Cloud Nine Beauty Salon

This was my worst salon experience ever. I searched on the website for offers available called last weekend to make an appointment. When i called the girl at the salon told me all slots are booked today and they won’t be able to make space for my appointment, i was okay with that. I had to go the building anyway to pick up my mom from her baking class so i dropped by the salon to confirm my appointment for another day and saw there was no rush, not a single customer. I understood she lied and when i asked her she said the “professional” hairdresser is on leave. So i left saying I’d come next weekend and she said that works. I went this Sunday and asked for a trim and long layers keeping the length of my hair. My hair was really long, below hip, and now it comes to my chest, when i turned from the chair to see how much hair was cut, it was already broomed. The hairdresser told me she did not cut too much but now i have no length or volume. I was also supposed to colour my hair and i showed her inspo pictures from Instagram. I PAID 250AED FOR A BAD HAIRCUT AND NO COLOUR PAY OFF!!! I’m extremely infuriated by this experience. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO COLOUR IN MY HAIR, AND I’VE GOTTEN A BAD HAIRCUT. And most of all the salons website showed an offer for hair cut, highlights and foot spa for 200aed. When i asked for that package the hairdresser told me that if i want highlights or anything it will be 300 and if i want one colour for my whole hair then 250 and that they will charge extra for footspa. THIS IS WAS SUCH AN UNDERWHELMING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXPLOITATION OF CUSTOMERS. Not happy at all. I paid full price for really poor underwhelming services and they took the money and did not care to change a thing when i expressed my disappointment with the haircut and hair colour. IT WAS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Never going back and will not recommend to anyone.Edit: I have discussed this situation with family and friends. Everyone unanimously agreed that it was unfair for the salon lady to over charge me even after i expressed my disapproval of the haircut and colour. This extremely unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable.Edit: I showed a picture of what i wanted and the hairdresser ruined my hair, if she had difficulty in doing what i showed she could have communicated. I do not need any services from the salon because i do not trust your services or the professionals there. I am not the only one to have complained about a hairdo and the behaviour of staff so i sincerely request you to take a look into it.

The salon is very good. I am using their services for many years. It’s clean and hygienic . Girls are very professional.

This salon is vry nice here eyebrows and all work are vry fabulous and professional artists

Disappointing, Chaotic,Unorganised & Unprofessional.This is not my goto parlour but I was in a hurry to get my hair done for a party so I thought to give it a try. I called them ahead of time, told them what I need and they confirmed they can manage. They spent 1 hour on a simple hairdo which I had to remove because Merry/Mary came in the middle of my soft curls, did not ask what I needed just started doing my hair at her own wish. When I showed her the picture she got frustrated, I reconfirmed “can you make it?” She said yes but wasted my time to do a hairdo which looked nothing like the picture I showed her and then started yelling at me ! Then dropped the things and stomped out saying I can’t do it.I was left with such untidy spoilt half hairdo !!!Oh what a horrible experience ! They wasted my time, spoilt my mood and my occasion.The only 2 stars that I have given are for Jovie who helped me fix my hair and I atleast got in a position to step out into public.I would NEVER EVER go to this salon again and I suggest you don’t waste your time or money ❌❌❌❌❌

Excellent experience. I got Keratine, pedicure and manicure done and got very good services. The team is very friendly and talented. Special mention for Nasima, jovlyn, Reena & Merry for a great team work 👍

I have recently visited Cloud Nine Beauty Salon for henna. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. Also, their nail work is top notch. The salon had a very pleasant ambiance and I was more than satisfied with the henna results. In addition, the location is quite convenient, as it is located in a well known area of Sh.Zayed Road. Overall great service and value for money. You will see me more often.

Nassima did a wonderful job of my eyebrows and leg wax. The store was rundown but if you don’t mind that you will get great friendly service.

The receptionist, Kajal, is always so friendly and helpful. She also does a great job communicating both on the phone and in person with the customers and staff members. The staff are skilled, friendly, and attentive. I really appreciate their service!

