Ive been doing blonde highlights/balayage for 10 years and this is the only time I come out in a catastrophic state.I spent 3 hours in this salon to come out with this result. I expressed my dissatisfaction and not a single move was made regarding payment. I paid the service in full. I was asked to come back to make up for this disaster, obviously I no longer trust them to touch my hair.They may be good for doing your nails but dont go there for the well-being of your hair because in addition to failing you completely they will charge you...if I could I would have given 0 stars

Very friendly and understanding staff, I did have extensions and waxing with meerab its awesome love my new look.Highly recommended

They have really good customer service. I was attended to as soon as I got there and Samrina did my lashes. She’s very sweet and efficient. I love the lashes! Will definitely be going back.

Meerub was so helpful in picking a suitable color for my hair and talking to me about maintenance. Pleasant service. Location was a little confusing to find. Decent prices for the range of services. Will be back again!

In actual tears all I wanted was a haircut with a face framing piece and straight on the bottom. They gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life, extremely choppy and all different lengths. Went back today to get it straightened and she took almost 4 inches off trying to fix it till I just left about to burst into tears because she has took off all my hairlength and left it so choppy and uneven. My hair is straight and one of the easiest hair types to cut. Please save yourself and don’t go here ever unless you want the worst haircut ever and to have half your hair length cut off for a simple trim. Never go here. Charged me 160 dhs to ruin my hair

I visited the salon for the first time .. it was good experience dealing with Ms Huma for my hair color and haircut .. would highly recommend her ...

Crying for second hour ,as I dont even know how to fix it or how much it will cost to fix it! Starting from beging: I leave far from the place, got an appointment at 2pm , came on time , the client that got late to here appointment was priorities over me, I got attended only at 2 30 ( by the end of it I got the most traffic to ajman !) That 30 minutes matter in thus case a lot ! The place smelling chemicals, even when I showed the work to administration, she said its beautiful, I work in sales! In luxury boutique! And my head looks like a floor mop😢. If you love your hair dont you ever go there!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon that I feel compelled to share. After getting a protein hair treatment in June, my hair was back to its frizzy state within a day. When I reached out to them, they asked me to come back for a redo. I complied, but unfortunately, the results were the same—frizzy hair once again.To make matters worse, when I contacted them for assistance, they suggested I wait two months before coming back again. During my next visit, they applied a cream that left me feeling suffocated and caused severe eye irritation. When I requested a change, they switched to another product, but it failed to deliver the desired results. I can’t shake the feeling that the first cream was laden with harsh chemicals that gave temporary results, while the second was ineffective.Typically, a six-month gap is recommended after such treatments, yet the stylist confirmed this and even promised me a free treatment to make up for the issues. I asked for an email confirmation, and the receptionist assured me it was in their system and that I shouldnt worry. However, when I called to schedule my appointment, she rudely denied any promise of a free treatment, leaving me feeling frustrated and cheated.It’s shocking to me that businesses like this can thrive in a place like Dubai, especially when their focus seems to be on taking advantage of customers rather than providing quality service. I strongly advise against visiting this salon; my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.DO A RESPECTFUL BUSINESS INSTEAD OF ROBBING CUSTOMERS 🙏🏻 and DELETING THEIR COMMENTS FROM INSTAGRAM 😂

Samrina, she is one of finest tech. Did wonderful work on my eyebrow. I wanted very natural look. And samrina is good listener . Did amazing job and my eyebrow with microbladding work .. looked very natural

I booked an appointment as I wanted to have an extension Unfortunately it was one of the biggest mistakes ever. Nepali was the hairstylist, I gave her instructions on how I would like her to do it and they advertised real human hair and it was synthetic don’t fall on this advertisement she go over the same strand or near my scalp kept telling her to stop and she wouldn’t. The receptionist were not helpful at all and would not give me a refund and they kept lying. 100% do not recommend the salon it’s a scam! -0 I have a lot of hair falling because of their work

