Everything was great but I was upset that they didnt accept Esaad discount during public holiday. This is not mentioned in Esaad mob app or any other place.I dont believe its your right to decide when to give the discount since you have a yearly agreement with Esaad.I will definitely go somewhere else.

Not what I expected from an 1847. It was below the usual standard set by 1847. Although squeezed us in.There is too much talking between the barbers that you unable to relax, no prewash or any talk about length. If you say short they decide opposite and just say it won’t suit you. But if I’m asking for it cut it to that length Short is short, not only the sides to be trimmed but the top as well fringe included everything. Don’t just do the sides and call it a day. My hair just as long as I entered and I even said short.No towels during washing only a sheet and the wash is less than 2 minutes with rough washing.No option between hair spray or wax. I hate hair spray but before could say anything it was already being applied.No coffee offered or water even.I felt like a standard normal salon with its quick service and low attention to detail. Amazing how two people getting hair cuts at the same time can have such a huge difference in experience from barbers. Train them to be all the same level of service. Or don’t charge me the same for the service.

Lovely experience at 1847. I was here for a shave, which started off with a face massage, a facial-like treatment, steam treatment, etc prepping you for a really smooth shave. Mohommed who was my stylist was excellent. The shave ends with ear and nose wax which are optional. 1847 offers other spa treatments and I hope to spend more time here on my next visit to Dubai.

Made me wait for 20 minutes after my appointment time and then when I asked, they told me to keep waiting indefinitely. No respect for customers’ time.

It is not just going to the barber, it is an experience like meeting old good friends and relaxing. With an additional result: you look at your best. Going there weekly for more then 1 year and this has became part of my well-being routine. My barber is Abbas, as you have understood I highly recommend.

Great groomers seen as they were doing the world record challenge. Others were seen having great aftercare and I saw many get coffee and massages.It was certainly an experience and I am sure this one instance is not representative of what they are actually like.

Very bad haircut. Unprofessional and rude, and wanted to take my payment 5 minutes into the haircut. Uneven cut and looks so horrible, very disappointed!! I could tell from the start that the haircut would turn out bad then when I arrive home I see the whole haircut was so uneven.

I was accepted as a walk-in for haircut and beard trim. Everything felt normal until my barber answered his phone.. went to the front and came back to confirm with me if I really wanted to trim my beard. Otherwise, he’d just do a basic work as he had another customer coming and can’t take longer time to trim the beard and style it as I’d wish

Mixes review. My son and I were regular clients at Kalm and followed Mohamed and the team to 1847. However it seems as though 1847 have taken advantage of the loyal customer base and hiked the price by an unbelievable amount. For this reason we decided to go to Alex at Handsome Men in Shoreline 10 who does a great job as well...and for a reasonable price. 1847 got greedy, which is a shame as the staff are great!

Was just on site visit but I was really impressed by the customer service I received from one African guy from Uganda and other ladies who were supportive and helpful to guests.

Came in last minute in the evening for an emergency and was seated quickly with Mourad providing a 11/10 cut, will definitely come to him and the salon again.

I was really disappointed with the service here. Suggest avoid at all costs.Firstly they dont follow any covid restrictions. Only masks.I had booked for a haircut and shave with a senior barber. I had long hair and I was hoping I would get a professional haircut and shave. I paid more than AED 250 for a job that would be 40 dhs under my building and far better.There was no one in the saloon. There was no welcome drinks or any kind of luxury whatsoever. Just one barber whose attitude wasnt so friendly. If i would have chosen a normal barber, I think it would be the same person and I would have saved like money.The barber gave me my old hair style. nothing different. No products were used except a finger amount of hair gel. No blades for edging. I was asked if I wanted a hair wash otherwise they would just blow off the hair with a dryer.For my shave I just got a trim. Destroyed all the existing design. Just gave me a stubble that I could do at home. No hot towel, creams oils etc. No blade as well. And they charged my 95 for that. Check their site and it mentions so many things. I got nothing.When I was checking out, they said ill get my bill by email. Refused to tell me how much they were charging. (AED 500 is deposited in my account as a gift). later in my email i saw that they overcharged on everything. i had to go back to fight for it. They said no we did everything for you. I said ask the barber what he did. Barber came out and saw me and got disappointed. He had a word with the reception and they said they will give me a AED 20 dhs discount for my shave where he used nothing and took less than 5 mins.I left a bad review on their request email. Some one called me for my experience and promised they would do make it up to me. Nothing has been done so far.My friends and family wanted to know how my experience was. They were so disappointed that no one is planning to visit here ever.For my balance I will definitely go to some other location. Never on this one.

***A True Male Salon***Very clean, well kept salon for men to not only get traditional style haircuts and beard shaves but also for additional pampering (i.e. pedicure). Hugh end feel and treatment of customers.My only negative is the upselling, which ruins the experience, 15 minutes of telling me how amazing this product would be at a reasonable 900 AED (4 times the price of my hair and beard cut).

I had a massage here, I left feeling more stressed and irritated than when I walked in. The masseuse had coarse hands and didnt seem to really know what she was doing, which made me question whether she was even a properly trained masseuse at all or just some random Philippina woman they got off the street. The worst part was the bill, they tried to make me pay an additional VAT charge despite the fact that I had a gift voucher that more than covered any such charge. To be honest, Im not a fan of 1847 spa services in general, my brother is but, I dont care if I get another gift voucher, Im never going back.

My husband was there last week and had a very bad experience,, he been a client for years but unfortunately he is very disappointed with level of service in this branch,, he book thaï massage + reflexology IN ROOM not on the chair ,, when checking in they confirmed that both treatments are in room as he booked suddenly after he finished the thaï massage they tell him leave the room you will do the reflexology outside on a chair he refused because he booked in room and they confirmed when checking in ,, yet the refused to do the reflexology in room claiming they did an over booking for the room and another client is waiting outside,, my husband didn’t do his reflexology and left upset and they acted as if it didn’t matter,, very very disappointing !!

Um yeah. You cant book appointment online because when you go to sign in, if you are not a member you cannot create an account because there is no where to put your email address. It asks for Mobil number without country code. I did and it didnt work. So stupid registration on website will cost you a customer spending over 700 AED as I had 5 things added to my cart. Improve your system or lose business. Going to your neighbor next door

This is a new 1847 branch on the palm. Staff are friemdlt and professional. You might get lucky by parking putside the front of the building. Otherwise you will have to park in the parking structure under the building.
