Loved my experience and the salon today. Biyanka did a wonderful job with my hair- a blow dry which lasted the whole day long in and out of the heat. Nadia provided the best Moroccan bath experience after which I feel reborn and clean as never before 😌. Nadia and Sakiena did my manicure and pedicure afterwards as quick and clean that I missed having in London. Not to forget to mention my massage by Lubna, I wish I could have it every day 😍 overall the best day in my whole vocation. Hope to see you all again soon!

I have been visiting Biyanca for years to get my hair done, and she never fails to amaze me! Whenever she does my hair, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have been a long time client of this Salon and Ive seen how they try to manage everything from receptionist who keeps on checking clients if everything is good, from therapist that is so friendly and make u feel at home so relaxing. and honestly this is my very first time to put review in any business. not all salon,s are perfect but i have found this salon that gives me satisfaction always. although sometimes there is miss understanding but its okay as not everything is perfect, To Ann and Maria who booked professionally to Nida who make my nails beautiful to Bianca for my hair ( love it!). very recommended guys!

This was my first time with Bella Vie salon. Eronica the staff there did an amazing job with Moroccan bath. It felt so refreshing and rejuvenating. It was clean shower area and everything was top notch. Would love to try few other services as well.

One of the best destinations in dubai ! I been visit Bella Vie for last 2 years and never go other place for my keratin treatment and my manicure and pedicure . I attached pic of my nails after 10 days! No scrutches or any damage for colour ! Usually its last 3 weeks, but after i change but they still stay perfect anyway …. They are the best with massages , i try 3 girls … its hard to compare cause all of them amazing and very professional !!! Place very clean and definitely if you visit one time - you will never go other place in Dubai !!!

I cannot recommend this salon/spa enough. Amazing ladies. I booked for a moroccan bath (with the lovely Nadya) and madero and massage package. They also gave me a very nice blow dry and I left feeling so relaxed honestly. I ended up booking a course of madero with Lubna. I always end up adding a massage because it’s so good. Honestly everyone here is so relaxed and happy and the place has a very nice energy. They always welcome me with my last minute bookings. Everyone here - thank you so much

Did massage and facial. The massage was very good and relaxing. Nice ambiance. Facial lady was OK. I would’ve given higher score if facialist was more honest or knew more about skin. I had asked her about the slight pigmentation on my skin that sometimes occurs due to dermabrasion from scrubbing during the facial. She was quick to bluff that it was there from before. It definitely wasn’t as I had applied slight makeup to my face before going to the salon. She showed me before pictures where you cannot see the blemish.My husband also noticed it after the facial and asked what happened. It was not a big issue for me as I know that this sometimes happens to my skin during a facial. I had just wanted to ask her how long pigmentation would last and if she knew of anyway to let it heal faster. I would’ve appreciated a more honest response from her.I can recommend the massage at this saloon.

We had a great moroccan bath with yasmine and loubna. They really took there time and made us feel welcome. Also Nada gave the greatest blow dry. She really listened to our wishes. We will come back again.

I just wanted to leave another review here to clear some of the misconceptions that may form as a result of this business’ response to my previous review (posted yesterday under the same name but with a different account).Firstly, my friend and I were aware that we were booked for a trim and not a cut. And for my friend, this was fine as she wanted a trim. However, she required a trim for layered hair as this is the haircut she is currently maintaining, and as a salon you should be prepared to trim different cuts of hair, not just a straight cut.You also failed to mention that the stylist that was available for a haircut service for my hair was available at 1:30PM, a whole 2 and a half hours after our original 11:00AM appointment, so of course we chose not to wait.Lastly, the most disappointing part of your response was that you chose to share a lie about my friend and I. In your response to my review, you claimed that we requested free services as compensation, which is a blatant lie. Neither my friend nor I requested any free services during our interactions with your business, and lying about a matter like this is not only extremely unprofessional but can also be considered an act of public defamation against us, an act that is punishable by law in the UAE.Additionally, neither my friend nor I raised our voices during our conversations with your business. While we may have spoken sternly as a result of our frustration with your business’ shortcomings, we did not yell or insult anyone at any point.Like I mentioned in my original review, your Manager never offered an apology for the mistakes made on your business’ part and instead tried to deflect the blame off of her and the salon. Your response to my review only further serves to prove my point. Sadly, instead of taking our honest criticism constructively as a good business should, you instead chose to respond with lies and inaccurate information in order to avoid taking accountability as a business.Unfortunately, with customer service and management as poor as yours has proven to be, all I can do is hope that one day you’ll learn from this in order to better serve your customers.

