This is a cute & cozy salon.  The ladies were all very welcoming when I walked in.  Sam did my pedicure & my feet feel 1,000% better. Her being an absolute delight to laugh & chat with during the process made my experience even better.  I would definitely visit this salon again when Im  back in Dubai.

Mia did my nail art. As always, it’s excellent. 🤩🤩🤩 She always meets my style and design. Been a regular and satisfied customer since last year. Sam is very good, you should try the foot massage with her. 💯 very friendly atmosphere 💖💖💖

I initially removed my review after the salon offered to fix my nail with peeling gel (after 6 days) polish free of charge. However, I later reconsidered my decision to return as the gel polish began peeling off from all my nails. I have doubts about the authenticity of the gel polish, as it appeared to be a thin coating resembling regular nail polish that could be removed by hand easily and quickly.Seems that the salon may be using low-quality, inexpensive materials while charging rates comparable to high-end salons. This discrepancy between the quality of service and the pricing structure led to a disappointing experience 😭😭😭and ultimately felt like a waste of money and time.

This was my first time using this service. The ladies in the shop were very welcoming! I had just walked in and wanted to take off my acrylic nails because they were getting old. Manu suggested I do a refill of acrylic with Gel nail polish instead and I do not regret it! She was really patient with me and had great attention to detail. The nails look amazing! The equipment used to clean up my nails was from a fresh pack so very sanitary/ hygienic. The price was also affordable for the quality of service and products used. I would highly recommend!

Linda did an extraordinary job with my French polish. Most technicians can’t get the perfect French with a thin white tip but Linda did and I am really happy with the quality. Thanks Linda for making my nails look amazing.

My preferred salon for manicure, pedicure and eyebrows. Look for Ate Chichi 💅🏻and the Filipina lady for the footspa! All eyebrow ladies are so good. ✨️✨️Kind and nice owner and the Filipina receptionist!

I really loved this place for my nails.Mia and Sam did a great job with Acrylic nails and pedicure. The products being used I feel has been the best so far I have come across at saloons. They are really dedicated to make sure a good job is done. 💕

Beauty Point Salon is a gem! I have received multiple services from this salon and everyone has done an excellent job.Zarah took her time with both my eyebrow tinting and pedicure. The shape and color of my brows looked very natural. My pedicure was excellent, very neat and beautiful.

I went almost 2 months ago and i made for my hair ( protein ) so after 1 week i noticed that my hair is not good still curly and it is not tidy, so i called them and i explained and they told me to come, I went and they did my hair again, but it did not work and they made me pay them 80 dirhams , this only because they washed my hair. And they have no right to let me pay, because this is their fault. They use the worst protein product. They are very bad and liars.My hair is so bad its like i didn’t do any protein, and i paid for nothing 300 aed for protein, 60 for shampoo and its also so bad shampoo , and they let me pay for hair washedShame of this treatment.

Did a massage here, it was more like a rub. Very bad. Also, they tried to charge me double the price than they had advertised. Did a gel pedicure, the gel came off most toes within 3 days. Went back to use the hair salon for a simple extension removal as I wouldn’t trust them again for anything else, and again they doubled the price they had agreed with me over what’s app, so I walked out. They wasted my time, very frustrating that they always try to cheat. I only wish the owner knew about this behaviour from their staff. I would recommend staying away from this salon. Very unprofessional.

I pay for my wife service with satisfaction. A little bit pricy than other places but the service is perfect. My 3rd time visiting Dubai and this salon is my wifes favourite. My wife mentioned Rona who always handled her appointment correctly. And staff Mia who did her facial with magic hands ❤️ Best recommend.

The waxing was very professional, not too painful. Judith was friendly and excellent. I highly recommend her. I also had an oil treatment. Veronica gave me a very good head massage and hair trim. I will go back again.

I went and got a mani and pedi as well as getting my hair color done. Judith was amazing with the hair color she was able to transform my dark hair into an ashy brown color and my hair was beautiful and shiny I love it! The staff are also very kind and hospitable I definitely recommend!

I have been one of their most regular customers. I have never showed up without apt. And even I have taken appt , the girl I went regularly has attended other customers leaving my service half way and transferring it mid way to other girls , I have been cooperative with Al this , becoz over al I liked ther services . But my last week I had booked advanced appt for hair wash n eye brow , I showed 10 mins before my appt time, the girl with whom my service was booked wasn’t even informed about my booking, secondly they wanted me to shift the service to other girl which I objected as I had made an appt , secondly the girl at the reception started arguing with me just becoz I demanded to get my eye brow threading done before the hair wash and was extremely disrespectful in her communication especially in presence of other customers, despite I liked going there and liked their service’s especially razia ( who does amazing facials ) I told them this will be my last visit there , the girl at reception dint seem to care , honestly loss to salon to lose a regular customer, there are many salons available, respect is a mutual thing , I believe these are the basic rules any employees in service industry should be made aware . Over all I liked their services and prices , but would not visit again due to the disrespectful behavior.

This is my third time visiting this salon for nail services. I’m very happy with the results and the prices are reasonable. They have a nice selection of gelish polish colors and the staff are very accommodating. I’ve done gel overlay and gel extension, gelish pedicure and manicure. It always comes out perfect.

Went here for a wash and blowdry, the staff who did my hair seemed like she was doing hair for the first time. Used extreme heat and combed through wet hair. Pretty poor service, didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing well.Didn’t seem professional at all. Also, not very card friendly.

The nail technician cut my cuticles too close for almost all my nails. Almost all of my fingers are red and swollen.

My first time here for waxing, waxing work was not good, l came home and l saw all my face still has hairs and eyebrows l don’t recommend also, she cut eyebrows as wrong 😑 and she didn’t make what l wanted even my bf realized something wrong, and , l think l am just gonna go here for nails waxing was not good at all, l just wasted my money that’s it
