Caryusa ladies salon.

Not a good service and even manicure I had a cut and blood; however when explaining to the receptionist she said you had a bad luck with us! It’s not luck it’s not having good nail therapist. Other than that; during doing my hair and nails same time as I was in hurry, another client came and then receptionst told the lady doing my nails do the other clients eyebrows and she went! But the therapist was still doing the other client got mad and informed the receptionist again, they both came saying can we only have 5 minutes, ofcourse I couldn’t say no while they already here I said it’s fine. But the client took longer. At the end, the receptionist lady didn’t even comfort me for the service I got! Really bad

I went in to get  a blowdry with Ehab, she was detangling my hair in a crazy way, she was not gentle at all but she was friendly and I did not make a fuss about it. As I finished I was walking away , she told me shed quickly fix my hair from the back  as I was standing but she made it sound as if she is doing it from her own will, she did not tell me it is going to cost an additional 50aed. she did not even cut off one inch of hair, took her 10 seconds to slide the scissor on some split ends.Taking ten seconds to cut off less than an inch of hair should not cost 50 aed, and she should atleast tell me it is additional!!the worst is the blonde manager, not wearing a mask and told me I am making drama , frowning and being very rude and unprofessional..  she decided to yell at me while leaving the salon saying ( you got what you want !!) in a loud and aggressive way! I have never seen such rude behaviour, customers should always come first and she should never raise her voice at a customer!! aggressive woman with no manners,  I will make sure to not recommend this salon to anyone-- please  avoid and go for other salons!!

This salon was a great find! The service was really good and affordable.Aseel did my nails and she was very professional and fast (without hurting me in the process). Definitely will come again!

Worst Experience ever!! Avoid this place!!I came for a refill of my acrylic nails and gel polish. Salon has only one LCN lamp which is not working properly so gel polish didnt get dry and got shredded on my nails. I spent 3.5 hours and ended up with naked acrylic nails as I was not able to stay there any more. And they still charged me for giving no service.Guys, if you dont have appropriate facilities and tools then just remove service from your list!! Dont spend people time and money.. That is unacceptable and unprofessional..Worst service I ever seen in Dubai....

My number one choice. The first time to visit the salon and I was extremely happy with their services.Its in an easy to find location.The staff are very friendly the manager,receptionist infact they are all amazing.And their prices are very affordable.if you are looking for the best salon in town then this is the place 👍👍

They really dont know what theyre doing. They started ripping my hair out to untangle it and burnt my scalp and hair. I literally walked out of the salon with oil all over my head and headed to another salon. Thought Ill try a place close by but... totally regret it. My issue with them was that why take up a client if you dont know the procedure theyre asking for? Why pretend to know and then do a first trial on the client?! Definitely not trained staff.

Love it! I had a brilliant mani-pedi, courtesy of Joanne and Leigh, the first time EVER that I was not bleeding after my cuticles were trimmed. Hannah gave my mother (a regular) fantastic highlights and a do to match, and Lily is just a whiz at styling. I dont think Im going anywhere else again.

1- Worst hair dressers I ever seen: they burned my scalp, ruined my hair extensions and gave me a baddest protein treatment ever with their ruddiness and careless attitude.2- Their eyelash extensions wont long lasting as they said, they gone from the very next day.3- Non professional staff when they started to nagging about their lives soon as they will be alone with you so they get tips.4- 5 reviews out of 10 here at google are from the staff themselves, so dont believe their rating.DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON EVER

I used them for Russian style gelish manicure and pedicure. Their service is ok point. Prices are competitive. I did nail art and I am in love.

Simply amazing ! I had the best massage in my life, Lin is the lady she made the massage for me ,beside making me the massage as well she informed for many things about my health that no one could do that till now ! If u want a good massage just go and this lady will make your day ! Good job

The worst salon EVER!!!!They are super slow, make you wait for hours with NO APOLOGY!!! No attitude at all, specially the manager and the receptionist.DO NOT waste you Money/Time here ever.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE IN DUBAI!!!!!The staff were super rude and they delayed us for 4 hours and I had to keep coming back, and never got an apology.super rude manager raised voices at customer (me)I would never recommend this to even my enemy.Disgusting.

Although the salon is very pretty and cozy, but the hair dresser who did my Brazilian Keratin treatment was very rude and she even burnt my hair with the straightener. Not going back!

It was very bad. I came to schedule an appointment and later on I came on time and I wait for more than 1 hour for the treatment. They are so bad with the timing and not punctual at all. And still the lady said either way I have to wait because that lady came first 😶 I think waist of time to visit them

Charged me over 40 pounds and didnt even remove my acrylic the nail lady is useless

Not organized, waited like 2 hours to get my hair done however they were still busy with other customers. I had made my appointment though. Not recommended.

DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS OR INDIVIDUAL EYELASHES HERE! TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had to trim my lashes when I got home. I asked for a natural look and I came out of there with brooms on my eyelids.

Very good services and ladies but when you go to the cashier, they will always try to increase the prices. this is very unfortunate as the ladies are relatively good.

My wife hate it , and her nails was bleeding , very bad manners , staff so rude , made us wait for 2 hours even that we had bookings , no uniforms , the manager is not respectful at all .

This salon does not even deserve a single star! Been visiting this salon for the past year however since having new management recently, it has become the worse! The russian lady is very rude! Even the staff doesn’t look happy working. Never visit this place!