I am sorry to leave this review because the staff is very nice and friendly.However, I came for gellish mani pedi and after 1 day one nail chipped… and after one week almost all were damaged.I can’t recommend it

From start to finish, Sanrina was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled. I had to wait a bit to be attended to—not a long time, but there was a wait, and I dont understand why since I had an appointment scheduled the day before. They attended to people who arrived after me. They didn’t offer any drinks—no water, no coffee, like many salons do. The manicure and pedicure service was good; the ladies who attended to me were very nice. However, the girl who did my manicure left me with cuts on my fingers. When I finished, I went to the counter to pay. I paid for the facial massage, which was one of the worst I’ve had, and showed my Groupon voucher. They took a photo of it and I left. At 10:45 PM, I received a call asking for the voucher while I was asleep. They didn’t apologize or anything; they just wanted the voucher. I found it in poor taste because I had informed them that I was sleeping.

For real the best nail technicians ever existed in Dubai. I’ve been doing mine in the past two years. I always do mine with marsan, Dina, phoebe, and Ella. Very professional and your nails will slay for a month without any peeling or chipping. Give them a try. 😍😍

Was the worst Salon experience I have ever had. We took a package for a blonde baleage, and came out with Orange brown hair and sitting there for 7 hours. They insisted to pay the full amount and did absolutely nothing about it with no customer care. They are not Professionals or qualified technicians. Highly unrecommended. I had to call my own hair stylist to guide they’re ladies to at least walk out decent. The picture was what they completed as per them.

Got my hair makeover done at Bespoke beauty salon, SZR. The salon is very spacious, clean and staff is very welcoming. Special mention to the hair stylist Iram for her brilliant work. She understands exactly what you need, she is a thorough professional. Handles hair very delicately. Thank you Iram for a wonderful makeover!! I am loving it.

STAY AWAY! BAD EXPERIENCE & EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARSI wish I could write a good review. I went to the salon because my normal stylist was out of town. Thought I would give it a try and have a new style for Eid al Fitr and Spring Break. I saw that it had 4.4 stars so, I felt that I was in good hands. Sadly, I was not.I went to the salon on 20 March 2024 and requested the package (lowlights, toning, colour, mask, trim, blow dry, styling).I specifically requested lowlights and not highlights because my hair is a 3/4 colour. The technician (this is how she was refered to by the person on the other end of WhatsApp) BLEACHED my hair, as opposed to gently lifting the original colour then adding the requested hair colour. When I saw what she had done, I was shocked and mentioned my shock. I specifically told her, In my 13 years in Dubai, no one has ever bleached my hair when I had asked for lowlights. She told me not to worry about it and that it would be fine once she added the colour, it would be fine. I again said that by doing what she had done, she had damaged my hair. She told me that it wouldnt be a problem. After styling my hair, I noticed that it was blonde and that I did not have the lowlights I requested. The technician attempted to convince me that, once I washed my hair, I would see the true colour. She further tried to convince me by bringing over the book with the hair swatches, saying, See! This is the same colour as what is in your hair. It was not. She then said that if it was still to light (it was definitely too light/blonde) she could tone it down. Pressed for time, and on a schedule, I left.The first time I washed my hair, it felt rough, like straw. Upon washing it, I could not remove the tangles. It was damaged. Split ends appeared after the first wash. My hair was also falling out and breaking off. The shower pan was covered in hair. The second time I washed it, I used a mask. At this point, I could brush my hair BUT ONLY BECAUSE a. it was wet and b. I used a mask. It is still impossible for me to brush my hair unless it is under these conditions. And, I must always use a hair mask now after washing my hair. Even so, the shower pan is covered in clumps and broken hair. I have never see so many split ends in my hair, ever.Once I had time, I contacted the salon to let them know what happened. I explained the problem, sent pictures and asked for them to fix the problems (dry, brittle, damaged hair...falling out, breaking, far too light for my skin tone -- bleached hair instead of a slight lift of colour, the fact that I had never had such a poor experience in a salon in Dubai, AND a poor haircut).The salons solution: for low lights slight bleach is required. Mam. And after that you need to keep your hair moustized (sic) or use anti yellow shampoo mam . Its been a month almost . You can use some good hair mask to keep your hair moustrizeed (sic) mam . It will be ok thenMy response: Yes. I agree with you about it being slight. But, the colour should have been lifted from my hair, not completely bleached out. I was surprised by what was done and also expressed my surprise at the time. My aunt is a colourist, and I am aware of how my hair should be treated. I have been getting my hair coloured on and off for years.I keep my hair moisturised...and am using hair masks weekly but you do not seem to understand that my hair is dry, brittle, and feels like straw. My hair will not be ok, as you seem to think.It does not appear that you fully comprehend that my hair has been destroyed and needs repair.At the very least, I expected the salon to offer to repair their mistake. The best massage & manicureI always return to Bespoke when I’m in Dubai. Elizabeth is amazing and my go to for gel manicures and pedicures and Grace is amazing for a full body massage (I’ve been for two in a week they are so good). The salon is conveniently located and all the girls are good at what they do and lovely and welcoming.

