It has been maybe 9 years, since I am going to the same salon, best in Dubai . The staff is highly qualified (some are there since years, the new ones are very well trained as well), very friendly, the atmosphere is great. I love them and they know it. They provide all kinds of beauty services, I do nails and hair, therefore my review is related to these services. Keep up with the great job.

I can’t say anything about the service they are amazing in hair coloring, hair cut and blowdry, the eyebrows and waxing section is excellent! However they are going a bit non sense with their pricing/marketing strategy . They opened new branch which i believe to get new customers but its us the regular customers who are moving around to get the service we want with our favorite specialists bcz they keep rotating them , and we are paying for the new rent eventually after they increased their prices dramatically

I have been a client of Beauty Connection for over 10 years. They are the cleanest, and have the best services. Moroccan bath with Hasna was incredible! Such a lovely lady.For nails: shoutout to Luz, JeniAnn, Joy and Reyzel.. I love you. You are the best with nails. I trust ONLY you to make them look their best.For eyebrows: Sahar is amazing!For hair: honestly all of them are great with blowdry, the service is so quick and the result is always sooo good!!

I have been coming to this salon since 2011 and they do an amazing job, I find it the best salon in Dubai from all points of view, but since they do not allow buff and polish for gel nails longer than 2 weeks is ridiculous! many times i pay for refill and do buff and polish because my nails are thin and it hurts and the staff at the counter are not helpful in this they just follow the rules but not take into consideration the client s needs. Please rewiew your policy.

Great ambience and my go to salon. They are so professional in the services they provide absolutely love everything about them.

I love their hair section (April & Mia) and eyebrows (Tina) .. the normal nail polish product is so bad it doesn’t dry at all!! Besides, they have recently changed their pricing for hair blow dry and its becoming soooo expensive! I hope the management would look into this specially for loyal customers who have been with them for almost 20 yrs !

As a regular customer at Beauty Connection, I have always appreciated the quality of services provided. However, during my recent visit, I noticed that the staff at reception did not seem familiar with customer service standards. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling that customer care was not a priority, and no efforts were made to address my concerns.This is the first time Ive encountered such an issue at your establishment, and it was quite disappointing. Regrettably, it has influenced my decision to not return in the future unless there are noticeable improvements.I wanted to share this feedback in the hopes that it will help improve the experience for other clients.

Not professional work, I have asked for hard gel over lay* Got cuts on 2 or 3 fingers* Manicure wasn’t done well, there is cuticle that wasn’t cut properly* The gel flooded to the cuticle and started lifting from the second dayNever coming again

Every time they keep increasing the price, every visit. For last few months we discussed and they decided to make the price 130 for blowdry. After one week only they decided to increase it 140 I was telling them this is so bad I fight with all the staff and they didn’t care and insisted to increase 10 Becouse want to increase all the prices like alwaysI Will never go there westing my energy.

First time comming to this salon. I came for a waxing and the service was excellent. No appointment needed, just walked in. My waxer Andria was very sweet and she was an expert at her job. No pain at all, great communication and very quick process.I recommend her!

Every time the price increases for blow dry. I did 140, next week I came and they told me 150, the week after 160! And my hair is shoulder length.

I visited this salon in June for a simple hair trim. My hair had a straight cut, and I asked the stylist for a straight trim, which should have been a simple routine task. However, the stylist somehow managed to cut my hair unevenly, leaving each section at a different length. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the issue right away because she curled my hair before I left the salon.When I realised what had happened, I called the salon to explain the situation. The customer service representative was extremely rude, did not offer any apology, and insisted that I come in immediately if I wanted the issue to be fixed despite explaining to her that I have other commitments on that day. When I returned to the salon, the stylists tried to convince me that the original stylist may have cut my hair in layers. However, I had not requested layers, and it didn’t even resemble layers—it was a complete mess, as if a 4-year-old had cut my hair. To fix it, they had to cut my hair even shorter, which was incredibly frustrating as I didn’t want it that short.I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was a simple trim and should not have gone wrong. What disappointed me the most was how the salon handled the situation. My family and I have been customers for many years, but there was no apology or offer to rectify the mistake. Instead, I was pressured to come in immediately or risk not having the issue resolved at all.

Service is poor value for money! Staff looks overworked and rude, no interested and speaking in their own language in front of customers.Do not take appointments and there is waiting time.Even supervisors do not look interested in customer experience.Never the same service as previous time, inconsistent!

I came to this place for manicure and pedicure.Rina was doing my pedicure. She done it very well and properly.I totally disappointed for manicure service. Sita was doing my manicure and it’s look very bad. These photos of my manicure I took one hour after finished it. I saw it was bad work in salon. I came to Manadger but she even didn’t understand what wrong with this. Shame of you both. If you are professional you should not do like that

I’m a regular customer for Beauty Connection and I always get an excellent experience! Irene, Marie, and Nathalie are fantastic with hair; they know exactly how to handle my hair type and are incredibly friendly. I also get my nails done and waxing, and Im very satisfied. The customer service is great as they take action promptly if theres ever a complaint. Highly recommend this spa!

As a regular customer recently in the nail section it is totally very overpriced and they start asking extra and extra for each and everything! It is unbelievable!

