Went first time Benefit browdbar Beauty in MCC Sephora and I’m sure this won’t be my last time here ❤️ the service it’s amazing everything it’s was clean I would like to thank miss HALIMA for amazing service really she was very professional and friendly I wil back to MCC Sephora specially for her 😍

Sephora Mirdif City CentreBelle is the most fabulous brow technician I have met here in Dubai. She takes time to text me and check in about my up coming appointments and makes sure she has space to make me look fabulous.During my service Belle talks me through the process and explains why she does each step. The brow expert who’s name Halema was really rude and even I have an appointment she ignored me saying that she has her own customer and can’t fix my brow, and I have to wait for the other expert until she reach the boutique even if I have an appointment. She said “ what should I do for you” this behavior is unacceptable and it doesn’t show any proficiency.

I did my eyebrows shaping and tinting with Jeralyn and she did an amazing job on them. She’s incredibly kind, so fun to chat with and professional. She did my eyebrows perfectly and I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Had my brows done by Soukaina. She was excellent. She asked me what I wanted and used her judgement you tint my brows to the same colour as my roots. when I asked her to shape my brows she did them beautifully. Would 100% recommend

I did my eyebrows with Hanane. I clearly explained to her that i want my eyebrows to remain thick and full with subtle cleaning of excess hairs & without rigorous shaping. She did the complete opposite of what i requested where she shapesd my eyebrows and removed not just the excess and with so much trimming. Waxing was so painful too since she waxed a lot of hairs. This method is so outdated. She needs to be updated on latest trends.Update: i contacted the email shared below. Havent heard from them. Apparently its just for show.