I really expected the result for body polishing but the end ,I didn’t feel any special. Price was quite high by comparing their product and step of its. But Meerab’s service was awesome.

This people are unbelievable 🥴 Instead of giving me a proper reply and addressing my concern, they just keep deleting my comments and now they have blocked me.. biggest scam ever 😵‍💫 to build a business in Dubai is hard infact it takes a lot of time effort and investment. A few days ago I visited this beautiful salon, at the reception Avani received me with a nice smile and then I went to my seat from where I had an incredible view of the sea and beautiful buildings, very relaxing! My hairdresser was Maria, the best in the entire salon, she is very professional, cheerful and passionate about her work, thanks to her I ended up with beautiful hair. This salon has very good and professional products and is very easy to get to. I 100% recommend Maria and this beautiful salon with wonderful views called Bespoke Beauty Studio

Excellent. Great service!Im updating my review as it has been 3 years. Im still very happy with my service at this salon. However, I find it quite disturbing that there is NEVER toilet paper rolls in the toilet. Having to use box tissue from the technicians is not proper or sanitary. This is not a primitive society or dirty highway fuel station where one would expect there is no toilet issue. Please correct as this is a very cheap and unprofessional way to run a business.

Well, bespoke never fails to make me smile after my services. I normally do my hair color here and since the first time I tried it I always come back. Color is always spot on except on my previous one which didn’t achieve the color that I want. The worst hair salon I’ve visited. I asked for highlights and the hair dresser was very ignorant i had to explain most of the things for her. The workers there were very rude and would laugh at you straight to your face knowing well they’re damaging my hair. The bleach made alot of my hair fall in an insane amount i cried about it. Even a hair trim was hard and my hair is uneven. Most disgusting place I’ve been to and if i could i would close it down for the sake of other people. Very ignorant and terrible people. They damaged my hair and there ads are fraud saying wrong information that they dont follow. I was was the only one there doing my hair. I stayed for 5 hours and there were zero clients doing there hair. Please dont go and write bad reviews about them because they deserve it.

Went there for a blow dry with a super healthy hair! Today after washing my hair the brush wasn’t even going through!! I was shocked when I dried my hair to see my hair ends burnt !! And completely damaged

I visited Bespoke beauty salon with intrepid optimism, however Nadia surpassed all of my expectations 10 fold. I highly recommend her, and am throughly happy with my colour and cut. I will definitely be a regular customer from now on even through it’s a 40 minute journey.

