My Experience,Saw many good reviews on google and then i had called them for hair keratin its not only 1 time called them 3 to 4 time to confirm the brand name.As they said its a Loreal. I said i need only loreal they said yeah its the same one.Then i went there the same day they started doing keratin but they were mixing the product inside the salon when i asked the to show i was really disappoint that was the CRYSTAL brand and they didnt even bother to inform me before i started arguing. Then the owner came and said its a really good one u can try it i said ok but i knew its wasnt good but still agreed.Now today i have washed my hair & Its a first day it started getting curly.Disappoint 450/- is not worth it.I knew this will happen. Cannot trust anyone

Being an artist in Television Industry, I have visited a lot of salons but never had such a delightful experience as I had at Eyana Salon. Just by the online reviews I took up the decision to visit this place. All that I had read was true indeed. I wanted to have my makeup done for a shoot and was contemplating all the way through as it was the first time at this place. But the girls did an awesome job! Hi, I had done facial from here and no doubt it was good experience! Rajbeer did my facial so peacefully that I enjoyed it.I would recommend few things that could be good for your saloon:1. When you apply bleach on customer’s face please be there until you remove it. Irritation occurs and it doesn’t seem good that the customer calls the professional.2. While doing massage it will be good if you also cover some part from back neck & shoulder only.3. You can ask for 4 to 5 mins hair massage just to relax the client completely.But to be honest it was wonderful experience! Will come again to take service definitely from Rajbeer👍🏻👍🏻

I went to Eyana for my hair color and balayage!! I had a great experience there and I am definitely going to be their regular customer. Vincy and Fathima were so friendly and they even insisted on ordering snack and lunch for me since I spent almost 4 hours in the salon🥰 The prices for the services are so affordable and they do have multiple packages. I was searching for an budget friendly, quality salon in Dubai and luckily I found mine.

I visited Eyana yesterday, 2nd Sept, 2020 for Eyebrows, Pedicure, Face waxing.Ms. Vincy attended to me. I have done botox treatment from this salon , and i have got very bad experience. Their ironing machines were not properly working , they had got non experienced staffs ( Due to this 5 hour treatment tooks almost 7.30 hours of time and they have to redo the ironing again ) And after spending my money and time in their salon the very next day my hair started becoming normal. It was completely waste of money and time. Very bad experience at the salon.I chose this salon seeing the tagline ( Best indian salon in dubai ) and i must say i felt the opposite .Not at all recommending.

I had read some great reviews about this place specially their eyebrow threading. Also their website has a detailed article about eyebrow shapes and they brag about giving you the shape best suited for your face. So here goes....I travelled all the way from al twar just to get my eyebrows done here and was confident that i am going to get the perfect shape after having them ruined at several places before, but no luck ! I told them i need the best girl they have for eyebrow shaping and they quickly handed me over to one who was very gentle and slow, but ended up giving me two different eyebrows and neither one has a good shape.I dont want to make an assumption about their other services yet but all i know is i had high expectations from this salon and i have to live with poorly shaped eyebrows for another couple of months before i can shape them somewhere better and it doesnt make me happy at all. Sorry but i am highly disappointed !

Not satisfied with their service. I went their for root touch up but they gave me darker shade on my roots as compare to my hair length.Their product knowledge is zero.. and for waxing she used expensive wax widout my consent.

One of worst experiences. They did not do what I told. I had long hair , and I told them to cut below the bra strip, but they cut above the bra strip, it looks pathetic. Im not happy with this salon.
