Beauty Base ladies salon

I booked a builder gel manicure with Annie and a builder gel pedicure with Jenny. They worked on my feet and hands at the same time. The service was very good. The interior is pink and the chair is extremely comfortable. Im very happy with my nails! I highly recommend this place!

Went here twice and Ive always had to wait for almost 30 to 40 mins for someone to attend to me even though Ive gone in with a prior booking. They seem to over book their slots. During my second appointment, a lady washed my hair and I had to wait for 30 mins with wet hair before someone could come and dry my hair.

I decided to try beauty base ladies salon and booked an appointment for 8:00 PM. When I arrived, one of the staff members, a Filipina lady, seemed surprised and told me they were fully booked. I informed her that I had an appointment so the Arabic lady who was kind and offered me a seating, but the Filipina was quite rude and told her that she cant let me sit here as she will not assist me she has another client. they discussed this in front of me, which is very rude and unprofessional. Then I was asked to sit elsewhere. A third lady arrived and wasn’t even informed that she had to assist me. She suggested I go back to the first chair I sat on, but it was full of hair and very unclean. At that point, I decided to leave.I asked them who was managing the booking system (Fresha) and why I had been scheduled if no one was expecting me. The Filipina staff member then claimed I had booked for 8:30 PM and tried to shift the blame, even though I was still standing there. I corrected her, saying I had booked for 8:00 PM and offered to show the confirmation message. After that, I walked out.The lack of communication, cleanliness, and professionalism was very disappointing, and this experience left a very negative impression.

When it first opened it was great service and I kept coming backHowever after a while the service started to be horrible, first nobody would be in the reception and you need to grab their attention so they come to youSecond , they would only ask Arab women what to drink in front of you and would never ask you which is kind of discrimination.Third, they are stealing the money there, and I found out only when once the manager charged me for my eyebrows which was different than what the Egyptian lady charges there, the manager is nice and she would refer to the price list but the Egyptian every time she would put different number that is higher of the original price by 20 to 25 dhs every time and when I found out about her tricks after I knew the original price of the service and I told her she acted like I’m the wrong.I usually go for eyebrows and Tina is nice and good.I went once for hair wash and blow dry and it was disasterI went twice for my nails and it was good until the last time I went to remove my gelish, the lady wouldn’t do any effort , my nails still pinkand she would tell me it fine like this? And then asked me if she needs to file them? Is this a joke ? She was super lazy, after I payed for this ridiculous service I went to another salon that they do their job properly.The problem I am the kind of person that I can’t complain and I can’t speak up but this time after many incidents , it was too much and never came back there and I wouldn’t advice anyone to be go there.

This salon is top notch (and clean); literally the BEST manicure I’ve ever had! Tina was very professional, gentle, and considerate! Highly recommend this salon and Tina!5 🌟’s!

Poor services overpriced as the salon grows old staff is rude behind the owner they dont wanna do anything they say ohh u are so sensitive and laugh and to harsh on skin while doing nails. And the receptionist seems like dont wanna take bookings.I recommend nearby salon in same line so many other options available will go there now been a loyal customer from 2 years.

I love this salon! All of the ladies are really polite, and nice. They all do excellent work. I’m so happy with their products and services. I did a haircut and mani-pedi; I will not go anywhere else. This will be my go-to place for everything.

As much as I enjoy the pedicure and the fact that it’s close to my house,the way they treated the situation with just a “I am sorry”it’s absolutely ridiculous. I did a “cleaning “ for my eyebrows and I specifically said do not take too much it literally destroyed my eyebrows,absolutely dissatisfied

A beautiful Salon, amazing service and the women there are all so nice. They cut my daughter hair exactly the way we asked for. I did mani pedi moroccan bath all beautifully well done. I will always visit this salon when traveling to Dubai. Thank you B&B teaam

I am realy disappointed by the hair brushing, i booked today a package moroccan hammam with brushing and manicure, based on a friend recommendation. the hamamm was good but the other services were not, even i can make my hair better it was messed up 5 min after i left the salon it doesn’t look like a professional hairdresser worked on it

I really had a nice experience in this beauty salon , I only called them one day before to schedule a morrocan hammam, a hair dry blow, a manicure, and a pedicure. I was well welcomed by Ilham and all the staff.I had a one hour morrocan hammam with a nice staff Ghislene, she really took care of me, the whole hammam experience was so relaxing which is I needed it the most ( I even loved the juice after the hammam 😁)What I liked the most is their high hygiene standards, really well done and well managed Ilham.THANK YOU so much.

Have visited this parlour very often . Before they use to provide good service but now it’s slow down. Prices have increased and hardly any offers .The entrance lady should be welcoming and should have smile on her face , she looks very upset and bored.Rest the ambience and decor is superb.