Horrible experience today that made me leave crying. They damaged my hair with a so called balayage that looked like terrible highlights that you d make at home alone not in a salon. The coulor was very yellow and orangish while I asked for dark Brown. The strands highlighted werent even and if was big part of the hair in yellow and the next one in black.I regret trusting them with my hair. Even when I highlighted the issue, I was told that the hairdresser who did my hair is the best professional they have, making me look crazy. And on top of that, of course I had to pay the terrible service. I left on tears and borrowed a scarf to cover the massacre they have made.If you value your hair, I beg you, please dont go to this salom

If I had an opportunity to give O star I would definitely do it. Their service quality is getting worse. I had been regular to their saloon but over months their service is going bad. I had an appointment and when I reached I was told to wait and after 20 mins waiting on inquiring they said that they would take long to complete the service as everyone is busy. They should not give appointment if they are busy, unnecessary calling people and making them wait and then not providing the service. On telling their staff that they should manage properly and not give appointments when they are busy, they are giving reasons and being rude. Will not recommend this saloon to anyone.

Very bad service. Strong smell of the gel polish. I am required Hydra Facial 30 minutes procedure. When its time to pay, they charge me like for 1h which is I didn’t requested . Sweet reception girl trying to figure out and call the manager or owner , but the answer was that reception have to pay because is her mistake , of course after this answer I gave full amount coz just feel bad. First time I am facing such situation especially in Dubai. All machines is old and I didn’t got even 50% of results which is must be . Definitely not recommended. And is first bad review ever

We had an amazing experience at the salon. Dina accommodated us straight away even though we didnt have appointments. We got pedicures and manicures done by Fatima, Harpreet and Dina, who were all extremely professional and very kind. It was such a lovely experience. Iram also gave me a haircut, which was exactly what I wanted! We would highly recommend this Salon. Thank you to Marilyn as well for making sure we were looked after well. They are the worst!! I asked them before going that if theres someone who knows how to do blonde hair and they said yes, we have someone whos expert in this, and their they did it to orange color instead of blonde and it was a disaster and also they did it again to remove the orange color and they were choosing with their manager which color they should use to fix the damage and to correct the color and I told them what they should use, dont go to them and the government should check that they are fooling the people to go to them

Ive had the worst experience of my life at this hair salon .I asked for highlights (ash blonde) and this is what I got on the left ! On the right is what i was hoping for. ( My own hair from a few months ago )I am totally devastated, what was even more upsetting is that they couldntt see the problem .I asked them to correct twice and it was just getting worse , I couldnt afford for them to correct it again as I was petrified what would happen next .I had to walk out as they had no idea to my problem . I dont know how torectify it now 😢

Such a terrible experience in eid I booked for mircroshade and eyelashes since 3:30 pm I did only my eyebrow and when come to lunches she said I have another cm and asked the poor girl whos never did lashes in her life to try in my eyes and she couldnt after doing se pieces she removed and abblogise and guss what I left 8 pm only my eye brow doneZero starsI am so angry as its eid time how come this to be happening

Unfortunately the salon receptionist is rude and twists the topic on conversation (happened on Whassap and face to face). Doesn’t know how to have a conversation disagreeing but keeping respect.When as a customer I am clearly asking about A service and she changes it to B and then blames me for not understanding her.Then when I came to the salon, I asked for the service she confirmed by wahsaap they could do, but then only at the salon, tells me “but we actually have to check the length of your nails to see if we can do it”.I told her straight away, why didn’t you say that before making me come when I was asking for confirmation on Whassap ?!?!If it wasn’t for the good can do attitude of the actual lady who was going to do my nails, I would have gone for nothing.Then in addition, the receptionist had managed to twist the conversation on Whassap, so I ended up paying 180 dhs for Gelish French, 20% more for the service that I could have done at the confort of my own place, with a company that could also do what I was looking for, at my house! (which I didn’t choose because of the timing).Why would I go back to a rude, expensive salonExperience?But since the receptionist is not the owner of the salon, why would she care?The market is going to leave these kind of salons out of the game with companies providing the services at home for cheaper and with respectful receptionists who know how to communicate, in writing and verbally.