I had an amazing experience at Bella Vie. The promo I have availed was the Royal Bath at AED350. It was worth it. The very first time I had morrocan bath and Nadia did not disappoint. She was good and thorough! I am now feeling so refreshed and much lighter skin. The promo also included hair treatment and blow dry which was done by Bianca. Great hairstylist. She knows how to take care of the hair and make it prettier as well! The receptionist were my pretty kabayans! All accommodating and kind. Thank you Ate Maria and Ate Anne. My second time visiting this salon, also second time having a Moroccan bath. It’s a lovely experience especially when the girls are so lovely and they make me feel comfortable. Today I had Nadia, she’s kind, talkative and very confident. I will come back just to see Nadia, she knows what she’s doing. Bianca is also very talented, she did my facial today, previously I had a cut, wash & blowdry from her. Again a very confident young lady.Only reason I took away the one star is because I think the towels & bathrobes may need updating, it’s hard and had a smell to it, like it hasn’t been dried fully (damp smell)Staff in this salon are always 10/10 very very welcoming. Keep it up girls! X

I’m not one to take time out of my day to leave a review, however I wanted to share my experience to serve as a warning to potential future customers to avoid wasting their time and/or money.My friend initially booked an appointment for the two of us with this salon using their fresha app. Initially she tried to connect with them through their WhatsApp but we were redirected to book an appointment through THEIR fresha app. We booked for two hair trims at 11AM and trusted that our booking was confirmed as we had made the booking through THEIR app that THEY had directed us to use. However, once we had arrived to our 11AM appointment we were immediately disappointed to know that the “hairstylist” we had been booked with (Nida) only knew how to do a straight trim. As a salon, do they really expect that everyone who comes in is going to have a straight haircut? Both my friend and I were looking for someone to trim our layered hair and because of this, our service could now not be performed as there were no hairstylists with the skill to cut layered hair available at this time (they only had one in the salon, and she was preoccupied with another client). When they were asked what they were going to do to compensate for the mistake they made on THEIR end, they simply offered to reschedule, not taking into account how they had inadvertently wasted OUR time, which was no small thing for our friend and I as we both have extremely busy schedules and had intentionally scheduled out this large pocket of time to get our haircuts. Additionally, they tried to imply that we were at fault because we had booked through THEIR fresha app, which apparently doesn’t guarantee a confirmation for a booking. This crucial information was not located anywhere on their app and also defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. If this was true, they should at the very least include a disclaimer on their app.The receptionist got the Manager on the phone (who was abroad in Europe) and the Manager’s tone was careless and apathetic, and she didn’t offer a single apology and kept trying to mask what had happened to us with excuses to deflect the blame off of the salon. There was not a single shred of accountability or offer to mend the mistake they had made.My advice is to not give this place even a second of your time as they will certainly not respect yours. I will never be coming back here and will be warning others about the unprofessionalism running rampant throughout this place.

The whole experience was amazing. She was attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Loved the decor of the place, filled with butterflies.After the facial, Bianca prepared tea and some sweets for me to relax in a separate waiting room.Will definitely be back to try out other services

Today I had here a special massage - madero Therapy. I liked the procedure. Although it was pretty painful but I felt the result! It should break down fat deposits and cellulite; firm and tone the skin; remove unnecessary water from body.After it you should drink a lot of still water!Madero Therapy starts with lymphatic massage to stimulate blood flow. After that therapist uses special wooden tools applying strong pressure. In their salon therapist wear nice flower hoop! It helps to forget about the procedure when I looked at her 😍They use only natural oils. It was super important for me.I really enjoyed my time here because the salon is super beautiful! You should go there at least for your Instagram pictures! And to get amazing services and procedures.

I don’t normally leave reviews like this but I had an experience so bad that I needed to write this.I booked an appointment through the Fresha app, only to find out when I arrived that it didn’t actually confirm my booking. No one informed me of this in advance, so I showed up at 11, expecting to get my hair and other services done, only to be turned away and disappointed. The receptionist said that the stylist I was booked with, Nida, could only do a basic straight cut and doesn’t know any other haircut—not at all what I was looking for. Why else is she a hair stylist if she doesn’t know how to trim hair that is layered..?To make matters worse, I requested to speak to the manager who is abroad in Europe. The manager was unfriendly when I called. Instead of offering a solution, all she said was “up to you” when I asked if I should just go home since no one was available to do my hair. There was no compensation or effort to resolve the situation.Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience! I definitely won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Please save yourself from this place that doesn’t respect people’s time and uses an app to waste people’s time.