The waxing service was absolutely horrible. I went in to book for waxing full arm and full leg I informed the desk lady that I have sensitive skin so I want the wax for sensitive skin then when I went to the waxing place I also informed the lady who did the waxing for me “mado” that I have sensitive skin. The wax was done very bad I have bruising on my legs and my skin on my arms and legs are very bumpy and painful and she didn’t take off any hair she just broke it off I can still see it but it’s very short and its causing me to have ingrown hair all over my legs and arms.I don’t recommend doing waxing here at all…

I felt dizzy during my visit and asked for water, but they brought the payment machine before even acknowledging my request. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any water, despite me saying I wasn’t feeling well. Very poor customer service.

Today i had the worst experience with this Saloon, i spoke to one of the supervisors on WhatsApp regarding a specific hair treatment and she booked me the next day for that treatment when i reached they told me she’s not available and another hair dressers will take care i explained again the hair treatment i want they sent me a lady called “Emilia L” who didn’t check my hair and she started another treatment on my hair without even asking me for my requirements and when i asked her what treatment you used on my hair she answered this is what Shinaz told me to do for you! Without a apologies, she was upset all the time and also she continued the hair but she was pulling my hair very hard when i asked her to do it gently she said this is the best way i can do, then i told her if you don’t want to do please leave my hair she left me and said my colleagues will continue for you 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 this is definitely the worst salon service i had!!!

This salon has become incredibly greedy and all they care about is money, in my last visit, they tried to increase the price on me, which I refused. Then the supervisor saw me with a hair extension and insisted that I pay an additional charge for it, when I explained that the extension was already done and just needed to be clipped to my hair the supervisor (Madel) unprofessionally took the extension from me and wet it with water to ensure I would have to pay the full extension price!I was shocked by her behavior. This level of unprofessionalism and blatant money-grabbing is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for many years, but the way they have started to act recently has completely turned me away. Unfortunately, they have lost me as a customer.

My favorite place. Also the first choice. For hair color I usually do it with April also anderea she’s good with. Waxing.for eyebrows I do it with my favorite one madoo but I have small suggestions before I come for blowdry I finish in 15 min now it takes more than hour it’s better to get more employees spically in week end also better more than one staff to work in one client .

It’s my one stop station for everything since 10 years nowhere can beat the quality and the service of this beauty center absolutely wonderful, the owner is from my home country Jordan and I am so proud of her, congratulations for this amazing success

If you please stop removing the review !Worst experience. I would recommed everyone to stay away from this salon for your own health . Apart from extremely rude and unprofessional stuff the manicure kits are not sanitized, so I got fungal infection. When I realized what’s happening I came back to remove the gel so I could see doctor again, they knew that it was their mistake, lady told me “oh it happens sometimes” ( I guess I wasn’t the first person that came back with the fungal infection ) but they didn’t care at all , they made me pay for removal which is rediculous at that point. I asked to speak with the manager same lady came , I asked for her full name she didn’t want to introduce herself just gave me some nickname . After explaining her what is happening and after she saw my nails, she just said “Maam you can complain.“One word discussing.Overall , really the worst experience I ever had.

I’m a regular customer here since years but recently everything changed to be the worst experience for me, I asked them on WhatsApp before coming if they have specific service and they replied by yes we do! but when I arrived I discovered it’s not available and it was before one day of my travel so I lost the chance to book anywhere else!! And they didn’t even apologize, when I asked for the manager to make a complaint they told me she is eating and not free to meet you!! Such an attitude and such acustomer service!!! As well they become so expensive without anything extra everything is doubleprice than before !! Will never come back again

I have had the same trouble before but thought on giving a try and went to see if the quality of the nail polish has improved the answer is negative... The manicure lasts max 48 hrs... No house chores...

I don’t understand the 5 star ratings. I went to do my nails and hair and before starting I showed both ladies exactly how I want my hair and nails. They both said they know how to do what I asked for and ended up doing the exact opposite of what I asked for. A total waste of time, I had to get everything done twice. Gladly the other staff fixed both my hair & nails. The nail area smells like toilet sewage btw, what’s going on? It used to be an excellent salon.

I’ve been a client of beauty connection for so many years. I loved coming here because they were professional and fast. However my last experience makes me not want to consider the salon again. I came for a hair cut and it took them 30 minutes to finally get to washing my hair. After that they made me wait and when the hair stylist came she told me she wants to start with another client and she will need 20 more minutes. I told her I’ve been here for long and she just walked away and ignored me. She then told her colleague I’ve asked for a different stylist which I didn’t do. I had to walk out frustrated with my hair DRIPPING water because they didn’t even dry my hair well. Extremely disappointed.

