Today I had a 1 hour massage and 40 minute body scrub, the professional was Tom da Thailand. It was a formidable experience. The service was excellent, from reception to the end. I left there feeling refreshed and with smooth, hydrated skin. The price of the treatments is not the cheapest, but it was worth it. I dont usually post comments, but this time, I needed to praise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great first experience. The deep tissue massage given by Shelly the male therapist was extraordinary and without doubt the best massage I have received in my life. Looking forward to coming back soon.

I went for a foot massage, they included some shoulder n neck massage which was a plus however there was nothing to lean on while getting shoulder massage which made it very uncomfortable. The food massage was just ok. I expected a deep pressure but it wasnt so

The staffs are really nice. Booked through phone call. No hassle upon reaching the reception. After completing the payment, with no further delay I was taken to the massage room. I went in for brightening facial, to remove the tan. The session is about 60-70 minutes and totally worth it. PS: I have been to the Oud Metha branch only.

Had a few treatments done in the past week . Today I had the pleasure of a pedicure and deep tissue massage . Shelly my therapist is a young Indian man from Cochin and is the best therapist I have encountered in ages . I highly recommend him . The spa is clean professional and the service ie excellent .

The best waxing experience ever - really good use of disposable electronic cartridge waxing tool. Myram (philipino assistant) was great. Really good Mani and Pedi too. I dont think its the right place for spa treatments for me and abit pricy.

Im going to be completely honest, i had a good experience here, especially with the therapist, but as soon as i found out that they are going to charge me 300 dirhams for chest back and shoulders machine trim, i was put off and probebly never going to cone back here.thay price makes sense if i was getting a wax but just for a machine trim that price is out of this world.

Went to Business Bay Location and arranged for spa package with Shelly. He was very professional and did an amazing job! The Spa is very clean and the atmosphere calm and quiet.My thanks to Shelly, you are a great therapist and based on the treatment I received, I will return.

Visited the Prism Tower branch. Very clean place, polite friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely visit every time I visit Dubai.

Took my dad there for a pedi and a foot massage. It was professional clean and the staff were friendly and highly professional and qualified to do their job. My father had a great time! I was worried because Dubai has a bad reputation when it comes to men spa places. This one is legit!

Best left alone. The price doesnt justify the place and facilities and the particular person I got just wouldnt shiut up! 1st and last time.

Massage 7/10My comments are about not covering the body properly to feel worm, not lifting the leg with small towels to make it comfortable and their cold rooms as they cannot lower the AC temperature.Moroccan bath 2/10Because it is not even a Moroccan bath, it is a body scrub.I will recommend it if you are looking for a good massage.

I took advantage of an online promo to get 20% off first booking. The T&Cs stated I needed to bring email to show and have print out. As I’m visiting Dubai printing was tricky (plus it seemed redundant to have soft and hard copies).Mark was super helpful in getting the print out. To make matters worse I couldn’t remember my pin (they didn’t accept AMEX & I seldom use visa). Mark walked me to the nearest ATM to help me get cash out while never making me feel like anything other than a valued guest. 5 stars for his service. 3 for the rest of the experience.

This is a very average spa. You get what you pay for: reasonable price, reasonable service. I had the head, neck, shoulders massage plus the full back massage--90 minutes total. The masseuse was good, but the chair and table were not. Investing in a proper massage chair (not an office chair) and a comfortable face rest for the table, will go a long way to improving the quality of the massage.Plus: Only 10 minutes from the airport. Hot shower afterwards is also very nice.

Regardless of the service. They are not professional at all about what they are doing. I went for a full legs waxing and the therapist did a good job until clearing my hair, then he kept touching my private parts trying to arouse me. I tried to go to my clothes but he kept making excuses that the session was not done yet. He should have immediately left the room when I went for my clothes. I was weak, afraid and shaking. He kept touching me and hugged me from the back. I felt violated. This is not ok. I complained to the front desk after getting to a safe place and they completely denied the incident. I attempted to report them to police. I will report them to my embassy as well. Never again.

Absolutely fantastic - had package 4, the Massage, Scrub and Facial at the Business Bay Branch on the 7th June 2017. Brilliant service, professional Masseuse (I believe Raheesh was his name). Would definitely love to return again. Also the receptionist was really friendly and helpful too! Thank you!

A decent mens spa.. i booked for body waxing service.. person at reception was friendly and the therapist mirele was very good.

I had the most amazing experience during my massage appointments regardless with receptionist, with different massuers indian shelly, jayesh and the Filipion Michael. Did not get a chance with Ratheesh yet :-(. They really understand the customer well and will regularly ask if the pressure applied is ok or needs to be changed. Post massage they would always have the courtesy if you require any water/tea and whether the massage was fine.Only bad experience was during facials by nose skin got burnt due to overheating and will recommend to tak extreme care as its very sensitive skin. It took me 2-3 weeks for the skin to heal from the black patches.Thirdly would appreciate if youll give discounts for clients who come to youll for more than 2 4years of . There should be some special discounts for patron members. Coz the market is very competetive and you should not loose such patron members.

I had a great experience and great massage. I actually preferred the massage table they had more than other tables I have had before. I dont know what the previous reviewer is talking about! Yes shower after is great as well.

No ambience at all, dark room. Uninterested massage professional. First timer promo offer not worth. Zero feeling of freshness and zero pain relief after massage. Waste of 60 mins and 150 aed.

Wonderful massage experience! Definitely felt relaxed. A little pricey compared to others but worth it in my opinion.

Instead of relaxing... i got my blood pressure rising... as the receptionist blame me on the incomplete booking details... name Arman with other 2 filipino boys playing on thier mobile while at work...I came a day before for a massage but was told it is only ladies avalable... i told them i need a man, and a schedule of 9:30 is avalable and with a thai guy... asked for another nationality and they said Indian. but only the next day.... decided to come back the next day and book the schedule. but when i came the next day...i was led to the massage room. i asked if its an indian guy... and they are shocked telling me its chinese so i was confused because it was booked properly the day before ... i asked them to check again as i doubt since they actually are busy playing games on thier phone... the guy who booked me yesterday came... and whats more depressing is that he blamed me for the wrong booking entry.... i doubt... as the other guy was considering me as walk in........ this experience is very bad....

The worst place ever, they gave me an appointment for the 2nd day and when i arrived on time, i found the place closed with no one answering the phone in both branches ( Oud Metha and business bay).Again the guy that scheduled my appointment sent me a location via whatsapp... Tried to call his number, it was out of service...!!Not recommended to anyone, not worth even driving there...!!Shame on you people...!!
