Dianne is my all time favourite for brows. All the staff is very professional and so kind.

I had such a horrible experience yesterday at Benefit Brow Bar, in Deira City Center. The supposedly “expert” was Ms. Dinnia or Dianna…The brow expert was the least experienced, and did not follow any of my requests. Infact, she made sure this was experience of mine was one I will remember, in the most negative way possible! I requested my brows to be round, but she left them to be square shaped and the brows were not equally aligned… no matter how many times I told her that, she insisted that ‘I was seeing them incorrectly’ and that they were very much aligned!This was supposed to be my birthday gift, but neither did I enjoy my gift, infact my brows look weird and uneven making my brows look like they were handled by an unprofessional, as ap posed to be looking neat and clean! Now I have to walk around in them for atleast another 2-3 weeks before I can let a real expert handle them!Very very bad service and horrible customer service!

Jesheryl is the best. She did an amazing job with my eyebrows. She is very accommodating and answered all my queries and made my experience very comfortable.

I had an amazing brow tinting and waxing treat at Sephora, DCC branch. It was done by a very professional and skilled lady. Diana kept me entertained the whole time and the job that she did was seamless and sleek… love my pretty brows.

Amazing service and really quick. Got my brows waxed and tinted and absolutely loved it! Dianne was extremely sweet and did such a wonderful job, she was really careful and kept checking if I was okay throughout and really listened to what I wanted.

Ms Dianna is so accommodating and good. I enjoyed talking to her while she’s doing my brows and upper lip, been coming for years at this branch and all brow technicians are good and pleasant 😊

Jesheryl was fantastic with my eyebrows and facial waxing. She was so smooth and I barely felt the hair removal!She taught me exceptionally helpful techniques for eyebrow maintenance and makeup application. I hope to visit again soon!

I m regular client of Ms. Jesheryl from last 1.5 years me and my sisters and she is awesome her services, her work every thing. When we got the services from her from first time from that day till today we wont move some where else even she is on vacation we will wait for her our best wishes are with her
