I couldn’t be happier with the service at Divine Beauty Lounge in JVC! I went in for a balayage and was a bit nervous because I wanted to protect my hair from damage. The stylist was amazing—she really listened to what I wanted and only applied bleach to the parts of my hair that weren’t already bleached. I truly appreciated her care and expertise in preserving the health of my hair.It’s been 3 weeks now, and I’m still so thrilled with the results—the colour looks stunning and natural! I also treated myself to a keratin treatment while I was there, which left my hair feeling silky and smooth.Overall, the team at Divine Beauty Lounge did a fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

I tried their package for Royal Moroccan bath (which included a scrub and massage) and it was amazing! Yamuna was my therapist and she and the team were very warm and welcoming!The salon was totally decked out in pink, and was so clean and cool (and in a 45-degree heat outside, it was much needed). I’ll definitely be back 🎀

I did a Moroccan bath with manicure and pedicure and was very pleased by the service. The Moroccan bath was very well done and relaxing. The gelish manicure is perfect as per my taste and same thing for the pedicure. Meticulous work. Prices are also very competitive. I recommend the salon and will def come back 😊

Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer ServiceI recently visited Divine Beauty Lounge on Sunday for a nail appointment, intending to get Gelish. The technician convinced me to try BIAB instead, assuring me it would be more resistant. Unfortunately, this decision turned out to be a huge mistake.First, the technician who worked on my hands was visibly rude to her colleagues in front of me, creating an uncomfortable and far from relaxing atmosphere. She was also quite rough throughout the session, which didn’t help.Fast forward two days, and my nails are already broken. To make matters worse, since the BIAB wasn’t properly cured, the tips of my nails have turned black (they were supposed to be a nude color).I contacted the salon immediately, explaining the issue and providing images, as I’m traveling tomorrow and unable to return. Instead of offering any assistance or a refund, I was told it must be my fault—possibly due to hair dye (I have natural hair!) or something I touched.I’ve had BIAB done countless times at other salons and have never experienced anything like this. The refusal to take responsibility or offer a solution was disappointing and unprofessional.I expected much better service and quality from Divine Beauty Lounge, but instead, I left with damaged nails and a very poor impression.Would not recommend based on this experience.

If I could rate 0 I would!I got done the Moroccan bath together with hair wash mask and blow dry till here all good until i got washed my hair sitting inside the steam Moroccan bath room which was very uncomfortable for my neck as I was sitting and weird to wash my hair there I felt the wash was not done properly in-fact when I went to dry I noticed that the hair dresser was making noises and faces like there was an issue on drying my hair which as client made me feel uncomfortable cos I didn’t get if that was my fault or not, i asked her what’s wrong? I touched my hair and it felt like when the product it’s a lot and was not washed the hair feels heavy till now and not smooth at all she was trying to explain replying with yes or not to my question I was asking you think it’s not washed properly she says yes, then I had coming over basically the whole staff touching my hair and talking their language, which I could understand and all of them were obviously saying that there was nothing wrong, one of the many ladies came accusing me that I also washed my hair alone in the room. So for her I was wrong and that I should have done it properly. When basically I had time to rinse everything off from scrub and my hair was last thing I though I had to wash. Honestly it feels very sad that I was called rude when I was addressing my concerned and literally there are no right for a customer in this “beauty salon”. The only proposal was to come back and have them washed again. If I’m not happy somewhere I don’t go back after also feeling uncomfortable with not English speakers. The owner did not apologize she was supporting only her stuff saying that nothing was wrong and that’s okay I truly believe that not everyone is made to offer 5 stars service to also European clientele. I hope nobody else will experience the same for the money we earn and we spend to enjoy ourselves from time to time thank you for this unforgettable experience dear owner

This was first time I visited the saloon as recommended by my sister. I had hair spa treatment and head massage , along with haircut and eyebrow threading assisted by Ms Yamuna. She did everything perfect to the way I wanted especially taking care of all minute details , understanding and how it fits me. To mention as a highlight the head massage and haircut was totally professional and I would highly recommend her and saloon.I did manicure with Ms Younis and she did everything so perfectly that she helped me to decide which style of cutting , colour and took care of the job amazing well.In total this saloon highly recommend to visit and they give the one of the best services.

