Booked an appointment with Milad for hair color, keratin treatment & keratin bonded extensions. He listened to what I was looking for and offered advice regarding the best approach to keep my hair as healthy as possible. Hair color is so pretty and im so happy with it, the treatment also made my hair so shiny and got rid of my usual frizziness. The extensions took a few hours but the time flew with Milad! The service at the salon was amazing, the manager Lale made sure I was well taken care of - I was given a complimentary neck & shoulder massage during the process and the staff was very proactive with offering beverages throughout (they made freshly brewed Turkish coffee which was my fave). The final result looks great - the extensions are so nicely blended with my natural hair and they feel very lightweight :) I’ve already received so many compliments, 10/10 would recommend!My sister also got a biab manicure with Kate, and she was super pleased with the results! She came with a design in mind and Kate was able to do exactly what she wanted 😍 her nails look so cute!!

I came here a few days ago to get my hands and feet done. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, the salon was very clean also. I had the lovely Kate who pampered me and done a lovely job. She listened to exactly what I wanted and when something was not possible she explained to me and communicated very well (I find usually salons do whatever they want however this did not happen). I will definitely be returning! Thank you Kate!

I found this place when I googled best blond hair salones in Dubai and came upon an article in Arabic Vogue which recommended this branch. I choose JBR location because it’s the closest for me and also because of the good reviews. I had few highlights before I went there and I have very dark hair and wanted to go lighter. Hairdresser Talal and his assistant Annie when over and beyond my expectations. Talal is a really professional and an expert when it comes to coloring Middle Eastern woman’s hair. I am so pleased - please take a look for the before and after picture. They speak for them selves. Also did a protein treatment to remove frizz. I will definitely be back and continue to go to Talal.

This five star goes to Milad the hair magician. After experimenting with different shades of browns, no one has gotten close and perfected the shade as to what Milad did, he gave me the perfect brown that Ive always wanted for my hair and I couldnt be happier that Ive found my go to Hair stylist here in Dubai. 😍

This is what you get after 1,5 hours on manicure! I had my appointment for manicure and pedicure, but lady on reception forgotten to tell me that its going to be only one technician for both and then I have to spend in the salon 3 hours to do both. When I said that I didnt expect to spend 3 hours for services, it was my fault at the end that I didnt ask, if its going to be one technician or two. One of my natural nail was completely destroyed with nail file and full of scratches and chipped now, after I asked technician to remove side of nail extension. Funny thing- part of extension is still there. There was not even word sorry for that neither form technician no from supervisor! So, if you have 3 hours to spend in such a kind of salon, this place can be right for you.

My fiancé came home after her haircut in tears. The Jacques la Coupe hairdresser had ruined her hair and tried to convince her that it was a great haircut (You can check the work of the artistic genius below - my fiancé’s face is blurred).After she came home, I held my laughter in because I saw how sad she was but it’s ridiculous. This place is a butcher shop.DO NOT GO THERE LADIES unless you want to be disappointed for a 700 AED price tag.

Litha is a wonderful eyelash technician who did an amazing job on my extensions. She was very professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I love how my lashes look and feel. I come here every two weeks for my face wax with Litha, she is so sweet and welcoming. I never go anywhere else because of Litha and because she is so good, never had any complaints with her. Sweetest most welcoming girl.

I got my nails done here and 4 days later the gel polish began to lift and crack on almost every nail. I went back in to get them fixed and they said all they could do was ‘fix 2 nails’ when 9 out of 10 were almost coming off. I said to them that surely there was something they could do and they completely refused service. Gel nails are supposed to last 3 weeks. It’s the worst nails I’ve had done. I’m so disappointed.My nail technician was lovely and it’s just a matter of bad polish. And then, bad post care service. Would definitely not recommend going there.

Annie is very good with her works, very lovely and active , don’t miss her foot massage after the pedicure . , Dhwani is great with her hospitality at the reception, very attentive and friendly.

I am a regular Customer at Jacques La Coupe and have been going there for over a year now. My Hairstylist, Tala, has been amazing in transforming my looks with his creative talent in hair colouring, hair cuts and styling. I have received many compliment on my hair since I have had him as my stylist. I love the atmosphere of the salon, the staff are very friendly. My daughter and I love to go and chill on a Sunday afternoon to get our hair and nails done. Highly recommend Tala and his team!

Finally achieved my goal of going from a brunette to my perfect ashy platinum blonde shade with the help of Talal. Hair feels soft and little to no breakage, he also explained the root touch-up schedule and aftercare. Very happy results.

I did hair straightening with Milad. This is the first time ever after a treatment that I just could blow dry my hair with my fi gers and it came out perfectly straight. I have been doing treatments for 20 years.I cant believe it ! I cant believe Milad. He is such a perfectionist, so nice and gracious. Thank goodness I found the perfect salon and the BEST hairdresser the very 1st time in Dubai.

I just went there for the first time yesterday and unfortunately the last. I just wanted to get a simple design, very easy and not time consuming, but we were there for an hour still not able to communicate about lines. It was also gel polish which Ive never tried before but it was bulky and not smooth at all. It looked very sad honestly. I wouldve at least accepted paying that much for a good look at the end even if its different from what I wanted. I usually dont like leaving reviews of any kind and hate repeating myself that many times so I jist went with it. She said it would last 2 weeks but it peeled off today. Not even 2 days. Now Im peeling all the rest off and it feels so sad really. I hope this changes for them. The lady at the reception was the only thing good aboit my visit there. Im sorry but no wonder there were basically no people there.Edit: I re-visited as we conversed about my earlier experience, and I asked to get my hair done instead as my nails are already damaged and I didnt want ti do anything with them. I met both their head hair stylists(Im not sure what term to use as I am not familiar with salons and beauty related things in general which is all the more reason for my high expectations I believe), and they both seemed nice and genuinely concerned about your hair. I dyed my hair and, even though its too soon to make a conclusion, it seems to be going good. I like the colours and, overall, it went much better than my earlier experience. Im pretty sure they have better days for their nail technicians as well, and these are my first 2 visits of the salon. Make of that what you will.