Irma, Jovie & Marry are all friendly and welcoming. I always come here for a manicure and pedicure and come out very happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cloud nine saloon used to be my favourite, now its not , reason is they cannot stick to their schedule , i have done my eyebrow there, and the result was disaster, then mira fixed it for me, her hands were so good that my surroundings loved my eyebrow, now i cant find her anymore, its like am begging, its been two weeks, they are not willing to share her number, they keep on saying she is doing home service. I do not trust my eyebrow other than mira hands, I do not recommend anyone to do their eyebrows with anyone else other than mira because they would ruin it.

Not Exactly a Happy service ! About Recently someone known went through a horrific experience while availing waxing service at you center. Some untrained staff totally mishandled the situation in an unprofessional way leaving the person bleeding with marks and bruises all over on both hands, but fortunately it heals now but leave behind marks. So request to please handle such situation with care so no one goes through it again. Also may i request for you email id as i could not find it on your official page and is the reason why im writing this in the review section.

Liked the service from cloud nine for doing my nails so well... Loving to see my nails with Acrylic Nail Extensions... Thanks team for your warm gesture. Will come again for sure to try other services especially eyelashes extensions.

Very very unprofessional, they dont bother to reply your queries and they dont care about their customers. I dont recommend it at all!I got my highlights from them, clearly informed them what I need, and how much I hate the brassiness, but the result was so bad that I was about to cry!!Haircut was a disaster....

Manicure was excellent and I loved it but the lady who did my pedicure was sooooo bad. She scrubbed not just only under the feet but also on top where skin is soft ... Im pain resistant but that was a hell !! I even asked here to stop coz it was too painful. This place I recommend just for manicure!

Love this place! Customer service is great, lovely ladies. I had Lily and Anita do my nails and they are lovely. Great colours availible and was able to be seen straight away. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice girls, sweet and kind and willing to accommodate any request. They should have more colors for gelish Polish but overall good place, its the only place I go for gelish Mani pedi. Best deal in town.

Very good behaviour and good eyebrows and other services. Afraid their hair cuts and trims are not advisable !

Very bad i did gelish mani-pedi and next day two finger nail gelish fell of then i went she fixed it and the next day again it fell off ..although i paid amount of money similar to vio salons !!!! And the staff dont have manners at all.

I did my manicure and pedicure in the salon.Both Christine and Lily did a good job.They did the nails in detail and were patient in completing the job.I will recommend Cloud Nine to other ladies.

Unprofessional! Booked there for my girlfriend and they canceled her appointment 5 mins before she arrives stating the hairdresser wasnt available anymore (she lives 1 hour away from this salon)She had to reschedule. She went today and told me how lazy they are there and how they are telling customers they are not available because they dont want to work even though they are there and have nothing to do. Some of them apparently were about to go home but had to come back as the owner was arriving. First and last time there for sure!

I had really nice experience doing my hair cut and blowdry. They are fast and professional in their work.

Amazing massage and pedi/mani therefore definitely those deserve the 4 stars.. i didnt like their hair dresser though, shes not that professional and ruined my bangs .. everyone else is amazing

I asked trim my hair, only trim nothing else and they managed to turn it into a disaster. Not even sure if the lady who cut my hair really cuts hair. I cried to my husband for what they did, i have long and very short hair here and there. It looks horrible!

Cristina did gel manicure for me. She is very nice, patient and did a good job too! Left the salon satisfied

Omg I tried really! They don’t sensitize they’re hands, touch you without asking, not wearing the mask correctly and on top the place looks horrible.I was in this shop for less than 10 mins and I could write a book with all the negative points but I will stopp here.I hope they can change otherwise this business won’t live longer

Jove cut and styled my hair beautifully, it was amazing than I expected! Mery and jove gave an excellent service.

Bad experience! Prices do not justify the way the salon look, staff doesnt even wear uniforms and is pretty unprofessional - my manicure was really bad.

Very pricy for this salon not very professional other staffs standing talking next to the customers the mani and pedi are okay for the price is a bit too much you can go somewhere else for the same price at a luxury salon

Be careful. Their technicians and therapists don’t have any education or proper certification to do such jobs . Service quality accordingly .
