quick recovery and his nurse, Kiki, followed up after 2 days. Dr Rami is very friendly and approachable and made himself available at anytime. I highly recommend Dr Rami.

Huge disappointment. Went to this clinic thinking the dermatologists were professionals and would help me with my hormonal acne after leaving the pill.They didnt even took a deeper look into my skin and went on by saying I could either take acutane or pay for 4 sessions of laser at 4000AED each, without treating the root case at all. Then the doctor went ahead and prescribed some skincare products and that is IT!!!!Saddest part? I just saw another girl who commented here with the exact same problem but with a different doctor of the same clinic.If you are going to treat acne patients and just recommend your newest laser machine just STOP your practice. WHAT A SHAME.

Dont waste your money if you have hormonal acne. 600 Dirhams so the doctor can pitch a $16,0000 Dirhams treatment and a couple of gels that some youtuber recommends. My wife left crying because she couldnt believe this people, useless.....

I did an eyebrow lift with Dr Rami, I’m literally lost in words , the ease of the procedure is waaay to good to be true. I spent a fortune & tried allll kinds of non surgical procedures ( with horrible bruising, swelling and redness) to lift my eyebrows which none of them worked. All it took was 45 min with Dr rami and alll my struggles were solved. It’s by far the best procedure I’ve done , no pain no bruising no swelling, drove home picked up my kids from school took them for a play date and went on with my day like normal. On top of all that noooo body not even my husband noticed. I highly recommend Dr Rami for any facial procedures anyone is looking for. He’s the crème de la creme of facial surgeons. Extremely skilled. Can’t thank him or praise him enough. No words will give him justice. You have to try for yourself. He’s an absolute gem, where so blessed to have him in Dubai .

Had a cyst right under my eyebrow and needed it removed without scarring badly. I was so scared because its in the middle of my face but Dr. Rami removed it so smoothly (didnt feel a thing) and barely left a mark. Healed so nicely and you cant even tell now. Best doc out there!

Best Clinic experience ever. I often visit the clinic for minor beauty procedures but also more important aestetic treatments. I have done a genesis laser treatment with Dr. Wasem ( 5 sessions) which really helped reducing wrinkles and rejuvenated my skin around my eyes and lips. I am very happy as the treatment is not invasive and the result is very long lasting, basically my skin is years younger now.I have done a cyst removal from my head as well with Dr. Rami . i was hesitating for years to remove it , but hobestly the doctor made it so quick and painless that now i regret not doing it before. Now there is no scar or sign of operation. Magic hands😁And for facial and beautifying treatments my favorite is Irina who always makes my skin glow and uses the best products for my skin type.Really the best place to go with any concern.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this skin experts polyclinic. The dermatologist is called Dr Toma , not only failed to recommend any comprehensive skincare for my acne, neglecting even a basic gel wash or routine, but the only suggestion given was Differin gel. The lack of guidance left me dissatisfied.Opting for laser sessions to address acne scars, I was initially quoted 2000 AED. However, upon completing the sessions, the receptionist presented me with a bill of 4000 AED, a significant and unexpected increase that left me disheartened. Regrettably, after two sessions, my face shows no improvement; in fact, my breakouts have increased.The inconsistency in pricing, coupled with the absence of visible results, ensures that I will never recommend or return to this clinic. Prospective clients should exercise caution regarding potential surprise pricing and seek clear communication about costs before committing to any treatments.

I’ve had treatment done with Dr.Rami Haidar in 2019 and didn’t meet any other skilled doctor who had the same results, now in 2023 I flew from my country just to have same treatments and it was great 🥰 the Doctor is so understanding and assuring and has the greatest knowledge of what he does! Dr. Rami Haider is amazing. He knows human anatomy very well, so when he puts fillers and botox he knows how to make it look natural. There is everyone and anyone out there placing botox and fillers, but most will make you look unnatural frozen face. Each time i did a procedure with Dr. Rami whether is buccal fat pad removal or what have you, my family and friends complimented that I look nice, but could not tell what was done. The results look so natural. They do magic; I call them magicians :)...

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all, by far the worst experience I ever had at a clinic in Dubai. Sharing my experience here to avoid you any disappointment like what happened to me. I booked with Dr. tooma since he is the owner and “expert “ for a Fotona 4D service to treat the neck and they told me the price would be aed 2000. After arriving there and waiting for over 30 mins for the Dr to come, and immediately from his tone I felt he just wants to finish and leave as soon as possible. He didn’t let me speak or to explain my concerns, whatever I tried to say he would say he is the expert and he knows better than I do- a lot of ego there. After that he insists to do Botox instead of fotona 4D, with his insistence I didn’t feel comfortable to say no and he proceeded - made few injections for about 2 mins maximum ( barely injected anything based on previous experience I can tell) no post injection recommendation were shared and he just wanted the appointment to end. I go to pay and to my surprise the amount he charged me is aed 3,500 believe it or not ! Aed 3,500 for few drops of Botox - even the lady at the cashier was shocked, he only agreed to give 15% discount so I paid 3.100 aed for Botox :))Quoting him when I arrived at the clinic he said “ Dubai clinics are commercial and he is not “ :) the reason he refused to do the fotona im assuming is because it requires at least 1 hour of work which I didn’t feel is willing to invest and to also make me pay more.Wishing this clinic all the best, but I would never visit again or recommend it to anyone.