My nails and hair look stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel pampered and welcome.Everyone is so friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend reading the other comments before booking at this place.I appreciate they managed to find time for me at late notice however it was very clear the lady doing my nails was not experienced.Pedicure I was happy with, however the day previously I had asked for a price list - which was sent to me, when I arrived I wanted to clarify the prices they were different to the price list, the receptionist explained that there was a change in the prices but that was never communicated to me the day before she said the person must have forgot - the receptionist mentioned the prices changed over a month ago and they are still sending this price list.I proceeded to do the services anyway for hard gel refill and pedicure but asked them to remove the blowdry.For hard gel refill I was there for 3 and a half hours!!! She cut my nails shorter then I asked and the shape was bad which she had to keep fixing making them even shorter. One nail was a lot shorter then the rest she tried to fix this with a form extension to extend it again. I asked the manager if there was someone else available she said it wasn’t long until she was finished but she did the extension very bad and then proceeded to file which also was bad. before putting the top coat on I told her I cannot go out with this and someone else will need to come and fix it. The person who had fixed it did a great job on the one nail but the rest I still was not happy with.When I went to pay I was actually shocked it was a new price again!! My friend also was in the salon that morning and also was charged different to what they were charging me.The manager then said I didn’t charge you for the broken nail we had to fix out of courtesy but the broken nail wasn’t even fixed which I showed her! The nail that had to be fixed 3 times was done because of the staff.I still ended up paying for a service I don’t think I should have, but the price for the price list.Was a lot of time and money wasted to be disappointed in the end result.

Got a beautiful haircut by Josephine! For once I got the perfect length, layering and texture! Its absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend this salon, very friendly staff and it was an absolute delight to get my hair done here.This is my go to place now every time I come back to Dubai!Thank you for a lovely experience!

Friendly Staff, take their time. Went in for a hair cut and Maya did a great job on my hair.Knocking off 1 star only because when I asked for the price I wasnt informed on the phone of the extra charge based on hair length - not nice to have last min surprises.But otherwise great service and will be back. :)Update - december 2024I have come back to them a year later because of their attractive Groupon offer and Nasreen did an amazing job on my hair. She cut the layers but maintained length like I asked. And she gave me bangs just like the picture I shared and was very patient. She made sure she cut the bangs slowly and checked in with me as she kept going to make sure the length was OK with me. Updating my review to 5 stars. :)

Unis is so kind, honest and professional. Really takes the time and consideration when doing your nails. Does not rush and has great attention to detail. She introduced me to biab to protect my nails which shows she cares for your nails health. Highly recommend.

I went in for the 1h relaxing massage and boy did it live up to his name. An amazing massage done by Angela.If you ask for it you can get a hair/scalp massage as well and as your hear will get greasy you can get your hair washed afterwards. I had an amazing experience, and will definitely recommend it.

Girls, I cant even tell you how happy Im that I found this place! First of all a bit of the background: I had same hairdresser and nail tech for good few years, I felt amazing going there, but then I moved to KSA and now Dubai and getting good place (especially for blond hair!) is like almost impossible. I had HORRIBLE experience (you should see my hair and nails, lol).DBL is just 5 minutes away from me so I decided to try it and use Groupon (so just in case I will not spend another fat cash on bad service). Sometimes when you using the voucher you are treated differently, (meaning: less important) but this wasnt the case at all. The ladies were absolutely brilliant! I got appointment very quickly. Unice (the nail Tech) was amazing, she is very skilled and nice. She recommended short extension (as my nails are very short and I can not go with long one due to work) and Im more than happy with the result!Same with the haircut, Maya did great job and I trust she can actually fix my hair, so I will be back soon. :)Yamuna was helpful and she did such a good head massage!All ladies are amazing and skilled. I felt pampered and relaxed.

Stay away now!!! Update.. the ladies asked me to remove the google review and they stopped my service because of the review i added.. Towels dirty, sink is rusted and dirty.. tools and material cheap quality.. and they charge 75 for hand gel removal and another 75 for feet gel removal.. ridiculous !! Very commercial place. Just stay away

Im so happy to have found this salon! I choose it for the very convenient location but after my visit, Im so happy with my hair, nails, facial and brows. But mostly I am impressed with the super friendly and caring service by all the staff.

Best hair dresser in Jumeirah village circle would definitely recommend I went in with the worst hair which had orange patches from the bleach that I got done in the UK but knowing I was coming to Dubai I knew I had to get my hair fixed and the minute I saw the manager which was Maya I knew exactly what she was doing and will do a great job which she did do. If u ever in Dubai this is the best place to go get ur hair done

I visited today for the first time, got my haircut nails eyelashes and eyebrows. It was the best salon in Jvc Amara residense, I have frizzy and damaged hair, and Maya the hair dresser did an excellent result, and my hair is really good now. I was happy with my facial too, they have expensive brand from Italy. Immediate result was there. It was amazing experience, staff are friendly and I got satisfied on the services.. I cannot stop saying it was excellent.

