I got my nail done from them with the new dip and buff technique. I got the service done on 14th of Nov and yesterday on 24th Nov in just ten days my nail just chipped off on its own.Also my other nails now feel loose and I’m scared they are gonna chip off tooI got this done for attending a wedding in India but even before I go there my nails have come offPathetic service amd they said they will check with the staff and get back but mo response for a whole day after complainingAdded response: Absolute lie and your staff mentioned it will last 30 days easily and the sparkle will never come off no matter what I do.. I was skeptical but she suggested that it will last longer than gel nails too she never mentioned 10 days you think people are stupid to spend 189 dirhams for 10 days last serviceWhat is pathetic is not the nail coming off alone but your response and your utter lies that your staff is telling and you are posting rather than apologizing and providing some empathy to the customerPathetic attitude towards customersNever recommend them

This parlour is amazing. I have been coming here for 10 yrs. Specially i like Rukhsar who is proficent for my hair and nails. All the girls are amazing and very hard working. Reshma the owner is also very good.

Dear Divalicious Salon,I visited your Rolla Street branch in Bur Dubai yesterday after booking an appointment last week for mehndi. When I booked, I was given a confirmed price, but upon my arrival, I was told a completely different price. While I agreed to pay the new price, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the mehndi—it was far below expectations.Moreover, the staff was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills. Their behavior toward clients was unacceptable, and it was clear that they need training in proper etiquette and customer service.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that such experiences don’t happen in the future, as this was far from what I expected from your salon.

I have been visiting the Ghubaiba branch for the last 3 plus years. The girls have changed over the period of time but each one of them have been exceptional. I would highly recommend this branch to all. Special mention of my current beautician, Ms. Sadia and Ms.Tara who always greets with a smile. They are equally good as well. I have done botox hair keratin treatment on last week. I spent 400AED for this treatment instead of keratin which was 250AED thinking that it is better than keratin.. They told me to wash my hairs with sulphate free shampoo after 48 hours and they informed me it will last for 3 to 4 months. After 48 hours I washed my hairs with recommended shampoo and conditioner..guess what I got my curls back just like before . When I informed this to these people I have not got any proper reply nor solution for thisI am very disappointed with this and moreover one of the staff was washing her legs in the sink which was meant for washing hairs.

I recently visited Divalicious for a waxing service, and I regret to say that my experience was extremely disappointing. After the treatment I experienced an uncomfortable pain but I did not address it the same day since I wanted to see what exactly happened. After 2 days I realise it was not only pain but the treatment resulted in me having burn patches on my skin. This not only caused immediate pain but has also left me with lingering discomfort and visible burn marks.Had to visit a hospital to provide me with a cream so I could treat it carefully.Additionally, the washrooms at the salon were dirty and poorly maintained, which raises serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the establishment.When I approached the owner to discuss the issue, the matter was handled very poorly. There was a lack of empathy and professionalism in addressing my concerns, which left me feeling frustrated and unheard.I expected a professional and safe service, but unfortunately, this was not the case.I strongly advise others to be cautious and ensure that the salon takes proper precautions to prevent such incidents. My experience has been painful and upsetting, and I hope no one else has to endure what I went through.

I am not recommending this saloon for future services because I am totally unsatisfied with their service and behavior of management related to the issue i raised against the facial wax service done from their bur Dubai branch. I did a face wax from this saloon and it completely burned my face skin and the skin turned out to be full of redness and bruises ,( it is like i just had a chicken pox with zero recovery on face )when i informed them about this, the management treated it in an unprofessional and unethical manner. I will review this salon service as a 1/10 and the management as zero client relationship skills, extremely disappointed with their customer service—biased and unprofessional. I am not referring this saloon as it was a total wastage of money and time for me.

Waste of money, I don’t want to waste my time as well by explaining the worst experience of my hair cut. I know I’ll get a standard paragraph as reply. But what is the use by just exchanging words. Cutting hair is just a few minutes work for them but we need to stay with that hair cut for months. Please understand and try to give good service.