Litah is literally THE BEST beautician I have ever met in Dubai ! Had a pedicure done, the nail tech was really attentive to detail and always made sure I was certain before proceeding (regarding color, shape, cutting or filing, etc), has lasted me over a month!

I waxed in jacques la coupe thinking it would be around 100 dhs because thats the normalprice range when o was done i payed 300 forlegs under arms and arms. I even asked a lot of my friends to make sure its normal all of them told me i got scammed. This is too much to be honest

I tried s footlogix pedicure last week, was a wonderful experience! The level of hygiene is better than other salon Ive been to in Dubai Marina. The best part were the massage chairs! Will come back again soon!

I got and appointment to do Gellish manicure and pedicure. The place is really clean and organized with different, separated areas. The staff brought me to a very comfy massage armchair inside an open, lightly and chill space (with 6 more spots) where I was offered a drink before the treatment. Staff is really kind and polite.The treatment was perfectly fine. Pedicure includes a little foot massage too.Thxx a lot, Ill come back.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called to book an appointment at the JBR location with Milad. I confirmed twice with the receptionist that I was booked with Milad.After arriving and heading for my hair to be washed, it was as if I was put through a express car wash. The hairstylist spent less than two minutes to discuss how we would cut my hair, but immediately tried to up sell other services. When we returned to the chair, this is when the the stylist introduced himself and he wasnt Milad.The haircut was less than 10 minutes and I left the salon after 20 minutes. They would have spent more time on my hair at Super Cuts. Since the hair was curled, it was difficult to see that the layers cut are disproportionate with the longest layers 3-4 cm longer than the others.It is one of the worst haircuts and experiences I have ever had. The receptionist had no explanation for why I wasnt booked with Milad and what happened.I would recommend to stay away from this salon as they are not professional and not worth the money for a terrible haircut.

You would think for the price tag you were going to get an amazing blow dry. Think again ! Unprofessional hair dressers who dont speak English and cant do much apart from blow drying straight. Dont be fooled by a beautiful salon.. quality of hairstylists is below average and close to 0

Great mani & pedi - 3 weeks and still no chipping. I also came in for a quick haircut and loved the results! Highly recommend & lovely staff.

My girlfriend visited the saloon this week for root touch up, without doing any proper assessment of the condition of her hair the colourist  started to apply the bleach, covered her whole head with an aluminum foil cap and then placed under a heater for about 20mins or so. The process had to be repeated as her roots were previously dyed with a darker color and lifting it to match the rest of her hair which is silver/platinum blonde will take some work. They bleached and let her hair sit under the heater again (with foil) for another 25 mins, not properly checking if the hair was starting to get damaged.With utter shock, whilst removing the foil, my gf noticed that big chunks of her hair was breaking and falling out - even then, the colourist still went ahead and applied more bleach to her hair and left it for another 5 minutes.Whilst washing and drying, almost 50 percent of her hair fell out totally leaving her in a mess.The first suggestion they came up with was to cut it all off and make it short probably to hide the fact of the incompetence of the staff.After much discussion my girlfriend suggested and the colourist agreed that he would fix her hair with 200 pcs of extensions and adding more length to help ease the misery of waiting for her natural hair to grow back. Seeing that its obviously not enough she asked to add more extensions to cover the short broken hairs above her forehead. However she was only made to choose  and compromise with the amount of hair and style to save cost.The owner of the saloon granted her request to fix the front part of her head but didnt do much to follow up and make sure that her hair is completely sorted out. The colourist never even cut the hair to blend it in to her little remaining hair, or get the proper colour matching.Now she is wearing a head scarf and seeking advice from another salon as she can’t walk around like this. what turned out to be a simple touch up has ended up with my girlfriend having to spend more money for the reconstruction of the extensions.Basically your on your own, this establishment it’s an utter disgrace

Salem is a great hairdresser.Always comfortable getting my hair done from her.Only thing the air conditioner doesn’t work properly in the salon.

Awful experience received today! Stylist was absolutely arrogant, called my hair “terrible and ugly”. And it was after 45 minutes of waiting. Thanks god at least his colleague changed him and did the job instead, but the day was already ruined. You come to salon to relax and recieve some positive vibes but instead I was angry and frustrated. No one said sorry or tried to make it better anyhow. DO NOT ADVICE THIS PLACE!!!

I booked for a simple blow dry on the phone they never stated that they were increasing their price for the 31 December and when I paid they charged me 375 dirham double the price I already paid before the manager who is I never seen such a rude person ICustomer service inMy life responded to me that this is Dubai on the 31 st December everyone increases the price she was rude unprofessional and she said she didn’t care if I call the police and that I feel that I just ripped off so basically for a basic blow dry your are being ripped off and the worst is that they don’t even apologise about that that they tell you in other words go to hell this is the 31st December never saw that neither in Dubai or LondonOr New York or Paris acting like robbers and staring it is normal I am for sure going to make a formal complaint even if I have to lose money wiht a lawyer just so these kind of people do not act this way anymore there is a law and they should abide to it not putting the prices or informing the customers that they ar me eu creasing the price just because they can while they are not evenPaying for taxes and get a low cost labour to do the job this is disgraceful shameOn you

Awful experience with this beauty salon. My booking was done in advance, but the staff called me 2 times close to the appointment, to push it for later. I accepted the first time, but the second time I found it very unprofessional. They didnt have the courtesy to inform me in advance so I can maybe take an appointment somewhere else.
