Horrible experience, showed up on time and still had to wait 30 mins. When I asked what’s taking this long they said people showed up late. How is that my fault? Apparently , It’s common practice here to book multiple people for the same time slot and waste people’s time.

Frankly standards have never fallen below excellent, infact it got even better.I tried several grooming services they all are top notch. Honestly I prefer it to wuite a few of our 5 star hotel spas that cost you a kidney without being as happy as walking out of 1847.Staff is friendly always attentive and very accommodating in all aspects.Cheers 1847 you never disappoint.

Garbage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The call center agents are frauds and zero accountability. They stole over 500 Dhs with unpaid vouchers claiming that it is expired. It is not the case.They let me wait for over 45 minutes in atore with no service.Stay away from this place. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT GO. They are so bad am willing to talk everyone out of it

I’ve come to 1847 many times before and have had haircuts from Riad, Youssef and Farukh. Each time I have had excellent service and especially today with Riad. If you’re ever uncertain about what you what haircut ask to see the styles they have on the iPad.Definitely a place with consistent, great service when it comes to haircuts. I cannot speak for the other services as I have not had them.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The staff are excellent and services are fantastic. However, one person stands out with his services and that is Mr Riad who is one of their two barbers. I have never seen a gentleman as dedicated to his work as he is. He cares about the tiniest of details, his face transmits positivity that you end up feeling good not from the shave or haircut but from his smile. A gentle soul with a magician’s hand. I live in Jumeirah and I drive all the way to MIRDIFF just for him. The way he treats each client, making them feel special, is amazing. I would like to start with the fact that I actually enjoyed the place, its clean and professional. However, I am reviewing them with low rating is because of their discount ripoff. I have 20% discount with 1874, and I did Manicure & Pedicure which is stated 195 AED in their website. Once you offer them the discount card they would charge the services separately and give u a higher price so you wont benefit from the discount.I dont see myself coming back. Id rather go to somewhere else even if the prices were higher, but not get ripped off, takes the enjoyment from the experience.

The way this store is positioned is a super let down. Theres barely any signs to guide you to its location so its nestled sort of hidden out of sight like some mysterious new found legend... Makes for an entertaining path to pampering but generally some signs would be highly appreciated. Once inside, the ladies tending to your feet and hands are wonderful. The barbers seem somewhat aloof with barely a semblance of recognition when passing you by as a customer. But other than that, go for it

I would have given this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for what happened today,I’m a regular customer to this salon since 2014, today I encountered a very unpleasant experience with both customer service and the salon mcc branch, i booked 4 services through the app but I received confirmation for 3 services so i called the call center and they advised that i only have confirmation for 2 services !!!! I was confused and asked them to cancel the booking and they apologized for the inconvenience, 15 mins later I tried to get in touch with the spa through their direct phone number to double check with them since the booking is still showing 3 services confirmed and no one was answering the phone!!!! At the time of the appointment I received a call from one of the receptionists at the branch very rudely talking to me and asking if I would come to my appointment or not and I frustratingly tried to explain to her what happened but she kept cutting me off offering to reschedule my appointment which eventually led me to hanging up the phone since I’m not being respected , it is very sad what this place which is supposed to be a place of relaxing and peace of mind turns to be a place of frustration so quickly, I really love going there and I wish they would be more professional in dealing with such matters!!

I had a lot of dead skin and now i have visited a new place, the ladies who are doing my nails are telling me who did my nails before as they haven’t removed my dead skin but pushed deep aside. I have been a regular customer of this spa, and always visited the 1847 in mirdif, but today I felt really insulted while getting my haircut done. The lady who cleans around the area made a strange comment while i got my ears waxed. She stated to the barber that see its like a spider. I always found your spa having great respect for customers. But such kind of comment coming from the cleaner of the spa was very unethical and insulting. I dont know if I would visit them ever again.

After reading so many positive review, I went to do pedicure to remove my dead skin on my toes. It wasnt removed properly and scrub for only 2 mins or less. I insisted to do a deep cleaning and removal of dead skins but the outcome was bad. The whole pedicure lasted only for 15 mins or less and I am out. I doubt that I would visit again.

What annoys me the most, Ive been a customer of 1847 probably on a weekly basis for almost 17 years (since it was founded). When I complain about something for the first time, dont argue, and simply take action. Even if the employee is new, check who the client is before you throw the blame back to him.

Got a haircut and beard trim from Riad. Place is clean and nice. Riad took his time and the result was very good. Can recommend 1847 if you want a good haircut.

My husband went in for a mani pedi and came back with his feet looking like they had been through a grater... he complained and got a call back... they redid the treatment and he came back with bruises.... given he is diabetic, it’s now become a bigger issue...seeing the other comments here, it looks like this was not a unique and single instance and seems to be a problem with the salon itself/ or the branch. Tempted to report them.

The hair stylist are very unprofessional and don’t use clean products. They didn’t even put cream or moisturize. Paying a lot of money for unprofessional work and rude hair stylists both of them. I don’t recommend this. I’m shocked. People come here to relax. Very very bad. Unsatisfied.

I was in this store the other day and while in the lrocess of making an appointment, the clerk started working with another customer who just walked up. Didn’t say excuse or gave any explanation. Very bad customer service. I won’t advise any of my people to visit this store or any like it. Terrible terrible terrible

Been many times to 1847, its a lovely looking place and enjoy going there however do many times feel rushed, so this time i paid extra for the hot wax treatment on my feet as my feet arent in the best condition, my wife noticed when i was home that my cuticles wasnt even done also the hot wax treatment which cost alot more and is meant to make your feet softer didnt work, actually my feet became more rough alot quicker than when i go for a normal pedicure at your place, wasnt happy at all!!!!Paid extra for this and just felt like its a way for company to make more money and then you lose out on the normal service to have this, also had to ask many times for the neck pillow, just feels each time i come the service gets worse, when the first time i came i left feeling like a king and was well looked after, now its rushed.

I was in the mall for some errands and needed a haircut badly. I decided to pop-up at 1847 and give them a try. What i expected to be a simple machine job, that normally takes less than 15 minutes, ended up with a few cuts and bruises to my scalp for the cost of AED125.

Good atmosphere, nice receptionist. One problem: when doing the left hand, the lady didnt move her seat to the left side, rather, pulled my hand towardd her. Which was uncomfortable.

I would like to that Ms. Penny, and Ms. Daisy for the the great experience they are professional, great knowledge, they know what they are doing and they are very friendly..I wish them all the best.Thank you so much

Quite a horrible experience. Been going to them for over 5 years but the standards have declined drastically and the staff is rude and customer service extremely poor. Got called by the area manager with nothing aside from defending themselves for the sub standard customer service

Very disappointing. Booked a treatment which was not provided and then charged for a 60 minute treatment which was lucky to be 50 minutes of actual treatment. No manager available to discuss the issue of why it was changed and why I was not consulted.
