Recently I consulted Dr .Marina Goveas the dentist (from Unicare mankool branch )for getting my root canal done.And Dr .did it so well that i had no pain or any issues at all during the whole treatment. Every one is very supportive specially Dr. Swati our Gynecologist has been so helpful and kind through out examination.The supervisor Ms Gareeshma has been a really great support as well and the best part is the feeling of warmth and friendlyness they bring to their patient that you dont even feel like you are in hospital.

I have had multiple visits to the Unicare Clinic in Mankhool and each time, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their services. The clinic is exceptionally well-suited for addressing first-hand medical needs. While the clinic may not have an extensive range of medical facilities, it more than makes up for this with its efficiency and effectiveness. Plus, it’s an economical option for dealing with smaller health issues.

She made sure all my paperwork was in order and provided clear instructions, ensuring a smooth process.Dr. Anju was equally impressive. Her dedication to patient care is evident. Since I wasnt in a condition to go upstairs to her cabin, she kindly came down to see me. I am really surprised how this center got 4.8 rating. I had a terrible experience really and don’t want to visit again. First the center is not clean. I saw a few dead insects. Second the personal is not experienced. It is like as if it is their first day there. They didn’t pay attention to hygiene at all. They couldn’t even find the vein to get a blood sample for test. I strongly do not recommend to anyone to go there. I will send my dissatisfaction to my insurance company as well.

Recently I came to visit Dubai from Kuwait, I visited Unicare clinic because of my sensitive tooth but the thing I experienced was that No other Dentist had been able to do this other than Dr Vinu Thomas who was very knowledgeable and helpful with my dental care. Even though his shift finished he still with me till I’m done . I sincerely suggest him for any problem regarding Dental care…

Unicare is one of best clinic in dubai and the Reception staff is very helpful, specially Dr. Shwetha Shibin is a good natured, humble & patient doctor. She is very professional & meets our expectations, such doctors do make all the difference to make Unicare one of the best healthcare providers.

I have been going to Unicare Mankhool branch past 2 years. It started with treatment for the various ailments mentioned by my previous doctor with higher dosages. After a full check up and consultation with Dr.Amal, some of my medicines were stopped which were not required and some were reduced. I go for my regular quarterly checks and in good health. Also the staff ie the nurses, receiptionist, the radiologist have all been quite welcoming. Even my wife has now been going to the same clinic.

Dr Amal Joseph is one of the best doctors I have ever visited here , in UAE and by best I mean the way she treated , the way she explained everything with her knowledge, the way she spent time even though she was so buzy. I have never seen such a vibrant Doctor EVER!The knowledge she has and how she explained the little things about each medication that she prescribed inspight of me being a Bpharm graduate was just incredible. I cannot express how happy I am to visit her today. I liked the way doctor treated me and everything she explained was so good. But there is one person sitting on the reception,his attitude is so rude and he doesnt have patience at all. Hes there to serve the patients and the organisation is paying him for this but he himself thinking like a boss. He told me that he will call me but its been 10-15mins and he didnt called me yet.so I went to him to check. Actually he forgot about it and then he checked again. Meanwhile one nurse came with her daughter to her night shift I think, he went to the entrance and grabbed her, started playing with her. I didnt understand hes there to play with the staffs kids or to serve people.I told him the name of mine and the doctor three times and again he asked me,when he gave me the ID card back hes just throwing it. It fell down and again he did the same. In front of me he talked with some other person so unprofessional. Every patient is important and you should treat everyone the same brother. Thanks brother for your unprofessional rude service. I forget to ask your name.
