Their nose is getting longer like Pinocchio. In my opinion, they are money hungry, zero ethics and dishonest. Please open my pic./email attached to this review and see my approach and read the poor excuse of human they are to society.Ive used Botox with consistently excellent results, I know exactly what to expect from quality, fresh, unopened products injected by a skilled professional. Unfortunately, my experience with The Reformery Aesthetic Clinic felt more like a circus act where the clown forgot how to juggle.I had a tiny Filler which didnt work, the young eyes injection (absolute money down the toilet) and the Dysport results made zero changes after 14 days, —if not worse—leaving me with two deep lines above my eyebrows. I returned for a “touch-up”, thinking, Surely it can’t get worse! Spoiler: it did. Not only did the situation fail to improve, but they also injected me with a completely different product without my consent. When I asked if it was Dysport, the aesthetician admitted he didn’t know and then turned to the assistant, who casually said, “Nope!” as if that was supposed to be reassuring. Lol ...... Eleven days post-touch-up, and I’m still looking like Botox never heard of me.I paid $1,240 for this—London/New York prices—for Mickey Mouse results. I emailed them with 2 photos and a polite-but-firm declaration that I wouldn’t be returning, offering a video call, as I had officially run out of faith in their abilities. In response, the clinic’s founder called me (a woman with lack of minimum social skills), and in her conversation she admitted the widely known facts such as, possible bad technique of Reza, bad batch of products and my metabolism. On her comment of my metabolism: Oh yes, apparently, my metabolism woke up one day and said, “Let’s sabotage their Botox results for the first time in number of years. That’ll be fun!” Also,The cherry on top? Her poor English and questionable legal knowledge made the call feel like an episode of a badly dubbed film. She even claimed their calls are recorded because I said my face looks crap …. Lol….. —fun fact, that’s illegal in the UAE without consent (God bless Google). But hey, at least they’re breaking new ground in both botched injections and legal advise.I’m now heading to an experienced professional who will use quality products and proper technique to fix this excuse of Botox. In my humble opinion, The Reformery Aesthetic Clinic values greed, irresponsibility, and blame-shifting, paramount.The “lady” that called me, is yet to send me a copy of the doc. I singed but I guess she changed her mind as I never received it... and I wonder why!?If after reading my personal experience you still decide to visit them, I can only suggest:1.Ask for a free consultation and go home and do your research.2.Ask for the specifics of the product names.3.Read their patient’s document before signing and ask for a copy.4.Ask them to confirm what happens if the treatment does not give you the results they promise after 2 visits.In the attached pic. to this review, you will see my email saying: I would be happy if they donated the funds to a charity, as I am more concerned about the unfair treatment and waste of time (please read my email and judge for yourself ...... I am honorable, giving, forgiving, and they are money hungry and wannabe, and shame on them for being a Pinocchio). However, I have yet to receive a response, which suggests that money is apparently more important to them than doing the right thing. Best of luck.

I had a very relaxing experience for the hair removal laser with the super caring laser therapist, Richie. Highly recommended. You would both get good treatment and enjoy the ambiance. 🪷😌

I have visited this clinic twice for different treatments , Dr sadegh Azar and Dr Parsa make sure that patients feel comfortable throughout the treatment. They explained everything throughly before the treatment, and the results I achieved are unbelievably good. The entire team working there is absolutely kind and professional. Mrs Janice is very kind and welcoming at the reception Thank you all for the great service .

I had an amazing appointment with dr pegah for my skin concerns, i am very happy about all of my experience. The dr very friendly and professional, the staff were very nice and kind. The clinic is very nice , clean and professional. I always come to this clinic for my skin and face concerns.

The staff is very decent and careful. They use state-of-the-art methods to achieve a natural-looking face with Botox and fillers. While the cost isn’t the cheapest, it is fairly worth it considering the highly skilled doctors and nurses, as well as the top-of-the-line products used.

