She is very knowledgeable and explained step by step about each treatment. Her professionalism really shows with her long years of experiences in the skin care field. I recently completed two PRP sessions for both facial and hair treatments with Dr. Samia, and I couldnt be happier with the results! The entire process was pain-free, and the nursing staff was incredibly supportive and attentive throughout. Dr. Samia took the time to explain every step in detail, which really helped put me at ease. Her expertise and care made the whole experience so smooth and comfortable.

The look of this clinic seems to be super luxury , however, is another overrated standard Dubai clinic. Came for laser hair removal for maintenance and got the “promotion”that they had and became super expensive seeing the poor results after 2 sessions with them. I’m doing few years of laser in other clinics. In this one, it feels like start all over again seeing my hair thick as the first time doing laser in my life.500 AED AWAY….. from. Shaving every two months to shaving every two days……Laser hair machine should be got from Ali express??????? 🤔

I recently sent my mum to Nova for a laser treatment and she had the most awful experience with Narimane who conned her into getting multiple treatments, gave her a deluxe hydrafacial without even informing her she was getting this, or of the cost. Be careful of visiting this clinic, they oversell and deliver treatments without your consent and then hand you the bill.

I have visited Nova Clinic on Wasl Road multiple times for laser hair removal, and Jodie is the most patient, professional and knowledgeable therapist Ive ever met. She provides excellent service every time.The overall experience at the clinic is fantastic. Booking appointments is easy, especially with Rania, who is always super helpful and provides excellent customer service and follow-up.Highly recommended!

Ive been to the appointment with Chris on Thursday, I was extremely happy with her work. I did Hydrafacial+BBL Forever Young on face and neck within 1 procedure, I expectedly had a bit of redness during the procedure because my skin is sensitive and last time I did a facial at another clinic I left it with a red face. Well, Chris made sure I had 0 downtime and I was very pleasantly surprised that after we finished my skin looked very healthy with no irritation.Now, the prices are expensive, Ive had BBL before cheaper but you get what you pay for - its a great clinic; theres ambience during the procedure: a relaxing music on the background, dimmed lights; the professionals seemed very experienced and qualified so overall you pay for an extremely good atmosphere and service.I have to say when I asked about the price of BBL online they told me it was around 800 dirhams cheaper than the pricing at the clinic was, when I asked why theyve explained to me that they quoted me with BBL Joule instead of BBL Forever Young but of course Id appreciate if their employee asked me what BBL procedure I was interested it instead of quoting me with the cheapest one, which I interpreted as a tourist trap :) . I would have taken one star out of the review for it if not for Chriss very good job done with me.

I recently had a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Tim Wolter, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Ive been coming to The Nova Clinic Al Wasl Branch for laser hair removal and really happy with the results Im getting. Shoutout to Dr. Saima, shes so sweet, very detailed and professional when it comes to explaining the procedures and whats best for me, and a shoutout to her nurse Rachel too. The only thing is that sometimes its quite difficult to change or book appointments if I want to book something soon, which makes me have to wait a long time. However overall, I would definitely recommend this clinic to others!

I’ve been going to the Nova Clinic (Al Wasl) for acne treatment and Dr Saima has worked wonders - my acne has virtually disappeared! I’m continuing with monthly skin treatments (hydrafacial etc) and I receive so many compliments on my skin. Plus Dr Saima and Asst. Rachel are the kindest and sweetest duo!

I also find that they are really ethical, never trying to over-sell on products or treatments, always working towards the best interest of the patient.I recently had a surgical procedure with Dr Timm Wolter, who has done an incredible job helping me achieve the results I dreamed of. I have had two coolsculpting sessions with Dr. Agnes and I have seen incredible results. She is super welcoming, kind and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The whole clinic gives a very welcoming feel and is really nice and clean. After my first session I knew I’d be coming back because I had such a great experience. The ambiance in the clinic was quite cosy from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the front Desk ladies, who had a very kind manner, and Jodie the therapist, who is very competent and knowledgeable , explained every stage of the treatment while applying the materials.

I had my first Hydrofacial yesterday at the Nova Clinic with Courtney the cosmetic nurse! She was amazing and gentle (always explaining the process and making sure I felt comfortable). In the past, I’ve only done regular facials with steam and masks so this was a new experience; it felt a lot less invasive on my skin with the Hydrofacial machine as it is used on top of the skin, extracting all the gross stuff within compared to others that poke and prod with needles at my skin (for milia and blackheads). I really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend it to others for all skin types! I already see and feel a difference in less than 24 hours! Thanks again to Courtney who was patient with me and took the time to explain everything in detail as I was a first timer!

