I love doing my eyebrows by benefit cuz they usually know how to make it perfect but this time was the worse even tho im doing it for my wedding and it should be the best one but the lady who did it at first she was barely removing i kept telling her remove more eventho i have thick eyebrows and you can easily know the shape second i told to clean from middle both sides and make them match she didnt do it properly till i lost hope and i ended up with one eyebrow longer than the other

I did brow lamination with Kristine and at first I liked it, she advised me to purchase the brow oil which I did.But the 2nd day they were wispy, very hard to brush, came back to them with no clue on how to deal with it, they said its my brows are thick ...etc.After research on why my brows look harsh and hard to brush, turns out she over laminated them.. Not recommended and very sad it turned out this way.

I used to come to benefits to make my eyebrows. Always happy with results.But my last visit was in Benefits Dubai Hills.Emotionally it was a very unpleasant experience.In my last visit during the eyebrow making lady started to promote the benefit products(which is understandable).I didn’t show any interest and she started to put on my skin two type of face maskShe don’t even ask my permissionLater she put toner and lotion.She keep putting the products on my face (Without any allergic test! Not even asked about allergies) and talking, talking trying to upsell the products.My skin is very sensitive and when I return home I had redness on my face. She put so many products and my skin don’t use to such experiments.She was Offering mask, toner, lotion, face wash etc etcI really wanted to run, but should wait till my eyebrows dry.I feel emotionally exhausted because she was too pushy and I tried to be nice.I politely said no to all the products which she try to sell to me and her face change immediately!When she understood that I will not buy anything she can’t control her face expression anymoreAll her “friendly” and “kind” smile disappeared, she was definitely angry because all her efforts didn’t give a resultWhen I was paying for my eyebrows service she still trying to sell at least somethingI really feel so much pressure and guilt that I didn’t buy anythingShe did my eyebrows perfectly, but I will not go there anymore because that emotional pressure which I experienced was just horrible.P.S.I believe you train your staff to up-sale the products, during the services which they provide. But if the client don’t show any interest don’t turn it into 30 minutes torture.

She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning and did a step by step detailed explanation of what she was going to do with my brows. Ive never had this type of treatment done before. Afterwards she took the time to show me how to properly fill in my eyebrows. She demonstrated on one and then let me do the other so I could put into practice what she had just shown me. Raymond is an outstanding brow technician. I’ve never cared much for my eyebrows because they’re quite sparse, but he’s managed to give them a shape and colour again. I’m so happy. It’s also way more relaxing than threading. I’m coming back every 3-4 weeks from now on.

Did eyebrows lamination service with Cinderella, she was really good! I came up with really disgusting half shaved but grown out eyebrows 😭 the results surpassed my expectations! The only thing I did not like is that there is no dedicated room for the service, so you basically have to sit and do this whole process in public in front of everyone passing by the store in the mall. The lamination is highly recommended!

An experience to share. I got a chance to meet Raymond in Dubai Hills Mall branch. He assisted me to find the right cosmetics for me. I have acne scars and I dont normally wear makeup. I have no idea what to buy so I asked Raymond and he offered me some products. At first I was so hesistant thinking that he was just selling things, but no, when he asked me to try the products, I really loved the result in my face. He explained whats the product for, whats in it and how it works in your skin. I appreciate how he explains things, giving me the right advise of what to use and what would really works for me. Until now, Im enjoying all the products I bought. It was an above and beyond service. Excellent job and great customer service!

First time at Benefit boutique. Ellyn was excellent— professional, friendly, as gentle as you can be while snatching hair from someone’s face, and gave me the eyebrow shape I’ve been searching for for months. Thank you, Ellyn— I plan to come again.

Nafet was very attentive to what I asked and always checked before doing anything if I liked the shape and shade, which really made me feel more comfortable as I am always nervous getting them too dark or too thick. She shaped carefully and made sure the colour was only one shade darker than my very light hair so really a great job!

I have tried on 3 separate occasions to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Each time I am asked to sit and wait! The lady serves other customers, and I have been left waiting, and in the end I walked out each time! This is terrible customer service! How you can expect potential customers to wait indefinitely on a chair while the server is answering other customer questions which has taken up to 15 mins! So left me no choice but to get up and walk out. If you have a customer on a chair you should concentrate on finishing the service that the customer pays for without disrupting! Your staff also don’t seem to be bothered as I see other staff available hiding and when they have no customers, they could obviously serve to allow the customers on chairs have there service done without interruption! Obviously get more staff! No wonder why you don’t have customers. I will never go back! You definitely need to train staff properly and have one dedicated that can serve to allow uninterrupted service!! I’m sure nothing I say will make a difference which is very disappointing! Avoid go somewhere else is my advice!

Had a good pore day facial and brow service done by Cinderela. She was the best!! The facial was soo relaxing and the brow wax was pain free. Will definitely come back 😍

I did lamination eyebrows +wax and tintI have been going to benefit stores for years in different countries, first time it happens that the lady didnt ask me which colour i wanted for my eyebrows, i didnt even know that she was applying the tint, we didnt even discuss the colourAnd it was much darker that i am used tooMaybe it was on me to specify it at the beg ...Apart from that, the service was really good and the lady was really nice ! I will advice it as long as you pay attention to that !