Hello dear ladies, today I wanted to share a beautiful experience with you. Over the past year and a half, I have used the services of the Reformery Clinic a lot. Since I am 46 years old, and taking care of my skin and health has always been a priority for me, and as an sportswoman , I always like to have fresh and radiant skin, fortunately, I got acquainted with the Reformery Clinic a year and a half ago. The lovely, very clean, elegant atmosphere and their behavior attracted me. The very good doctors with their excellent consultations have always supported me. I have used their facial services at this clinic. Since I always wanted to have a very natural appearance and take care of my face and body, based on the consultation of one of their dear doctors, I used Botox, which was amazing, truly wonderful. I used their Mid-Face service, which I’m very happy with. I also tried mesotherapy for my hair, because I wanted to strengthen it in case I had any vitamin deficiencies causing hair loss, and it worked incredibly well for me—in just six sessions, it was a miracle. And I wanted to tell you, never neglect taking care of yourself and staying fresh. For over a year, I haven’t used foundation at all. I used to apply foundation every day after my skincare routine. But for the past year, based on the advice of one of their dear doctors, I have been using Profhilo every six months, which has worked wonders for my skin. I just wanted to say, take care of your beauty and don’t miss out on making the Reformery Clinic your second home.🫰🏼🌸

I had appointment at 3.30 PM, but I waited for 15 min and then receptionist said that the previous client came late and caused this delayHello, in this case the stuff gives a call to client so he will not sit and waste time. So they knew about the delay and just kept lying that I need to wait only 2 minutes and I was not even offered tea/coffee while waitingZero client service vs fancy positioning, also I was asked to send my document for them to what’s app, why? Is it government establishment or what 😂😂😂This place is a joke

I have been coming to this clinic for the first past few months for derma pen treatment. An amazing clinic in terms of service and very welcoming team. Special mention to Ms. Melissa. I have some trouble with my skin as of late, and yesterday had a facial with Irelle- who I can not recommend enough. She has a lot of knowledge on acne prone skin, and really took a lot of time and care to cleanse my skin and give the nourishment it needed. I was losing faith in facials but this wonderful lady brought it back.

The doctors are very honest, they will tell you the truth always. The place is super clean and relaxing, the stuff very calm and polite. Will definitely come back. Thanks dr parsa for being honest and nice.

I was in Dubai with my friends for a bridal shower. We booked half day for all of us to pamper ourselves and have a nice relaxing time. We all did facials and the staff was amazing friendly and they would take time to take care of us. A lot of clinics are very transactional but this one felt personal. I highly recommend it! 💆🏻‍♀️❤❤❤

This has been my best facial experience so far. So professional, so clean, the clinic on the whole looks very hygenic. The therapist Melissa has healing hands and a very kind approach. Extractions is a slightly uncomfortable process but highly important and she made it much, much easier for me by having gentle pressure and checking with me every now and then on how well I am tolerating. Definitely recommend her and the clinic. They have very qualified technicians for everything. I have left with a clean, neat and a very happy face.

Is totally a scammer!!! Book in advance and tell them going to use my entertainer 50%. And everything is OK by WhatsApp and arriving at the place suddenly the machine is not working and they asked me to get another treatment which is not entertainer package need to take another treatment with give 20% disc. So from here, I see they are not professional, and they look like they understand about the skin and push me to get another treatment.. and yessssss so if you love your skin, its better to go to a real authentic person. I try this place because is close to my home! And yesss I feel disappointed!

I had very very bad experience from one of the facialist there, I was a regular customer for them and this one time my aesthetician was on leave and they put me with this other lady available there and she messed up with my skin like anything. Completely broken my skin barrier got fungal acne everywhere and ended up with lot more acnes because she directly extracted my cystic acnes! The ecky part was when I express my concern most of the time was they were so ignorant and didnt take a tiny bit responsiblity to address it properly and help out.Felt really bad that me and my sister were there constant customers and if this is the way they take care of the customer services, I have no words!

My sister and I was always use to go thereBut recently my sister had a very bad skin condition because of one staff unprofessional approach there . She went with couple of acne to know there opinion what to do , left with acne and scars all over her face , a broken skin and a lot more rashes.Went because of the recommendation but I don’t think it’s worth the hype anymore