My experience with The Nova Clinic has been spectacular. I had 2 cool sculpting sessions and 1 facial laser session (for facial hair removal) with Aparna. She is a star! From educating me on both the procedures to constantly checking on my results time to time, she has been phenomenal.The outcome has been extremely good. I had the cool sculpting procedure done on my mid and lower stomach, and as promised I see a vast difference after 4 months. The flab on my superficial/ outer stomach layer has decreased drastically and overall, my stomach looks structured and in great shape. I also did the Q-switched nd yag laser for facial hair removal - again the results for this have been amazing! It has been two months and I have not seen any new hair growth. The existing hair on my face have thinned down and I do see a few patches on my face from where there has been some level of hair shedding. I will go for a few more sessions to get the best results.Thank you Aparna for guiding me in the right direction and instilling confidence in me for these procedures.I highly recommend Aparna for her high skill set, care for her clients and The Nova Clinic for amazing service.

Nova Clinic by far is the best clinic I have ever visited and I am saying this after too many visits - No one failed to impress me and go above and beyond - starting from the reception staff (Especially Omnia) to Dr. Zara and Dr. Tim and Aparna the Therapist .. I recently had Nose threads done by the Dr Zara Yousuf . If I could I would give her 10 stars. She is absolutely amazing at her job. She explained the procedure in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure itself was quick and painless with no marks/bruises afterwards, I just can’t believe how natural my Nose look. I am beyond happy with my results, it’s given me my confidence back and thats thanks to Dr Zara . I have since gone back to Dr. Zara for another top up and the results are fantastic.

I always go here for fillers with Dr. Tim , but today I tried the hydra facial with Dr. Rehab and I must say - it was AMAZING! first, she explained to me the procedure and continued doing so step by step throughout the procedure. They use all high end products on your skin, and I left my appointment with glowing plump skin !! I highly recommend everyone to try the hydra facial with her.

I have been going to the Nova clinic for several years now, almost exclusively seeing Onuma. I know that I can book an appointment with her and she’ll know exactly what my skin needs. I just got back from holiday and she knew, after I had spent much time in the sun, that my skin needed to be rehydrated. I cannot recommend her enough, she is truly one of the best.

I was introduced to the Nova clinic by my mom because I had really bad acne once we had to start wearing masks. I went to see Onuma for facials and laser to treat my acne. I have 34 years old and was my first experience this month for botox and filler.I always disagree with injections and looking for natural tips beauty until one of my colleagues had a botox session with Doctor Saima Anwar. She was looking more younger & fresh over the night. Next day I said to my self I just need to try something new, I cannot disagree if I didn’t try yet on my self to see the result and blaming other girls why are choosing to look so fake and oversized lips.Next day I went to the clinic, I had a consultation with Doctor Saima and she explain to me step by step about all benefits, side effects and what it will be good for my self. I trust her from the very beginning because I saw that is not that kind of person which wants your money, she is a professional doctor which loves her work and always she will do only the good things in the right quantity for a natural look which I really appreciate 👏I didn’t need over botox and she didn’t push me to do it.Both of us we decide that for my age and skin I just need a bit in the end of the eyes and nothing else.I trusted her so much in that day and I asked her to do my lips too but not over size to look like small duck 😅She did my lips too and she didn’t finish the whole 1ml filler to give time to my lips to get the shape and for me to not be scared and feel weird when I will look in the mirror.Today was my first check up after 9 days and my lips are looking so natural and with the rest of the liquid from last time she just did some small adjustment for my lips to be in perfect size and equal.From my experience with Doctor Saima I can say that now I’m not against of injecting anymore because I tried and saw the results.I totally changed my opinion about injecting, I consider that is nothing bad to do it if you are doing in the right way choosing a professional person like Doctor Saima, who loves her work and she’s always looking for natural beauty results.My respect for Dr. Saima 👏& her assistant Rona

The best Cosmetic Clinic ever. Professional and smiling staff have greeted me on my first visit yesterday. I had done the latest anti-ageing cosmetic treatment they have, it was recommended by my Aesthetician - the intraceuticals oxygen facial. It is really well suited to my dehydrated facial skin. I made a research which clinic to go for fillers as whenever I do work out, I lose weight on my face and my laugh lines were appearing so obviously. Therefore, after a while of researching got to know about Nova clinic, and booked an appointment with Dr. Zara Yousufzai. I instantly received a phone call about my appointment, came to the procedure. Her assistant was polite, applied a numbing cream on my face mainly cheeks and chin area, shared her experience while waiting. After some time, Dr. Zara arrived and she started probing what my area of concern were. I have explained to her, she understood very well what I wanted. She started injecting with needles those area (laugh lines) and I am the person who is concerned about the outcome and worries all the time. She made me feel comfortable, and trustworthy. I relied on her work and professionalism. When she was injecting, she kept asking me whether I am ok which was nice of her. After she has noticed that my jaw chin area is not proper which I knew about as that in my opinion did not have even chin to look at it. All these years,, the photos that I was taking on the side was not the best. When she applied fillers on my chin, and handed over the mirror I felt I am completely different person, a person who has chin (:). I felt more confident and side photos look better than before. I am grateful for her efforts and work. It made me feel special and made me think to take care of myself and anything possible to improve your appearance more in a natural way. Big Thank you to Nova Team, especially dr. Zara.

