I recently had a wonderful experience getting a manicure and pedicure. The staff were extremely professional and polite, making me feel very comfortable throughout the process. They provided personalized care, ensuring every detail was perfect. What impressed me the most was their attention to cleanliness and hygiene, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service and care!Thanks to Luz and glem they take good care of me.

1847 Grooming is, without a doubt, one of the best grooming destinations in Dubai. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a sense of luxury and professionalism. The ambiance is sophisticated and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from a busy day.The staff are exceptionally skilled and attentive, ensuring every service is tailored to your needs. Whether it’s a haircut, shave, or any of their premium grooming treatments, the quality is consistently outstanding. They pay incredible attention to detail, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

Unfortunately after being a very loyal client it is with sadness that I say the service has deteriorated and is no longer the same. From being the premium provider in the region its now a normal franchise with very different standards, which is sad. Contacted customer service as I genuinely want the brand to succeed, however I never heard back. 😕

Overall the service is good, accommodating, and attentive. However, I do not necessarily like the way they trim nails and cuticles. The massage is good, I tried their shave once, it was also solid. You have to appreciate 1847 for transforming the grooming scene in Dubai in specific and the UAE general. Well done.

Emylyn is the best. She does stretch all the time so the pain is not that hard. Super Service ! I had the back waxing treatment and believe me my back is hard to treat

I have been a Customer of 1847 for 3 years now and the service level has always been maintained.When I visit they ensure the same therapist (Rovy) is there and have even moved her training session once to accommodate me.Room cleanliness and set up is perfect. The saloon smells nice and is very welcoming.So far all the staff I have met during my visits are really polite and know what they are doing. In my numerous visits I can really say this is true.I normally do a Pedicure with a Foot Spa. It is a complete package of relaxing pampering with painless nail cutting. Add the hot neck pillow, the complementary coffee and now Show Shine service.... this is seriously the best place in town.Thank you 1847, don’t loose this service level and keep the staff happy, they return that to is the customers .. 😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

1847 a pro level nail super care team. I am an ultra runner and always have a lot of dead skin and black toe nails at least 2-3 missing toe nails. I have probably been to 1847 more than 50 times since I moved to Dubai and I am now writing this review as Rose has done a very careful local surgery to remove my two big toe nails which were hanging on by the corners after an intense racing season over the summer. 1847 is a highly recommended place to relax and catch up on emails or podcasts in the comfort of a tranquil spa setting while they get to work :)

They are really good at what they do, it is usually hard to explain what style of haircut and beard trim you are looking for to your new barber but over here they know their stuff, 1st time I have had a great experience in my first visit to a barbershop.

Today, I booked a regular pedicure appointment in Dubai Hills Mall and inquired about the duration of the treatment. I was informed that it would take 40 minutes. However, during the service, it only lasted for 16-17 minutes at most.I was disappointed and asked why it was so quick. The technician replied that I could purchase an upgrade if I wanted more time.Even the receptionist confirmed that they previously told me that the service would take 40 minutes, but the technician was fast today.I found the service dishonest and not worth the 130 aed I paid for it. As a result, I am canceling my sons appointment scheduled for tomorrow.

Karim is absolutely amazing as a men’s stylist. He is also extraordinarily professional and personable. Also, Rose and Resie are superb with the mani-pedi work. Highly recommend 1847 API.

I always go back to 1847 because of Luz; she has been my pedicurist since she was in Mirdif City Centre branch, truly professional and an expert.I took a neck and shoulder massage with Chel and she took out all the knots on neck.Well done and more power to 1847 API branch!

Booked a pedicure treatment and 30 mins back massage in-chair for my dad. He agreed to visit 1847 but this will be his last time. Unfortunately it lasted barely 18 mins. I’ve never seen a grooming service to take such less time. And the massage was for 30 mins , so why did it end before that? This is a fraudulent company lining their pockets from customers.

Out of all the men’s salons I have visited across the world, this is by far the best one I have encountered. I don’t know what the secret ingredient they use for employee engagement, but absolutely everyone was friendly and engaged with me. My therapist, Emma Lyn was also by far, the most thoughtful and sweet therapist I have ever had. Well done 1847, your product, attention to detail, therapists and overall felling in your salon is amazing!

1847 is the place i have been coming to for a very long time because it is the best and especially mourad since he is the only person i let cut my hair and beard and does it perfectly

Went in for a beard trim / shave / styling but the stylist couldn’t understand & he did quiet a bad job. It seems he was new & couldn’t understand English properly.These kind of salons don’t get it that when you have a new walk in client & if you don’t have ur experienced stylist why give someone new & inexperienced one the same. While getting my trim he was going here & there clueless about where is what & what to apply.The worst thing is that I have to do my beard again @ home.2 stars only for the location & the salon interiors.

I would describe Karim as the best barber in dubai. Not only he is very talented, but also extremely nice and welcoming. I love cutting my haire with Karim because his service is amaizing and makes all the clients very comfortable. I would advise everyone to cut his haire with him.

1847 is usually the nicest thing you can relay on for a manicure and pedicure service also adding a massage is always a great addition. They are very good at what they do and the services are always to the highest standards. Quite a few locations around dubai making it easier to stop by and not necessarily be in a hotel spa makes it a touch more convenient.

The service is very professional but the price they tell you on the phone is much lower than the one you really pay once the manucure and pedicure are done. Call it the way you want (mistake, bad communication, etc) but as far as Im concerned, I will never go back to this place