On vacation and and it was my second time coming in a week for wash and blow dry and it’s been great! Super friendly service. Quick. They listen to what you want. Very easy to make appointments. My straightener was not working and I desperately needed a blow out. These ladies were all so wonderful. I highly recommend them. Would come here as a regular if I lived here. Will definitely return if I am back in town.

Hello ladies,Im happy to share my experience with you, not to waste time doing research, in case any of you are looking for someone really good and with affordable prices for eyebrows microblading and lips blushing.Ive done my eyebrows microblading and my lips blushing today by a really skilled lady, in BeSpoke Salon, on Sheikh Zayed Road.Currently, they have offers for each of those services, and Ive paid less than 1k when being quoted by others even 3 times more.Ive done it before with others, that didnt even last 1 year, but by far, the specialist in this salon, Samrina, is the best. Really knowledgeable in measuring and presenting the options to me.The results are amazing 👏

I had the worst experience visiting this salon. I will never ever recommend this to anyone. I went there believing that they must have hair professionals who know what they are doing. Guess, I was wrong.Took their 7 service package and paid separately for protein service. First of all, after showing the picture 100 times the lady still cut my hair length short.. which was uneven and not at all professional hair cut. The hair color was also very dark , not matching the expectations. This ruined my day so much that I literally had tears after coming back from the salon. Ideally, they are doing this job day in day out and should have understood customer expectations. I don’t think they know what they are doing.Unwillingly, had to visit them again due to pending services from package. Finally I convinced myself that maybe they will make up for my bad experience. Again they ruined everything, when I got balayage done. On my protein treated hair (from 1st visit) which was smooth for 2 weeks , they applied bleach for balayage which they said is very light bleach (because I didn’t want to) and now my hair is very rough and brittle at the end. In the pictures , it was looking nice but when I washed my hair the other day I cannot even run a comb properly due to the tangles.This seems like total waste of my money. When I asked them why is my hair feeling rough after balayage, they said apply hair mask for 20-30 mins. This is not a solution.I am giving one star only because of the staff behaviour. But I will not visit and will not recommend them ever again.

They have amazing staff. Talented hairdressers and genuine. They dont try to sell products and give good quality hair treatment. I got my balayage done... Amazing. U just need to tell them what u want... And reasonable

Nice location on high floor of office building, with good view. The Filipina ladies doing nails were nice and did excellent job with the manicure and pedicure. Comfy seats and foot wash. Prices reasonable - but what I did not like is the unstable price list. I was quoted differently when I contacted them for an appointment, but when I quoted groupon they agreed to match the price. Later I asked how much for haircut and they gave me a quote; when I hesitated it was too expensive they negotiated to lower the price. This left me with not so good impression. A pity because I liked the nail ladies.

Had lash lift and brow lamination. Didn’t work at all. Literally no curl or change to lashes and eyebrows were stuck up like a scary face until I was allowed to wet them 24h later when they went flat. Complete waste of my time and money. Asked them to redo the failed services but they refuse and keep deleting the chats between us. Unprofessional and unreliable. Not a good ethos to have.

I did dermaplaning with Huma Y and she is amazing. She meticulously clean my face and explain every step calmly. Very much recommended!

Avoid this salon, waxing station was dirty, waxer was inexperienced, blowdry was the worst, left my hair straw like.

Don’t waste your time and money unless you’re gonna do classic manicure.I assume they are using expired nail polish as I got twice my nail polish peeled completely within less than 24 hours.I tried gel color and hard gel. Both same result.First time I didn’t mind because my nails were short but second time since it was hard gel I had to ask for a refund and got my message ignored.