Today I visited this wonderful salon and a magnificent master Yamuna did a tremendous job! I came to cleanse my face, but received a massage, complete relaxation and a pleasant impression!

This is the worst salon anyone can ever go to within the 20+ years I’ve been in Dubai I have never gone to a salon more disorganized, disrespectful and negligent. The staff don’t know how to do their jobs!!!! Their nail techs break your nails with their electric filers, they file your nails each going In one direction and best of all they color my moms hair which is dark brown, they color her roots blonde!! And the girl Maya then blames us as if we chose the color!! When we tried to tell her what color we wanted she said no and she went and mixed her own color which came out blond!! They take no accountability, instead of apologizing she’s getting into my face telling me I can’t talk like this excuse me ruining someone hair will get you a reaction?! Like what? HORRIBLE, I recommend if you wanna keep your sanity and protect your hair and nails and anything else that this “salon” will offer avoid it!!! Inexperienced and rude staff, worse salon I’ve been to in 20 years

The worst attitude of the owner ever, not only shes using the lowest quality product she the most disrespectful.So I booked my appointment for haircut +wash + blowdry (I also wanted to get a patch test done which was advised by the hair dresser in my previous appointment), mani pedi and full body wax despite being unwell as I had an event to attend to next day. the owner thn advised her girls to start with hair first and thn do the waxing, I was a bit surprised as we all know how messy can a full waxing be and I definitely didnt want to mess my blowdry so I asked the girl to do my waxing 1st. After completing waxing the girl washed my hair and I sat for haircut, I am now made to sit without facing the mirror and a girl wants to complete my manicure at same time while doing the cut, I again asked her wont my hair fall in the same mani water also its very uncomfortable for me to not see what the hair dresser is doing, Now the owner comes in full swing and is like ok move to mani pedi seat and we will do your nails first, my hair was drenching in water, I asked her how long will that take as my hair is already wet and by the time we finish other service my hair might get dry. I had sore throat and was visibly unwell, the owner without any consideration made me sit with wet hair for nails almost an hour right below the AC vent and asked the lady to remove towel from me which made my entire Tshirt wet. Upon completion of nails I walked up to her and told her if she could just spend 1min telling me the order of the services Instead of sitting with wet hair I could get my hair color done too, in her audacious tone shes like why would I, U should know what you want to do,I asked her is it right to cut hair while doing the mani and shes like yes we do. I asked is it right to make someone sit with wet hair for 1 hour and she said so what i got upset and told her just cut my hair and I dont need u to do blowdry and shes like OK. the hairdresser could sense im upset and tried to convince me for the blowdry as I had already discussed the style with her earlier. But the owner I ahd 00 decency when I decided to leave with hair undone she just took the payment and kept showing the attitude as if shes doing a favor. Girl - You are in service industry learn to be polite!!

Today I went to Divine Beauty Lounge for the first time and I feel Divine ❤️I went for a haircut but instead I ended up doing hair color, haircut 😄Maya cut my hair exactly the way I wanted after haircut Maya and Jbee colored my hair. I was too scared that I won’t like it but they did a brilliant job on my hair. I usually don’t trust when it comes to hair color except Russian saloons, but Maya convinced me to colour my hair and she exceeded my expectations thank you ladies ❤️

Had a K18 hair care treatment and full head color. The service was really good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely visit again 👍💕

To avoid!!The kind of salon where you insist on NOT having your hair too short and where you end up with a very short cut... We were twoans two of us were very disappointed, the other person asked for a simple blow-dry and even that, they were not able to realize. They use useless plates which date from prehistoric times...the person came out with swollen hair...it was not a blow-dry and it is unworthy of a hairdressers salon, my advice is to avoid this salon.

They are scammers. Receptionist is worse worse worse she just want to take money from clients. Double the charges without any logic. And she will keep arguing and disrespecting. Only i know how i spend 2 hours there. I did hair color and cut. Hairdresser change in between so 2 girls assisted both were okay. Work was also okay. But the receptionist was crazy rude bad and just want to take money from you. Owner should change her otherwise no one will go again. I like hair dresser work but i will never go there again just because they are scammers in taking money more and more. Guys please take care. After my review this salon is threatening me to remove my review and i want you guys to see the attached picture of their message which they sent me along with my paid Groupon proof. Instead of being sorry they are messaging me with even more disgusting wording. Salon should be banned forever.