I was in this salon past 12 years but now I realized that I will never go back to this salon because they never respect clients need and they didn’t treat well.Whenever I have issues I use to find a solution with supervisor but she is always negative doesn’t care.Even the owner one day to explain to her my issue and she is not willing to listen to me because she have family problem. Even she didn’t try to take my number and after she can call me and ask how can she solve it. She don’t care. I want to say that I drive more than 40 mins to reach the salon every time but in the end they not appreciate my loyalty. I can find easily saloon near my home, but I drive all this way to get not only good service or they are charging cheaper than other saloon, no . Not Recommended for Europeans with Bright eyebrows and thin hairI recently had a disastrous experience at the Saloon where 2 days ago I opted for eyebrow tinting and ended up regretting it deeply. As a European with bright, thin hair, I thought a subtle enhancement would complement my features. However, the outcome was far from what I expected, leaving me with an old, angry and aggressive look.Firstly, despite spending almost 300 dhs, the result was nothing close to what I wanted. Instead of matching my hair color, my eyebrows were dyed black, creating a stark and unnatural contrast. I specifically requested a gradual intensity, but the tint was left on for 10 minutes, far too long, resulting in an overly dark and harsh appearance.When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested removal, I was assured it could be undone or lightened. However, after rushing to another branch and paying an additional 65 dhs for removal, I was informed that bleaching was the only option. Even after 30 minutes of bleaching, the results were unsatisfactory, leaving me with eyebrows that still didn’t match my hair color.To make matters worse, I realised at home that the technician over-threaded and trimmed my already thin eyebrows excessively, leaving them barely visible. This standard approach, tailored for those with thick, dark hair, completely disregarded my European features and gentle look. Moreover, it will be an unfixable disaster when the tinting fades away in few days, as I’ll look dull.In the end, not only did I waste time and money, but I also left the salon feeling like a completely different person, one I didn’t recognize or want to be. I strongly advise blonde ladies to steer clear from here to avoid a similar ordeal. If only I could turn back time and choose a different salon, I would do so without hesitation.

They give 15% for reviews and I want to say that I am giving this place a 5 stars because they deserve it not because of the offer. They have so many beauty sections. Main reason I went there was to do my nails, and it was about 2 years ago. They did a brilliant job. I kept going there for my nails and I thought I will give the eyebrows section a try. I did the threading with Tina or Tania, honestly I always confuse her name and I apologies for that. Anyway, I always go there and ask for her but sometimes I get other staff depending on the shifts and working staff that day. Generally, they all do a good job. Finally, while I was doing my nails one day, I was thinking that I was late for my photo shoot and I dont have time to go back home and do my hair so I decided to do my hair there , and again they did a good job. So I kept going for hair , nails and eyebrows. I cant lie, few and very very few staff were unfriendly but most of them were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the place big time.

Very bad costumer service. I arrived at 1:20pm for my 1:30pm appointment. After waiting for 30min I got to know that the technician still needs time with the previous costumer…. I asked for Rachel (the manager) and she was no help. Even though she knew that I was on a tight schedule she tried to offer me the service 30min after my appointment or to reschedule it.. but honestly, after waiting around and chasing the employees to find out when am I going to go inside and start the service, I dont think I will ever be coming to this salon again… no respect to time or to costumers… very disappointed…

The only place I feel comfortable doing my gel refill and hair. They are so fast and efficient, clean and they have the most friendly staff. Shoutout to Luz and Joy - the best nail technicians!

The eid schedule that they have is very unorganized. I arrived at 3 PM to do my eyebrows and waited until 5:30 PM for my turn to come. When I initially arrived with my token number they said there are only 4 ladies waiting before me. It turns out there is at least 10. And all other ladies are roaming around doing other services then they show up late to the eyebrow section and made the ones that waited, wait even longer. This is unacceptable and they need to be more organized it should be by first come first serve basis.

This is my first visit to the salon and i really loved it and loved my hair. Special thanks to Philomene 😍❤️ she’s supeeeeer sweet and she was so gentle with my hair. i wish you open a branch in Abu dhabi😩❤️

They don’t give essad on full week just on certain days and when I check with essad there’s nothing like that we can use it full week but they say they have offer on that days and the offer is good for there side not customer side to pay 15DH and they give you 50 nail polish and that’s not fare they can’t force us every time . To do that .

There are not enough staff that are comfortable to color blonde hair. I came and was told I would have to wait 2 hours to color my roots for the hairdresser to be available. They don’t take appointments so the waiting time can be very long, which is quite frustrating when trying to plan your day off.

I drive a long way to come do my nails at this salon but today I was very disappointed. Not happy with the way my nails were done. I did hard gel, first of the shape was not what I wanted and plus the bottom part of my nails close to the cuticles looks messy and done by an amateur or someone who didn’t care it already looks like it’s a week old or so and I did it today

Very good and very fast service. A wide range of services! One thing is far from great is dealing with complaints. Team is not willing to help to sort out the issue. But best nail techhicians are Marittes, Gemma, Wendyl, Michel!!! Amazing girls!

My review is going to be a mix.I have known BEAUTY CONNECTION since they were in an apartment in a bldg on SZ Rd. The place looked seedy and rundown but was very popular because the service was 8/10 if not 10/10. It was full of EMIRATES flight attendants (maybe a discount was offered) so the level of service was quite high. However, the level of rudeness was as high as it is now.When they moved to their current location, it was a pleasure to go there and enjoy a relaxing spa day. But, slowly over time (I’d say it was a year after the pandemic), the standard we had come to expect started to fall and I had several bad experiences with technicians (manicure and pedicure and gel nails). I complained in person and over Instagram but the response was careless and dismissive. Like, if you are not happy, don’t come here.So we simply stopped going there.I went three days ago after a year for a very quick service (we were in the vicinity) and were shocked to see the transformation of a previously well lit, clean and welcoming place to a dark, dingy, dull, smelly place with a very strong religious atmosphere (I’d say the same if a salon was playing Church organ music or hymns or Hindu bhajans or Sikh gurbani or Buddhist chants). It was a shocking and discouraging experience. The upper lip and chin waxing service was good but it’s not worth going for there again.

