Beautiful clinic in Dubai Marina, staff are all so welcoming and very knowledgeable. My skin after just 3 months with them has already improved so much. Will definitely be continuing my treatments! Highly recommend this clinic

I go to Skin Laundry every two to three weeks to get fractional laser and carbon laser alternately. My skin really improved since I started the treatment. Especially a couple of days after the fractional laser, I can see the skin glows. If youre serious about your skin care, Id recommend it despite the high price.

I recently visited the Marina clinic whilst on holiday to Dubai and had a Hydrafacial, the staff were so friendly and advisable, and the price point was really competitive! The salon was really clean and welcoming and I felt looked after from the moment I walked in. The service was incredible and Id definitely sign up for more treatments if I lived in Dubai! 5 stars 🌟

They were both lovely and made us feel so comfortable, as this was our first time trying a laser facial. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin!The clinic interiors instantly gave us Santa Monica vibes, such a bonus! It was very easy to find as well! We cannot wait to return!

My experience at the clinic was absolutely outstanding. As I walked in I was well greeted by the Lebanese receptionist (Eliane) and she had very great manners and made her me feel welcome. As well as for the facial it was the best facial I every tried so far 10 of 10 . Totally worth it and won’t be the last time with (Sonia). I also did a laser treatment which gave me the best results for my face. I couldn’t just leave the clinic without purchasing a package. Will definitely be visiting again.

This was the first place I have been to for laser facials and it didnt disappoint. I have been mixing the signature with fractional and I can see that my sun spots and skin tone have improved. It does take more than one session to see results but its worth it. Really accommodating and friendly team working at the Skin Laundry Marina. I have been going to Skin Laundry for years now and it has had an unbelievable effect to my skin. I have combination skin with some breakouts, so the lovely nurse explained the treatment best suited for me. I get so many compliments about my clear complexion and incredible glow and people seem really impressed its because of a laser. The nurses are super skilled and the team are very friendly. They always give you the best advice and actually care about your skin, unlike some other places that suggest treatments and products that aren’t even suitable for your skin type.

They only care about money, They will try to convince you that it will take some time to see results, but this has never worked for me or any of my friends; we never saw any results improving. Even worse I noticed that my skin hurts a lot after their treatment and I had to consult a better clinic.A nurse named Mary Rose is extremely unprofessional and rude, and she should never be consulted.We had an extremely negative experience with the Skin Laundry Marina location. I was then greeted by the wonderful Mary who did my treatment.I’m a man, but despite that, I was made comfortable by these two ladies that men needs skincare too.Mary was above and beyond in explaining my skin condition and recommended the best products that could work for me. I visited on my birthday (I was greeted by both ladies) to pamper myself- three days ago, so I waited before making this review.By far my best birthday present to myself- I am coming back for sure to secure a monthly skincare treatment

Skin Laundry’s policy of wanting credit card details to confirm an appointment is not something I was willing to commit to.It’s very sad that in order to avail an offer that a first time client should be ‘happy’ with, you’re instead turning away a potential client!I understand where your coming from, but after all you are providing a service, even if it’s free for the first time, so putting all these stipulations just spoils the whole experience.Honestly, I wouldn’t want to come to a place where even before I have had a facial I have had to argue about booking an appointment :)Totally unheard of!Sorry to say, but I am happy to go someplace else less complicated and pay for the service too!Very disappointed.

Was booked for first “Free” facial, had to reschedule couple of times as I was traveling, then once they didn’t tell me that I shouldn’t be in the sun for 3 days and once I missed the confirmation email, so they gave away my timing. I canceled each time way ahead of time.Upon rebooking she suddenly wants my credit card details, ( which she never asked before), upsold me without confirming and I wasn’t willing to give my account details. The lady was quite rude, asked me if I’m a tourist which I told her several times before that i am not and I felt I’m being treated like a “second class” client. She said I can avail the offer another time however when I tried to rebook with another branch she blocked me for the trial and put a no show. I was genuinely interested in a package but being treated like this, I won’t set a foot anywhere near skin laundry.

