If you look for medium/long hair cut its not the right place. I have tried 2 different branches and they definitely dont know how to cut medium/long hair properly.Beard trim is one of the best Ive done so far. Highly recommend for beard trim and very short hair cut.More than that they will not do the job properly.

Approached the reception area, made eye contact we one gentleman while he was on the phone. Gentleman ignored me and physically left the venue to stand by the railings to finish his call. At which there was no one else to host me or even ask if I wanted a haircut or purchase items. Watched gentleman finish call and watch me as I left venue. Quite appalled

I have tried most of 1847 branches in DUBAI , and I never see anyone better then 1847 city walk , they are the best staff and the reception..Api 1000 the most bad service ever from A to Z and today I came to DIFC branch and this will be my last , I been late 10 min because was my first time so take time to reach so the staff at the reception said you are super late 😒 how can this been said to customer.. the airline if you are late they open the flight and take you nothing impossible.. then they keep me waiting 15 min till the staff come and she’s like doing a pedicure for animal hahahaAnyways I’m sorry but I have to do this and I cancel my manicure here and will go to city walk branch which the best

Decided to visit them after all their marketing about being the best in Dubai.The stylist didnt really care much as I asked him for a suggestion to what haircut to get depending on my hair.I said I wanted a drastic change in my look as Ive had really long hair for quite a while.He was rushing with my haircut and even though I asked for a zero fade I didnt really get it. Such a disappointment.All in all, Im gonna stick to chaps & co as they really take care of you and never rush with the service.

An absolutely fantastic establishment. I cannot recommend it enough. Miles, Jane and Rein provided a wonderful mani/pedi service and were extremely friendly and funny.

This place would be 5 stars, but it is just way too overpriced. Everything else is 5 stars (service, cleanliness, experience, professionalism), but the high prices combined with a deteriorated rewards program which went from getting you a free service every around 10 visits, to a free service almost never (you probably have to visit 40-50 times to get it!), takes off 1 star. The older branches are a bit run down with some equipment falling apart, desperately needing renovation, so pick a newer branch if you decide to go.

I usually don’t write reviews, however this one is worth the recognition.I had my second hair cut with Mayar and I am glad to say that I have finally found a barber who knows his profession(not easy to find) and most importantly, has a great attitude!Just make sure to instruct him on the hair cut you want and Mayar will perfect it.Mayar also won’t chitchat unless you do and he knows when to stop! :)

It’s taken me a few years to find a good barber! 1847 not only bring luxury and great service but I must say they have the best barber I’ve had in years! I’m talking about Eyad in particular and I almost don’t want to mention his name because already this guy is always fully booked. He brings a touch of old school classic looks but beholds a great taste of today’s style. I have to say no one can do a fade like him. Also I’ve always enjoyed our conversations.

By far the best service in Dubai. No matter what services you chose, they are a cut above the rest. I use them every month and every time the service is getting better and better. Very courteous and professional staff.

Amazing staff. Experts in their field. They were kind enough to utilize their staff to finish the process faster as i had to catch rhe flight. I would recommend early booking to make sure the service quality is excellent. You are served water or juice as soon as you enter. They have a thai therapist for massage who is extremely good and knowledgeable and walks you through the process. The team for manicure and pedicure is from phillipines who are really precise in their work and then they were 2 staff for hair grooming and shaving etc who take their time to make sure every cut is right. Overall service is great. Kudos to the team. In terms of pricing, its on expensive side. For these prices you can experience better ambience and decor but service is what makes you visit this place again.