I went for the hydra facial there. The place was very shabby, was smelling of paint in the entire salon.The fact that the receptionist was eating while greeting customers was unprofessional.hygiene level was not good, the therapist was using dirty sheets and towel.They never had a band or any barrier to keep the hair from touching the face during the facial.Therapist did not do a good job the equipment kept slipping from her hands while she was using it on my face. Therapist was wearing bangles while doing the facial which kept touching my face.Overall it was disappointing !!

I made keratin by promotion. But the qality of keratin for 50 aed. They are marking very good money . I washed my hair and nothing left. I paid 350ead. And i cuted little bit hair for 50aed. The hairdresser did it in very bad way ,its not straight from back side. So never will advice this salon to anyone, only will spend money without quality

I wouldnt recommend anyone to visit this salon. I got hair balayage from them last February, I can feel that the staff who assist me was in a hurry to get the service done that leads to poor result. My hair color didn’t turn out like I wanted. They advised me to comeback after 2 months for toning, surprisingly with charges. I paid Hair Package with 7 services and only got 1 service from it. (ZERO STAR)

I wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. I went there twice to do my nails. The first time, my gelish manicure chipped on several fingers on the same day as the technician had absolutely no training and no experience. She did not even cut the cuticles and clean my nails before the manicure so obviously it did not last at all. I redid them with Elisabeth who was very helpful, professional and is a skilled nail technician. The receptionist told Elisabeth to only paint my nails and not clean them or do the cuticles in front of me but Elisabeth very politely informed her that the manicure will not last and I will have the same problem. Only because of Elisabeth I came back a second time. So I decided to book with the filipino girls for my next appointment as I was very happy with Elisabeth’s work. The receptionist confirmed my booking with the filipino girls and when I got there it was once again the same girl as the first time. Unsurprisingly my nails did not last at all. The receptionist is not professional and friendly at all. Instead, she asked several times for a 5 star review even though I’m clearly not happy with the service. The salon is also not clean and very old. The nail polish used was expired as I could see the expiry date. I had booked the appointment only 1 hour prior and in that hour they called me 3 times to check if I’m still coming.

The staff were really good, but the service received were not at all good... My keratin treatment is half gone and its not even a month.. the pedicure and manicure were not at all satisfactory.. felt like I wasted 388dhs..😑😒

A pragmatic salon, with reasonable price, doesn’t like other fancy salons which are thefts trying to empty your pocket for only a hair trim. I got hair trim and root colour done here, they know what to do with fast and efficient service. Only one thing not making me very happy is their water pressure and water temperature, the pressure is low and I feel my hair wasn’t being rinsed well, and the water temperature keeps changing from cold to warm, not constant. Overall is a great salon with great deal with the services they provide, but if you are looking for a fancy high end salon it is not your place.

Amazing staff and professional service. Merylin is not only one of the staff of the salon but she is a dear friend to me now, she is always there to help you get the best service. Marsan and Dina both do their magic on my nails every time.I highly recommend them.

I use this saloon often, as its close to my house - so far i have never ever written a review for any service. But after multiple follow up after the mis-hap im writing this. In April 2023 i visited them for waxing, they had used charcoal wax which has resulted in hyperpigmentation on my skin - note its been 3 months and the scars have not gone. I have approached them multiple times for a solution but they do not acknowledge or respond. To my surprise even the owner is not responding back. This is quite disappointing for a regular customer. Note - i almost visit them for all services, if this is the customer care I will get in return then its definitely not acceptable and sad.Since we cant reply back to the answer of the person who is responding, let me add. I have already sent a complaint on the mentioned email plus spoken to the owner but unfortunately no one in the staff wants to take responsibility and no one is responding back to the email so no point of the reply below too. I feel sad in UAE this is the standard of customer service : (

This is the worse salon I’ve been to in dubai ! I’ve stayed here for 27 years and never visited a salon where employees disrespect their customer ! I went for a micro blading service and in one day the whole color faded away ! When I called to raise the issue, the staff say the manager will call you back but she never does ! It’s been a week now and I still haven’t heard from them. When I followed up today, they cut the phone repeatedly without any resolution!! Super disappointed and extremely disgusted with the lack of professionalism.