Exceptional customer service especially to Ms Sana and Ms Mary Ann from the reception. They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I also did my hair highlights to Ms April and she really did a great job as ALWAYS! I always go out happy and gorgeous. I visited Salon Beauty Connection and found their prices reasonable, which was a plus. They also accepted Isaad. However, I was disappointed by the unfriendly attitude of the employees. The supervisor always seemed unhappy and angry, which created a tense atmosphere. Even when I had a complaint, they didnt take any steps to satisfy their clients. Its essential to have a welcoming and customer-focused environment, which this salon lacks.

Very excellent service given. I would like to say thank you to marlyn and maritess. Both of them are excellent in terms of skills and they are also friendly. I really really love my nails. Hi to Eunice and Sherly from the main reception for making every interaction a delight. I love the spa atmosphere especially their nail services. Did my gelish and they have a wide range of nail polish choices which is a wooow factor.

The staff of the eyelash reception is really rude her name Eunice, she was not helpful at all and speaking very bad way.Another thing that there is no clear pricing every time the price changes for same service depending on the technician. And if you try discuss they will simply try to convince you that you are wrong.The gel polish colors are not highly pigmented you feel it’s like transparent color.They have happy hour promotion where if you ask any additional service they will either charge you double or they will charge regular price.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. Best salon in Dubai for me. For nails, my to go to people are Mitch and Jenni Anne. They’re the best. Perfectionists and really really accommodating. For hair, Sally, April and Mia are always there to take care of my hair. I always get compliments with my hair color and style. The best girls ever! Thanks to the wonderful service

Absolutely terrible salon, bad service, minimum options for halal nail polishes, highly commercialized place, every basic service is considered an add-on, overpriced for a low quality service, the owner needs to seriously reconsider her work style and do a serious staff review, as much as we live in Dubai where life is expensive but there should be a way to differentiate bad service from good one, people are not stupid. One of their staff even wounded my face after careless threading procedure. And with their high rates, they only accept Fazaa card on select days of the week, which is awkward. Will not come back here or bring my family again, and do not recommend anyone to come to this salon unless the owner reconsiders her policy and properly trains the staff. Who cares about your Guinness world record if you cannot provide quality services?I forgot to mention they offer 15% discount for a good google review, no wonder most of these 5 star reviews are most likely not genuine. The smell in the salon the minute you enter is disgusting, no proper ventilation system, Dubai Municipality should really pay them a visit, women are breathing chemicals here throughout their prolonged procedures, absolutely disgusting!

Went in for a facial with these two lovely Iranian sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed it! She would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. It’s also great value for money. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back for another facial.

I heard aloot abt itBut i didnt like my experience unfortunatelyI went for my eyebrows with tinaAs i informed her please keep my eyebrows as thick as it is pls dont make it thin(as im very sensitive to it) and shape it from down onlyShe shaped but she remove more than one line from up result was so thin eyebrows…Pluuuuuus when her emarati customer came she left me and went to her without removing the remaining hairs from shaving on my face and and on my eyes and nose !!! I start cleaning my self .I guess when they know they are wanted they stop caring about their customer service and attitude.For me i will not do my eyebrows here again, any one can do shaving and shaping the important is to 👂🏼 listen to what customer want .

I had a head massage at The Hair Section, but unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience.One of the first things I noticed was that the lady providing the massage did not seem to be qualified or experienced. As a result, her technique was incredibly rough and forceful, and she even pulled my hair at times. This was extremely painful and uncomfortable.I was extremely concerned and upset about this, as I had never experienced hair loss before. I felt that the lady at the Hair Section were not careful or gentle with my hair, and that this led to the damage and loss I experienced.Overall, I would not recommend the head massage services at the Hair Section. Worst service ever! The staff look very demotivated and their work is so bad! I did my nails pedi and mani just cleaning and they are very careless. A simple a thing as cleaning nails they look like they cut nails and that’s it. It was my very and last time ever! Don’t recommend this Salon

I have loved this salon for years, the best quality gel always. However, recently with the renovations going on, it’s been an unpleasant unhygienic environment to the point where there’s cockroaches running around whilst I’m getting my pedicure. I won’t be back for the foreseeable unfortunately, such a shame the standards have slipped dramatically during the renovation. Let’s hope it’s worth it.

The service in this salon is amazing and ate marilou balbuena, did an amazing job on my nails. it was my first time visiting and I am very satisfied but not only what she did,, she also help me pick a colour that suited me she also gave me advice on how to look after my nails in the future and it is obvious that she knows her stuff. Ive rebooted to have my nails done with her again as I will definitely be visiting again!