Very poor customer care, the manager Aneta keeps changing her word about the policy and payment, they tell something on whatsup when you book and in reality in the salon they tell different thing to make me pay more.. will never use their survice again

I’m sooo happy to have finally found a salon that really knows their job in JVC. Had so many not so great experiences but this salon is top! My nails were broken, damaged and literally not looking healthy. They saved my nails! And also salon is so cute and comfortable! I’m definitely gonna be regular here!

Don’t go there for blow dry, especially if you have bangs. They don’t know how to do hair with short or even curtain bangs. Wouldn’t recommend. They blow dry with extreme dry heat and go over your hair +15 times that it smells like your hair is burning!!

Disgusting customers service my hair feel worse then before, imagine if people paid a normal price and this the result my fingers are not even gliding through my har half head it’s either dirty or no dry properly the therapists are not also educated, nobody can communicate properly English I feel shame that this happened to me and I had to complained in front of some else , please if you decide to open a beauty salon and charge certain prices you have to have hire proper staff this is unacceptable I’m waiting for the manager call !

Its a very clean Salon , cozy . The lady at the reception is very nice welcoming with a smile. All of the services I did was so good (waxing , Mani and padi and jot oil for my hair ) definitely will come again.

I will share my frank experience with youI did my nails mani and pedi, it was very bad, gelish was like a standard manicure,I told I want to do two procedures together, I went they stared from Mani then after removal started pedi and I waste 1 hour moreWhen I asked price with removal they told + 30 AED, then when they started to work the master said if I remove color it will be 30, if I remove gel it will be 75And at the end I paid for nothing, I regret that I went there.

Such disappointing service. I have been coming to this salon since it first opened and today will be my last visit ever. I went in for a deep conditioning and was told it would be an approximately 1hr20 minute treatment on my hair including a trim. 35 minutes later (if you exclude the arguing time) I was out of there. The manager Maya does not have great communication skills and quite frankly needed to own up to their miscommunication and false advertising. The deep conditioning was only a run of the mill mask instead of a condition and a “15 minute” head massage. I get all of this at other salons with my usual hair treatment. The manager then proceeded to argue with me when I showed her the actual texts providing me with the treatment. Her excuse was it was my length of hair and I should have asked for the full service (erm excuse me- who is the professional here!). On a side note I also told her I have very long hair so her reasoning still didn’t match up. To which she had no response other than to say it’s not their fault. At the end of it I left a very disgruntled and disappointed customer. Please do not go here! Loyalty is only celebrated with disappointing communication and service. There are far better places in the vicinity who offer better service so go there for sure!

1st time trying out. I was grateful I was able to get last minute appointments, the place is nice, nail staff was nice. However, I thought it was so deceiving that you had to pay extra fee for 1 color nail polish with gel manicure. Never in all my years of getting nails done have I heard this not being included in price of the gel manicure. It doesn’t make sense.However, I let it slide & decided to try out getting the “natural” lash extensions. BIG MISTAKE Lady had weird attitude didn’t make me feel comfortable. She kept irritating my eyes. After over an hour in seeing results I was sooo disappointed. It looked just like my own lashes that I came with! Like no difference. Just irritated eyes Then proceeds to tell me if she goes thicker she will get in trouble & her salary will get deducted. I was so frustrated & had to rush out of there I didn’t have the time or energy to complain. But then when I came home I realize the irritation of my eyes was not getting better just more uncomfortable. Never had this happen to me. & I always get my lashes done.Following day I called to complain & manager was very frustrating to talk to. Not good with customer service. She wanted me to waste another 2 hours getting lashes removed to put back same lashes that look like my own already. It made no sense. I had to be the one coming up with ideas for alternate solutions. But, I was so turned of by the lash experience, manager, & the deceiving pricing that I ended up taking the lashes off myself & decided I will NEVER go back. It’s a shame. I really wanted to like place as it’s nearby me. But oh well. Customers beware..

I dont go anywhere else for my nails in JVC but here. Yunis and Khadijah are angels, i had such a bad case of ingrown nail and almost thought i had to get a surgery, but khadijah saved me!!!! and yunis is a perfectionist, she can never go wrong with gelish nails, love them!200% recommend!

Great experience, i did a few services yesterday.Mani pedi, morrocan bath, facial and a haircut. Everything was great and the staff was so kind. Yamuna is the best i did both morrocan bath and facial with her.