They were in a rush and didnt do the service properly. My hair hasnt been cut well and they didnt bother to dry my underarms before waxing. That led to the wax not sticking properly and a very botchy job. I would suggest, if you visit this place, be very careful about how they perform the service and be vocal about what you want

I was a regular customer of this place till last week but again I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will visit here. Not even a single staff is wearing gloves and masks. Not even bothered when the customer enters all are busy in their phones. And for waxing one staff was doing properly till the first 5min soon another staff joined and ruined it. They were in so hurry as if there was some sort of competition going and ended up leaving my body half waxed. And upon asking they were like cant do more than this. I did blow. Dry as well but it was a big disaster. The owner of this place is very good person but the staffs ruined it all with their attitude towards customers.Will never come recommend this place.

First time when I took divalicious services I fully satisfied by their services , they applied henna in my hair and many more services . The good thing is they do their work happily, perfectly and fast. As I have small kids so I cannot give much time so they finish their all serives in very less time with perfection.

I did hair protein treatment last week in less prices. I m satisfied with service. Every staff is well professional. They are friendly also.

Had the worst possible experience at this salon. I took a hair spa package with a haircut. I asked for a blunt hair cut (the most simplest type) & 2 ladies tried to attempt it (inter-changed among them - Ms. Khushi & Ms. Saba) & they cut it super unevenly. When I came home & blow dried my own hair (as they don’t include that in their package), I realized how unevenly it was cut. I visited them again to get it fixed & the manager Ruksar was so utterly rude. I asked her to blow dry it after the cut as they messed up in the first place. She straight up denied & started arguing with me. After the cut, she quick dried the hair a little but & instead of using a comb to brush through the hair, she used her hands which made the hair so greasy (the hair was freshly washed when I entered the salon). Please do not waste your money on this salon, the staff is very rude & inexperienced.[Response to owners message- Hi Reshma, I think you might need a reality check by checking your bank statements first. As stated above, I took a package of AED 59 for hair spa & hair cut (not AED 19).]

I had visited the salon for eyebrows threading as it was close by. The staff did not even apply powder on my eyebrows, she started removing the eyebrows which I found it weird coz the previous salons I have visited before always applies powder before starting the process. Maybe it is 10 Dhs cost so they aint giving much importance, but maybe your team could extend this as it will lessen the pain. Otherwise everything was good.

I redeemed the coupon for the cut and blow dry.They are not hygiene, they washed my hair with the used dirty water along with the running tap water, the lady was so reckless she dint mind the take care properly.She pour all the water on my face and dint even noticed and cleaned it.The way they treat is so rude.Please note my experience was an year before.

Hi the owner gives false replies. My daughter took Dhs 59/- service and not Dhs 19 haircut deal . She knows that but she lied in her reply saying it’s Dhs 19 offer . A owner lieing? Ridiculous ! Now when a owner giving false replies on a customer review what can u expect from staff . Instead of correcting her staff she is replying wrongly. I have proof to show we paid Dhs 59!

Went for Mani Pedi yo the karama branch. It was amazing service upto the mark and the staff name AKSA was very patient in doing it neat and 👌perfect... very satisfied and would again get it done from her🥰❣Also did my Keratin Treatment in the Bur Dubai Branch from staff name RUKSAR and was extremely satisfied and its been 3 months now and still the result is the same and my hair is so silky and smooth... Will recommend her for Hair💕.She also did my daughters Hair cut and she looks so pretty with the layers and is very happy too 😍

Last week I went for hair cut (step cut) near sfc plus al raffa. she totally spoiled my hair. One of my friend suggested thats y I went there. But this is the worst haircut I have ever seen. Whenever I look my hair I totally disappointed. Her name is ruksar. And she acted as hair specialist. Doesnt know anything about haircut.

I visit this parlour 1st time and i found it v mediocer....the hair root touch up is v simple to do but still its not done properly...The other services they mention as a package but they charge extra for using particular fruit wax and they dont have option of using normal wax included in the price of package....Overall experience was boring confusing and not at all satisfactory...i would not recommend anyone to visit them...They need to knw they need to be more welcoming and professional in their approach to all the clients...specially plp like me who come for the 1st time....I spend there and again i hv to visit sum other place for my haircolour than wats the point to go to them....Only good part was the speed of the person doin my service.

Didnt like the service.. I had done manicure, pedicure and eyebrows.. Eyebrows were fine because I had asked her to remove the excess hair. Manicure was the worst.
