Jamil did a bunch of services perfectly and showed great expertise with products, especially since I have sensitive skin. He was super careful with everything he used, which I really appreciated. The barber was rushed and did a mediocre job after explaining what was wrong. Unfortunately he did not have the skills to fix and changed the shape of the beard completely. Wished they listen more and fixed the queue system than rushing clients. The barber knows they did a mediocre job and that’s all I need to say.

Great experience start to finish. Tamer gave me a haircut, beard trim and shave. He took my direction but also showed his knowledge of my hair texture and pattern, with my head and face shape, to give the most flattering cut. Not a single apology or acknowledgment of their lateness and mess… I’m a regular at 1847 Mirdif and API1000 branches and both offer a much better service than this branch.Never again at this branch, not even if I was paid money to go.Trust me if you want better services, try 1847 in other branches and avoid this branch

They did a good job but they should stop adding services that client didn’t requested for! I asked for where to relax my back because they asked me to wait for my friend since there’s no technician on ground for me. They said free massage at first then asking for my payment at check out

Ive gone to 1847 on two separate occasions and have received terrific service. The atmosphere is very professional, but also welcoming. As a solo business traveler this was a great place to relax and get a massage, haircut, and pedicure and manicure. This was my first time ever getting a pedicure and manicure and the ladies did a great job! I will definitely return the next time I am in Dubai!

Ive been a regular at 1847 AT Emirates Towers and now at City Walk for the last 8 10 odd years and its the most professional place for any treatment, be it a Muscle Melt Massage or Manicure, Pedicure. The staff is always warm, friendly and highly skilled offering a very clean environment.

Ive been coming to 1847 cIty walk for a while now. Although all their barbers are reasonably good, i give these guys 5 stars because of their senior barber, Samer. His attention to detail is fantastic and his shave / haircut is always spoton. Would highly recommend giving Samer a try if you visit this branch.Im updating this. I had recently gone to a barber, Ghayath (I think thats his name) when Samer was away. Did a buzz cut with him, ear wax and a completely pain free, nose wax (something Ive been terrified off). He then did a hair treatment for my scalp which is prone to dandruff and helped me get the right products later. This guy was really good at what he does and highly recommend him.Also, if you want to get back / chest shaved Dessa and I think Lin are the people to go to here. They are very calm, patient and gentle.1847 hands down is one of the best, if not the best mens salons in town

The service was incredible and the amenities were top class. The specialist was professional and friendly. 1847 is now my regular place for men’s care.

Samer is a true professional barber. I didnt even have to tell him how I wanted my beard kept, he simply took his own initiative and Im glad he did because he is very talented and hands down gave me the best shave I have had yet.Lined up my beard and trimmed it perfectly how I wanted.The shop is clean and staff are very friendly.Price for a shave and trim is AED65 and considering the treatmemt and proffesionalism you recieve from Samer that is an very good price.I will only be using Samer from now on.

I booked a clipper cut and and the reviver hair treatment. While getting the treatment I was offered another product as an option. I possibly misunderstood or was not explained properly but I was told one was better than the other and more expensive but it is covered by what I booked. So I went with that thinking it was more value for money When paying I realized that was not the case and it cost 210 aed as opposed to the 60 I booked with the reviver vitamin oil. Kind of a sneaky way to upsell and con the customer I feel

I drove Dr Ahmed from Saudi Arabia to get a shave and manicure. It was a blood bath when he exited . He was only offered a bandaid after almost getting his entire cuticle severed off, being a world renowned internist he needs his precious hands to save human lives. Thanks to 1847 his livelihood was affected for 2 days. No refund, and no apology. Only a scar remains on his index finger for the rest of his days...