It was one of my favorite, but it became like trading , i came to do my eyebrows and upper lip but unfortunately they told me there is only senior and you should pay extra, for me it is not about money but it is very cheap way to ask clients paying extra in this way. I don’t recommend this place anymore and im so disappointed. And the problem when i went inside the section where i have to do my service, there was not senior , i feel so angry of this bad service. Extremely RUDE staff.Rednail avenue staff Edna & agnes are very very very rude.ive been going for years but i will stop going due to rude and how stingy the saloon is.Today i wanted to ONLY wash my hair ( due to a surgery i have i cant shower) they wanted to wash my hair without drying it and said i can leave with wet hair or i should pay extra????????????? i even asked if i can dry it myself and they still requested me to pay???other saloons do it complimentary. another thingi only wanted a plastic cup they she asked me to pay because they sell it.. while other saloons offer free water and drinks this STINGY saloon makes you pay for an EMPTY PLASTIC CUP!!!!!!!!WORST SERVICE EVER, ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTIONS!

I’ve been using the salon’s services for 8 years. I love that when I do my nails (both mani and pedi) I have a total of 4 ladies working. The services are done not just fast but I also like the quality. For gel nails I love Rosalie and Joy and for my pedicure Mercy and Alma. Highly recommend them.

It is my favorite place to go for Mani and PediLast Saturday I went for full face threading, Farida shaped my eye brows very well, but the other lady who took care of my face caused me several cuts by the thread on my face, I had to stay home for two days to treat those cuts with Mebo scar cream.I will go there only for my regular Mani and Padi

Didn’t like at all. I think is to expensive for the kind of service they provide .I did gélish manicure and pedicure .The took 2 hours just for the pedicure and looks like she doesn’t know how to do it . She cut me 2 times ( hopefully I’m tolerant to pain )Manicure the girl did it fast but I have to be behind her to pain like this or look you are missing this . Looks you didn’t cover this part and things like that .Is suppose I went there ( friends recommend this place ) to relax and because they can do mani and pedi at the same time . but doesn’t worth it .More than 500 dhs doesn’t worth it .Disappoint it

For the second time the hair technician colored my hair two degree lighter . And most of them was still white!!!When I complained they said sorry but we can only ask you to come after max a week and color it again .Do you think people are so free who keep going to salon for the same job and sit two hours and half and again get the same poor serviceIt was so bad for the big name like yours and I would never go back to there again and advise you the same

In my opinion very professional spa. I visited the nail and eyebrows area and I was very satisfied with the results. Very comfortable chairs while doing my pedicure, which lasts long time. The price is also very reasonable. I was given advice what to do with my eyebrows and I really like it. Very natural look. Very polite and friendly staff.

I always get compliments about my hair and it’s all thanks to her. 😊 Rosalie and Mercy do my nails and they always do an awesome job! They know exactly the colors I prefer and the shape. Beauty connection is the first spa I have been since I came to Dubai 2008. That was the time I met Rose Ann, one of the pioneers and the best technician in my own opinion. A few years after Rosalie and Joy came along and they all are my best go to technicians when I visit the spa. They are professional and gets the job done on time with best results! Thank you ladies for always making me feel at home and treated like a queen.

I would like to reccomend the hamman with the morrocan lady. She is amazing removes all the dead skin and make your skin soft. You are alone in the steam room and not sharing with other ladies.

I go to Beauty Connection only for my eyebrows to Ashwati, she is the only specialist who knows how to take care of my brows and her attitude is positive and pleasant!As for my nails and hair, I go only when I need urgently or when there are good offers only. I don’t like the factory vibe, non smiling cashiers and supervisors.

I’ve been going there for more than 4 year for the gel extensions and refill and they are good . But the classic manicure is very bad. The color doesn’t stay for even one day. the classic nail polish is peeling off from the firs day.I went today for classic manicure and pedicure but started to peel in the same day

I have been coming to this place for the past 8 years. Unfortunately yesterday was the last day I will step foot there.I had a set of new nails done about 2.5 weeks ago, I had to go back 3 times in those 2.5 weeks because my nails kept breaking. I went back and I mentioned to the girl behind the counter that it shouldn’t happen, she didn’t really respond to it and gave me the price for the broken nails. I paid for the broken nails every time I went back including a full renewal on the third time I went back. So yesterday I called the spa because after the renewal 3 nails broke again. I spoke to Alona the supervisor and she told me to come over and she could help me with it. When I arrived I felt extremely uncomfortable, there was a group of girls standing with Alona and talking in tagalog right in front of me and looking at me. Extremely rude and they were obviously talking about me. I told the girl behind the counter that I called in with a complaint. She continued by telling me the price for the nails. I said I’m sorry I think you got this wrong I don’t think I should pay for this service when I just did my nails a few days ago. Alona kept arguing with me instead of just apologising for the whole thing. I was extremely upset by the whole thing. They all know me there, I go every 4 weeks for my nails. And every week for my hair ( by the way I never had a bad experience at the hair department I love the girls there they are so kind and my hair is always done so well by Mary and Betty). But because of the nail ladies I won’t be coming back there anymore. The service is bad. Many of the ladies are rude. They talk about the clients in tagalog. The supervisors are not fit to run the place. It’s not worth it for me anymore.

I’m here at the salon, after 90 minutes still waiting for someone to help me finish just a regular pedicure. All I’ve asked was to remove my ingrown skin from my big toe , which I have mentioned at the reception before I’ve payed .First I’m waiting over 30 minutes, I was sat down but no one told me how long the waiting will be. Now still waiting with un unfinished pedicure, no one telling me how much longer I must wait or even apologize. There are 2 Supervisors at the reception chatting and isn’t even busy. I had many bad experiences experiences here. But this is over the top as is related to customer service only.What a complete waste of time money and energy. Definitely not going back there again.