Service was good and staff were mostly nice. Rates are also decent at 89aed for a regular mani-pedi combo.However, the upselling is a bit exhausting and off-putting. One item is fine but 4 or 5 things, one after the other. Then they look at your phone and judge you that youre looking at food. 😬🙄 yikes. Dont think Ill be returning.

First time I saw Bespoke from Instagram. I would say whoever arrange this account you did great! Then the experience start with Fatima and Marylin who kind and patience enough responded my questions & inquiries. Almost choose other but they convinced me. When I arrived met with Iram she already knew what I wish to have, friendly lady and I love my hair now😊. Elizabeth & Febie who helped me for manicure&pedicure. Elizabeth recognize me from last year we met in different salon. Overall was great experiences and friendly staff is important one for me and they did it. So unhappy and disappointed with what they did to my hair. Instead of blonde, they made my hair much darker that it originally is. They tried fixing it, and now my hair is just greenish and full of chemicals. I have to take it somewhere else to have it fixed. Was my first time; never again.

Poor quality of product used: i did brazillian keratin and i am not convinced they use original or authentic products. It completely discolored my hair. The reception changed price and inclsion and exclusion three times in the 3 hrs i spent. Very unprofessional and sub- standard service

I did my microblading there 2 weeks back and the pigment lasted barely 2 weeks. Also i asked her the post procedure precautions and all she said is ill whatsapp it... And had to send her multiple reminders after going home... Utter waste of money... Definitely not going back to her for a retouch

Pathetic Salon! Beware!!!!They messed up my hair. They couldnt even do a simple straight haircut and cut it uneven!Dont get fooled by these 4.2-star ratings on Google! I got fooled by these ratings and committed the mistake of taking their service.I went there 7 days ago to get a haircut. I dont remember the name of the hairdresser (she was a Pakistani lady). I discussed and spent a considerable amount of time to decide a haircut. She couldnt give me a good suggestion, so I decided to go ahead with a simple straight haircut. I planned to just get the haircut, no blow-dry. She kind of forced me to get the blow dry done by saying that she cant make out if its straight unless she blow dries my hair (which is weird). I paid 50 AED extra for the blow dry. But, even after that, she cut my hair unevenly. I realized that 2 days later when I washed my hair. I was horrified! I went to another parlor today to get it fixed, finally, my hair is even.Also, while I was getting my haircut, she was simultaneously handling another client and getting rude to me because I was taking time. One more thing - when she went to wash my hair (which was super rushed), there was hair in the sink, which looked absolutely disgusting.

Went to Bespoke for the first time last week - fabulous service ! Went there for Hair Botox treatment, and the stylist (Pakistani lady, sorry can’t recall her name) took such great care of my hair, it turned out to be perfect. I am so happy with the end result, no frizz, totally smooth natural looking hair, thank you sooo sooo much!! I’ll always choose you for my next round of hair care appointments! Afterwards I did a pedicure and waxing.. even that was perfect. Oh and the views from the windows and overall ambience is amazing. Lots of love from a very happy customer 🙏❤️🥰

They changed me more than the price I initially agreed on their live whats up chat and I could not proof it, because the chat history was deleted. The hair colouring was ok but when she came to cut my hair shoulder length she stopped and said cannot cut my hair as she is not feeling confident to do so. I was shocked never had this in my life which I respect better than doing it and ruin my hair. I had to wait 20 min till the second hairdresser was free and she was confident that she can do a simple hair cut but unfortunately the hair cut was terrible bad. Wont visit this place again.

Everytime I have visted bespoke the girls are so friendly and do such an outstanding job. My mom and I had the gel mani/pedi plus reflexology done by Marsa, Irene and Grace. A fantastic job done by all 3. Elizabeth was absolutely amazing with our head, neck and shoulder massages. We asked her to use very little pressure and she was consistent the whole time. It was so good I almost fell asleep. Thank you ladies, I will definitely revisit the salon!

