I’ve been coming to this spa for a bit now, and every visit is nothing short of amazing thanks to Chane! She is truly exceptional when it comes to the treatments. Every time I leave, my skin feels hydrated, and glowing and I feel so relaxed after the massages. Chane is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she always takes the time to explain the process. Her personalised approach and attention to detail make all the difference. I highly recommend booking with her! I also recommend getting a manicure and pedicure here, my nails are so healthy and last much longer compared to other manicures!

Had the most incredible mani pedi here with Shirin. All products they use are medical grade and lots are Korean too. Super hygienic. So calming from moment you step in here. Brand new place it seems. Highly recommend!

To be honest I have never seen anything like this in Dubai ! It’s like Disneyland for ladies ! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication.They have it all ! Instead of booking lashes and nails and facial in different places & different dates ! I got it all done in one dayThe facialist did a deep skin scanning to understand exactly what my skin needs and based on that she did a facial that suits me to reach my goals and the Korean head spa was out of this world ! I loved everythingI advice everyone to take a monthly membership I’m so happy I found this place

It was my first time in Casa Aire Wellness Dubai . I was really impressed with the range of services provided !I decided to go look for the spa since I had a seven hour layover in Dubai. Previously, I visited few other places but the service was very basic and was not worth the price and I didnt want to return there and searched on Fresha for my new go to place to relax !After 7 hour flight I was jet lagged and I felt that this was something that my body needed to help me recover. I am so glad that i made this choice The place was super easy to find .Its very modern clean and the staff is amazing. It is certainly a full on huge spa ! I had no idea its that big untilI walked in for my appointmentI had a hammam and massage session. My masseuse was fantastic such a sweet lady She had an amazing, gentle personality and firm hands.The room was very welcoming with a nice ambience I was able to take a shower and wash my hair before and after my massage which was fantastic. Dont think about it twice. This is definitely a must do and if you can book it in vance, you should because it does get busyThank you to all the lovely staff members I really had a great time and I will be back soon xxxx

I first did the Korean facial, and they added extra money without fully explaining to me….Today I did a deep tissue massage where the therapist could barely put any pressure in my back, nor did she manage to remove any stress from my back, and when I asked to do my head she said it’s add on” it’s called a full body massage”. Such a disappointing experience

Huma is incredible, her expertise is so good and she perfectly aligns every treatment exactly with your skins needs. I have had issues with my skin for years and tried multiple medications and clinics and Human is the first to actually manage my skin properly. Big recommendation.

I went to Casa Aire yesterday for facial, massage and pedi&mani.One of the best mani&pedi and spa treatment Ive received. Brilliant therapists, they were polite and knew exactly what they were doing. The massage was done through great passion. Excellent condition of the environment. Every single minute I felt like a princess !! Asia showed me a vip room which I want to book for my birthday and let me tell you - ITS UNREAL, simply beautiful. Will be definitely back

I booked this on a whim not expecting much because I had some ClassPass credits to use up after travelling. I could not have been more impressed - from the stunning decor to the coffee after the treatment, it was such an experience.The facial I had was the best I’ve ever had and my therapist (Chane) was a total expert - I had an AI skin analysis which was super cool & saw a massive noticeable difference after. I’ll be buying a course & will be back monthly without any doubt. Thanks so much!

I did the korean glow facial with huma. The extraction was so deep and thorough she removed all my black and white heads, just amazing. It is very hard to find a spa with such deep cleansing, I’m thoroughly amazed and will certainly be back again.

The facial I had was disappointing and definitely not worth AED 800. The treatment felt rushed, the aesthetician was untrained, and the steps were minimal. While the spa atmosphere was nice, the technique and service were subpar. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The place was stunning however, staff service not so great I went to have a relaxing time i was not relaxed at all. I reached at 4:19 my appointment was 4:30. The front desk had no receptionist there was a therapist sitting who then called the receptionist. There was no sense of welcoming. Then she proceeded to take me to the locker room to change and i asked if i can use the toilet first before changing into the rope the answer was blunt ( no you have to change first) I mean did i enter a spa or a military base to have such strict rules of using toilet. Then she proceeded to give me a tour which is fine and then asked me to wait in the seating area until my therapist comes and she goes like ( this is a barista you can tell her wat you want and just points at a lady behind the bar and leave ) okay ive been to 5 star spas all around the world and normal spas and they always have welcome drinks ready for you a towel to clean up not point at a person and leave. The place is so aesthetic but service and professionalism i would give it a 3/10. At this point my therapist comes and takes pictures of my faces to see what i need whats lacking and the entire duration of that is just her trying to sell me the products they have or add additional steps to the korean facial which is extra money which i didnt necessarily want to pay for but ended up agreeing on something for extra hydration just to get it over with. And then she goes like but you have to take our sunscreen. At this point i just want to start the facial and leave.5:02 we started the facial first thing therapist is not wearing gloves and using bare hands which I was so uncomfortable with and never experienced before as everywhere in Dubai has hygiene protocols. She was extremely aggressive rubbing my face with all the products and when using the tools she was pressing and dragging on my skin which i have very sensitive skin . So i mentioned to her that its painful and slow down i bruise easily she says oh sensitive girl sarcastically and continues. And through out the whole thing i was so uncomfortable the bed was to over heated the products she put kept going in my eyes and hair and the tools like the light and steamer she puts them on right on top of my body so any time i moved my hand i kept hitting them. Once I was done and went to pay she already have informed them that ill be buying the sunscreen which i never officially agreed to do so. I didnt feel like arguing paid took the sunscreen and left. I will definitely not return unfortunately its a beautiful place service not so great

Highly recommend Korean facial…it’s not just the facial, it’s an overall experience…skin consultant Huma was amazing, she knows her job. I’m for sure continuing my skin journey with her…great customer service…menicure was great too. 10/10

I went for Classic Nails and I fell in love with the place. It is an amazing spa center. Everyone is super kind and the treatment was amazing! Shirin made my nails I loved the results, she was fast and adorable. I definitely recommend Casa Aire.

I was recommended Casa Aire Wellness by my friend and honestly it was the best place I’ve been too. Therapists are very professional, sophisticated and catered to my every need. My facial was exquisite and my massage was beyond relaxing. The premises was clean and kept in a very good condition all the rooms were provided with fresh towels and bath robes. Would highly recommend!

This place is a one stop beauty and wellness paradise that is able to rival some of the best branded hotel spas in the city.The Harmony of Zen head spa and Hydro facial were phenomenal experiences with the very beautiful Chané, who’s extremely attentive and knowledgeable when it comes to skin care!This place is a game changer for Dubai!