I m visiting the salon every month since 2015, not all the staff are amazing, services are medium, ok-ish for the price paid with discount but i kept going back as appointment is not required and services are fast and ok, not great but ok.But lately, in the past 2 months, i had problems every time when i visited the salon. In may i went for waxing, the lady was new, she had no idea how to wax and she literally removed my skin and i had bruises on my arm for long time after. When i asked if she s new at the reception i was told no, she s already working for 1 month :))))) so in their opinion she was not new, knowing exactly what she was doing. I can assure you that was not the case and service recovery zero from their side.Today i went again for eyebrows and i specifically told the lady how to do my eyebrows and she nodded her head to me saying ok. While she was doing threading i felt she was removing much more than specifically told and she was very slow. After she finished my eyebrows were destroyed, they don t look the same anymore, they are very thin because she removed what I specifically told her not to. And when i asked her why she did this she told me: Not nice? 😐 I literally never saw her in the salon until today, her English is very poor and she doesn’t have idea what eyebrows threading means. When i complained at the reception the supervisor kept quiet, telling me she already works there for few months so she s not new and her english is ok so she doesn’t understand the problem. It was the 2nd time complaining to a supervisor in 1 month, nothing happened and the supervisors are not qualified at all to deal with problems.I went for nails after, same issue, 2 out of 4 girls were new, had no idea what they were doing, learning on clients that are paying money for a service that should be impeccable but thanks god for the old ladies being there and doing what they couldn’t so it was not a disaster.In my opinion the problem is simple, they are hiring alot of new staff, the old ones all the time are in ,,long leave’’ when i ask for them so I suppose they are not working there anymore. If you are willing for some girls who are still learning to do a service you re paying for, visit Beauty Coonection nowadays. Very dissapointed and for sure i ll not go there anymore.

Once upon a time i use to go to this saloon when it was inside a grocery store and fatima did my brows and she made it super super super thin and i never went back. then when they opened in sheikh zayed road i told myself why not go and give it a try with nails which was on the same day of my wedding night! i booked an appointment and they all had a meeting all of a sudden and i was just waiting.to be honest african ladies are too tough on the hair wash, staff not friendly like smillingnail polish horrible doesnt even last a day! they use this brand KOKO.if you want a quick mani padi without nail polish u will finish in 30mins. other than that i wont visit again. atmosphere is dead doesnt feel like a spa

Staff are terrible usually rude. they will always have excuses as to why they wont accept esaad when they do. the quality of nail polish is bad. the staff themselves are aware of it too, it chips so easily. dont expect much for hair and nails. I only go there to get my brows, theyre very skilled with that.

The salon is great and they have variety of services. However, the staff need to be more friendly especially at the reception + for the card holder discounts if you have fazaa and gave it to your sister for example they won’t accept it as we know fazza card can be shared with ur family members and be used everywhere for this salon they do everything except taking your card discounts! This made me very upset i hope they change their condition and be more flexible.

I used to go for my eyebrows from 7 years ..Prices increased ALOT .. eyebrows and upperlips was about 73 dirhams now 76.19 for only eyerbrows 76.19 and 19.06 for upperlips .. in addition no discount cards are accepted .. overpriced compared to others salons that i’ve been to.

I had a great mani-pedi last week. I met several of the service providers from my previous visit, all of them were friendly and welcoming but Marlyn and Marites was my favorite--they have achieved the perfect balance between personal and professional client service. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.

The service are awesome. I even brought my mom from US for a full body massage and mom was overwhelmed. Deep facial cleansing is the best. Must try! And will surely come back soon...

I did manicure first time in Beauty Connection and usually i was satisfied with other services like massage and facials, but manicure was horrible, after 3 days my nails was already damaged on the sides, air went inside, later when i called them and ask if they can fix it, i didnt get any well or appropriate reply, and it was only in the message, they ignore me, telling me i need refill. Horrible experience ! All other saloons i had manicure before was better then this one. This i didnt expect from Beauty Connection !

I’ve been coming here for more than 8 years and yesterday was the first time I encountered such a rude nail technician. 2 girls were attending to me refilling my nails yesterday, the 1st girl is Gechielle and the other one is Josie and when I asked them about jelly nails and showing them pictures of nails that I wanted to do they started to talk in tagalog, obviously was talking about me. The attitude from the very beginning was off because whatever I asked, they will answer me in a very annoyed and angry manner as if I didnt pay for my service and I was asking them to do ridiculous stuff beyond their job scope. It continued like this until the last straw for me was when I asked Josie about the polish sample next to me and asked her what is that and the difference between that and what I was doing to my nails and she just answered me so rudely, so angry, and was making a face even behind the mask. I still don’t understand why she was so annoyed with me when I was only asking her about the nail sample. I immediately asked to change nail technician because I can’t take it anymore. The manager, Rachel came and took Josie away. No apologies from both Josie and Rachel. I continued to do my nails with Gechielle even though I was really upset at this point. The manager Rachel didn’t come to me afterwards to ask what had happened and she didn’t give me another nail technician. I finished doing my nails, i went to the counter to speak to the manager which was Rachel to ask for the girls name and she tried to downplay what had happened to me. The worst thing about the whole thing was that there was no recovery from both Josie and Rachel. Rachel tried to gaslight me by saying maybe the way Josie is talking is different than what I’m used to, and that i don’t need to complain because they will reprimand her. Rudeness is something that should never be tolerated but if she apologise afterwards I wouldn’t bother to leave a long review like this because everybody makes mistakes. But there was zero show of remorse. Not only did she treat me like that, there was no apology and I was the one who had to go to the manager only for her to downplay what had happened to me. My aim is for this to never happen to any other future customers. I hope they both learn from this experience. If you do go, and you do get Josie as your nail technician, and if she is still being rude for no reason, please call her out. Any paying customers should never have to deal with this level or rudeness. Her name is Josie, the manager’s name is Rachel.