It was my first time to go there for consultation.I was checked before I went and they told me this was free!I took a laser consultation and during the consultation, the specialist said that she would recommend some creams for my skin and wrote them for me.When I came out,they told me I have to pay 350 AED because the doctor wrote a prescription!!!Just the name of some lotions which you can google them and buy them online!This is really unprofessional and deceptive!It is not possible to go there again…

Recently i visited the nova clinic because i was told i should try it since it is an amazing clinic. I dont know what happened, but i had a horrible experience. The reception seemed careless and rude. They did not even offer coffee or tea. The treatment room where i had my facial done, was not properly cleaned: stains on the towel, waste bin was completely full, i even saw an open product on the desk. But the prices are sky high! There are way better clinics who dont charge an arm and a leg. Very disappointed and i will not recommend it to any of my family of friends.

I had some Treatments, a few months ago . Amazing clinic was able to see the doctor I needed very quickly , treatments followed immediately. Loved having someone from the clinic to guide me through the whole time .Very professional clinic . I had botox 2 moths ago with dr Tim.After the treatment my both eyebrows drooped and the effect of the whole face was terrible.It looked that even my cheeks were sagging and I looked the worst ever.I went to see dr Khan,I heard he is the owner, he was very dismissing saying that from the photos he cannot tell and asked if I discussed the possibility of eyebrows ptosis with dr Tim.I said that I was not aware that will be a possibility and I trusted the dr to be one of the best ...He was offering to inject more botox on the corner of my eyes ,but because I did not feel that he had the right approach about the whole situation,his attitude being very patronizing and dismissive ,I refused...I contacted them asking to get a refund but never heard backI am very disappointed and had the most traumatic experience with botox in my life.You would expect different for the top price you pay.Please consider other clinic!

I had a great experience with Dr Timm Wolter who is a very kind and attentive surgeon - during consultation, prior to the surgery, on the surgery day, and after surgery. I had done a septorhinoplasty with turbinates reduction and he paid attention to every single concern and need of mine and ensured that the outcome was extremely natural - as I requested. I cannot be happier, I can taste and smell properly now and he corrected the bump on my bridge as well... Best doctor ever (2 months post-op now). Highly recommend him and all his support staff, nurses, and receptionists...

The laser hair removal it’s a complete ripoff. In less then 20 min the technician was done with underarm and half leg treatment. Not to mention that she didn’t use the chalk or any other kind of marks on my skin so she would know if the area has been done or not.I have called the next day to complain and they said they will come back to me. Of course that didn’t happen.If you want to spend your money for something inefficient go for it.

Had lip fillers done by Dr.Saima today. One of the best experiences I have had. She made me feel extremely comfortable and achieved the look I wanted. Highly recommend!

I had two surgeries with doc Timm Wolter at Nova clinic, more specifically liposuction and fat grafting to the breast. Both the doctor and his nurse Chrysta were extremely competent and helpful to address all my concerns. They went out of their way to listen to my requests and they never tried to market or sell me other products or services.I would definitely recommend this clinic in terms of professionalism and and outstanding patient care!

A luxury clinic where should be everyone destination for the best treatments. All employees are super professional and friendly and there is best doctors and therapists.

I booked for a hydra facial and was recommended a BBL for my pigmentation , I innocently agreed without knowing that they will rush the hydra facial and also burnt my skin doing BBL. Please don’t waste your money , and yes the staff are not good , they purposely inflated the price and didn’t let me use my discount card.

I would certainly recommend nova clinic to all my friends and colleagues especially the coolscupting which has been very effective . And also the hospitality shown by the employees starting from the receptionist to the therapist is been excellent . You better try it and I am pretty sure that you would love the result and it is worth paying for !

I booked for hydrafacial MD session but I didnt enjoy the service.It was quick about 30 min and just average .Didnt feel different in my face.Dissapointing value for money honestly.Its the kind of service you can easily do at home. Disappointing.More expensive than most places but by far not as effective. Just not a premium product. When I complained I was told that the treatment somewhere else is better as they might have newer machines!!Than invest in better machines! 😱Extremely bad time management. Made me wait for 50min for a 15min treatment!