Entering the clinic, I was greeted by a nice receptionist who offered tea and coffee while I was waiting for my appointment.When I met Dr. Rami, I realized that I could trust him with my face and accept his advice. He is funny and at the same time very serious about his work!For 35 years, my face became a little tired and we decided to give me a set of procedures. Dr Rami is FANTASTIC! I recently had my ear lobe piercing re stitched as one was slightly stretched and preventing me from wearing small cute studs without hanging lower on one ear. Dr Rami did both to ensure they matched exactly, and they have healed super tidy and now ready to be re pierced. I was made me feel so comfortable throughout, the procedure was very straight forward, no waiting around, we laughed a lot and most importantly his attention to detail is out of this world. I hate my lip fillers. So uneven, and multiple injection sites are bumpy (weeks later) the type of filler they use is strange. I’m not sure how to explain it but the part of the lip that has the filler feels hard while the rest of ur lip is normal. I didn’t feel that before

My face is disfigured and paralyzed eye...think twice and research the doctor before making botox in this clinic.As Im turning 40 this year I wanted to have botox for first time, I chose to make it in Dubai rather than Paris as my dear friend living in Dubai recommended me Dr Touma at Skin Experts, unfortunately he wasnt available so I took the appointment with Dr SAMAR trusting this clinic.10 days after botox I started to notice my eye was half closed, I thought it was an insect bite and several days my eye was the same, so I email the clinic and through internet I read problems of ptôsis. The answer of the clinic was to put eyedrops and that in 3 weeks my eye will eventually get better. I had a call with Dr Touma telling me it was a side effect and that it was normal, but it shall pass... wearing glasses shall camouflage the problem. I told him if I was told of this side effect I wouldnt do the botox and rather have my wrinkles.At this point, and for the payed price I was expecting a real solution such as be consulted alive by another doctor in Paris and to be refunded. As I had to check an ophthalmologist in Paris, buy glasses and most important I had to cancel shootings and videos. My business was highly impacted by this negligence of an unexperienced doctor!I requested the refund and they agree and that I had to have another conference call with the doctor Samar to follow up. The day of the conference call I was waiting for more that 3 hours and they just forgot to call me... the manager had a familiar issue so she totally forgot and i can understand but this shows the lack of organisation, and that clearly they dont care about patients.At the end they proposed another meeting which I cancelled because clearly this clinic its a joke, so in order to have the refund the requested me to sign a document in which I can not acknowledge that any public comments and claims on all platforms against SKINEXPERTS POLYCLINIC L.L.C and all their representatives.AVOID THIS PLACE, DOCTOR SAMAR AND THE CLINIC IN GENERAL AS IN CASE YOULL HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE UNABLE AND INCOMPETENT TO PROVIDE REAL SOLUTIONS... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Very disappointed with the service of the clinic ; they are not there to help !So the happenings go like this - I contacted them for a laser / surgery for my eye lid xanthelesma ! The receptionist asked me to forward the pictures ( which I did ) the nurse saw them and booked me with a doctor ! Later on the actual day of the appointment the said doctor did not see me and I was guided to a specialist as she was more experienced in the procedure . I agreed saw her she explained me everything and I agreed to come back in 2 days .. as I was not supposed to see this doctor I did not do my research and this doctor is only visiting and not full time ! Anyways most clinics offered me a free first consultation to see me for xanthelesma and then offer the option but this clinic charged me good 600 Dhs ( fine I did not mind paying ) as long as I got my procedure done . Norse after 2 days I call them to book the procedure the doctor is not available till end of August and any replacement appointments were not available for next full week . The clinic manager was rude and had the audacity to tell me to come and wait at the clinic if I want to ..she has no proper sense of communication or was trying to help !A)why see a client when you can’t offer procedure for next 2 monthsB) why not inform this to the client so they can be informed what to expect ?C) learn to treat your clients with information and respect .I would suggest to think twice and ask lots of questions before visiting this clinic!And the clinic manager was very rude she told me I should check website to know if the doctor is visiting or full time sadly website was not even functional.. it’s all I guess my fault to Goto a newly opened clinic

Do not go there!!! Rude staff and you dont get service.. while you take treatment the doctor dont get help. The staff go for food while you are getting treatment. They give you something else then you pay for! They have good prices but they charge you something else and you must pay for something you dont ask for. Total disaster! Stay away .. the doctor get no respect from the staff. Stay away from that place !!! Pay little bit more somewhere else but not this place

Dr. Dany Touma with he’s big experiance on skin care no matter what condition you have , on my first visit with Dr. Dany I had food poisoning that’s why I had a lot of spots on my body but he found that I had one spot of malanoma on my back which that was more important , I was so worried but the good thing is with Dr. Dany he calms you down instead of make you more worry with the treatment that needed , I respect he’s professional experiance and I come to visit him untill now no matter where he is thanks Dr. Dany