Very disappointed with the hair stylist’s attitude.I asked for a straight blow dry. While she was blow drying my hair I noticed that it’s being done poorly, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued reading my book; up until I noticed that she has finished, so I have a look in the mirror and all of the front roots are still curly (the back isn’t great either!).So I ask politely that the roots need to be straightened. The minute I asked this, she started showing major attitude, her face and body language were furious, to a point where I became highly uncomfortable! I asked her if everything is ok, and she answered rudely and with a high pitch that it’s better if someone else did my hair! How rude and pretentious!Her name is Annie. It seems that she doesn’t accept any feedback from customers even if she’s doing a horrible job!I left with a very negative vibe.Annie surely lost a customer.

Price won’t match the service … I go to top notch salons in Dubai for half price and excellent clean work , the materials used in the salon and the salon itself poor quality … had to come back all the time to fix them .. which is a headache …the team is nice all in all but it ain’t enough and the manager has to get better materials and fix the salon asap ! Or don’t charge these prices cause it makes no sense , I won’t go back .

Horrible service - long wait times, overbooking when no space is available.

This was my second visit to Bespoke and just like the first time, I walked away very happy! My therapist this time around was Risa and she did both my gelish manicure and pedicure. I mentioned that I had a sore cuticle and she was incredibly gentle with it. She took her time and I was so happy with the results. I usually opt out of gelish mani/pedis due to a previous bad experience but I can safely say, Bespoke and Risa have restored my faith in them! I will definitely be back!

I tried this salon through a Groupon deal and it unfortunately was not the best service. I got the Gelish Mani-Pedi and it was a painful experience. The manicurist was very rough and and aggressive to the point that I have blistered cuticles that’s making it impossible to get any work done.The pedicure experience wasn’t too bad but after I left the place, I’m now sporting a swollen toe. The treatment felt extremely rushed and all over the place. It was helpful having a manicurist and pedicurist work at the same time it was uncomfortable as they kept moving my hands and feet all over when it was time for the polish.The place is spacious and well maintained and the seating was really comfortable. However, the pedicure sinks my mum and I were seated near you could literally see the water pipes and chipped off ceramic of the sink that looked unpleasant.The staff were extremely chatty and would ask personal questions which sort of defeats the whole purpose of a relaxing spa session.I would recommend the foot reflexology session. That was extremely relaxing and felt amazing and definitely worth the price.Overall the ambiance was good, they sanitize the place frequently, it’s spacious and they have taken good measures to ensure a safe experience. I would just request anyone who goes there to be careful with their mani-pedi treatment because that was painful.

The girl who did my keratin treatment was amazing! If you guys are going for anything involving hair try to do it with her! Her name is Maria and she’s from Cuba, you won’t regret. :)

Bespoke Beauty Studio is the best beauty center in town! I tried at lot and now I can only dealing with them! There are professional, providing with the BEST services regarding eyelashes, massages, skin cleaning and waxing, I haven’t try the hairs services YET because I didn’t need too but I’m SURE there are also the best! If you’re looking for a place to make your nails, this salon is definitely NOT a right choice!!!Have done my nails there today and it looks just horribly! Master who did my nails was unprofessional and was even giving me some behavior! Imagine! I just simply asked to keep shape of my nails the same as it is which is never happened! When I told her that I don’t like the shape which she did, that lady started to look unhappy and whole treatment was sighing! Common! I’m a customer and I have a right to say whether I like service or not!I’m super not happy with the service provided!P.S. they charged me extra 40 AED for removing of my previous gel on nails...

It is a fraud salon. The quality of service provided is of poor quality and the staff dont take any responsibility for the same. They only know how to fool the customers and make money with really low standard products used by them.Would not advise any one to use any of their services .