Jbee not only gave me a beautiful color but also took the time to listen to my preferences and understand exactly what I wanted. I was amazed by her advice in regards to the best shape and colour selection with which no other salon I had experience with . She took time to do my nails paying attention to every detail . I have been coming here for a while and wanted to try out most the services before leaving a review. This salon is well priced and consistent with their services. The salon is so clean and pretty too! It is a place I come for Moroccan hammam, mani/pedi and for eyelash extensions. I also have my wax done here regularly and all the staff have been lovely and offer very good service. Not to mention the ladies at the front desk who are also very professional and friendly. I brought my mother here back in July also where she received a colour , hot oil treatment , head massage , cut and a blow dry. (I added a picture of her hair ).She loved it. I went to this salon for a simple pedicure to change my nail polish, but it turned into a nightmare. Without asking, they started removing in-growths, which made my toes bleed. To make matters worse, they told me they couldnt apply nail polish because of the bleeding. I just wanted nice toenails, and now I have a horror show on my feet. Despite this, I was still charged full price for the “service”.

Bad experience with the customer service on Instagram. Too arrogant and many restrictions on the offers. They promot 20% discount on first time visitors and they dont honour it.

I went there for a hair cut. The saloon is neat and clean and staff were polite and helpful. The moment I enter I felt like they are there to help as much as they can. They were good in listening to what I want and communication. I like everything.

Absolutely perfect!! I loved every bit of my manicure and pedicure experience. The quality of service provided was outstanding. Both Yamuna and Asmita were incredibly professional and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I cannot recommend them enough! Its truly a 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I visit Dubai a lot and have always had trouble finding a reliable salon that is nice and up to date with all the beauty trends and services. I stumbled across this one and now make it my go to salon in Dubai. I had authentic lash extensions done and fell in love with not only the service but the price as well. Definitely recommend!!!

Divine Beauty Lounge has to be one of the best beauty salons in the area (trust me Ive tried a few of them!) Anita is always so professional and polite when making appointments and also always warmly welcomes me to the salon. Yamuna is the absolute best at everything she does, from root colour to haircuts , eyebrow threading and superb facials. Asmita was just as meticulous and highly skilled with my gel mani and pedi. Cheaters. Staff did not reveal the coupons on groupon inspite of enquiry lied about coupons not being avaliable. Maya is throughly unprofessional. She charged extra and also wanted to charge 7% above the display price. Obnoxious. The manicure staff was rough and caused the finger to bleed. Shall file complaint against this lounge

Oh my, this lounge is a place to be. I came today for Brazilian and facial plus vitamin c peel off mask. Immediately I opened the door, I got a warm smile from Anita and the beautiful look of the place got me saying waow. Yamona is perfect guys, the way she is gentil and focused with the waxing in commendable. She also did my facial, I was surprised they do face massage, shoulders and arm while we waited for my peel off to dry. I’m definitely coming back. Wait did I forget the coffee part coffe part ☕️☕️

I always go for a quick wash and blow dry but today I tried the morrocan bath which was an amazing experience. The staff makes you feel very comfortable, the place is neat with high level of hygiene. I never had my skin so smooth and soft. Definitely recommend this saloon and Im going again soon for another morrocan bath. Great job.

It’s been the best hair cut I have had in Dubai. I have always found it difficult to find a hairdresser that listens to what I want and cut my hair well. Maya delivered a 1st class cut. She is a very talentedand I would highly recommend that anyone looking to get their hair done contact Maya at DBL.Unice did my infills on my acrylic nails. She is the best nail technician I have come across in Dubai and KSA.She is a perfectionist and this transcends into her work. My nails lasted 3.5 weeks with no lifting which is fantastic. None were lost or broken in this time either.Again like Maya I would recommend anyone looking for a good nail technician contact Unice at DBL. You won’t be disappointed. I also had my waxing done for the 1st time yesterday. The lovely beautician was again excellent. Very thorough, no areas missed, painless, quick and used stripped waxed and hot wax for the more sensitive areas. She is a new addition to the team, and another fantastic asset.I can’t recommend enough all the ladies that work in this salon. They are all so professional, polite but also highly skilled. It’s such a pleasure to use their services. The salon is very clean, tidy and cool.The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Not going back. It took almost 2 hours for a classic eyelash extension to be done and it doesn’t really look good. I didn’t see any difference. I had headache and neck pain since I wasn’t in a comfortable position. The Nepali lady should have washed her hands and put mask as her breath and hands stink from the food she must have eaten. The salon looks nice though.

It has been years since I had a Moroccan Bath, the lady that did it, I believe her name is Jamoena (apologies if I didnt spell it correctly) was FANTASTIC! Really sweet and caring made the expereince enjoyable. I most definetly will come back!

Henna was terribly applied. I asked for a design on a hand, yet the artist kept on making imperfections. Terribly odd, unsymmetrical. The work had to be completed by another artist. Will not return.
