I had a unique experience in this clinic. A peaceful and healing place. From the very first moment with the receptionists gentle and kind treatment. Dr Manisha is highly professional and sweet ,she made the procedures feel easy,the nurses and the lab all the staff are very professional.I highly recommend The Step clinic.

I had a great experience meeting Dr Ganesh ,the pediatrician in Step Clinic. He is an extremely professional and an incredible doctor. The best pediatrician in Dubai, he is very nice to kids and always have answer on all our doubts and is structured and clear in explaining. The clinic is balanced with well experienced , polite staff nurses and the other clinic staffs also.

This is my go to clinic for all my health concerns. The staff there is very welcoming and kind. Recently, i had a very high fever and was diagnosed with Influenza B. Dr. Greeshma was very caring. Even though I was referred to a hospital due to high fever, I came back to her, because of the service and care Dr Greeshma showed me. She and the nurses kept calling me asking about my condition even to midnight. Now I feel much better. The nursing team there is so so caring and sweet and kind. Thankyou so much to Dr Greeshma and her team of nurses. I feel much better now with her treatment ❤️🫶

I visited Step clinic Al Nadha2 next to NMC speciality Hospital yesterday with my son who was sick. Dr. Ganesh is exceptional. He diagonises throughly and explain well. He genuinely concern for patient well being. The staff was friendly and the facility was immaculate.

On April 24, 2024, Ramadhan, I was introduced to Steps Clinic at Iftar at Chalickodens, organized by a local expatriate group, and after seeing many features in terms of texture, shape and value, I wanted to visit the place anyway.....This is the time in the UAE due to heavy rains, weather changes and above all fever, cough and sputum, visitors to the clinic sought the opportunity.While going to Al Ittihad Road in Dubai, near Al Nahda 2 nmc Hospital, Steps Clinic took a place in my mind among the few clinics that work with beautiful interior and very clean facilities. Moreover, the behavior and helping mentality of the receptionist (Morocco) surprised me Jisna, who are his angels Sister and Ancy Sister, these Gypsy Sisters went to great lengths to heal.Nebulization bp heigt and lab technician tried hard....feeling half cured by that time,Along with that, GP doctors Greeshma and Suparnas friendly talk, sense of responsibility and guidance to the nurses who need help convinced us of their sincerity towards us.Finally supervisor Remans intervention in insurance claim and preparation of medical certificate was well done.... I consulted Dr Shreyaz (ENT) for ear piercings of my 3 year old. Not only was the whole procedure seamless, the whole staff was empathetic and supportive despite the tantrums thrown by my daughter.