I tried Bella Vie for the first time last month with my two girls. Then I went back to do a Gelish manicure with nail art with Lorena, who is the nail art specialist! Starting from the lovely receptionist, I received a very warm welcoming and always had a smile on! The staff at the salon were all lovely and welcoming! They offered you drinks and made you feel comfortable from the start till you leave them. The gelish I have done was made with perfection. Lorena made sure she cleaned all the nails as she said, I want it to be perfect before I apply the gelish. I was very impressed with her professionalism. It was lovely to chat with her and got to know her a little bit while she was busy doing the nails and the nail art.Thank you to Bella Vie team and the lovely manager who made me feel comfortable as well. Definitely recommend this place.

I had a massage session and then I tried the Moroccan baths for the first time, I liked everything. At the end, I had wet hair and I was in a hurry to the event, so they dried me in 4 hands, which saved me a lot of time. I appreciated that each specialist is qualified in several areas, so the same woman did my massages, Moroccan baths and hair styling. I would definitely come back!

I found this salon by chance, i was not expecting much, But i love it.The receptionist Vera was welcoming, caring and helpful. They accommodate me in short notice. My nails done by Lara and Eman beautifully, after that i headed to moroccon bath, it was nice clean and hygienic and they care about your privacy, which i liked very much. After moroccon bath, i got my nail polish applied with KINETICS brand, my favorite.Reflexology was cherry on the top, while i was enjoying my cup of green tea. The staff were super caring and positive, i left the salon beautiful and happy.Definitely i will come back. Thank you guys.

What a marvellous spa in the heart of Dubai! I have been looking for some time for a new beauty place and came across Bella Vie salon. Such an exquisite ambiance and lovely interior! From start to finish I felt like a princess. Everyone is so kind and courteous. Prepare to be blown away! I had a package booked: moroccan bath/maderotherapy and relaxation massage, gelish pedicure and eyebrow cleaning and the girls, who by the way wear absolutely stunning uniforms complimented by lace masks, did a fantastic job. I have been a regular at Bella Salon and Spa in Al Barsha 3 since 2022, and its truly the best salon in Dubai. They offer everything you could need, from fantastic hair care to long-lasting manicures and pedicures. Ive personally tried their slimming massages, renewing my package three times already because of the amazing results they deliver. I saw an ad on Instagram and decided to try the Revive & Refresh spa package - this was a 45min Moroccan bath, 45min Body massage and 45mins Deep cleaning facial. The ladies are all welcoming, kind, friendly & did a fabulous job - Nadia did my Moroccan bath, Nida (I would definitely recommend her) did the Body massage - she literally knew where I was stiff and very carefully removed the knots on my back and legs. It was the most painful yet relaxing massage Ive ever had. Sakina did my facial - she was very informative about the products she used on me and also recommended me to do a Hydra facial the next time I come there.. The ambience of this salon is very calming and airy. The lovely ladies at the reception were very sweet and suggested on the different packages that were available. Definitely coming back here.

The salon itself is very pretty, large and comfortable.The ladies providing service were very nice and friendly.Just the receptionist was not very nice, seeming dismissive, and also I was asked to come 30mins later than my original appointment (which is fine as I was asked beforehand) but then I had to wait an extra 15 mins still.

Bianca is multi-talented: previously had an amazing facial done by her, and today hair colour & great blow-dry. Nadia is a perfectionist when it comes to nails - really appreciated how often she checked that I was happy with the shape and took her time to make my mani look perfect! Great salon with quality services 💕

I booked for hammam last Sunday (3rd march) Nadia takes care of me , she’s so professional therapist with experience and the good skills for feeling all the effect of the Moroccan hammam. And then I had a foot message done by Niiha (sister of Badia) sorry if I don’t spell correctly the name and she was too amazing I felt so light after the massage . Staff are nice. Went for a Moroccan Hammam. They put you in a waiting room and offer you baklava, chocolates, water, and coffee first. Then take you in to the Hammam, youre required to wear their disposable underwear which is more of a g-string then the regular disposable ones. The Pakistani lady is sweet, youre asked to shower then she rubs the Moroccan Black Soap and youre left there for 15 min to steam. Then she makes you wash it off and exfoliates you then you shower then she scrubs you and then you shower. Youre required to bring your own loofah and shampoo conditioner. This experience was different from other hammams Ive done where they create a foamy soap situation and create large foam bubbles. Overall great value for money. I used the Groupon price.