The lady working in the hair section EDNA very irresponsible, and lier. She was supposed to assign me someone to do my hair and completely disregarded me and let me waiting whilst she assigned another client TWO ladies to do her hair! Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: they apologized& when i went again to the salon thinking i will get a better experience, they blocked my number out of the system so i dont go there anymore they would have asked & i would have not went again but they wanted me to take down the review so they let me enter their heaven 😂thats their APOLOGY ! They took action upon their 10 year client and not their employee who was rude to their client! Its so funny how they want my review to go down so they let their own staff review from their personal accounts, they also let guys review athough its an”only” ladies salon😂😂

My favourite nails salon, probably the only good place in Dubai where you don’t need an appointment and whenever you walk-in there will be a competent therapist to look after you. I like that they have a person to do random checks/ audit on the work done to ensure all the staff are maintaining a good quality job.

I got my mani and pedi done there, the result was nice and clean, but the place doesn’t have the pampering spa feel. Everything is covered in plastic, everything is expedited. Also, I asked for a sugar scrub instead of the foot scrubber and that costs extra, however it’s usually part of the service in other spas. BCS has been my Salon for over 5 years specially for my Nails and Morrocan Bath. All the staff are friendly,lovely and well trained. JOY & ROSALIE are my favorite nail tech they are so good with nails , my gel polish last over a month 😍. Linda is the best to scrub your whole body 😅 highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been going to them for years with my daughters. At first it was good but now it’s horrible horrible horrible customer service . They look at you as a walking money bag but they would take the money in a rude way! Before finishing your line about the service you want they would interrupt with the price. They don’t smile. They treat you as if you need them not the other way around. In other salons (big expensive or small and cheap) you are spoiled and treated like every customer matters to them and would even offer complimentary coffee and tea. Unlike beauty connection nothing is free! And the ones in charge they are the worst ! At the reception they will look for any excuse not to accept Esaad card. Last time I went I took my 11 year old daughter to blow dry her hair for her birthday. The ladies who did her hair were nice and one of them asked my daughter if she wanted her to tie the front hair to the back n my daughter liked n said yes. After a a few moments I saw that she braided it not just tied it. When they finished as we were walking out, the lady in charge (the one who arranges the customers in seats) was standing and watching us as we were passing from the reception, she said with a straight face “ 50 dirhams for the braid” !! I told her I did not ask for it, secondly usually in good friendly salons (even expensive ones) they would not charge specially that it’s something small and for a little girl. 3rd and most importantly you can always speak in a nice way!Customers are the one paying so businesses can run and the workers like her would get their salaries. if not for us the salon will be closed. I have spent thousands of dirhams on beauty connection over the years and you got the 50 dhs for the silly braid but you lost 3 customers!!

I just did my hair cut with Berty and it was amazing. Shes fast and very accurate. I recommend going to her

Not all of the sections are professional and if you don’t like their work the staff will get upset . Thankfully Managers there can solve ur problems easily

My OVERALL experience today is bizarre! I came for facial and nails. They say we can book a slot for nails but then the lady at the nail station said no even if I pay. So what guarantees me am not going to be waiting again? When i asked for the remote control for the massage chair for pedicure the other lady said “you didn’t tell me you want massage. So they have massage chairs that basically not work. I see massage chairs everywhere, i expect the chair working, right?The ladies at the facial section were not helpful at all. First they told me for 2 kinds of facial and price. After she was saying there’s no catalogue to see what their facials are and she changed the price by 100aed more. I mean 🤦🏽‍♀️This is 1 more additional negative review. After so many years being a customer here, this is THE LAST TIME!!! I can’t stand the attitude. Based on what level are you so arrogant? The manicure girls just get up and leave without telling you if they go na come back, the reception girls have an excuse about everything without even listening to you. I would rather pay full price rather than having this. Everyone is complaining about the service and no one seems to do anything about it. Just because you offer certain promotions doesn’t mean thatPeople will continue coming to you.

If you want to have a gorgeous hair color, I highly recommend Malou! Shes a magician. She can fix all your problems.

Nail technicians are trained in very old fashion way of doing manicure. No one know how to do machine manicure.Very aggressive methods to remove gelish.My nails hurt every single time I gave it a try in this place. when removing cuticles, they are digging so deep under the skin around nail, causing sleepless nights due to pain and swelling around some nails.I tried few times, but 9 of 10, I was coming with healthy nails, but leaving with damaged and hurt.It’s so pity, coz other services which I tried ( massage, eye brows…was good)But never again for nails.

