This was the best pedicure / manicure treatment I’ve ever had. Roma was really sweet and amazing with doing my manicure she was super professional, and I had an amazing result of shiny nails, and Lea was Super professional at doing my pedicure, even though I was scared to do the pedicure, she promised me I won’t feel a thing and as she promised, I really didn’t feel anything. I had the greatest experience and and I will be coming back again, of course.Overall, I’ve been in 1847 before but never like this experience I’ve had today. 💖💜💜

I opted for a pedicure the day after arriving to the city, to be beach ready for my time in Dubai.Availability was pretty good, got a spot for same day around noon. My therapist was Rosie, who did a wonderful job and she was also very kind.The facilities are super clean, service is extremely attentive and you get a very good value for your money.Will be back for sure!

Overall, excellent experience. Conveniently located at the top of the mall and very friendly staff. Received me properly on time and provided very courteous service. I utilized both the manicure pedicure service, including massage, shave, and face mask. Definitely a place to return to.

I visited the salon mainly for Hassan, who is an amazing hairstylist—I even traveled from Abu Dhabi just for him. However, the manicure was disappointing, as the technician messed up my cuticles. I’m giving it a 5-star review solely for Hassan and hope they improve the manicure service.

I went to 1847 to have my weekly basic shave which is shaving the whole beard which i’ve been doing for the past 2 years and tried out many spas and barbers all over the UAE and the world. I never experienced such thing. I asked for a shave they didnt inform me about anything, when i saw the menu it said its 75AED. After im done they told me its for a 100 dirhams when i asked why not 75AED they told me its because i did the “perfect shave” which is using cold and hot towels + cologne which i never asked for, so using towels and cologne without asking costed me 25 dirhams. Its not about the money its about the principle.

Good experience.My manicure is OK, could be done a bit better, especially the skin on the sides. I will have a closer look next time.Les pedicure turned out very well. She is very careful and does a great job.

I have visited this barbershop twice, and I am very dissatisfied with my experience. The service advertised a 35-minute haircut, but the barber rushed through it in just 13 minutes. There was no hair wash provided, and I am unsure if this is supposed to be part of the service. Additionally, the most frustrating part was that after the haircut, my face was covered in hair clippings.

This is my 4th visit to this location and I got a facial, full body massage, pedicure and pedicure. The whole experience with like no other again! the location was sparkling clean, the services were 5*. Gigs and Krean were very professional, helpful and friendly, they are more than an asset to the company. I definitely recommend.

Great service and care from staff. Probably better for those who have shorter hair, or have regular trims. For those used to, or who have longer hair - this place may not be the best. Layering and cuts to frame your face shape and considering additional things such as face shape and thinness / thickness of hair around your head is not really considered (as it would be in Murdock in London). Recommend making instructions very clear on this, but otherwise great service and recommended!

A fantastic overall experience. I was greeted by Irwin and waited shortly in the lounge whilst being offered tea, coffee.The barber Hasan is pure skill. I have never seen anyone cut my hair with only scissors. With only a minor use of razor, showing his level of accuracy and detail. He was also extremely friendly and kind. I will be coming back to this branch.

From the minute I entered, the warm welcome made me feel at home.The professional care Tony and Choel gave to my hands and feet was extremely accurate and left them soft and nourished. Alex, the Syrian boy who groomed my hair and beard, was another discovery. He is professional and stylish. The massage therapist Wan (Dr.Wan) fixed my back pain allowing me to walk out as a fresh man. Ive been suffering from back pain for the past week (crossfit gym). Wan goes beyond the call of duty taking a personal interest in client health. She is also a practicing nutritionist with an encyclopedia of information. If you have upper or lower scapula pain or shoulder impingement or lower lumbar pain in your back then make sure you book a 2 hour session with Dr Wan. Thank you again 1847 !!

I had the best haircut and best service I’ve ever received from the absolute legend that is Allistair.This was the best haircut I’ve had not just in the UAE but anywhere in the world. Allistair is a great guy with an encyclopaedic knowledge about hair. He went above and beyond: he didn’t just listen to what I wanted but made suggestions as to a style that would suit me even better. He taught me how to wash my hair properly and how to care for my hair. He is a real hair expert! He even stayed past the end of his shift to give me a shave (that I did not book but which I decided I wanted). 1847 - and Allistair in particular - has won me over as a regular customer. I’ll be getting haircuts with Allistair every month from now on!

So glad they opened in Dubai mall. Alex the barber is transformational. 8 years in Dubai and finally found a barber whose worth writing about! The front desk staff are great and Toni works magic with nails.The place is relaxing and my mini escape.Highly recommend.

Love the ambiance and the way they take care of your grooming needs.Hassan does an excellent shave and beard. Apple is a genius on massages.The only problem is getting an appointment since these guys are so popular.