I booked a Head to Glow package and it was such an amazing and relaxing experience. First I went for the Moroccan bath and scrub with Annoka. Then afterwards, I was walked over for a relaxing massage with Marissa. Then I was escorted for a facial with Lubna. After which I met, Mina, Annoka and Naida for my mani/pedi, blow out and I added on a hot oil treatment.Everyone was kind and personable, and so so attentive! I smell great, my skin is glowing and Im feeling too blessed to be stressed 💅🏿💅🏿💅🏿.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded, she did a good job on that. However got a full face wax 1) she burned me and I have red marks all over my face. 2) she didn’t let the wax cool on my face properly, and she couldn’t take it off it was very painful. It was a terrible experience. Also Salon was not clean and it was old and it smelled like food

Great salon to visit with plenty of services under one roof! The massage was amazing and so was the hair treatment left my hair silky smooth, I also purchased some of the products recommended.My only suggestion is using hot oil for the massages with a calming scent like lavender or sandalwood would be absolutely heavenly but either way still my go to massages! This salon does not care about their customers at all. In the years I have visited salons I have never walked out this dissatisfied and disappointed. Everyone is human and sometimes the staff cant do what you want or sometimes the client doesn’t like what is done but AT LEAST TRY to rectify it! I had lashes done and I felt it was too natural and did not feel like the 2d double volume i was told to pay for. Money is not the issue , i am utterly appalled and shocked at their treatment. The technician did nothing to try fix it or tweak it to my liking but instead she said “ next time i will do what you like” and the manager did nothing to understand or try satisfy a customer. Also, during my treatment the technician was VAPING on top of me and constantly checking her phone. This is shocking, if i want to inhale toxins and nicotine i would smoke myself! In my experience managers will speak to their customers to understand the issue and try resolve it but they dont do that at this salon. Also, they change staff all the time and it is becoming clear now why. If you like a pleasant experience with people who care about you and the service you receive then go ELSEwhere. There are plenty of salons in Dubai and even the same area that you can take your business to! I can only say that the receptionist Ann is lovely and probably the only employee who is professional and lovely there!!

Went in for the lymphatic drainage massage trial however the therapist insisted that they don’t do that treatment regardless of the fact that’s what they have advertised and I booked for on the Fresha app. The therapist carried on with a very strong maderotheraphy, leaving my legs in extreme pain all bruised. Not a professional place.

The classic pedicure I’ve done here was a poor quality; after it turned out with bubbles on my big toes, they offered to fix it but the lady who was fixing it couldn’t apply the 2 layers of the polish properly..the upper layer wasn’t covering the first layer..it was luck of caring about the quality…I didn’t have such an experience anytime before anywhere. Hope they are going to improve their service quality. All the best

I would say they do the best eyelash extensions in Dubai! First of all, they did it fast - natural look for 1 hour only! And my lashes look so good now! Brow lamination is also one big LOVE!!! Manicure also fast and don’t pill off , even not scratched !Plus they are near me, close to JVC.

After the Moroccan bath I was given the slippers that had been used before me. They were tattered, smelled like sweat, and were dirty, then thank God they were replaced after my comment. Then the next step was the facial. The girl did not even know how to smile ultrasound machine, she hurt my skin , then she applied some cheap creams and my skin started to burn , then she applied a mask and my skin started to burn even more .I will not complain about the massage, but when I looked at the floor, I saw a million hairs from different people.I understand that this service is not expensive, but what happened was just awful.

Hair color is good staff are super duper friendly especially Bianca and the owner herself, my hair got moderate damage that’s because of the bleaching process for the second time but they know how to make it all up to the costumer they applied a free hair mask and gave me a free gift at the checkout, their pricing is reasonable not like other salons, it was a pleasant experience and I would get back there again. But please try to play other genres of music 😅❤️ I felt like I was in a disco 🪩 which is not relaxing😅Thank you.

Me and my boyfriend we had opportunity to try massage( home service ).I had pain in muscles which disappeared after massage, very professional. Girls come with their own equipment. One hour full body massage😻😻good quality and very decent price. Definitely recommend! 👌👍