It was a bad experience, twice I did manicure and pedicure it was bad and the staff making my nails bleed!!! Also my sister and nephew they are not satisfied with the results. I love this place, its very convenient and practical because for hair and nails you dont need to book and they always have some great promotions. My only advice is take your own nail polish cause theirs will last a day max 😊

The morrocan bath with Najat is the best. Eyebrows with Tina is amazing I’ve been doing with her for more than 10 years.Blowdry with Rita is amazing, she takes care of your hair without hurting you or burning you. Unlike some of the other girls in the salon. Some of the girls in the blow dry station are very moody like Melise(red haired), she refused to do my hair for no reason, my turn came and she just kept on roaming around and did not do my hair!The girls on the reception when you forst enter the salon, they stink so badly preferably wear a mask so you dont smell it when entering.

Worst nail service I’ve ever had! Call center prices are totally different than the saloon prices. Supervisors are not helping either. If you wish for a FISH market experience then this is the place.

*not using my real name* worse salon I have ever been too. They place is so cheaply done and hygiene is non existent. I did Moroccan hamam and massage. The lady who did the hamam was sweet but she was wearing a sleeping gown with minimal hygiene (hair not done, nails not clean ect). The stuff used was already dirty from before so I was shocked but didn’t say anything. Thr steam was 45 degrees which was painful.Worse massage of my life. The lady didn’t know who to do it at all. She was just rubbing lotion and oil on me. She was using plastic gloves to do (not required in salons as salons are very hands on services so as long as their clean it’s okay). Then she did my massage sitting down on the loudest chair possible with the rolling ones.Very inexperienced staff, rude and don’t know what they’re doing. I guess you get what you pay for.One last thing, thr reception lady wanted me to pay a much higher price than agreed on, I’m not dumb though so I didn’t let it slide.They’re proud they’re the biggest salon, but the worse.

I had my first visit today to beauty connection.It was hard to locate the entrance since there was no clear signage on the service road side.When I reached I was asked to take a token number pertaining to which service I needed.Since the place is quite big I didn’t know where to go so I had to ask the lady, I was confused as I haven’t experienced this “system” before.I went to the area I needed “nails” again I had to figure out what to do.Eventually I needed to give the token to the receptionist, tell her about my selected service so she could process the payment invoice.Then again I had to ask where should I go.Then the supervisor took me to the dedicated nail therapist.Anyway I expected more attention and guidance from their side.It felt quite industrial due to the large number of customers and the “system” in place.The positive side is that it’s organised and the therapists have done a fairly good job with my mani pedi.I would have also preferred them not talking their own language in presence of customers.They have not stopped it’s quite annoying.I would go there again when I have a last min treatment which I couldn’t book for previously.At least I can walk in there.

Eyebrow section is quite bad i must say... i tried it for the first time, i had grown my eye brows for 2 months, yet they did not follow my instructions and messed up royally just before my photo shoot...will never recommend eyebrows :(

Very rude staff, expect the managers to scream at you, no respect whatsoever. They blocked us from coming to their salon because we posted a bad review lol. Worst worst worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I was waiting for one hour only for the lights to go out. After that I had to wait another twenty minutes and I ended up not even getting the hairstyle I wanted. No one knew how to do a hairstyle there. So inexperienced and so unprofessional! Everyone was scrambling around and no one was coming. I ended up leaving with just a blow dry and no refund after I paid for a hairstyle.

This place is like a dreamworld but for beauty! Never seen such an amazing salon in my life! Color coded departments with separate areas for every service. They have a huge number of staff to always welcome the walk ins, which is the best thing about them! Highly recommended to all! Especially for the eyelash extensions!

The worest salon ever , i went to hair section to do normal bun style , the lady that did for me was unprofessional , first of all she said for the supervisor that she don’t want to do the because everyone was busy she did it for me , she tool 2 hours for bun style and at the end it wasn’t correctly done , i said that if u don’t want to do OR you don’t know till other ladies to do and don’t waste my time and money ,,,, I went to home and re do it again by myself ,,, if u have occasion Don’t Go To This Saloon

No advance booking are required which makes it the perfect place for unplanned days. Price list is great and not expensive compare to other places. Decor is wonderful and covers a huge are for all services that you might need. Tried the eyebrow and blow dry but didnt like it . Its a place for quick work however dont recommend it if you will have an important occasion.

Waste of time and money!!Before arriving I called to ask if Sehar who does eyebrows and upper lip threading available, reception confirmed that she is available and that they do not do bookings, just walk-ins. After waiting for almost 1 h 30+mins while other customers were attended, I was informed I need to wait further otherwise I can see someone else, after waiting for 20 more minutes I was served by a lady who did not know how to do threading and was breaking the hair rather than removing it from the roots. I had to tell her that she needs to remove hair from the roots twice, until I had to leave with more than half of my upperlip not done. It took the reception some time to refund me as they wanted to deduct the upperlip, but they made full refund. After reaching the lift I found one of them running after me wanting to deduct more money from my refund and took back me again inside. I visit beauty connection from time to time since 2012, but the staff are becoming more arrogant and unprofessional each time I visit the place.
