I loved the services offered in the saloon and the staff are so good with good customer service from the reception with kind smile and Alma with her warm greetings who dis my eyelashes very well that stayed longer and my massage Ana so kind and knows exactly where the problem is in your body that she focus patiently and professionally nice package also .Highly recommended

I always come here for waxing because of Lisa, but this time I also came for a pedicure, which wasn’t really satisfying. It felt like they just did their job without any care. I actually wanted to complain about the lady at the reception—ugh, she has no etiquette. She never greets or speaks properly. The experience in the salon could have been much better without her

Worst service ever from dubai. The lady who was sitting in the reception was not even bothered to greet and welcome the customer and seems very rude and upset. No proper and complete service. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Never going back there again.

I booked an appointment for mani padi at 7:00 pm and reached earlier. I spent more than 50 minutes and no one attended to do my manicure.The lady who did my padicure was not too good. She hurt me twice and honestly I wouldnt recommend her to anyone.Very bad experience knowing that you booked in advance and you get this bad service.

Bad experienced I went first time for meni pedi & face bleach I informed the lady for sensitivity and asked her dont make too constrated but she has not considered and not even takecare of timings after applied Im the one who reminded her that time is over please remove the bleach and results were pathetic my face skin got burn to much pain and burning wounds just telling you guys if you wana go there just be careful no one is professional just work as so so but service cost more than any urban ...Im regretting why I have been there ...simply I would not recommend.

I did manicure and pedicure at the salon.. the lady who did my pedicure was very nice, friendly and careful. however the lady doing my manicure was very rough and she hurt me twice and now two of my nails are infected.

Have been a client of Chique salon Garhoud for over 6 years. I am consistently happy with the quality of service. The manicure and pedicure are especially good.

I had a Groupon voucher for full head color/ half head highlight - cut and blow dry. I must say my experience was quite good!..The lady who did my hair (Raja) asked me what I wanted, she listened well and advised that she needed to do both highlight, full head of color and toner. As I have very dark hair, I wanted to lighten my roots (bleached), keep the ends light and make the root a nice rich brown/chestnut. It was exactly what I got. I wanted nice long layers and she was also amazing at cutting and blow drying my hair. Their salon closes at 9pm but she didnt rush and ended up leaving close to 10pm that night just to ensure my hair was done exactly how I wanted. I think Ill be returning monthly for a toner touch up. Great team, good service and affordable prices!

I wont never recommend to go there to anyone, so totally avoid to have a bad experience. The worst salon in Dubai, staff service is really deficient, all of them look angry only the receptionist is friendly and that was the reason I felt confident initially, but unfortunately the hairdresser didnt get that I wanted to keep my hair long even I explain to her. First she wash my hair with really bad technique didnt put conditioner and all the time was pulling my hair violent. Then she cut the hair and again pull my hair so many times, I was so tired even I complain but she didnt care. I didnt even know when she finished because she just left without saying a word or even as a basic hairdresser showing the results of my hairback with a mirror, totally unpolite, rude and discourteous. She didnt even take care to remove and clean the hair pieces left on my face and dress, I only noticed when I reached my car...Overall unpleasant experience with this unprofessional hairdresser who left my hair shorter than I requested, thanks to her I ended sheared.I dont know her name but is the lady with the longest black hair.

They charge 30 dirhams to take off gelish only on hands. Other places normally just add 10 dirhams to your total. I found it a rip off and didn’t even want to do my nails anymore. I mean its cotton and nail polish remover and your employees are sitting there doing nothing anyways. They definitely lost my business.

Best things: gets your job done quickly and professionally.Good pricing. So its good in the short runHowever, not very good in the long run because you have to take care of your skin and hair.

Horrible horrible services .. I got a pedicure resently and they wanted me to pay additional 30 dir to scrub it harder :( after they started the job )After finally arguing they did it without me paying additional but I had to go to another saloon in Sharjah to just do what a general pedicure with care would .and the staff are too stubby to be friendly ... so forget about being pampered :( :(
