There are very friendly staff members, they try to make you feel relaxed and calm.The treatment i got was for spots, it uses a machine that sucks up all the infected tissue, like puss, then they heat up the skin with a laser which dries out the pores of the spots to stop the spreading, there was virtually no pain and was quite a pleasant experience.So if anyone wants to go, I do recommend

I came here for laser hair removal and the service is excellent. Jovy makes the experience super comfortable and if you have light skin you will feel almost no pain. She is very professional but very friendly at the same time and she prioritizes your comfort depending on your pain level so it’s always a nice experience to come to her. They also make you feel very welcome and always offer tea and coffee which is very nice. I highly recommend coming to Jovy☺️

I visited dr shaghayegh a few times . My front tooth kept chipping and i went to her to fix it . It kept breaking . I also came for cleaning and whitening. She would charge me a lot for these services because it would be cover by my work . This didn’t happen and she doesn’t communicate well when I message her about it . She just want to make you pay as much as you can for very mediocre service .

Went for botox treatment and came out paying 12k without clarifying the payment and price before the treatment they give a price and when you come to pay the price is different , although i like their botox however will not come back again.

Unfortunately, after nine sessions of laser hair removal all hairs are back!Although I visited Dr. Bahar, despite her good behavior; she couldn’t convince me with the reasons she brought😕( They know my whole journey and still they blame something irrelevant).They blame the IPL, which I did a year back. I have to mention that they were already aware of it, but they didnt tell me the first I start my laser with them.I think it can’t be acceptable instead of finding the root of problem,and giving appropriate solution, they are suggesting me another treatment which means I have to ignore the whole process of laser hair removal, the time and the money😏Totally disappointed😖😐

Not suitable for people looking to user their medical insurance, months after I had dental treatment with the dentist Im still waiting for the documents/papers to claim my refund. The communication with the clinic its very difficult and the dentist simply doesnt even replies anymore.

I miraculously stumbled upon this clinic with its glorious doctor and staff while I spent 6 weeks in Dubai. Quite soon, based on the knowledge of Dr. Farahi and the ongoing results, I found myself in her office 1-2x per week. My experience with her was consistent. I find her very honest and direct without applying pressure. I truly believed her intent was to elevate the health of my skin and help me make other desired cosmetic decisions. I respect her and have come to care for her. This says a lot because it indicates she spent quality time with me- enough that a patient/ dr/friend relationship could develop. Furthermore her staff of girl power is incredible. I love the ladies. They quite spoil me and are highly attentive and responsive. I would and have recommended this practice to a number of people and I will continue to travel to Dubai under Dr Farahi’s care for as long as I can.