I visited skin laundry after a friend had recommended them to me. My first visit, they gave the free signature facial and asked if I wanted to sign up for a minimum of 3 months for 995 dirhams. This would include a signature and fractional facial monthly. I was told my skin would look amazing and the best it’s ever looked after these non invasive laser facials and I would see the results in 3 months.I went back for the ‘fractional’ facial. No one had told me this facial would make my face bright red, burnt and tight immediately. After the facial was finished the woman who did it told me “you might look like you’ve got sunburn for a few hours” that was the biggest understatement I’ve ever heard. My face was in so much pain for 24 hours after and I was so embarrassed to go to work and be in front of people. Then I had a break out a few days later.When I asked my friend is this is normal she said it didn’t happen to her but she knows people it has happened to. I asked why I wasn’t told this? I contacted skin laundry snd sent them pictures of my terrible skin and told them I no longer want to continue for the safety of my skin. I have sensitive skin and clearly this isn’t working for me. They told me the nurse would contact me and I need to come in and see her so she can see my skin. I went and she told me I shouldn’t do the fractional facials anymore but just stick to the signatures. In the hopes it would help the break out I had, I did one with her. Again, my face came out in pimples everywhere and was so dry it was peeling. I had to actually go and pay for another facial at Dermatologica to get my skin hydrated and back to normal.Again, I contacted to say I don’t want this “membership” anymore. They had already taken 2 months worth of payments and told me I can’t cancel the third month. Finally, the manager Zoe said she can hear in my voice how upset I am and she will cancel my third payment and I can come for a hydrafacial. I went for the hydrafacial and the next day, again, my skin is still peeling, red, pimples.I sent a WhatsApp saying I know Zoe has rectified this issue but I genuinely need help as to what to do with my skin. A different manger told me I need to go to the pharmacy for antibiotics for my skin.This whole experience was honestly one of the worst I have ever encountered with a company. I am so frustrated that it took me contacting them 3/4 times before they let me cancel. They should never sign people up for 3 months and trap them into payments if their skin doesn’t agree with the laser. They also shouldn’t keep saying the same rehearsed sentences “it has to look worse before it gets better” because it’s frankly, BS.I regret going to them so so much and I am so upset 1,990 dirhams was spent somewhere for absolutely nothing.

Such a wonderful experience these past 4 months! Mary Rose has been heaven sent with her advise and treatment recommendations. If you have any doubts let me be the first to reassure you! For reference I dark skinned and suffer with hormonal-related acne and hyperpigmentation.

Pathetic policy of taking credit card details forcefully for a free service - thats very fishy as the link says its for AED 749.I understand you had a bad experience of people booking and not showing up but there is always a way around instead of this.I even asked for a walk-in so they make sure i am a genuine customer but all they are interested in your Card details. They even require your Emirates ID so they can ask for it instead of CC.Would never recommend them to anyone

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff.We had some misunderstanding regarding offered online registration process, so when I came co clear it, instead of resolving they’ve met me at reception with a lecture of improper behavior telling that I came late and if I did so, I should disappear for them forever.As I understood it, if I didn’t complete registration procedure, there should be no booking done for specific time until it’s completed and confirmed from my side.This simple misunderstanding revealed the true relation with the potential clients from their side.

After over 3 months of regular use (every 2weeks laser) I dont see aby results. I expected the complex solution however the ladies doing the laser only did the 2 lasers alternating every 2 weeks(fractional and signature), and they were asking me what i want to do, like I am the professional? I thought they will advise me whats the best for my skin. The ladies were also unprofessional in my opinion greeting me with oh wow what happened with your skin so many pimples. And this happens 3 times. Also one lady told me absolutely dont use any spf after the laser and the other visit another lady told me i put spf on your face because you have to have it after the laser - so one of them clearly didnt know what is she doing. Overall i think the money is waste here, as I said no result after 3 months.

If youve ever wondered how to get all those little blackheads out of your nose that facialists spend an hour extracting and still never get out? Well in 15 mins they will be vaporised ! SL is the only place that gives me skin like a model - radiant, clear without all the extractions and redness afterwards. Staff are very efficient and pleasant. Today I visited the clinic and had the Profhilo procedure done. The doctors hand is very light, the receptionist and nurses are wonderful, they care about the patient and give him his right to ask and answer, waiting for the good result, God willing.
