The receptionist talks back. My sister had an appointment 10:30 she walked in 4 mins late and they cancelled it for her it’s now 11:11 and no one even came to update us. I refuse to beleive that they cancel on patients if they are late even less than 5 minutes. 0 customer care and no manners

Don’t bother to go there . I was charged a hefty sum without my permission !!I requested a scarlet RF only , but without my permission a half ampule of stem cell was slapped on my face (it only costs around 100 dhs outside) but instead this clinic charged an eye watering fee of Aed 2300/- . No transparency and ridiculous charges
